The Princess and her somewhat-of-a-prince spend an evening in the kingdom. Eugene, (although he probably knows The Tales of Flynnigan Rider by heart) tells his own stories and adventures. Even Rapunzel gets excited along with the children.

Notice anything about the kids?

PS: Oh my goodness! I don't think I will eeeeever draw a background again in this life!

EDIT: The girl with the long braid is from Tangled! She braided Rapunzel's hair, remember? I didn't want all of them to be so obvioius.

Also, this was inspired by the Tangled art book so the village looks more like the concept art and so does Flynn. His face is a lot more angular in his concept art.

I am severly abusing my new tablet. so, here is my second ever piece of digital artwork!! and paint tool SAI is flipping brilliant, soooo much easier than photoshop!!

So here is Rapunzel!! ever since tangled came out, ive been wanting to draw her, but my trad art never seemed to do her justice, her being a 3D character and all! So since i recieved my tablet yesterday ive been dying to draw her

I know its not very pronounced but i kinda like it hehe ive enabled critique as id love to hear from any tablet pros how to improve!!

One of my favourite disney characters. I loved working one her hair, I was able to go a bit crazy with it. I also enjoyed working on her dress and like how nice the contrast is between the purple in her dress and the yellow of her hair.

Tangled: Rapunzel + Flynn... Oh and Maximus, too

Woo boy. Where do I even start with this one?

Well, this was my first Disney cosplay. I wanted it to be perfect. I got about halfway through making it and hated it. I didn't like the fabric colours. I didn't like the paint and I didn't like the thickness (er, lack of) of my wig. At this point, it was really too late to change anything so I finished the costume, telling myself I'll just make another when I am not under "con pressure".
Once I put the costume on, I realized it wasn't as bad as I thought it looked, but I do still want to remake it.
I don't really have a lot of photos to upload of her. By the time we got to doing the shoot, I had been wearing the wig for quite a few hours. Headacheeee. That thing weighs a lot. So I looked pretty awkward in most of the photos

Anyways, despite the pain, I had fun cosplaying her and it was even better when I did short/brown haired Rapunzel at the con lol So much more comfortable!

I drew the top pics and the left middle one when I was at Disneyland the other day... and the rest today... I could have gotten them done faster, but I'm sick right now and I was busy re-watching a bunch of Disney movies and then the first season of Ben 10 with my bro for the first time... lol

As for the sketches... I just was really feeling a bit out of the drawing groove lately so I wanted to practice some things... felt like doing some different kind of posing and just felt like doing whatever came to mind... they were fun... :] Rapunzel is really good to draw~ Oh, and I think that pic with Punzie being all BA with her braid is my personal fav... XD hehehe (actually been wanting to draw that for some time now... ) Aaaaand then I just threw in some tiny Eugene cuz I haven't really drawn that in a while even though it's still pretty darn significant to the story... pfff

I know this shot is more focused on Flynn, but I really like it and it is the only full-body one I got (besides the group shot).

Steampunk Rapunzel and Eugene

As a special treat, I decided to Steampunk Rapunzel and Euegene, mainly because I loved Tangled and could hardly resist! Eugene was easy to work with, as his clothing kinda already looked steampunkish. Punzie's was a tad more difficult, especially when it came to her hair. At first it was down, but I didn't like that and I didn't want to have her short hair, so I settled on the braid and added cogs and whatnot instead of flowers.

I finally finished the whole thing.....yaaaaaaaa

Im so glad I finally finished this pic of Tangled. I think this is one of my big ones I have ever done all that hair. Im very prod and glad how it came out. And I also have the half of just the top if you want to see it. See but what struggled me was thinking of what to put on the bottom and I was thinking of just to put the title on, but with a little twist. I thought of having the title in her hair... GENUS.

I drew it out
Shaded Rapunzel, Flynn, Pascal, and the crown using HB,3B,2H,8B,5H Graphiet Pencils
Then I colored it with crayola and Prisma color pencils
The top took me 3 days
The bottom took 5 days

...'cause I can't think of a better title, That's what you get.

First things first: yes, Eugene is wearing purple and yes, he has poofy sleeves. I like poofy sleeves.

I think that Rapunzel would have a grand fairy tale wedding that is in keeping with her kingdoms traditions. I mean, they had that HUGE celebration every year for her birthday so I would imagine that her wedding would be an even bigger deal. (Think William and Kate. ) I've heard rumors of Walt Disney Animations Studios producing a Tangled short that would cover Rapunzel and Eugene's wedding. If this is true, I think it's an awesome idea. I juts hope they do it right!

I... just love this guy. Seriously, when I searched him up on Google images I just about died.

Sketched while watching "Tangled". Best way to end my weekend. o 3 o

Lemme just share that I first watched the movie in school. I didn't fully understand the whole plot at first because the environment was so noisy (just a few meters away was a volleyball game ._. ).

Oh, and there were these third grade students who were disappointed that Flynn didn't kiss Rapunzel at the lantern thingy.

And when they finally did, they were all like "YAAAAAAAAAAY!".

wtf. XDDDDDDDDDD

I also used to hate him for cutting Rapunzel's hair.

I just finished watching Disney's "Tangled," and I absolutely fell in LOVEEEE with it, so I had to make a quick piece. I went with purple here, then added stars... and then a ton more of little stars and well, I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I think it fits them, and the movie well. ^^ Hope you like!

OK, well im WICKED excited for the new movie, "Rise of the Guardians" and i caant help but edit Jack Frost to look like Eugene and Rapunzel's son, because really, if you change his hair and eye colr...HE LOOKS A LOT LIKE THEM! lol so im just gonna publish a bunch of these little edited pics

sadly, Eugen , Rapunzel, and Jack Frost dont belong to me, but the character of their son does. by the way, his name is Flynn
