He hangs out on the streets, grabbing crumbs where he can. He enjoys window sills, roofs, and car antennas. He is not phased by tourists with cameras.

He is making his way in the world just fine, thanks.

Urban Bird is made with recycled watch gears and parts removed from old watches and reassembled into something new, special, and one-of-a-kind.

This bracelet as been commissioned by a woman that wanted a rosary style bracelet with small religious medals and crosses between each bead. So.. i made this bracelet with 6mm hematite colored tzech firepolished beads because she wanted it to be rather dark. She also asked for neutral metal color so i went for nickel colored eyepins and clasp (despite de name of the color, the findings don't actually contain nickel... isn't it ironic?). The rings are decorative and of an antique version on the nickel color in order to create a balance between the nickel and the hematite colors. As for the medals, i bought them in a monastery so i have no way of knowing what they are made of. The middle cross is silver plated with cristal clear rhinestone on top. It's been placed in the middle because the woman wanted it to be the most visible. This bracelet as been a challenge because it had to be realised with a budget of no more than 10$ in material and time.

photo par/by: just_me02 [link]
