So as it turns out I do a fair amount of 3D work as well!
He's a little gift for a friend. I'm actually really impressed with how it came out; I can never be too sure with how well I glaze my pieces...

already, here's my second try to do darkspeeds gift xD it didn't work too well cause oen of hair broken! ;w; apart from broken hair, it look quite handsome xD but not very handsome as darkspeeds! *hint hint hint* xD hope ya like it buddy! <:3 i may possible to do drawing for him xD cause it was already late birthday gift! o3o the clay wouldn't be complete without drawing xD haha!

Little Fat Pouncing Dice Dragon - Blue/Purple

I Finished up a commissioned piece today - I'll share it once the buyer has seen it, but in the meantime here's another dice dragon I did.

This little guy is two-toned like his matching d12, depending on where the light hits him you'll see shimmers of both blue and purple, the shimmer is the result of mixing a couple different pearl-ex pigments on him. The results were exactly what I wanted when I first found this particular d12 - I'm a big fan of marbled effects on dice!

I haven't decided whether he should go up in the store, or if he should go on a shelf to wait for the comicon - decisions decisions!

I got bored one day and decided to try sculpting a pony, Rainbow Dash to be specific, and I just wanted some suggestions on it before I call it final and start painting. I also used my little engraver tool out for the first time on the Popsicle stick in the background. I think I'll use it as a book mark, because it is sorta cool, no?

Anyway, leave a comment if you please. It'll help me out to know what you think! Thanks ahead of time!

Wanted to try some new stuff and made my pony OC in clay. Never sculpted anything before (specially ponies) so don't be so harsh with me on the comments D:

- Painted with pony hair paintbrush (YES, I BOUGHT A PONY HAIR PB TO PAINT A PONY XD)
- Acrylic paint on colors: Peach, Pale Yellow, White and Sky Blue.

Wood Fired Kyusu Tea Set with Mugs

This tea set was fired in a wood kiln to cone 10. The tea pot has a very nice green ash drip on its handle and the teapot and one of the mugs have good ash collection overall. The teapot also has a built-in golf ball strainer for loose-leaf tea. The teapot has a chip on the gallery where the lid sits from wadding that got stuck, but it has been ground smooth with a rotary drill so it is unnoticeable with the lid on.

Régi és Új... 2011 ben elkezdtem a gyurma figura készítéssel megismerkedni... Majd jó egy évig abba is hagytam, idő hiány és egyéb problémák miatt nem jött össze. Majd nem rég egy ajándékozás ötletből újra próbálkoztam, és azóta is.

Van egy kis különbség, de közre játszik az is, hogy pikachu igen csak olcsócska gyurmából való, és sütés után furán be-be pattogott a gyurma.

I used to make clay figures in 2011, and after a one year break I've started it again in 2013.

Wood Fired Bowls with Blue Celadon Glaze

This bowl set was wheel thrown on a pottery wheel. They were fired in a wood kiln upside down using shells. The bottoms of the interiors were the only places that were not glazed and have orange/brown flashing from the shells and shell marks. I used a blue celadon glaze for these pieces. The bowls have bluish white streaks where flying ash hit them in the kiln.

This tea set was fired in a wood kiln to cone 10. It has subtle pink and brownish flashing. The interiors were glazed with an orange shino, and the teapot has a built-in "honeycomb" strainer for loose-leaf tea.

Sculpture I made some years ago. One of my first polymer clay sculptures I think. I had made a Pooh bear, too, but one of my sisters got to him and broke his ear. Broken ears tend to be a reoccurring thing with my sculptures, specifically the left ones.

Sorry I haven't uploaded any recent projects. Fondant duty for my grandmother's wedding cake (four tiers worth of decorating) is eating a good chunk of my free time and the closest I got to sculpting or painting in the last couple of weeks has been staring at art supplies at Michael's and wishing I was a billionaire so I could buy everything.
Hopefully I'll be able to upload something new soon, else I'm just going to take pics of older projects 'til I have time.

Decorated Clay Skull

I'm sincerely impressed with how easy this Premier clay is to work with when it's bought soft and new on the store shelf. It might be years before I stumble upon another batch of air-dried modeling clay that's THIS easy to work with.

The black paint is actually a Bic black permanent marker. When I opened up my jar of black miniatures paint, the paint was all dried up. So, I went with a marker instead.

In other news, although I refuse to believe this skull could be haunted already, I HAVE had really loud hiccups for the past five minutes. LOL

WIP Chrysalis sculpture

My first sculpture and I chose one of the hardest characters to do ^^' She was originally standing up but fell because I'm so smart and didn't put wires in her.... Oh well... seductive Chrysalis it is.

I doubt I'll get feedback here but I'm not satisfied with the outcome. I would like some advice on how to improve this sculpture before I bake and paint it. The pose might seem off... but I'm gonna lean her against many pillows (that's the idea... don't know if I'll stick to it).

Any advice would be great but please keep it to critiquing and not rude comments ... it is my first pony sculpture after all and I have no idea how animal anatomy works
