Here is the first batch of Good Omens characters (the supernatural side characters) I did for a facial anatomy and expressions class. These were originally all separated, but since there are 14 total I thought I should try to group things up a bit..

Because Crowley and Aziraphale would have been a huge help to our wayward Winchesters (and friends). By "help," I mean, they could have perhaps lost something of value (Sam?) to waylay the apocalypse, because you know, losing things of importance, like say the anti-Christ, is what they're good at*.

Seriously, I love Good Omens and I recently got into Supernatural, and I love them both dearly. <3 This is a silly little sketch, but I was bored, what can I say?

Also, Castiel = love. (Gabriel** remains my favorite, however.)

I really wish I had time to be more active here. My school is really pushing my limits right now. Actually have an exam in linguistics today 8D; SAVE ME.

Chaz wanted me to cosplay from Good Omens with him. I got to be a bad ass demon so why object? We took the bus out to Drottningholm and asked Sara to be our photographer, as usual (a) <3

Decided to draw me some fanfic art, because that fic is lovely and gives me all the best original-flavour AC feels, and because BAMF!Aziraphale is the most glorious thing ever, and because I just had to stop and sketch the scene suddenly and then before I knew it I was scanning it in and colouring stuff. Very, very different from my usual painting style, but I kind of like how it came out. Photoshop is wonderful for simply painting, just letting stuff surface from scratch.

Well,mostly Supernatural,lol.

I've started watching Supernatural two weeks ago...now I'm in the middle of the 5th season...obsession? well...maybe a little .

The show is awesome, the characters are very solid and the family bonds are just...just...so cute ; W;

And yeah, Good Omens is my favourite book and Crowley(well,the other...) and Aziraphale would fit in the SPN universe perfectly <3.

Sí .__. llevo dos semanas viendo la serie de SPN y ya voy por la mitad de la 5ª temporada...no tengo vida social X'DDDD.

Pues nada....dibujitos hechos esta tarde por aburrimiento y para ver qué tal se me daba hacer al casting de Supernatural...aunque al final a los únicos que dibujé en serio fueron a Cas (<33333) y a Sam...pobre Dean.

En cuanto a Crowley y Azirafel son del libro de Buenos Presagios, que recomiendo a todo el mundo. Crow es la serpiente del paraíso y Azirafel el ángel que le entregó el fuego a los humanos...adorables...podrían estar perfectamente en el universo de SPN XDD.

This comic was made as a final project for a class on Graphic Novels. For having to crank this out quickly, I am very happy with how it came out.

Based on one segment of Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. Text translation by Logan Kempton. Art and layout by me.

We are contemplating doing a full translation of the novel. Feedback is encouraged.

So... I was trying to draw Aziraphale and Crowley from Good Omens because I thought it would be really cool to get Neil Gaiman to sign a piece of fanart I did for one of his works... I mean, I that's why I did the Graveyard Book one, but GODDAMNIT I JUST CAN'T DRAW THEM BEING STRAIGHT. WTF.

Seriously. So I guess I'll just have to draw something else for Neil to sign... Something not dripping with supernatural faggotry.

A concept art I did of War, the Apocalyptic Horseperson from Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett's excellent book Good Omens. It's quite a rough sketch but seemed well liked on my artblog so here it is. I took the forest fire metaphor a bit literally... I'd love to draw the rest of the Horsepeople at some point, as well as the other characters, but I'm due for a re-read!

Inspired by the facial features of the beautiful Genevieve Padalecki, who is my dreamcast for this character. I hear there's a miniseries in the (very early) works...!

A quick comic for this chapter of this fic [link] by icarus_chained. It is a wonderful story! Much sweeter and more full of Gabrielly goodness than the actual show. Not to mention some Good Omens guys thrown in with the Supernatural guys, which is just a total winning combo.

I have never drawn Crowley (of GO, not SPN) before, and I don't know if this is really... right. Generic anime guy Crowley? Ideally I think he ought to be a little older and pointer with his hair slicked back all snakeishly, but I ain't that good yet. Maybe someday. There is another half or two to this thing that I will scan later and maybe succeed in touching up more betterly...

...The layout probably doesn't make much sense unless you've read the fic up to this point... so go read! But for quick reference:

FINALLY! I've posted it! :faints: no. 1, 4, 5, 6, 17-25 are all recent stuff.

1. An SPN Halloween idea. Its a crossover with The Crow (but I think the bird they used as a raven -.-)
2. Wing hug! Who doesnt like them?
3. Dean giving Cas a bath. I think Cas should be pampered for the day.
Theres another version where Cas is in the bath, Dean is washing/grooming his wings, Sam filing the nails and Gabriel/Balthazar serving him a drink.
4. At first it was meant to be a humanization of Doc (or Siren) but I decided to make it a robot Cas or Dean
5. One of several trueform!Castiel designs.
6. Winged!Destiel or Angel!Dean. Instead of Cas sheltering Dean from the rain, Dean shelters Cas. Plus Ill be doing Winged!Destiel for tumblr ask, which Ive been wanting to do since Augustmyep. Never got round to it because of the TO DO list. :/ I gave him six wings because of Michael also being a prince of the Seraph (Seraphims have six wings, also called the burning ones.)
7. A chibi trueform!Cas. I gave him a tail as I believe that all flying creatures need one; theyre like ships: sails are the wings, tail is the rudder. The sails move the ship forward, the rudder guides/directs the ship.
Also I wanted the tail to be long, and that it trails behind him slightly like a peacock but also like a robe. Does that make sense? Probably not ;D I also gave him 4 wings here, as I thought he might need another 2 due to the fact that hes as big as a skyscraper (might need some help ^^; )
8. More Sphinx!Castiel/Greek AU.
9. Cas playing football/soccer. Probably not a good idea. Hence why (when finished) he will be hitting Dean with his wing by accident.
10. THIS is an actual robot Castiel.
11 Dean ranting about incidents on hunts (exaggerated of course) to Cas. It looks like a sleepover or something I didnt mean for it to look like that butit does. -.-
12. A random head shot of Cas. Probably the closest resemblance Ill ever get. B/
13. An unfinished Aviator or Steampunk Castiel. This was done a really long time ago, back when I had first created my character BlackHawk in March. He would have had the goggles, hat/cap, gloves and everything ;D Not sure if Ill finish it I want to but Im afraid Ill ruin it
14. Winged!Destiel Cas holding Deans wing instead of his handas he cant reach it past the 6 wings -.-
15. Chibi flying Angel!Dean.
16. A trade for someone; she requested Crowley with his hellhound. Im going to attempt at drawing the hound as seen in the book: [link] ; the monster being made up of tortured people/souls?
17. Another one of the many Cherubim Castiels Ive done. Hes got the head of a barn owl and a raven. An owl because of those intense stares he always has. AND because of those head tiltsand that moment in that Season 4 episode where he asks and what were you dreaming about to Dean. That head turn was a little creepylike what owls do. 0_-
18. An alternate Cherubim Castiel. There are two versions of Cherubims; a body of a sphinx, lion or eagle, then there is the version with the 4 wings and 4 heads; a man, an eagle, a lion and a bull. Thats what Zachariah was, a Cherubim, the second highest choir of angels (Seraphim being the highest). Uriel was an Archangel too. Listend to Icarus from the Deus Ex Human Revolution soundtrack: [link] (its one of the best pieces of music Ive ever heard, its just so dramatic and powerfuland kickass.)
I plan to draw Cas as every choir of angel (lowest to highest); Angel, Archangel, Principality, Power, Virtue, Dominion, Throne, Cherubim (already done) and Serpahim.
19. The Christian version of Cherubim Castiel. Instead of giving him the head of a bull I did a stag.
20. Trying a new art deco sort of style. It doesnt look like much now but itll look better once finished.
24. Trueform!Castiel. Not sure whats going on with the mouthbut I did a sketch like this recently and decided to redo it. I suppose this could be Cas infected by Leviathan, but it could be anything really And yes, those are eyes on his neck.
Thought it up listening to Scheduled for Deletion [link], where I imagine Cas loses control in purgatory; because hes being using Jimmys body as a vessel for so long, his true form is sort of melding with it, so hes painfully bursting out of the small human body and justlosing it completely. Id like to see that though, Cas losing control and being enraged by (for example) Crowley threatening to drag Dean back into hell.
*sighes* My imagination is taking over my life. Its not funny.
21. Anatomy practice. The wings are sort of like a before and after thing. And yes, I always draw the head last. Dont ask why, I just hate drawing them if its a full body sketch of someone.

- Castiel preparing a blasphemous ritual to make Dean into an angel to save Sam/Kill Lucifer (thought it up after listening to Icarus from Deus Ex Human Revolution again)

- Cas gives Angel!Dean flight lessons (or at least tries to)

- Dean says thank you to Cas after everything hes done for him, even though Cas feels guilty. He cries and gets another hug. Yeah. I blame you Misha, ever since you said you wanted Cas to have a full breakdown and just gush out like no tomorrow Im wanting that to actually happen -.- ([link]. )

- Dean and Cas meet Crowley and Aziraphale (this will be a comic strip)

- Cas and Good Omens Crowley having a stare contest (because Crowley is a snake, so he hardly ever blinks)

And loads of other stuff which will take all night to go through B/

She wanted Dean and Crowley stopped at a red light, revving their engines. So, yeah, we've got some Supernatural and Good Omens crossover action here (though Crowley is in both). This was a joy to work on, and I only regret that my crappy scanner didn't pick up the watercolors very well.

Sam and Dean and the Impala belong to the CW and Kripke.

Crowley and Aziraphale and the Bentley belong to Gaiman and Pratchett.

I figure the last horseman has got to be Pollution. And the Impala gets all gummed up, so they have to take the Bentley, which only plays Queen.
And then Pollution gets hold of Dean because that's how the show works, but it's okay, there are three beings of angelic stock and a Sam (and maybe an Adam? Apocalypse plan A?) backing him up.

YEAH.

And now it is demon Crowley from Good Omens and Desire from The Sandman based on having yellow eyes and common creator (though in case of Crowley, Neil Gaiman is one of creators).

I read Good Omens years ago, but they've recently gotten on a kick and are crossing it over with Supernatural and are plotting some sort of massively epic fanfic-thing and they're going to be cosplaying as Cas and Gabe (and Crowley) at Sugoicon and I kinda jokingly volunteered to cosplay as Azira but then I realized I really might be able to and so of course I really want to and WFHFFJEJFfhfh.

Ahem. Anyway. Just a little Aziraphale fanart, featuring his camel hair coat, a dash of tartan and a duck. (no Crowley, 'cuz I don't know whether to draw SPN!Crowley or the way I picture GO!Crowley to look like x_x)

Fandom dynamics

I find the reaction of different fandoms to each other pretty interesting. Of course it almost always along the lines of 'Our oject of worship is better than yours, therefore we are better people' as it is to be expected.
This is why I find the fact that the fans of Supernatural, Good Omens, Doctor Who and BBC Sherlock flock into one big, crazy, happy fandom so odd and funny (in a very good way).

Considering all the dialogue, perhaps you can consider it an illustrated drabble. The timeframe is whenever you like, because time is so fluid anyway when it comes to most of these guys. Noticing similarities to the last comic Adventures in L-Space? That's because I decided it should be almost a sequel. The Doctor opened the portal to the bookshop and it hasn't quite been plugged up yet, so the GO world is still dealing with visitors. More angels, this time. Very confused and frustrated ones. Poor Aziraphale and Crowley didn't even have time to change their clothes from the last comic.

Just mostly me fooling around. I definitely don't like this very much, and that's not just me whining, but like any artist or me will tell you, the good goes with the bad, and negative feedback is just as helpful as positive. If I show you only the stuff I like then I won't improve.
