But yep, this is my little girl. An arctic fox with blue grey eyes. I finished her up in a day (new recordddd) because she was pretty easy. Although getting them to LOOK like arctics is a different story LOL

Shes like a little wolf, or a little polar bear, XD and shes SO FLUFFY, like, Obese and fluffy made this fox.

But shes a personal mount. I really did want something to cheer me up, so I made myself my only other soft mount I own. XD

Shes about 2 feet long not including her nubby tail. Small. very. very small.

This is it guys. My dream came true. I FINALLY got a fire and ice fox. <333
Roman, a cinnamon cross/burgundy gold on the right, is a nice comparison. He now belongs to Sero. And the fire and ice that used to belong to ~InkAndbones, on the left, Kafira. Who's name will probably be changed...maybe Karma..LOL

Sero surprised me with this a few weeks ago. He told be he wanted to do what he could to get me my dream fox, or at least help. I thought maybe hed show me links to other foxes I could purchase or that were available. He also knew I just couldn't afford it.
So instead, he got this girl for me as a trade to Ink, to my complete surprise. He did more than he should have, trading an LMDE mount and a very rare skull for this fox, just for me.
I still might never understand his motives, other than kindness..but whatever it is, I cannot thank him more.

So in return, in the future ill be doing whatever I can to get him his dream fox and dream wolf if he doesn't have it already, and I'm also going to mount ANY pelt hed like and help him out, and draw him whatever he likes, in return for what he's done. Even all of that can't express how much this means to me.

He has to be the kindest person ive met. And it all started with Roman, and a nice guy willing to make people happy too.

And that can't be thanked for enough.


I hope to soon have her mounted by Nemi, ill be saving up for that.

Fully complete possum pelt, I've been working on breaking this hide all weekend, it's coming along great. This one is lifesize suitable, it's been cased, lips turned, with only one relief incision on one of the fore arms. Tail is also properly dressed.

Anyway, this is a full-sized (Canadian) Grey Wolf paw. In the picture that it had been listed in on eBay, it looked reddish, almost. Well, I when I opened up the box, I was pleased to find a nice, essentially white coat on it (I already have reddish-tan fur, and the leftover white fur will do nicely for jewelry). The claws are gorgeous, dark with blonde tips. All 5 (four main, one dew) claws are there, as well. It's only got the toe pads, but I honestly would have had to remove the palm anyway.

I plan on using the paw for a cell phone pouch for my Droid Razr M. As I won't need the whole leg for the case, I'll definitely have some white fur left for jewelry.

I did not kill the wolf, nor did I have it killed for me. The wolf was obtained legally for both population control, as well as its fur. Legs are generally sold as 'scrap' pieces because coats, blankets, pillows, etc. do not make use of the faces, legs, or tails. ]]>

Info: I got this rich colored beauty yesterday and I am very happy that I got it. Everytime I saw a red fox it was more brown than red and somehow that bothered me. Finally - a red red fox! Beside that the colors on this pelt are so differentiated - black, brown, red, white, grey. Since it really reminds me of autumn I decided to name this pelt 'Syksy' (suomi for 'autumn'). There are a few issues to fix but I will do that soon.

Autumn was my first fox that I owned. She came to me air dried. I tanned her as my first attempt and her tan did come out really good believe it or not.

Autumn was also a fox I attempted to mount. Not sure what ever went wrong, her face rotted out on me and fell apart. She was a fox I connected to, but as she fell to pieces, so did our connection. Its not there anymore, but my love for her is still there.
I won't forgive myself for what I did to her, hopefully I can make her into something to make up for that.
Shes still beautiful regardless.
I cut her down the belly as she didnt look so good cased.

Despite it being pretty warm out, I was able to take her out and get some nice outdoor photos of her! She really has an expressive face, and is a real sweetie. She's very plush and soft, and itty bitty compared to my other coyotes. Only Kitchi and Desmond are smaller then her really. She's got very vibrant coyote colors, and stands out in any collection. I'm honored that I could have worked on her, and I want her to find a good home with someone who will also enjoy her expression and beauty!
