Gah!! Hey all!
I have been doing this for like a month.. shoot! its actually 2 months! anyways this is what I always feel when i get a really deep thought about life when im waiting for the stoplight to turn green . yeah its pretty deep >.< you probably don't know about it... HIPSTER! ~~Im not a hipster~~

Alright, I know Celestia probably doesn't know either, but I thought this was a fun idea. Poor Twilight.

Like usual, if it's terrible, tell me why, so I can learn.

What I learned:

I can't decide if I really liked working on this or really didn't. I think I liked it more than I didn't, but a couple of things were a painnnn. But, you learn from dumb mistakes.

Learned things:

-Don't decide that you want Twilight's head to be smaller AFTER you've drawn everything (blahhhhhhhhh)
-Even tiny little mistakes are super noticeable (jagged edges, little cuts in the lines etc.) (and they're a pain to fix)
-Crazy Twilight is fun to draw
-It's official. I really don't like drawing hands. (sorry, Lyra)

The last panel was the hardest mainly because I had no reference pictures to refer to (well, except for the obvious scene that it's supposed to mirror, but she was in pony form then), and I'm not used to drawing humans yet. It turned out better than I expected (which isn't saying much; my original sketch was terrible, so I wasn't really expecting much when I started drawing on the computer). I don't think anything's tooooo off.

I messed around a little bit with lighting (especially in the mirror pictures). I also paid a little bit more attention to detail, and I worked with my tendency to be lazy with backgrounds (I made the subjects fill up most of the page, so I didn't have to deal with them for a few of the panels). I also messed around a bit with camera angles. I think my facial expressions have improved a bit. And nothing really looks too too weird, so I guess I improved on that a bit too.

Lime lost against Fire and he lost his title of Champion. Lime was sad and thought his parents would be disappointed so he ran away. He meets Giovanni (HOLY MOLY HES ALIVE) and he tells Lime if he helps rebuild Team Rocket his parents would be happy. Lime joins and successfully rebuilds Team Rocket and becomes an executive. Red hears that Team Rocket is back and decides to stop them again. Green, Fire, and Brownie catch up to help him. Red discovers Lime is part of Team Rocket and became very disappointed. Lime was confused when Red was convincing him to leave. But then realized this was a trap of Giovanni. Red was then killed by Giovanni in front of everyone (imagine like they were on tv or something) and Lime realized he was just a puppet. Green was killed by a bunch of grunts. Brownie, who attempted to escape with her Butterfree, was shot in the sky as she was about to escape. Fire was the only one left and stopped Giovanni. The building was collapsing and Fire let Lime escape. When Lime decided to bring Fire with him he was already dead.

Few days later, Lime visits his family's graves and cries wishing someone would help him. Then, Jirachi(the pokemon who grants wishes) appears to him. Lime then wishes none of those things happened and it was granted. Lime then woke up in the forest where he stayed. He flew back home seeing his family waiting for him.

The weapons assignment has taken it's toll on Archer. His weapons have all been confiscated by the Dragoon Professor, and he is very, very used to getting his way a hundred percent of the time. Infact he's barely ever been without a bow...and it's effecting the little brat pretty severely. Here we see him wallowing in self pity, face scrunched into the carpet. And yet he still refuses to pick up a gun.

This is kinda the second half of the Weaponry Class Assignment. That is to say, Archer isn't participating in it. :I

Subtle aren't I? Anyway, for the time being I don't have any more finished comics there. However, I plan to update as often as I can, the goal being at least two times a week. Feel free to bookmark that page or follow if you're a fellow Blogspot using fossil.
Possum Tails predated the Perrnies and PukéManz. Since sixth grade or so, it's been my life's work. It's not until now that said work has begun to suck less enough to the point where it is palatable. Don't convince me otherwise.

Please excuse the awkwardness and inconsistency in my drawing, I'm still getting used to this style. That, and I can almost never draw the same thing twice. It's a bit of a problem, but I might be able to make it easier with the magic of tracing and lots of erasing and re-drawing.

This comic took what I'm beginning to suspect was 10 hours at least. I probably should have kept track, but I really got into the drawing.
Also, I'm not sure if I'll be uploading any other Possum Tails comics to DA. Maybe, maybe not. They will be posted on the blog of course.

Problem with APH fanfics

I simply can't read fanfics about my homecountry. It feels so wrong. And don't get me even started with SuFin; the way most people portray them makes me extremely uncomfortable.
Still, some fanfics about Finland are pretty good. I just prefer him on the backgroud as a badass gangster or something.
