This is my cosplay as Rei Ayanami, which I wore at the Swedish convention Närcon Vinter 2013.

I really worked hard to make this cosplay look good, since I find it a bit tricky to work with elastic fabrics. I also had a tight time schedule with this cosplay, so in the end I don't think it turned out as good as I wanted it to. Oh well...

Every piece of the costume is made by me

More pictures here:

Back: [link]

Sitting: [link]

The name Aidan has always been a "pup" name really, it was a name I was saving to give one of my children someday. For whatever reason, I gave it to this wolf instead. He's probably the pelt I feel the closest to, being the first one I was willing to go "in the hole" for for quite a sum of money. I stalked him for months on glacierwear before my best friend thought I was pitiful enough to help me get him. The friend who helped me get him even became like a father to him, always worrying about times like when I left him in my ex's car and it got broken into, or even when I left him at a friend's house.

He has strong ties to my blonde coyote, Sisyphus. My dream guide has worn both of their skins numerous times and I feel like they are a part of him. Aidan has helped me strengthen many friendships over the past year, and has followed me every time I moved, as if I had those friends supporting me through him every step of the way. I can only hope that I've been a good keeper for him.
