So when HeartGold and SoulSilver was released awhile back, I didn't have enough money to go out and buy the game on its release day since Sakura-con was coming up so to cheer myself up that night (as everyone else went to play pokemon TTATT) I went and made Ash's new clothes with my extra fabric, its not my best work but I made it in a couple hours so it was new record for me. Yeayyyyy XD

Wore it to Sakura-con 2010 on pre-registration night.

Quise hacer a una Misty diferente, la Misty entrenadora pokemon de ciudad celeste, por eso decidí hacer a uno de sus pokemon más emblemáticos que la acompañó desde el principio, Staryu, el cual hice yo sola y del cual estoy muy orgullosa, está hecho completamente con foami y le agregué un adorno de navidad en el centro. Este cosplay fue hecho exclusivamente para sesión de fotos, fue muy divertida y amo los resultados. Las fotos me las tomó Andy, la mejor fotógrafa con la que he trabajado.

I wanted to make a different Misty, the pokemon trainer from Cerulean City Misty, that's why i decided to make one of her most emblematic pokemon that stood by her from the very beginning, Staryu, which i made by myself and i'm very proud of it, it's made completely with foami and i added a christmas ornament in the middle. This cosplay was made exclusively for the photoshoot, it was very fun and i love the results. The photos were taken by Andy, the best photographer i've had the pleasure to work with.

Pokemon Ash's Starter Charms

These are the little Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle Charms I made, based off the characters from the Pokemon games and anime.

The charms are completely handmade out of polymer clay with metal armature for added strength, and painted with acrylics. The charms are all about 1 inch long or tall, roughly the size of a quarter.

These aren't your average, everyday generation 1 starters, these are specifically Ash's starters, Tipsy Bulbasaur, Abandoned Charmander, and the Squirtle Squad Leader! These little guys started it all, and will be immortalized forever in charm form!

Pokemon reminds me of my childhood!
Who have not attended or still plays Pokemon? haha very funny!
I made many friends in battle Pokemon on GBA! Who played Pokemon Gold? Silver? Yellow? Red? Leaf Green? Fire Red? Crystal? more?
Never thought about doing cosplay Ash, but it happened, I did for a specific event and people loved it.
Never seen so many people stopping me to talk, just to say 'thank you for reminding me of when I was little' or even people scream for joy when I passed. It was really cool. I managed to talk to everyone!

I played: Gold, Crystal, Yellow, Fire Red, Pearl, Sapphire and Ruby ^^ *nerd*

I was going to call this photo "Ash- Pokemon Trainer" to spite ... but then I weighed the consequences and decided that the hilarity that would ensue did not justify the beatings.

This was my fallback costume for AE. I only made the jacket, and I made it last minute. The costume was a very good excuse to wear comfortable clothing on the last day. I can't wait to upload the skit we did for Pokemon. It was such a blast to film! I hope that , , and I can cosplay Red and the Gym Leaders again in the future :3

Oddly, there were a few different versions of Red that I found while searching for references. I chose the version from the manga, but I wore the hat forwards and used different jeans and shoes. It's inaccurate as a result, but it's not like that's unusual with my cosplays XD. Fail on my part.

I have several Zoruas and Zoroarks now too : D Zorua is like the best pokemon evar, I cant wait to own one of the little guys.

Anyway yeah, another outfit made out of bits I found when clearing out my wardrobe. I had a hat, but because I dont make outfits properly, I didnt wear it for this. I doubt it would have gone right anyway (it was a white furry fisherman affair <___<)

Mi cosplay de Misty de Pokemon, este anime fue parte de mi infancia y de la de muchos, por eso significó mucho para mi. Quise hacer a una Misty diferente, la Misty entrenadora pokemon de ciudad celeste, por eso decidí hacer a uno de sus pokemon más emblemáticos que la acompañó desde el principio, Staryu, el cual hice yo sola y del cual estoy muy orgullosa, está hecho completamente con foami y le agregué un adorno de navidad en el centro. Este cosplay fue hecho exclusivamente para sesión de fotos, fue muy divertida y amo los resultados. Las fotos me las tomó Andy, la mejor fotógrafa con la que he trabajado.

-Nota: YO SÉ QUE STARYU ES MÁS CLARO, NO CONSEGUI EL MATERIAL QUE NECESITABA EN EL COLOR ADECUADO, ES UN STARYU MARRÓN OSCURO Y LO AMO ASÍ.

My Misty cosplay from Pokemon, this anime was part of mine and many other's childhood, that's why it meant a lot to me. I wanted to make a different Misty, the pokemon trainer from Cerulean City Misty, that's why i decided to make one of her most emblematic pokemon that stood by her from the very beginning, Staryu, which i made by myself and i'm very proud of it, it's made completely with foami and i added a christmas ornament in the middle. This cosplay was made exclusively for the photoshoot, it was very fun and i love the results. The photos were taken by Andy, the best photographer i've had the pleasure to work with.

-Note: I KNOW STARYU IS LIGHTER, I DIDN'T FIND THE MATERIAL I NEEDED IN THE RIGHT COLOR, IT'S A DARK BROWN STARYU AND I LOVE IT THAT WAY.

Yes i was cosplaying Ash Ketchum, last yeah on the Frankfurt Bookfair, the pikachu plush is a present from a good friend, I cosplayed with Sara as Gary Oak, you were so great, thanks honey.

My friend Paul and I cosplayed as Ash and Misty for the Otakon 2008! My grandma should be credited too, as she helped sew Ash's jacket and Misty's shirt!
