I love you guys. I really do. This is not an attack. It's an amusing observation.
Before I uploaded my first Avatar fanart, I had nine people watching me, four of whom I know personally. After uploading my unintentional bit of fluff, eleven more people added me to their friends list and, after only two days in my gallery, it became my most favorited, most viewed, most commented on, and most downloaded piece.
Ah, the subjectiveness of art.

My original characters for my story The Devil's Dealers.

These are characters I specially made for my site layout back in 2007. XD I created the first 4 and drew them all to go with the card playing theme, which took months of work and planning. XD The layout was called 'Devil's Dealers,' and shows these characters representing a certain suit. I just recently decided to take this group further by adding more characters and almost make it into my own anime/manga in the end. XD They each have their own profile as well as relations with one another that will be mentioned below. I even went as far as choosing a voice actor who I'd think would fit their voice the most. XDD I might put up chapters for the story/manga one day, since I have pretty solid information on their personality, info, and background. If not, I'll do more artwork of them in the future. XD All characters and art belong to me. ^^

(This story concept might be best for an Otome game, with all these guys and just one girl... >_> o_o If I had the ability, skills and time (as well as a staff to help me XD), I would so make this game ASAP. o_o Lol XDD)

The Devil's Dealers Story Synopsis: A group of high school students have found a common interest in playing cards during their childhood, so they've inevitably become members of The Card Club at school. Sachiko befriends Kai, Teruo and other new students, who have all gradually become close to her through the school year. Little by little, newcomers enter their club from all different places.. What could make this club so 'well-known' and sought out for? Little does she know about the surprises that were yet to unveil when the cards uncover the truth about them...

Character Info:
Always cheerful and kind to the people around her, Sachiko loves being with her friends and is constantly searching for new card decks to collect, due to her fascination for the various designs on them. She may look like a beginner at playing cards, but she's quite skilled and also has a strange winning streak in games. Ever since she met Teruo, she took an interest to him, at first, because of his intelligence and knowledge in playing cards, but later she develops a crush on him, which becomes very apparent to Kai. XD

Sachiko usually hangs out a lot with Kai, Yuko, Kazuto and Jin the most. She loves daydreaming and talking about her obsession and crush on Teruo, which Kai is tired of, because he really likes her himself. XD Jin is also infatuated with her, but keeps silent about it, since he doesn't want to spark a competition with Kai. Unlike Kazuto who is always friendly with her, she feels most comfortable with Yuko who usually sits next to her doing a quiet activity and provides a nice company. XD

Character Info:
Playful and fun-loving, Kai likes to challenge various kinds of people in different card games to prove his skills to others. He may like to boast a little and be a bit arrogant at times, but he also has a soft spot, especially for Sachiko. XD He tries to give her hints that he has feelings for her, but he usually ends up making silly remarks or comments that makes her think it's a type of game he's playing for his own amusement.. XD When he's told what to do, he'll immediately go into a 'scary' personality mode. o_o People end up backing away from him, because his aura becomes 'raging flames,' while his face becomes fierce and threatening. XDD He's good friends with Yuko and admires his ability to keep a poker-face in almost any given situation, which is the total opposite of him. Kai often challenges Teruo a lot due to their rivalry of who is more skilled at card playing, but he's also envious of Teruo, because Sachiko always talks about how much she admires him when she's with Kai. XD

Character Info:
Cool, witty, and charismatic, Teruo usually gets a lot of attention with his feminine face, and not to mention, his often revealing clothing. XD He usually has girls around him, even when he doesn't want to, but has gotten used to it over time. XD He enjoys challenging Kai and teasing him during a game to mess him up. XD Teruo also goes to various places to gamble with friends and often encounters shady people, which makes Sachiko worried about him. Teruo, however, enjoys seeing her 'cute' expressions she gets upset. o_o XD Because of Teruo's restless lifestyle as well as independent nature and popularity, he isn't aware of how Sachiko feels about him (and not to mention he's almost clueless/oblivious when it comes to love XD). He only sees her as a "nice and playful girl" as he tells Kai, when asked what he feels about her. ^^"

Character Info:
With a painful past, Yuko is usually quiet, but sometimes can be seen wearing a cunning smile or smirk that would intimidate some people. He appears calm and reserved and rarely shows his true emotions, which is how he got his nickname 'poker face.' Because of that, it becomes very advantageous for him in certain card games, especially poker. XD Even when he's angry people can rarely sense it, which shows how well he can mask his emotions. He got the scar on his left eye from a girl he used to love dearly in the past, who broke out in rage from jealousy and accidentally injured him. After that incident, it seems like he rarely opens up to people anymore, especially to girls who are interested in him. However, he often likes to be around Sachiko (since she makes him feel comfortable) and finds himself having unknown feelings towards her (could it be love?). Perhaps he just likes how innocent and naive she can be, which was the total opposite of his past love interest/girlfriend..

Character Info:
With a calm and usually nonchalant demeanor, he has a powerful presence among the others and usually intrigues a lot of the people he meets (except Yuko at first o_o XD). Nao becomes very curious about Yuko, because of the unresponsive facial expressions that he gets from him at first. XD He feels that he's put up to a challenge and tries to pry him open with his subtle 'methods.' XD Surprisingly, Yuko starts to lose the outer shell that no one else was able to break through before when Nao starts going over 'certain limits.' o_o XD (We'll leave that for future fanart or story excerpts XD) Yuko is perplexed by Nao's ability to 'move' him and begins feeling uneasy around him from there on.. XD Nao's advances on him isn't helping either, Yuko even thinks he's hitting on him (which he is >_> XDD). Only when he is around Yuko will he act different from his 'usual self' (so much that it shocks the people who happen to be nearby XD)

Nao was sent to their school as a messenger from an unknown organization to get a report on their whereabouts and other detailed information on them, however, he has slowly began to lose grasp of the assignment as he becomes drawn and attached to the group. He decides to disguise himself as a transfer student of 18, so he can attend school with the other four and learn more about them (and especially to be around Yuko more often XD). He is already above college level of intelligence, so he doesn't even need to be there otherwise. XD

Character Info:
As a White Tiger, Ran has always been sought out by poachers who want him for his fur even as a cub. That is when one fated day, he came across a traveling sorcerer, who saw his existence as a rarity and decided to help him out by giving him a special amulet which allows him to turn into human form -to protect himself from his pursuers-. Ran was also taught magic, which he would use in times of dire need and to protect others.

As a human, Ran is very stealthy by nature and can be very quiet when getting around places, so he tends to catch people by surprise when he walks up behind them. XD (Some people even call him a stalker XD) He also has a habit of being very laid back and a bit lazy as a human, XD but when needed, he'll jump in to save a friend when they're in trouble. When he gets excited or pumped up, XD sometimes the 'animal inside him' gets a little out of control and his White Tiger ears and tail pop out, until he calms down. XD Ran still has to get used to being in a human form, so sometimes he also might do animal-like things in public, such as leap onto a desk or lay/rest on the floor. XDDD

Ran was told by the sorcerer that he would find a safe place 'to stay' if he headed for this particular high school to join The Card Club. First, Ran was a bit skeptical, but he decided to go to this place to investigate it, and once he saw the many cute school girls there, he knew he had to attend this school. XDD (Ran actually has horrible grades, because he's never had schooling from his past years -it's a mystery how he even got into the school o_o-, because he was always living as a White Tiger. XD So he's almost like a child/animal in a young adult body. XD) Either Kazuto or Isamu always end up forcing him to do his work or help with his studies a lot even though he doesn't find it really important. XD

He enjoys the admiration he gets from girls who are fascinated by his hair and 'exotic-look' (even from the guys o_o XD) Although he finds some of them attractive, it's hard for him to find one that can really tickle his fancy. o_o XD He usually doesn't get along with Nao, because he thinks he should have been the 'King' instead. XD Nao might sometimes subtlety poke fun at his title and call him a 'Spoiled/Lazy Queen' XD, which greatly irritates Ran. XD But ever since he arrived at their school, he was welcomed as a Card Club member as the last Court card.

Ran gets along the most with Kai, so much, that they're practically best friends. XD But he also loves watching Isamu trying to get Teruo's attention, who is always oblivious to his feelings for him. XD He thinks Isamu should give up and try to compete for his attention instead, which makes Isamu a bit annoyed. XD (seeing how he already has a lot of attention from his other classmates XD) Ran often feels too comfortable as a human in almost any situation and rarely feels awkward or embarrassed doing things 'out of the norm' at all. XD Isamu always ends up trying to cover for him, because of how reckless he could be. XD (He wonders why he even cares o_o XD) Perhaps that is how things have been stirring up with them.. >_>

(Note: The stone in Ran's amulet is a green tourmaline, which is good for creativity, compassion, prosperity, healing, health, abundance. ^^)

Character Info:
Appearing as a cool, fun-loving guy and laidback guy, he is kind at heart and loves to keep himself busy whenever possible. He treats all the girls he meets with respect like a gentleman, so much, that it earned him the nickname of Prince Kazuto. He cares a lot about Sachiko, because she was the first person who was able to cheer him up during a difficult time in his life.

There is another side to him that he rarely shows around people, which is a more silent and brooding personality. In truth, he tries to keep on a happy and cheerful front, when he himself is actually not that way. He's afraid of others worrying about him, so he does this to hide his true feelings and mood. Often keeping himself busy with errands, helping others, or doing schoolwork, he secretly thinks a lot about Sachiko and deeply thinks about how it would be like if he could be with her (as well as stealing glances at her without her knowing XD). Despite his personality, He also has a strange quirk where he tends to wear an eyepatch over his eye as a fashion statement. o_o XD
He's best friends with Jin and can usually be seen hanging out together a lot due to both of their down-to-earth and practical nature.

As a member of the Card Club, Kazuto keeps everything under control and makes sure all goes orderly. Many people go to him for help and advice, because of his helpful and reliable nature. He can't stand how most of the other guys in the Card Club have to be so perverted, because it always gives him a headache. XD He can only relate with Yuko and Jin, because they seem to be only ones who focus most on school work the most and aren't trying to chase after a guy. He has also gotten compliments in the past that he looked good with his hair long by many people, so he has kept it long ever since. However, he prefers keeping it tied, because it usually gets in the way while he's doing work.

His built would be considered one like a 'Seme' XD (which is very close to Nao's body, XD despite him being younger. XD He also works out, so he does have some muscles too, although the image doesn't show as much. XD

Character Info:
Jin is the most practical, patient and faithful one of the group. He is always the one who leaves last in the Club and contemplate events as he's walking home. With a quiet and reserved nature, Jin prefers to do things his own way at usually on his own. He appears aloof and indifferent, but only because he's afraid of connecting closely with others, which may makes him feel vulnerable when establishing an emotional connection, although he seeks it. Despite these things, he is the most reliable and trustworthy who can complete large and difficult tasks without complaints.

He observes the others similar to Nao, but Jin constantly wants to prove that he could be useful to them, which Kazuto and Sachiko understand the most. He enjoys Sachiko's company the most, because she's always able to lift his spirits in such a way. She got his attention ever since he saw her walking to school with her friend one day, but knew Kai was clearly interested in her later, so he tries to keep his distance.. Because of this, he finds love difficult to grasp, although he longs for it.

He heard Sachiko loved playing cards, which he loved doing himself and decided to join the Card Club in hopes of being able to play with her one day. ^^ Jin became best friends with Kazuto and usually always goes places together due to Kazuto's kind, down-to-earth nature and friendly chemistry. He rarely talks to or thinks he would get along with Teruo and wonders why Sachiko is interested in him..

During the night, Jin helps take care of trouble in the city and watches everyone from high buildings looking for criminals who are causing danger. He has started doing this ever since he noticed crime rates have gone up with not enough police to catch them all (which is actually part of Zagan's doing.. >_> XD). Jin feels that he could do something to help people with his abilities, so he wears a 'evil clown' mask to 'twist/hide' his identity while tracking and bringing criminals down in their acts. He can throw regular playing cards to far distances with great accuracy, so much that it could cut through or go into objects. Depending on the crime, he uses this for different purposes, but one main reason is scare or get the criminal's attention before making his move. The witnesses who have caught a glimpse of him call him 'the Joker' due to his mask, but Jin prefers it this way as long as no one suspects him (the highschool student XD). He often encounters the 'real' Jokers (Isamu and Izo) who try to stop him, so he carries a heavy burden of hiding his identity as well as taking on the twins alone. It's a mystery how he can even keep up with school with all this going on in his night life... ^^'

Character Info:
Isamu joins The Card Club later in the semester as the 'good' Joker after he quit the Chess Club. XD He has always been watching Teruo, but could never approach him in person, because Teruo is rarely seen alone. XD He thought joining the Card Club would be a good opportunity to befriend him, so he was willing to quit the Chess Club for that chance. XD At first impression, Teruo was impressed by the challenge Isamu brought to the table when playing against him, so he constantly admires his intelligence and compliments him, which Isamu loves X3 o_o XD. Teruo gets along well with him and thinks Isamu is a very bright and intelligent boy, but of course he never thought anything more of him than that. XD (Teruo has a hard time falling in love XD) Isamu acts very friendly and open towards Teruo, hoping he would show some kind of liking towards him in return, but he suspects that Teruo doesn't go 'that way' and feels a bit insecure and unconfident inside sometimes.. XD Isamu may do unexpected things like connect their topic of discussion to things that may hint that he wants to know more about him, which Teruo never seems to get. XD An example is during their conversation about Poker, he would mention that one of the things he'd love to do at least once in his life is to play strip poker with him. o_o XD Teruo isn't in touch with his feelings enough to respond with a good answer, and instead says, "Well.. That's seems like a good idea.. when you're out drunk and partying with friends.." XD

Isamu is often mistakened for a 15 year old, which really irritates him, because he wants to be seen as a mature adult. XD He is almost desperately trying to win Teruo's affections, but it seems like he's only putting on a 'show' for Ran. XDD He often gets teased by Ran, because he says Isamu sure knows a lot for a "kid" or that he shouldn't be thinking of such "adult" things when he's so young. XDD Ran also 'sexually' harrases Isamu from time to time, because Ran doesn't know how to win his affections best. XD However, Isamu isn't moved and feels more annoyed by his actions.. (Isamu's heart is too set on Teruo XD)

Although Isamu is the Joker of the Card Club, he joins the side of the Devil (Zagan) later on, who 'took him in' when he was extremely depressed about not being to see his twin brother one day. Isamu always felt that his twin 'completed' him whenever he was always around, but ever since he left home, he felt empty. (details explained in Izo's profile) That is when Zagan visited him one night to make an offer to Isamu that could see his twin again and be with him whenever he wanted as long as he gives up his body and soul to him. Despite Isamu knowing better than to make such a reckless sacrafice, he loved his brother dearly and would do anything to see him again, so in his desperate state, he agreed. That is when Isamu was granted special powers and was told by Zagan that his twin brother Izo is often resided in his realm in the underworld and that he could meet him with his given teleportation powers (because he has opened a portal to allow Isamu in also after their pact). When Isamu finally meets his brother Izo again, he 'officially' joins Zagan's side. Isamu has the advantage of working 'undercover' for Zagan, because he has connections to the people in the Card Club, who Zagan is interested in.. ;_; You can say Isamu was a bit 'manipulated' or taken advantage of, so he reluctantly has to go against 'his friends' in the end for the exchange of seeing his brother again.. T_T

The more 'sadistic' twin with a narcissistic personality and user of bad language. o_o He doesn't hold back on his words, so he can be seem as crude and vulgar. Izo wasn't always like this, but it has gotten worse ever since him and Isamu split up upon entering high school.

In the past, Izo was always the twin who tried to catch up with his brother, but Isamu always did better than him in almost everything, so only he got appreciated and praised the most. Because of this, Izo couldn't go to the same high school as him. Being the younger twin, Izo was always being protected and helped by his brother, but his parents thought otherwise.. He overheard his mother one day say to his father that she wished she didn't have Izo and that she could have just had Isamu. That's when Izo felt he was the flawed twin, who shouldn't have existed. Over the years, his bottled up feelings turned him inside out and he gradually began developing a personality disorder. His brother understood his pain, but couldn't help him no matter what he tried. Izo no longer could stand living in the same house with his parents and decided to move away with one of their relatives..

As the Joker, Izo finds enjoyment in tormenting, tricking, and deceiving people (physically and mentally o_o) and is very arrogant while doing it. He obtained his powers from the Devil, Zagan when he came to him one day when Izo was about to commit suicide from his guilt and loneliness. He asked if Izo would give up his body and soul if he could have whatever he wanted and to be free. Izo, in his poor and hopeless mental state, agreed and was given special powers by Zagan, which would help him in doing his dirty deeds. Zagan decided to take Izo into his realm in the underworld to live, because he knew Izo hated living with his other relatives. Ever since then, Isamu has lost contact with Izo and has been even more worried and desperate to see him.

Despite Izo's respect for Isamu, he usually likes to go up into the human realm to play around and sometimes pose as Isamu when he's not around. He likes to see what it's like to be in his brother's shoes and what he goes through each day by trying to 'play his parts,' which only Ran figures out. >_> (since Ran has his innate Tiger abilities of exceptional hearing, smell and night vision) He can tell by the pace in which Izo walks and the rate at which he breathes is not similar to Isamu's usual. o_o XD Sometimes Ran plays along with Izo (when disguised as Isamu) and pretends he thinks he's really Isamu. XDD This greatly irritates Izo, since he almost knows that Ran can see through it all (either that or he thinks he's an 'idiot' o_o XD). Ran also takes extra advantage in these times to 'sexually' harass or tease Izo even more. >_> (which is originally supposed to directed towards Isamu, XD but Ran kind of likes how 'this' version of him is more 'spunky' o_o XDD) Ran only knows that he's not Isamu and looks identical to him, so he suspects Isamu has a twin brother (which Isamu reluctantly and surprisingly admits to when Ran asked him about it one day o_o -Isamu hasn't heard about his brother in a long time, so when Ran brought up that he saw his 'twin' minutes ago, he was shocked o_o). Despite Ran's questioning to Izo about his whereabouts -when Isamu isn't around-, Izo always avoids answering or denies the truth when Ran comes to assumptions. Izo starts to give Ran a special treatment later on and acts less 'cruel' towards him gradually, because he was never really showed 'affection' of that kind before. o_o >_> (Maybe he's starting to 'like' him o_o) Because of this, Izo begins to 'stalk' the Card club more to see what Ran's up to.. >_> After Isamu reunites with his brother, he suspects Izo is interested in Ran, which Izo denies and makes up excuses that he's scheming of more ways to ruin their lives. o_o XD

(The twins also have a 'Devil's tail' that either comes out at will or when their powers are at their max.)

Sin is Zagan's "right-hand man." He is usually serious and quiet with wavering emotions just beneath the surface.

Ever since Kane was 17, he suffered the witness of his family's murder only later to get his revenge when he tracked the man down and killed them with his own hands. After losing all hope to live and grieving the loss of his only blood relatives (who he cherished deeply) and killing another person (which was against his morals), Zagan gave him a visit and decided to take him in out of 'charity,' while renaming him Sin, hoping he will live up to his new name. o_o (Yes, that is why Zagan is the Devil.. ;_; )

The reason for his family's death was a belief that his father's ancestors were demons and that they had powers that would cause misfortune and destruction to them all. It is unknown to others (besides his own family and Zagan) whether he really has demon blood in him or not, but Sin infact does -which they tried to keep a secret-. (His mother is human, so he is really part human and demon o_o) Kane, however, rarely ever acted like a 'demon' and always abided by the rules and adjusted to the society he lived in.

Under Zagan's commands, Sin was sent to Sachiko's school as a background observer so he could learn more about them from afar and to send information back to Zagan. But when Sachiko got close to him and offered him to join their group, he has been hanging around with them ever since, due to Sachiko's infectious, kind nature and strong desire to make others around her happy.

Zagan wasn't upset about Sin getting too close to them, but he didn't like how he was adapting so much to their 'customs' and not doing anything to 'rouse them up'. o_o He knows about Sin's past and knows that he has some demon blood in him, but he believes Sin isn't living up to his 'half demon' reputation or new name. He believes Sin is too tied to human society traditions from when was living on Earth, so he thought he needed to take actions to change him around. This is when Zagan decided to put a "curse" on Sin, so that all of the negativity, sorrow, anger, and hatred from the people around him (whether it be Earth or the Underworld) would all transmit into his soul, making him overfilled with a dark aura, so he would eventually have to be 'forced' to act like a real 'demon.'

Sin still visits Sachiko's school at this point, but he will pull himself away from her and the others when he feels a lot of negative energy in the atmosphere (since those emotions have a bad impact on his personality)

Later on, Sin realizes that he felt happiest when being around Sachiko, because of her positive and bright aura, which he can clearly sense and find peace in. He knew he wanted to be with her as much as possible, so he could escape the rage and grief he was often surrounded with, which was a curse to him. He one day decided to confess to Sachiko of his feelings, which she could not yet reply, because she knew that she has started liking Kai at that point (but also some unknown feelings for Sin). Although Sin didn't recieve an answer, he almost knew clearly of who she liked the most, so he grew upset himself, although trying to hide it away when in front of her. When he returns to the underworld, his own feelings combine with the dark ones of Zagan and the twins, so he begins to shift to a darker state than before, and finding a new 'him' deep within that is considered his 'Dark' side.

Sachiko then becomes the reason for all his sinful acts when he realizes that he loves her deeply. Because there are many obstacles in his way of having her for his own, he becomes mad and almost obsessive/protective of her. Sin starts to hate Kai more and more and tries to find ways to get rid of him. Because of his 'new' personality, he has spent less time with them and more with Zagan and the others, feeling more bitter and negative.

At this point, he begins to stop visiting Sachiko's school in order to prevent himself from harming them, because his 'dark' feelings escalates to a level that can no longer be contained.

Once a man conformed to society and kind by nature, Sin is now unpredictable and dangerous under his calm facade. Because he lives with Zagan and the twins in the Underworld, he acts more dark and evil the more he is around them. (If he gets extremely upset or angry, his eyes will glow red and he will have a dark aura surrounding him that will make him untouchable). He often vents these dark feelings in decieving others and using them to his own amusement or advantage.

Sin grows to "live and breathe" the 7 deadly sins from his curse, o_o which he often does in these ways: For the sin, Pride, he could be very arrogant and competitive; Envy, he'll want what others have and wanting to take it away from them, and seeing the misfortune of others (usually anyone who gets near Sachiko); Wrath, he can break out in rage or become violent and destructive if angered; Sloth, he can become very lazy or careless if he gets bored or fed up with something; Greed, he can try to get more than he needs with the use of deception and force; Gluttony, He can overindulge himself in liquor when he's depressed or grieving; o_o Lust, he thinks about wanting to be with Sachiko in 'that' way. o_o >_>

Underneath his dark appearance, Sin truly wishes to be happy and to find his 'new' reason for living, which he feels is non-existent at this point.. T_T

Appearing as a 7-year old boy, Taro is a silent, mild tempered, observant and mature 17 year-old with a hidden dark personality.

Taro was a reckless child raised in a family with parents who never had time for him and was brought up by an irresponsible caretaker. He was raised with little value of compassion or understanding of the world and had no sense of respect or tact for others. He was naive, careless and wild, and had fun whenever he could, even if it was at the wrong place and time.

One day, the gods put a curse on Taro after carelessly knocking over a statue (which was home to an old spirit, who was highly respected) when playing with a friend nearby, which greatly angered and upset the spirits which inhabited the temple. The curse inflicted upon him made it so he would forever stay 7 (to remind of him of his sinful crime at this point in his life), only being able to age in spirit and mind for as long as he lives so he would learn from everything wrong he ever did and only to mature mentally.

Taro didn't know he was cursed until he started noticing that he never grew for several weeks-months-to years and was informed by a traveling fortune teller that it was done by the gods as punishment for the damage he has done to their sacred temple. He was then forced to suffer life being looked down upon by people who thought something was wrong with him for not "aging" physically or not take him seriously because of his child-like appearance. This also caused him to be an outcast by the ones of the same age as him, which saddened him deeply. Because of this, he has developed a severe depressive disorder and has lost all reason to continue living an empty life.

Zagan came to him when he lost all hope to live and asked if he wanted a new life with him in exchange for his body and soul. He also made a second offer saying if Taro agreed and proved to be a loyal servant of him, he could also lift the curse from him, so he could return to his current 'teen' body. Since Taro felt like the body he had was no longer 'his' and his soul was almost worthless to him now with all the pain he felt, he decided to agree. After joining Zagan, he was renamed Solas and given special powers with a new place to live, free of routines or having to be around people who didn't understand him or his situation. He tried to prove himself to Zagan that he is worthy to have the curse lifted from him by being loyal and trusting as much as he could, which almost trained him to never question anything and to always obey any order given to him. (It is however only a broken promise that Zagan used to lure him in. Zagan doesn't have the power to interfere with curses by the gods.)

With a new goal in his new life in the Underworld, Solas now has a small spark of hope left for the life he wanted. He is not as depressed as before, but can be in an irrtable mood, insecure, and even melancholy at times. But if provoked or angered to a certain degree, his personality will change completely (eyes will turn red) and he'll become devilish, twisted, violent or threatening while displaying a great sense of hatred, which was bottled up from all his 10 years of being alienated in society.

Although Solas usually likes working alone, he gets along most with Sin (who he considers his 'big brother' and sometimes partners with him on missions) while he sees Zagan as an authorative figure with much power, who he should always obey. Solas is surprised when he finds out about Sin's curse and how it was done by the hands of Zagan himself as punishment for not acting anything like the half-demon that he was. This confused Solas, but he shook off anything doubts, since he was willing to do anything to get his curse lifted by Zagan.

Solas can't stand how immature the twins can be and doesn't exactly get along with them. He usually doesn't associate himself with Phase, but when they have to work together, he always find him too impatient and hasty.

When browsing through shop windows one day in the human world and being approached by Teruo, he slowly takes an interest to him, but isn't sure why. Perhaps it's because Teruo was one of the few people who caught his interest or found something 'different' in.

Appearing with a calm demeanor, Phase can be the most aggressive, impatient, destructive, arrogant and violent. He can easily intimidate others just by being around them and could be considered fond of hurting others and seeing them in pain. He has a sadistic personality and can be unpredictable, easily bored and hard to control. He always speaks out his mind and doesn't hold anything back no matter how blunt or hurtful it is, because he doesn't like keeping things to himself or worry about other people's feelings. He only takes orders from Zagan, if any, but might even disobey him when getting carried away when having too much 'fun'. The other demons try to stay out of his way, because he isn't one to easily compete or reconcile with due to his dangerous and unpredictable nature.

Phase is also known to being the only half-demon/half-god in the Underworld who inherited the power of immortality, which only the ones with the highest power have. However, he isn't aware that there is only one way he can be killed (which is not yet revealed). He is also the only inhabitant in the Underworld with pure white hair (while the others are usually darker), so he always stands out from the rest whenever he's around.

If anyone gets on his good side (which is only with a select few), he can be very entertaining, humurous and fun to be around. He isn't emotionally attatched to anyone or anything most of the time (because he thinks it holds him back) and hates dwelling on things that would ruin his mood. But on a strange note, he could be 'optimistic' despite his sadistic personality. o_o

He is especially feared by most other demons, because his rank is closely next to Zagan's. Although the whereabouts of his birth are unknown, he was banished from his home and sent to the Underworld where Zagan decided to take him in and raise him with his servants. When Phase is calm or extremely serious (which is not often) he might have a god-like appearance about him and with his long pure white hair, but deep down he is deranged, dark and dangerous..

Phase gets along most with the twins (often joking and poking fun at each other), while Sin and Solas keep to themselves a bit too much for his liking. However, he knows about Solas's more 'evil' side (that could only be seen when his patience has snapped), so sometimes Phase tries to tease him to the max to bring it out of him.. >_> (Another reason Solas doesn't really get along with him XD)

In The Card Club, Jin and Nao dislike Phase the most, because their personalities greatly clash upon their first meeting. Phase, however, thinks Yuko would be better if he were on his side. Not because of his red eyes and mysterious demeanor, but also because he also senses a painful past in him that may become powerful when turned into evil and hatred.

Phase usually dresses as a student (using the name 'Arashi') and walks the human world so he can approach Sachiko to harass and 'play' with her, not only because it's part of his orders, but he ends up personally finding her to be a perfect "specimen" of his 'strange' interests. o_o >_>

Sachiko's friends sense Arashi is not really a student and warns her to stay away from him, but he always finds a way to get to her when she's alone. Because of this, Kai becomes very concerned for her and tries to stay by her side whenever he could. Jin is always keeping a close eye on her and has witnessed Phase talking to her one time. He silently tries to deal with it on his own as he waits for the oppurtune moment to encounter Phase on his own to give him a piece of his mind..

Zagan is the immortal Ruler or The Devil of the Underworld (Hell/Hades). All inhabitants and demons living there must obey him, since he is the most powerful of them. He loves being in the gambling houses of the Underworld and enjoys nothing more than games, especially playing cards and playing with human's lives. o_o >_>

No one in the human world has ever seen him except for those who he has visited in illusions for when he goes to tempt the individuals "right for the picking." When he senses the right opportunity, he goes to entice unfortunate and miserable humans into offering them a second chance in life, except with their bodies and souls belonging to him. o_o He is also very 'perverted' and likes to do anything that is considered 'sinful' or 'giving in to temptation.' o_o

So far, the bodies and souls of the twins (Isamu and Izo), Sin, and Taro belong to him due to their naive ideals and wishes. He has complete authority over their lives, while they are bound to forever be faithful to serve him. It seems like Zagan is particularly interested in the Card Club at Sachiko's school, but in Sachiko particularly for reasons not yet relvealed. Unbeknownst to her, he already has plans in action to cause chaos in her world.

Nakama is Magic: Fluttershy and Chopper's Growth

Copic/PrismaColor marker crossover of One Piece and My Little Pony. Paired up the animal-caretaker and introverted pegeasus pony, Fluttershy, with the Strawhat pirates resident doctor and devil fruit user, Tony Tony Chopper. Given they both are considered the "crybabies" of their respective teams, they both have a nuturing personality and willing to push themselves past their own insecurities for the sake of their friends and allies.

This is one of my particular favorite pairings or even shipping, (although a tad vanilla and mild personalities) Tony Tony Chopper might be the type to take action before Fluttershy due to his experience with the adventure-seeking pirates. Whether she sees him as a brute or a gentle soul adapted to the ways of being a pirate is a dymanic I like to explore.

Here, I wanted to try several themes with the Reindeer Doctor hailing from a winter island with a pony that seems associated with the coming of spring. Fluttershy notes how much Chopper has grown during his stay in Equestria (he and his crew were seperated for two years and they went into training in their respective specialties to get strong, Chopper went through a major growth spurt), and taes a liking to his mature and stronger four-legged form.

Outside the Winter-Spring themes, had some butterflies on Fluttershy's side and on Chopper's side Cherry Blossoms petals (his particular theme).

Funny how both creators of the two shows said there would be no romance, still found this two to be rather well matched.

:: BACKGROUND ::

There isn't much known about Almarro's past since he doesn't like talking about it. Only thing that everyone is pretty sure of was that he was born and raised in Regaulas in a very well off family. His mother was a resident of Regaulas and his father was a traveler and was excellent with fixing things, most preferably time pieces.

After many years in Regaulus his father suddenly disappeared one day, leaving Almarro alone with a distraught mother. Almarro did what he had to to keep his mother's hopes up. He did well with his studies and taught himself how to fix things hoping one day that his father will return and be proud of him. He was well assimilated to this life in the snowy mountains even though the people are erratic, eccentric and shady, he never questioned anything or anyone but the secret yearning to leave grew stronger each passing year.

He had had it when he found out that he was arranged to marry the daughter of one of the town's nobles who was rumored to have a high position in a cult. To his dismay he shut himself in his fathers work room, a room that he had not entered in years since his father's disappearance. He remembered how he'd always hide in a small cabinet hidden behind the shelves just to spy on his dad work. Checking on it he saw a bulky bag, attached to it was a note addressed to Conrad. Surprised, Almarro read the contents of the letter- it stated how his father yearned for adventure and how he wants Almarro to follow his own path beyond the snowy mountains. Inside the bag was a huge pile of Lien, a map and his father's monocle. Seeing this Almarro knew what he had to do- Get the heck out of this shotgun marriage.

He escaped as fast away from the Noble's and his "ex-girfriend-wife-to-be"'s wrath and their sight. He was lucky enough to stowaway in an airship, "The Embassy" , and he assimilated himself in the crew with the other engineers without anyone suspecting-well until after a few weeks when Ran realized he wasn't part of the roster. Luckily for him, his sweet talk and huge bribe won him a position in the Air junkies.

Likes: Smoking, drinking, teasing, fixing things, playful banter, talking, prying into other people's business, practicing shooting(even though he is really bad at it)
Dislikes: Being pushed away, Rejection, being bored, his ex-girlfriend, being teased back, being forced to do something he can't control

*Psychopomps (Monocle patch)- Handed down to him by his father. It was used whenever his father fixed watches and it is believed that it has the ability to detect whatever it is that needed fixing-or maybe more.
*Hephaestus (Wrench Blades): Huge Wrenches with retractable blades modified by Conrad himself. Resembles a multi-tool.
*Since Conrad has heavy weapons his attacks are strong but if you can evade both of his hits he is openly vulnerable to attacks due to his need to pick himself up.
*He secretly wants to be a gunslinger but his impulsive personality in the battle field seems more suitable for a melee user. He keeps a small pistol by his side for practice and for emergencies.

Normally, she wouldn’t have purchased something so grandiose and extravagant, but it had come highly recommended by a friend who had used the product to get over the stress of a busy Christmas retail season. It did sound a little…out there when her friend had extolled it’s virtues, but Amber was always up for new experiences, and she had to admit, she was looking forward to this one.

She had everything planned out for a wonderful weekend. Her wise and experienced friend would be coming soon to pick her up and take her back to her flat, where a few items left behind by a roommate with a young child waited, dredged out of the storage and dusted free of spiders and lint. Amber had gotten a little ahead of herself in the department store, and had a number of outfits to wear for the excursion, none of which she was sure would fit her when she…slimmed down. The note on the box (hastily read in her excitement) stated that the little soother, or pacifier in other parlance, would take the user back down to a simpler age between two and three years old, so she tried to get clothes that were made of stretchy materials or bigger then she might need. She kept all of her receipts, just in case she had gotten it all wrong, It had been a very long time since she had been that small.

Now a pacifier that reduces one’s age might seem a simple flight of fancy, a mimsy bit of nonsense, but such is the world that Amber lives in. I didn't create it, but unfortunately for her, someone did. Products such as the soother lined the shelves in most specialty stores, doing all sorts of strange and wonderful things. Gender switching, muscle enhancing, body swapping...you name it.

Sadly, Amber might be a little too eager to unwind as she hastily tears open the colorful and unassuming box. A silly grin on her face, she pauses a moment before placing the pacifier in her mouth. "I hope I bought enough diapers...here's to the good old days, I guess."

A moment passed before anything started to happen. So long was that minute that it allowed Amber the slightest feeling of being robbed before POOF it was over. Suddenly, everything was enormous! Feeling unsure on her new legs, Amber toddled over to the full length mirror that hung on her bed room door, cheekily admiring her naked self. Giggling, she ran over to her bed, diving on top of it, enjoying the sensations her newly sensitive body brought forth. Her fur felt extra fuzzy, almost static charged, and as she wiggled into the clothes she had bought (beginning with a diaper, just in case) she could barely contain her excitement. She couldn't wait for her friend to arrive, to take her back home, where a crib and a nearby playground awaited. To be fed and looked after, without a single care in the world. Laying on the bed, sighing happily, it finally occurred to Amber that she should probably read the instructions a little more carefully, just in case something odd should come up. Her friend promised diaper duty, but anything beyond pee and Amber was on her own.

Walking back into the living room where she had dropped the container that housed the pacifier she currently was sucking on, her large eyes came across a warning she had earlier missed.

"No....no...that's not wight...I didn't....I didn't buy..."

But she had. In her haste and reletive affluence, she hadn't noticed the reason that this particular soother was so pricey. This was a REAL life changer, not just a temporary like her friend had used. The horror of what she had done was just setting in, as a loud knock suddenly rang out from her door...

History:
Born and raised in America, Noel lived a life of a happily married man and father of 2 kids. He loved the simple life and the peace his job as a minister gave him regardless of the tension of the recent pre-war events. During the time of world war 2, when the situation escalated and many men enlisted in the army, he found that he himself wanted to help serve his country in any way possible so he volunteered as a military chaplain in the U.S. army. Within the span of 4 years in service the war ended leaving Noel with a lot of grim experience to last a life time and the energy sucked out of him.

Ever since then the poor chaplain became a bit reserved and dreary. The only remedy to help him sleep at night was the company of his loving wife and children. From then on Noel focused more on dedicating himself to his family and doing everything he can for them. Life resumed to the way it was and with his luck, Noel seemed to have a long peaceful life ahead of him...too bad he ran out of it by surviving the war. On one not so faithful day, Noel choked on a piece of apple and died. So ends his story in a very anti-climactic way and so begins another.

He didn't mind death but he certainly mind ending up in purgatory or as The Reaper called it "The Subarashii Realm". He was given a chance at life just as long as he followed the rules and to do his newly given job diligently. He was given a church to manage, people to give hope to and information or "prayers" as The Reaper calls it, to be sent to him. He didn't like his situation, it felt like he went back in service as a military chaplain all over again. Only this time...this time it felt more permanent.

Trivias:
- He has mild ptsd (post traumatic stress disorder) due to his time in war which explains his fidgety and reserved behavior.
- He drinks when he's nervous. Don't worry he becomes sleepy when he's drunk.
- His glasses and Revolver are a security blanket.
- The glasses were a gift from his wife.
- He secretly likes to play casual app games.
- He isn't particularly fond of the reaper or his situation at all.

Make stupid romances GO AWAAAY

DIAL-UP USERS BEWARE: THIS IMAGE IF FUGGIN BIG!

..... damn, this took forever to do x_X :3;

Although I included "fandom" in il Maestro's comment, this rant-comic is mainly aimed at RPers and those who develop their characters through interactive play. I guess Mary-Sues are included in this rant as well, but I can honestly tolerate Mary-Sues. Actually, I tolerate many things, and perhaps "rant" isn't the right word for this comic; perhaps "satire" is a far better choice.

The situation above, from all my experiences as an RPer, mostly came from Rhydin, the fictional world in which RPers engage in (regardless of where you're located) on AOL, where I was first introduced to the internet in general. Now, I'm sure all of us are guilty of being complete 'noobs' when it comes to things such as RPing and even fanfiction/fanart, and that's totally fine. Heck, I was guilty of falling into the noobish pitfalls such as having Mary-Sues, OOCness in pre-existing character, etc. Of those from the StarFox fandom, people would probably recognize me as the writer of Falling Stars, Torn Asunder, and In Only Two Months. Ugh, I SHUDDER to remember I wrote those atrocities... .

But I digress.

Because of my experience as a noob and with other noobs, I've developed plenty of tolerance and even sympathy towards newcomer RPers/fanwriters/artists, up to the point where I am willing to offer advice and words of experience in order to help them get out of that phase. I've been long out of it; those who want more of my StarFox fanart, sorry. You won't be getting any unless a rare vibe comes crashing in, but until then, I want to focus on my original artwork.

Which brings me to this comic and the above situation:

Once in a while, I still go to AOL to RP, but no longer as my fan characters of miscellaneous fandoms (such as my pen name's namesake, Imagen, who was/is a StarFox fan character). Since I'm a hyper historical drive (but not piratey, my GOD there are too many PotC wannabes out there....), I RP mainly as either of the above g'li Bamboli Senza Volti--il Servo di Angelo, Detective Rafael Guarini, Maestro Giuseppe Fortissimo, and Signor Giacomo Biaggi (I have RPed as others, but as far as personality goes they're not suitable for spontenaety that AOL RPing demands). Even now, sadly, AOL is still oversaturated with hyperactive armpits-of-the-internet noobs, but once in a while I do find a couple gems that are not only worthy of RPing with, but also to make friends on the internet. ~ArrowRinehart and ~NozomiShiro are two examples of really good AOL RPers whom I've still remained as friends with since 2001 (I think).

Now... I LOVE romance RPs. However, what I hate about it (and romance stories in general) is when they become the sole purpose of the story. I'm talking "all boink and no plot" sort of RPs. They annoy the hell out of me. Yet even with genuinely good RPers with interesting SLs (storylines), in almost EVERY situation I'm in, I've always--ALWAYS--been subjected as the object of affection by another (or groups of other) RPers. I wouldn't mind as much if my character(s) are 1.) Available and 2.) Actively seeking a lover. Unfortunately for everyone, regardless of marital status and such, and with the sole exceptions being Nyt Muir and Freiherr Ulrich von Herrmann (my lonely (and manwhorish) bachelors), all of my characters are never, EVER, actively seeking a lover. For good reasons--it complicates my relation to the RPer, it messes up the canon even if I'm RPing loosely in the canonical sense, and it forces me to be subjected to unnecessary drama in which I am not EVER willing to partake in. It's a stupid mess, yet my characters, regardless of who I was at the moment, are often sought after as lovers, even if that character is supposed to be unattractive (such as Guarini).

But I have ways to get back at people In almost all the situations I was in when these unnecessary romances occur, the other RPer happens to be a girl (and you can REALLY tell she's a girl). The AOL name I use now, "ALPINA05", is ambiguous as to point out gender ("Alpina" is a BMW car model), and since I RP almost primariliy as males (I find RPing solely as a girl as very boring :{ ), people automatically assume I'm male. When I see a stupid romance coming, I typically try to avoid it IC as to give the Mundanes (the RPers) a hint that I really don't like where this RP is going. However, if several sessions pass and they don't take a hint, I would say something along the lines "I'm not sure if I like where this RP is going because my boyfriend wouldn't like it either". As soon as "boyfriend" pops up, the RPing girl would either guess I'm a gay guy or really a chick.

After that, I usually never see them again.

Cy-Mian Attacks

Downtown, present day

The Soviet Superwoman's knees buckled under the sonic assault of Cy-mians robotic army, dropping her to the shattered pavement. She felt incredibly sick to her stomach and clasped at her ears with both gloved hands, the vertigo almost overwhelming her. Consciousness was increasingly difficult to hold onto. One thing she was glad for was that she had been on the ground when they had unleashed this attack and not flying high over the city, almost certainly crashing into a building and possibly injuring civilians as a result. The robotic soldiers closed in on both sides, continuing to barrage her under high-frequency blasts that caused all the glass for several city blocks to shatter all at once and fillings in teeth to shake out violently. They resembled skeletal frames, nothing more than featureless androids with blank, mirrored faces. The remains of several dozen of them already littered the area around where she had been combating them laying in broken, twitching piles like some kind of inorganic zombie horde. trying to pull themselves back together.

Their master, an Eastern lowlands gorillia of epic proportions outfitted with all manner of cutting-edge cybernetic implants, watched from atop a taxi cab flipped over on it's side. Once it had been an experiment sub-contracted by the military to develop brain-enhancing cybernetic implants in a living being. The objective was first to "download" tactical information and advanced training directly into the mind in a matter of seconds. Apes were used due to the restriction of using human test subjects and Cy-mian was the first and only one of his kind. Once the implants were installed and brought online, the ape was somehow able to tap into his once primitive mind's full potential. He became exponentially smarter, out-thinking and outmaneuvering his captors. Once he had them subdued, he downloaded as much information as he could into his mind before the facility locked down. Military tactics, bioengineering, cybernetics, physics, history and much, much more filled his brain in mere moments. By then it was far too late. Cy-mian was a genius many times over and as a result of the experiment he was also driven quite insane, filled with a lust of conquest and megalomania. He escaped, leaving a trail of bodies in his wake and disappeared for more than a year...until this morning.

The robot army arrived in several unmarked freight rigs at this location, in the heart of downtown. They launched a synchronized attack at seemingly random targets, launching missiles and heavy machine gun fire into retail businesses and restaurants. The body count, originally expected to be high, was remarkably low given the firepower employed. Panic, chaos and pandemonium seemed to be his only desire. The only real causalities came from the besieged AFPD special forces units who arrived, only to be repulsed and driven out of the area under heavy fire. The sounds of the conflict and rising plumes of black smoke drew the Soviet heroine from her solitary patrol of the city to that location. Olga swept in and cut a swath downwards through the first line of robots, scattering them in all directions as she plowed through them at hypersonic speeds. Landing nearby she was almost immediately fired upon by all sides with conventional firepower. Taking the brunt of as much of it as she could to avoid collateral damage she returned fire with her eye-lasers, cutting them to pieces. It was then that they employed their sonic weapons, the devices popping up from their backs like metallic fans.

Cy-mian chuckled a hearty bellow and slavered onto the hood of the vehicle. His electronically assisted voice seemed to mesh itself into the high-frequency whine that had driven Olga to her knees. It reminded her of a cross between Professor Hawkings and a deep, thick Cockney accent.

"Yes, that's my girl! All of this, this entire bloody attack was a ruse to simply draw one of you out into the open and if I may say so, I am very pleased with the results." he growled, leering at her disgustingly.

Olga grit her teeth hard and tried her best to block out the disorientation and pain that pounded in her skull like a jackhammer. She leaned on the sidewalk with both hands and shook her raven-haired head from side to side.

"Give in girl!" the cybernetic ape chuckled, "I don't want that body of yours hurt too badly. I plan on downloading my mind into that delicious looking form, complete with all of your fantastic powers and abilities. Then, with my intelligence at the helm, I will grind this world beneath my heel...that is to say your heel my dear."

The Soviet Superwoman looked up at her adversary, her vision blurred and double. She muttered a curse in her native tongue under her breath and pushed herself up with all her strength. She rose to her boots unsteadily, wobbling back and forth. She raised a hand to cover her eyes for a moment as she tried to steady herself, her left hand on her amazingly defined thigh. The Russian juggernaut shook her head again and looked as if she was going to fall for a second time, but amazingly she remained up. Cy-mian watched her pull herself to her feet slowly, even under constant bombardment from several dozen of his creations, and couldn't help but clap.

"Yes, beautiful! Exquisite! I cannot wait to have all that power under my control!" he bellowed, spreading his arms wide.

The Russian super-soldier sneered and quickly flipped her head to the side, unleashing a barrage of withering laser fire at the droid army. Her eyes opened wide, the beams ripped through robot after robot, cutting down traffic lights and slicing cleanly through abandoned cars as she walked them across. With each soldier that exploded into a rainstorm of debris or was cut down, the intensity in her skull subsided. Her ears were bleeding at this point and she was having trouble hearing anything at all. She had to remained focused. Her ears would heal. Right now she had to put an end to this primates insane assault. Regaining some of her strength, the muscular woman sprinted towards the remaining robots, tightening her gloved hands into two fists. Olga was used to trading blows with the likes of Ultrawoman and Genocide. These droids popped and exploded with every blow that came in contact with them.

Olga felt something slam hard into her back. It wasn't enough to hurt her from the impact, but as she pivoted to see what had collided with her she was suddenly lit up with an incredible amount of electricity. Her entire body went rigid, her short, black hair standing completely on end as lines of blue and white electricity coursed over her body. The superwoman collapsed onto the ground as the current continued to surge from the induction pad adhered to her lower back, her muscles in spasm. A long black cable ran from the projectile to a cybernetic launcher attached to the arm of Cy-mian, who had hopped off the taxi cab and cautiously approached his downed quarry, continuing to pump her full of current.

"Indeed you are strong my lovely, but no-one is capable of handling the amount of ampage I am funneling into your body. I only hope it doesn't damage anything too irreparably...but if it does this city is full of lovely creatures that have powers far beyond my own to choose from."

The Soviet Superwoman couldn't hear him at all, both from the damage her eardrums had taken earlier and from the sounds of the electricity raging across her. She wasn't sure how much of this even she could take for much longer. Her sapphire blue eyes spied the cable running taut from his arm-launcher to her back. Reaching back with all the effort she could she took hold of the thick rubber cable. Cy-mian cocked his head to the side, his eyes bulging in disbelief at her effort. The current shut off as she took hold of the cable, apparently some kind of emergency breaker to prevent the user from having his own attack used against him. Without using a great deal of her strength she jerked the line towards her. The 600+ pound simian was suddenly thrust forward off his face and sent flying in the direction of the downed woman. Olga swung hard with her other fist, slamming it directly into the face of the evil ape. The blow sent him flying back in the other direction hard, snapping the cable and punching him through the side of the taxi cab he had made a perch out of. Olga stood up slowly, smoking and with caked blood all around her ears. She moved towards the fallen cyborg as he himself picked himself up off the ground.

Cy-mian wiped a thick goblet of blood from his face and smirked. "Well don't you 'ave a mean left hook. All those beautiful muscles...they are going to be mine I promise you..."

The great ape began to rapidly push a series of buttons on his other arm. A set of metallic fan-like collectors began to unfold, encircling the beast's heavy head. There was brief flash of light from across the surface of the fans, like a shimmer from the sun. Olga dodged out of the way just in time as a blast of greenish energy pulsed out and ripped it's way towards her. The blast connected with a building across the street behind her and instantly vaporized the bottom of it in a cloud of smoke and ash. The entire structure, unable to support it's own weight collapsed downward in an avalanche of destruction.

"I call them my radiation vents!" the creature howled as he turned to ready another blast. "They fire a highly concentrated burst of gamma radiation...more than enough to cook your lungs and scorch your lovely flesh into cooked meat."

Soviet Superwoman didn't give him another chance to fire. She rushed forward with her super-speed, cutting the air with a sonic boom. Rearing back, Olga slammed her right fist hard into Cy-mian face a second time. The impact shattered several of the apes teeth and knocked him back and down into the asphalt. As the weapon flashed with a second charge, the Soviet heroine took hold of it with her left hand and ripped a piece of it violently from his frame. There was a shower of sparks and a howl of rage and pain as the implanted weapon was torn from his flesh and cybernetically reinforced skeleton. A final punch to his midsection took consciousness from the creature. Olga almost collapsed right on top of his bloodied fur as well. That such an abomination had been created in the first place and that it was clever enough to cause so much pain and destruction, Olga prayed that Tartarus could hold such a creature for as long as it lived. The police and emergency services were finally moving into the area to help the wounded and to put of fires. The Russian amazon lifted her unconscious foe over her shoulder and took to the air.

I've always wanted to introduce a giant gorilla bent on world domination! This has long been noted by comic book authors, who, during the Silver Age, took every opportunity to insert, turn people into, or otherwise add gorillas to a superhero story. In fact, DC Comics had a policy at the time limiting the number of "monkey" issues per month, to prevent everybody from doing it!

Soviet Superwoman, the story and Cy-mian are my creations and property.

Before I get to my ranting, I should state that is Alex in the last panel, and she was in What Do the Shadows Hide. I'll discuss her character at a time when I don't have real life stuff to rant about.

This comic is, well, REVENGE. It is based upon actual events, of which I have a witness! ...who I don't think is on DA. But he was there!

Anyway, in Graphic design, we often have to use a mounting spray to attach our print outs to boards for critiques. This spray mount isn't good to breath in, as is the case with many sprays, so the college provides a specially ventilated room for spraying stuff. It is small and shared by all.

Shortly before a class, I had to use the booth, and found it empty. It's much easier to work if one uses both of the tiny tables available, so I went ahead and was using both. Then some other student, followed by a teacher who apparently approved of his actions and a huge line of others, came in to use a spray to preserve charcoal drawings.

There was NO politeness, there was no asking to move things, there was just "I'm taking over this space and I'm spraying, and if it's in the direction of you, so be it". I would have cleared everything from one of the tables for them if asked, but they didn't, and this guy was going to put his drawings and such right on top of my stuff, WHICH, by the way, I had already sprayed with that sticky spray mount. I stopped him and moved my stuff, but... argh. And I had other people in my class who needed to use the booth, but this drawing class was primed to just bully their way in, apparently with teacher consent.

And before anyone says "well, dude, you took both tables, what do you expect?" As I said, it's easier if both tables are there when spray mounting to use both tables. One to spray stuff on, one to apply the sprayed things to the board; it vastly reduces the odds of making a mess of the board. Also, it is most common to have the room to one's self; this was a freak occurrence in my experiences with the room. And most importantly of all, I would have instantly moved my stuff and relinquished a table if given the opportunity, but I wasn't. They were happy to just plop their stuff right on top of mine without giving me the chance to move or get out of the way of their spray. Considering I have a mild (ha!) fear of toxic sprays, it's a wonder I didn't flip out.

This isn't the only charcoal related incident, either. A friend of mine had someone put their charcoal stuff right on top of hers under similar circumstances (which is worse than it sounds if you're not familiar with charcoal; charcoal is really messy). In my life drawing class, someone left like a snowfall's worth of charcoal on an easel, an easel with a dark stand making that charcoal invisible, with the end results being me and my drawing pad covered in the stuff. I was ticked off most of the rest of that day.

Apparently there are a LOT of inconsiderate charcoal users at my college o_O

EDIT: Sadly, my vengeance was tainted somewhat by the unfortunate fact that my graphics editor saw fit to distort the comic. It was much thinner vertically and a little thinner horizontally, resulting in a non-proportionate resize. Resizing is one thing, but non-proportionate? That bird won't fly!

The Blazing Night

Oh lord, I finally finished this!
I'M SO PROUD OF THIS! IT'S ALL COLORED AND PRETTY!

This turned out much better than I originally expected, especially since I had to go back and redo the line art.

Hobbies & Talents: He is an excellent swimmer, is good with his hands, has a photographic memory and collect mementos from the places he visits.

Weaknesses: He's a pyromaniac, and sometimes has urges to set things on fire. He overlooks things that he doesn't find to be important and sometimes ignores overly-obvious signs of danger, thinking that the danger isn't actually real.

Back Story: First born son to Henry Novern and Sonny Burstrom, and older brother of Saphron the hedgehog. Quiet, serious and thoughtful, Ren mostly keeps to himself and doesn't go out of his way to be social around strangers. In contrast, both of his parents are loud and warm people, Henry being a man who loves to laugh and Sonny always being able to connect with anyone just by conversation. The name of their people, Quincentials, are characterized with blue fur and red stripes running all over their bodies. The young Quincentials primarily have very light blue fur and light red stripes, if any. As they grow older, their fur tends to grow darker and their stripes lengthen and have their own distinct pattern and locations, based on age, experiences and personality. They are also primarily fire users and their type of fire is broken up into different classes, based on its qualities.
From the beginning, Ren was always a sort of dark child, both in demeanor, fur and fire. He was quite bright and had no difficulty learning to control fire. His type of inner fire is a purple-red, characterized as the destructive flame that eats away at materials until they are no more.

Some interesting facts about Ren is that although he seems to be calm and cool (and generally is), he is a bit of a pyromaniac and has the tendency to light things on fire with the smallest excuse. Also, he is a vegetarian, but he could never stand being a vegan, since he loves eggs and cheeses. He is also quite fond to Saphron, even though Ren usually calls him a screw-up or goof-ball, and Ren loves how his parents are, although he and they are very different from each other. He doesn't tell anyone that, of course

Another thing is his eye color. Of all Quincentials, he has the oddest eye color seen in several generations. His eyes are a sort of purple-pinkish. YES, I SAID PINK. No character and not many Quincential has ever had this eye color, and no one is sure why he has it.

I may add onto this as I remember more stuff to add about Ren. I want to get up bios of everyone but that's a long term goal

So i was roaming around DA and i came accross this [link] done by

And it came to me...why just make a .jpg when it can be done for real. So i put my college degree knowledge into action and i created this, a real life windows error prompt based around his original design.

This is a fully working error prompt programming design and programmed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 (Visual Basic). It can be run on all Windows based PCs. This image come from my Windows 7s based laptop but it works on both Vista and XP.

The program is simple. Run it and you will receive an error message saying that Buizels have overrun your computer. Say 'No go away DX' and the error will return. Say 'A What now?' and the error will return. The only way to close this is either clicking 'Love Them XD' and say you like Buizel, Alt-F4 or Task Manager Forced Close to terminate the program.

This program we just made for fun by me in terms of learning some programming. I've never touched VB as i jumped to JAVA for my degree so its a very simple program.

But this program can also be used as a prank for non loving buizel fans to admit they like buizel. This can be commanded to run the moment a person signs onto their pc and will always run until it is told not to. Details of how to have been included in the download provided.

What is a SLUNT?

That yellow SLUNT!

Well, let me introduce you to an all new word in the English language. I could safely say that there is only 1 other here on DA who can say they have heard and used the word. An old workmate of mine came up with it. I guess is has no real meaning, yet it only sounds right as an insult. Please feel free to use this word. Call someone a SLUNT today, and make yourself feel better. It really works. I guess you could say that SLUNT is the first real insult which simultaneously gives the user a sense of satisfaction. Not only are you putting another in his or her place, but you are also patting yourself on the back at the same time. And no one can honestly say that profanity has been used in any way. Use it on a teacher at school, a rude bus driver or even a parent.

These colours were done by the ever growing talented uber Slunt who goes by the name of MONK.

You can see his version of these very same colours in his gallery as we decided to do a little experiment. Monk was kind enough to allow me to post my 'tweaked' version of his colours. Sometimes when I get a piece back and things don't look quite right I like to have a play around and see what I would do to make the image more pleasing to my eye. This is not to say that one version is beter than the other. Just what appeals to me. I wanted to accent Monks light source, as well as include the background more into the piece. Would definately love to hear thoughts on the 2 versions, especially form you colourists out there. All crits welcome of course. Again, I gotta send big props out to Monk for letting me do this, as I did mutilate his version and to me this shows his passion for mastering his talents. Good for you man.

I, also being quite the SLUNT, have decided to post the pencils to this piece to show what MOnk had to work with. This was originally just a piece in my sketch book which I thought would look cool in colour. I decided to write the word SLUNT on his arm as a tatoo, and there ya go....here we are. Another purpose of this drawing was for me to get back into my graff roots a little more. Somtimes I just miss that freedom of cutting loose on a cool looking character, so here I was getting back to those basics. If I was any good at lettering, I would have done some, but it was just never my forte...

History

She was born with some abilities Granted to her from her grandfathers heritage (See Before Awakening) and lived a normal life up to the age of 12 when an corporate abduction attempt was made on the professor and his family. The resulting attack was a failure but ended with the death of her father and the serious injury of herself and her sister Karen. Both girls suffered life-threatening injury, Karen more so than Cassie. The young girls received blood transfusions from Athena which resulted in their augmented strength and stamina. Karen received more cybernetic intervention which may be one of the main reasons for the differences in abilities. The simple fact is despite several close encounters, the strike team involved in the incident that killed her father was never captured or brought to justice.
The corporate cold war raged long after that coming hot in some instances but never encountered governmental interference. The attempts among various corporate enitites vieing in searches for resourses not just Oil and other minerals but artifacts of Unknown Origins as well as intelictual and biological. Consisting of metahumans, scientific developement and other areas of development.
The incident traumatized the young Knockout but ultimately she managed to mostly get beyond it. Her inquisitive and outgoing nature has led her to using her mental abilities and skills for the company her Grandfather and parents worked for. Her primary roles in the company have been globe hopping to find ruins and occasionally working in some espionage actions before she settled back into the Angel Falls branch.
Her mother is a part of the corporations Metahuman defense team, handling security issues for the local branch. Her sister is still in High school would have graduated early like her sister but enjoying things a bit too much and sometimes forgets her homework.
Knockout is an avid fitness buff, spending time in the metahuman ready gyms pushing her limits and using the time to brainstorm while doing her routines. Also her flirtatious nature results in many encounters of varying sorts.
Her longtime friendship with Aegis started with their introduction to each other via The Professors and Docs professional friendship. At a young age, they were fast friends. Karen became a member of the "terrible Trio" soon after but never as close of a friend as Knockout and Ageis had become. Despite the distances, they kept in touch with the occasional getting together, usually when the grown-ups got together to talk shop the three girls managed to play and get into some mini adventures of their own.
The Professor presumed the latent genetic potential within Knockout and also Karen may be brought forth through genetic triggers presumably either outside stimuli or results through body changes brought forth through puberty. This genetic potential has also been adopted in the corporation for future "Metahuman Projects" using Cassie and Karen as the baseline.

Alfarinn Orem was born and raised in Gryphus, the capital city of The Griffin Kingdoms. While he was a cub, he enjoyed watching his father build weapons for the king. However, he really wanted to use the weapons in the Griffin Royal Army. After he turned sixteen, he joined the griffin royal army but because of his lack in experience, his superiors never took him seriously. One day the King had an idea to use the powder in fireworks to make weapons, unfortunately each experiment lead to the death of at least two or more griffin. Finally, Alfarinn volunteered for the testing and passed with excellence. He mastered a soldier class called Powder Throwing and with this new fame, he was promoted to the kings Personal guard.

In time, the griffin kingdoms fell under a civil war against an army of bandits and criminals. With the Kingdome in chaos Alfarinn wanted nothing more than to fight on the battlefield but the king wouldnt allow his personal guard to leave his side. Days before the final battle of the war Equestrian soldiers lead my Commander Chrome Mist entered the city to assist the king and his troops. Shortly after that, the war ended and Commander Mist and his troops left the country as heroes. Due to his time in service to the king, Alfarinn was promoted to Commander of the Griffin Kingdoms Second Army force. Commander Orems goal for the rest of his career was to fight alongside a soldier who was considered a hero, he thought he would get his chance when he heard that Nightmare moon and princess Celestia were at war with one another. However when nightmare moon requested troops to support her Commander it wasnt the Commander that he was hoping for.

Commander Orem was recently forced to join the nightmare legion after losing a duel to the Nightmare Legions commander (Commander Star Bolt), a duel that costs him his left eye. He now fights alongside Commander Bolt and his army who is slowly winning his trust and his respect.

Powder throwing: A special form of combat used only by the Griffin Kingdoms. The user caries a special type of gun powder which is grinded up into a dust form and is twice as flammable as normal gunpowder. The user also carries a metal weapon (sword, claws, spear, est.) that is laced in a special combination of flint and sulfur. First, the user throws the gunpowder in the air, at or towards their opponent. Then using the metal weapon, they strike it against any surface to create a spark that ignites the airborne gunpowder, burning anything in its path. This technique is very hard to master and extremely dangerous for both the opponent and the user. Because of the danger involved, only the griffin king will use it in combat, claiming that his soldiers are fearless, when in actuality even those who master this form of combat are terrified to use it. Even Commander Orem (the first griffin to use it) feels nervous before each attack.

Been reading McDuffie's Hardware. Made me want to do a little fan art inbetween work...

Curtis Metcalf may very well be the Einstein of our time.

A quote from Edwin Alva in the Sept. 00 issue of time magazine. They stood shoulder to shoulder together on the cover, the then 16 year old Metcalf and his mentor. Alvas arm around his shoulder, you almost believed it. Curtis did.And why shouldnt he believe the man who recognized his genius at the young age of 12. The man
that gave him a free ride through the Ivy League and seven degrees later, his first job. At his company, the multinational giant Alva/Omni.

Metcalf began his tenure at Alva/Omni on a wild creative streak, inventing several widely marketed and largely lucrative technologies, devices, and platforms. However it was his last that made is mark at Alva and in history.The Ethranet. The first person to person neuro-
communication network. An invention that essentially makes the average man Professor X.

The consumer is implanted with Ethranite technology. these nanites allow users to access to the Ethranet neuralogically and comunicate with other Ethranet users within Ethranite range. Ethranites expire every 30 days at which time consumer is prompted to be readministered as per payment agreement. there are no reported side-effects, as well as Omni-encription
within Ethranite technology to prevent neuro/viral-hacking. To date the Ethranet is Alva/Omnis largest selling product, moving the company up from the 3rd most valuable company to the number 1 position in the
world market.

Alva/Omni made an obscene amount of money with the Ethranet tech and Alva pressured Metcalf to create even more revolutionary tech for the company. Metcalf however, had his own ideas. Not content to stay a worker bee in Alva/Omnis hive, he decided to use his latest inventions (a self regenerating fuel system and two revolutionary armors he's been working on in secret) to leverage profit share on the patents and in Alva/Omni itself. Hacking the system to research the companys earnings, Metcalf stumbled onto the plans of the secret organization that controls Alva-System. And their world domination plot to manipulate the minds of the millions of Ethranet users across the globe. On the eve of the Alva/Omni satellite launch, Metcalf is terrified but chooses to confront his mentor anyway...with tragic results. Alva nonchalantly dismisses the allegations assuring Curtis he is mistaken and urging him to remember where his loyalties lie, Alva dismisses him. But when Curtis arrives home agents of System are there to greet him. Beaten and left for dead Curtis makes it into his makeshift basement lab. He falls down the staircase. His limp body clangs the counter top where his unfinished experiments lie. The 2ndary armor towers over his struggling body. Curtis is about to pass out as he reaches for it...thank God for being a workaholic he thinks to himself.

Weeks pass. Alva Omni e-51 has been in orbit for almost a month and systems plan has been moving forward without any hindrances.Theyve been trying small things like manipulating the stock market with extracted trading information from ignorant investors or giving an already angry policeman that last neuro-nudge into illegal brutality. Its a job well done. Systems High-chiefs are well pleased and all is right in the underworld. But one Edwin Alva is uneasy. Troubled. His feelers have been out for weeks, hes had an eye on--hell hes probed through the mind of the lead investigator, on the case in the disappearance of Curtis Metcalf. Systems agents reported a murder to his superiors however, no body has turned up. Metcalfs friends and family have been neuro- surveiled the whole time and theres no trace of him. With the Ethranet he can look into almost any dark nook on the face of the planet and yet its like Curtis Metcalf never existed. Edwin Alva is curious...when he should be scared.

Without warning @ 12:00am est. time the Alva/Omni E-51 satellite goes dark. It too disappears without a trace. The Ethranet, now the worlds leading communication tool, the one that made the internet obsolete, shuts out all users. Alva/Omni computers dumps all accounts and related user information @ 1:00am est. time. Then a company wide virus begins to upload to their servers. Alva is alone in his office as the buildings alarms trigger, every holo-vision powers on and every clearphone begins to ring. Alva stares into space, he knows at least one call is from his paymasters in system. The high-chiefs arent happy. But Alva cant hear the noise. His ethranet is still on, and within his head a phrase is repeating over and over again...

When Dylan was two years old, he and his family were still living in Zanin, until his father died in the war. Because of this, he hardly remember the moments with his father except pictures. Three months after his father died, the family moved to Aquinyl so that his mother can advance her career in medicine and body care products. Even without his father, he still moves on and enjoys his life, especially with his loving mother.
Few years passed, and Dylan was celebrating his 10th birthday, things were going good until a gengar crashed the party. Of course, first time meeting a ghost pokemon was scary. The birthday party was getting chaotic with the Gengar playing around so his mother caught it. Since she managed to get a Gengar, she gave it to him as his birthday present and his very first pokemon. However, getting along with Gengar, who he decided to name Grin, wasn't easy at first. But as time passed, him and Grin became good buddies, both enjoying a good sense of humor and enjoying things together.
As he grew up, he decided to join the Wind Alliance in the army, but his mother forbid it and "persuaded" him to join the support instead so that she can keep a better eye on him, being in the same field. Right now, even if he is 22 years old, his mother still treats him like a kid and not letting him be.
What should he be worrying about? He got Grin on his side so things will be just fine. Still, he wishes to be in the army just like his dad, he thinks the support field would be boring. Maybe it is because he has yet to experience it? In any case, he can't change his choice now can he? Having an over protective and loving mother really troubles his life. _{Poor guy.}

TDD Comic 4: get a slot FAILED

This is true story what I tied hard to get their slots from my my favorite artist is no matter when a year, a month, or a week but unfortunate when a slots already taken by "wild fans and users" that who tooo hyper to get slots like in light of speed to make it impossible for me to get their slots. *sits in the corner and nothing to do* :'c

Btw, I really hate it when this happens so suddenly. So, can't wait to see get a slot failed part 2 the art raffle (it's all about true story comic not a contest, it's my idea!)?

Personality: Cold-headed, friendly, honest and a little bit sarcastic. Tends to act logically and always carefully plans her next step.

Likes: grapes, roller skating, windy days, dark and scary things (like snakes, spiders, deep dark caves and etc).

Dislikes:tomatos, clowns. She hates them with passion!
Also Helix doesn't like things that many will find cute.

Strengths: Agile, clever, thinks quickly, creative

Weaknesses: doesn't weight a lot, isn't very strong, no real fighting experience, fire, electricity, sharp objects

Special abilities: Brining solace. Keep in mind - her power is limited by distance. The closer Helix is to an individual the stronger effect will be. Solace works better of all when contact is very close like hug, handshake or something else like that. (But however she prefer to rely on her brain more than on her power).
And also her body can stretch like a rubber to a certain degree.

Note: Solace - from Old French "solas", from Latin "sōlācium" "consolation", meaning comfort or consolation in a time of distress. However in big doses solace may turn into euphoria and cause hallucinations and dizziness.

Backstory: Helix started her life as a living cartoon. In her homeworld cartoon characters are alive and live side by side with humans. Show "Adventures of rainbow princess Jetty" number 1 for more than 40 years untill the night when studio that was filming AorpJ burned to ashes.
So Helix and her colleagues lost their job. But with time most them found job in other studios or elsewhere. Unfortunately Helix had too famous face so she decided to move.
Quite soon after Helix moved to another city called Chromatica, she found new job in amusement park's rollerskater area.
For several years everything was just fine but one day one of her old friends found her and asked to help him in his investigation. Helix agreed. Together they found out that children that vanished were kidnapped by a group of boogiemen. And also what boogiemen actually are... This story drew a wide response in society and later was called "Case of the lost souls".
The most interesting fact in this story that Helix found out how her power of brining solace works and probably such an unusual ability got an attention of god of the afterlife, Khaangeist, who offered Helix a new job.

Why is she here? - reason why Helix got herself into Hotel Haven is: her boss (god of the afterlife) wants her to find out who steals souls and for what. Also he wants Helix to bring these souls back to him. More information will be in the audition.

Some other information that can be useful:

Her umbrella is made of a very good steel and usually used as a weapon of choice. Also Helix sometimes use it to put misbehaviours in place.

Helix has retractable claws on all her fingers.

Yes, she have ears, they are narrow and pointy.

Her hair deny physics but not weather. Noone knows why.

Magic users may be confused because of her neutral nature.
Butterflies around her are seen only to those who can see aura and all things like that (mages, mediums, demons, spirits and etc).

Very important thing - SHE IS NOT A DOG.

October Birthday Card 1

And now, the cards to celebrate those toons, comic book characters and similar that celebrate their birthdays this month.

If the Legion of Doom celebrates its members' birthdays, then October is the busiest month. Even if they had banded together from remote galaxies (a few of them) and they are some of they're among the most sinister villains of all time dedicated to a single objective (the conquest of the universe) they still must like celebrating their special days.

Alright then ladies first, or, in this case, the ferocious femme fatale with feline features, who happens to be one of the main enemies of a certain super powered Amazonian princess. First appearing in 1943 in Wonder Woman #6 (volume 1), written by William Moulton Marston, the character has undergone several updates as comic book continuities have evolved and shifted. Indeed, there have been four persons taking this role since the character's debut, including Priscilla Rich ( Golden Age), Deborah Domaine (Silver Age), Barbara Ann Minerva (the modern age and current one), and Sebastian Ballesteros (a male usurper who briefly assumed the role in 2001). The first one had no inherent superpowers but gained impressive physical skills that allowed them to go toe-to-toe with their wonderful opponent, and the later two would magically obtain enhanced versions of their animal namesake's abilities; in the Justice League animated series, Barbara would obtain these same abilities through genetic manipulation. In recent times, in the animated 'The Brave and The Bold', the feline gal combined several of these treats, giving Priscilla (the original one) the magically enhanced physical abilities of the later two, allowing her to fight not just Amazons but also Kryptonians. Also, in most of her incarnations, the fierce felon, despite being a serious threat, conserves enough common sense and humanity to actually work at the side of heroes when necessary; of course, she'll be back to crime once the bigger evil had been handled, and her own evil can rank from bank robbery to attempted genocide... so she's not exactly a lesser evil here.

Cyrus Gold, the villainous super powered zombie 'born on Monday', debuted in All-American Comics #61 (October 1944). According to his 'original origin', in the late 19th century, a wealthy merchant named Cyrus Gold is murdered and his body disposed of in Slaughter Swamp, near Gotham City. Fifty years later, the corpse is reanimated as a huge shambling figure (composed partly of the swamp matter that has accumulated around the body over the decades) with almost no memory of its past life. Gold murders two escaped criminals who are hiding out in the marsh and steals their clothes. He shows up in a hobo camp and, when asked about his name, one of the few things he can recall is that he was "born on a Monday". One of the men at the camp mentions the nursery rhyme character, and Gold adopts the moniker. Strong, vicious, and nearly mindless, he falls into a life of crime or, perhaps returns to one as his scattered residual memories may indicate, and has a habit of getting killed, but, no matter how much damage is done to his body, he resurrects as a complete zombie, driven to crime. His power and intelligence levels will also change every time he returns to life; sometimes he has mostly instinctive, brutish behavior, and others has, at least, average human smarts; and at times he can get knocked out by the Dark Knight while other times he can trade hits with Mister Kent himself.

Talking about The Man of Steel, his malformed and twisted duplicate debuted in October, 1958, casted as a Frankenstein's monster pastiche with Kryptonian powers. There had been several versions of the character, all of them being imperfect clones created either by science or magic, and without real knowledge of right and wrong, and often thinking and talking in opposites, he's usually very easy to manipulate to work in the side of evil. This nature is also depicted with his powers, since, even if depicted as having all the abilities of The Last Son of Krypton, in some incarnations several of these traits have been reversed, such as "freeze vision" instead of heat vision, "flame breath" instead of freeze breath, "vacuum breath" instead of super breath, "microscopic vision" which makes objects "actually smaller to everyone" rather than merely "appear to be bigger to only the user", and this also applies to weaknesses, as he is vulnerable to blue kryptonite, as opposed to Clark Kent's nightmare, the green one.

And now, riddle me this; what villain was created by writer Bill Finger and artist Dick Sprang, and first appearing in Detective Comics #140 (October 1948)?

The answer is Edward Nigma, a man who had been obsessed with riddles, puzzles, and word games from day one. He delights in forewarning both The Dark Knight and the police of his capers by sending them complex clues. With this self-conscious use of a gimmick, his crimes are flamboyant and ostentatious, and he is typically portrayed as a smooth-talking yet quirky character, deemed insane by the courts of intense obsessive compulsion and neurosis. Unlike most of the other prominent members The Dynamic Duo´s rogues gallery, Edward is not a psychopathic murderer; rather, he is a malignant narcissist with an enormous ego. He commits his crimes in order to flaunt his intellectual superiority and a large portion of his crimes are non-violent in nature, with his behavior being the result of a deep-seated neurosis. As such, his conflicts with his caped nemesis are typically more cerebral than physical and usually involve a not-so-violent defeat. His criminal modus operandi is so deeply ingrained into his personality that he is virtually powerless to stop himself from acting it out, and in fact he's incapable of lying or do anything wrong without actually confessing; to compensate, he does it in the form of a very complex riddle. Also, he cannot simply kill his opponents when he has the upper hand; he has to put them in a deathtrap to see if he can devise a life and death intellectual challenge that the hero cannot solve and escape. Thanks to his intellect, however, Eddie's compulsion is quite flexible, allowing him to commit any crime as long as he can describe it in a riddle or puzzle, and just because his crimes are motivated by intellectual challenging rather than greed or hate, doesn't mean he's less dangerous, being infamous for designing some of the most dangerous and creative deathtraps ever.

And finally how adequate that comic books' Master of Fear celebrates his birthday in Halloween. Professor Johathan Crane first appeared in World's Finest Comics #3 (Fall 1941) and was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. A psychologist who uses a variety of drugs and psychological tactics to exploit the fears and phobias of his adversaries, his extremely lanky frame is quite deceptive, as he can also be a scary and efficient hand-to-hand fighter when necessary. Suffering, ironically, of a fear of bats, Crane is obsessed with fear and revenge as a result of having been bullied throughout his childhood and adolescence for his looks and bookishness, especially because of his resemblance to Ichabod Crane from The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (one of Bob Kane and Bill Finger's inspirations to create him); after being humiliated by school bully/jock and rejected by a cheerleader (who also happened to be the bully's girlfriend), he takes revenge during the senior prom by donning his trademark scarecrow costume and brandishing a gun in the school parking lot; in the ensuing chaos, his bully got into a car accident, paralyzing himself and killing the girl. Since then, Fear became Crane's driving force both in his personal and professional lives, becoming a psychiatrist, taking a position at Arkham Asylum and performing fear-inducing experiments on his patients, and also becoming a professor of psychology at Gotham University, specializing in the study of phobias; he lost both jobs after he fired a gun inside a packed classroom (to show the psychology effects of being in presence of a weapon), accidentally wounding a student; he took revenge by killing the professors responsible for his termination, and became a career criminal, one of the most deranged ones in Gotham City, feeling a sadistic pleasure out of spreading fear and, ironically, feeling it, especially when facing the Dark Knight, the only being, and, in fact, the only thing he actually fears, since repeated exposure to his own toxins had made him develop a literal addiction to fear but also unable to be scared by anything or anyone besides The Caped Crusader.

So, Happy Birthday to you all, guys and girl, and please, celebrate it without playing any evil tricks or posing a threat to humanity, can you?

Talisua's second look

Now this is more like it. The original look wasn't doing it for me so0 I decided to do a printed skirt. I changed the color of her colors to red to better stand out from her skin. I also gave her a weapon that is called a "taiaha", a 5-6 ft long staff weapon that can be used like a spear. I experimented with her eyes to make them more ethic-looking, but I may change it again. I took the liberty of making a short bio for her explaining the character a bit. Well, back to Masozi! I miss ya babe!

Talisua Tapaia

Born into a tribal family in the thickest jungle of the island nation of Tahiti, Talisua was entered into the lifestyle of a warrior from a very young age. Her family, the Tapaia clan, were once part of a network of clans that worked together to protect each other and keep the old ways alive. However, Talisuas clan was forced to retreat into the jungles of Tahiti long before Talisua was born over an undisclosed reason. Cut off from the weapons and recourses that they were used to, the Tapaia developed a new style of martial arts that took advantage of the islands thick tropical foliage, high trees, and warm waters. Despite being female, which normally would except her from war duties in other clans, Talisua was trained in the new style just as the men of her clan were.

The new style that the Tapaia clan practices is an composite of many different styles. The style, called Even Flow in Tahitian language, focuses on what works for the individual practitioner depending on the situation at hand. Even Flow doesnt use a system of katas or rigid drills. The style itself is more of a mantra of the Tapaia clans belief in that one shouldnt pigeonhole themselves into a set discipline, so each Tapaia warrior has their own unique fighting style. Talisuas style involves using every part of her limbs and head, quick strikes and using the environment to her advantage.

One of the few things that the Tapaia took with them was the ability to bend the elements to their whim via spells and tailsmans. Although none of the Tapaia process the skills to manipulate the forces of nature as effectively as their brethren, a few of the arts survived the exodus from their homeland. Most of the arts that the Tapaia uses are on a personal level, only able to aid the user or harm several foes at a time. A far cry from their counterparts, whom are able to utilize the elements to devastating effect.

Talisua herself is trained in two elemental forces; fire and wind. She has very limited knowledge of water and practically none when it comes to the others. Talisua mostly used her forces to propel herself during combat or travel via creating miniature whirlwinds on her feet.

Kara and the Crystal

I'll be posting a lot of older pieces mixed in with current pieces these recent days because well...there's a lot of stuff to share!!

Here's an 11x17 pinup I did of Supergirl a while back. You can tell I was using a different inking style back then because it looks slightly different from how I currently ink my pencils right now. I'm always experimenting with and learning new techniques. It's part of the creative process. Hoping it leads to my art just getting better and better!!

He's laid back, outgoing and not afraid to speak his mind. He's protective over just about anyone on his good side, and the criteria to get on his good side isn't that strenuous. He's oblivious to most come-ons since he assumes the attention he gets is for his wings. He's a sucker for those who blush though, kind of an Achille's heel for him.
He's slightly resentful he doesn't have a trainer, because most of his friends have one. That doesn't stop him from traveling. He's met a nice Pokemon Ranger that had him as company throughout Kanto and Jhoto. His sister had then come with them. This is the closest he's had to a trainer experience.

Frowny Shineless, current successor to the Shineless bloodline. Bears the title of Nightmare hybrid since the incident when he was 5.

Because of him being a nightmare, he has a bursting period. Every second of his life he uses up energy, either physical or magical it doesn't matter. this energy gets stacked up. Think of it as an imaginary bucket filling up. When it fills up all the way after a while it'll overflow. When that happens all of the energy that was stacked up needs to be released ALL at once. Resulting his nightmare transformation to be forced and his instincts taking over his consciousness to release all of the energy as fast as possible. The year that that happens is the bursting period. Frowny's bursting period happens once every 5 years. Unless he transforms by himself and releases his own energy until he's completely drained.

So when he was 5, his bursting period kicked in and his nightmare transformation was forced. After he reverted to his normal form he was sentenced banishment to a place called: The Deeper Parts Of Equestria until he had gained control of his powers. This took him 20 years. After those 20 years had passed he broke out of the place and returned home.

In the present Frowny got himself a job as a Lunar guard. He now climbs the ladder up to a higher rank.
Frowny lives either in a small 2 floor castle in Canterlot or in a small 2 floor house in Ponyville. Frowny travels off a lot so multiple houses would be convenient.

Bio description:
Frowny likes things peaceful, just like his father. He has a great sense of justice just like his mother. Frowny is level headed and has his own way of thinking things through and figuring things out to the very end. Frowny is considered a fighting genius by the other members of his family. Though Frowny doesn't really think of it as much. His father tought him martial arts and his mother taught him the basics of aura using. The time he spent in The Deeper Parts Frowny harshly trained himself to be able to handle any hardships that enemies could throw at him. Combining that Frowny has a wide range of techniques and combat experience. Therefore he is a real force to be reckoned with. If you want to fight him you'd better reconsider...

Frowny isn't really quick to anger, but if you confront him at the wrong spot he can really get mad.

Frowny's power is at it's peak when he fights enemies that he really, truly hates. Thus the source of his power is called Hatred.

Even though Frowny is incredibly adept at fighting and magic. He still lacks the will to accept his own nightmare power. He avoids using it too often. Preventing himself from obtaining inner peace and balance. This is why he doesn't have a cutie mark yet. He has a talent, but can't accept it.

His horn is at that awkward position because he fell once as a cub. Somehow his horn took the blow and it's position turned this way.

In his post colthood he never bothered covering his scars up. At that time he was really more concentrated at training himself than his looks. Nopony saw him anyway,

If the judge find a person's guilty, she or he will be sent to jail. Most illegal drugs cause people to become intoxicated. The slang term for this experience is 'getting stoned' or 'getting high.' When a drug user is intoxicated, they may feel strange, happy, or weird. Some drug users have feelings that they are being silly or dreaming. They feel sad or angry after they take illegal drugs. Other drug users get scared after they take drugs, and begin to worry a lot, a result called "paranoia". Cocaine and crack use sometimes causes users to feel scared or paranoid. As you can see, they can be hundreds of illegal drugs in the whole wide world."

Story: Takes place on Valin, in Rhinehartia. Before any species came to it, (On Valin, there are some gateways to the human world, and hidden from anything in the human world) One day, a few humans found their way to Valin. Being scientists, they built a lab on Rhinehartia (and since it is the "heart" of Valin, it hurts...) And experimented on the life there. Most likely, the Demons there... So, Chiara was targeted too. 'Target Chi565 is assigned to Dev48' Meaning, Devin worked there (More as an apprentice, because Chiara was going to be his first Demon) And kept missing every time there was a chance to get her. (obviously, these two are enemies >:U) Once, he did catch her, putting her in the lab. Before the testing, Chiara called for Paws (Yes, Paws was there) who broke into the lab through the vents and set her free, before they left, Chiara threw a few bombs, and something else on accident, which was a green gem, then left the lab as it exploded...
All the humans died, except for Devin, who had suddenly changed his form into a Demon (Green Wolf)...

Thats really all I can say, right now... :T
I hate him though... He's a real person... What was sad, was that I love green wolves (Ahem, hint hint, Taylor dB) but when I met him on Hatena, his user name was Green Wolf... D:

Here's another TDD Comic! Yes, I will work on and uploads the real artworks before leaving for my trip on Sunday. I hope if it works for me.

This is totally 100% true story. It's describes how I feel when I heard my friend were extremely happily and exciting about received an amazing artworks from great artists that who I know or my favorite artist that I am always dreamed of my sona' (Colin S) being drawn from them.

Don't you hate it when this happens to you? When my friend happy and cannot wait to get received amazing artwork and for my curiously to ask them who an artist. But, it suddenly turns out it was my favorite artist or great artist that who I know and request is closed for long time after their journal or something were full in earlier before I went online. Maybe, when fans too hyped to get request slots to becomes full like a before a minute. It causes to made me very hidden of my true jealously mood for entire time when if this happens because I can felt that I really wanted my sona' being drawn by great artist or my favorite artist for a long time. Yes, no kidding... that's how I feel about this.

Btw, I already know I'm not only one, it happens to the other users too that they really wanted too from my same experience from this situation.

I originally drew this to place with Covenant, but I decided not to include it in the final version because the series was to emphasize the archetype character. Still, I had the sketch, so I decided to finish the piece, and I experimented with a new shading style...and it turned out alright, but I think I keep to what I've been using.

Some time during a Magic-user's career, he or she will eventually want a magical pet. Although theoretically, any animal can answer the Magic-user's call, a Cat will most likely be summoned. They're not the most attuned to the arcana, but their sensitivity to it is much higher than many other animals.

The animal companion will bond with its master (or mistress). This bond will extend its natural longevity to match the Magic-user, expand its mind, and will create an empathic link between the two. This empathic link evolves into telepathic as their bond grows.

If the Magic-user advances to a high enough level, a magical ritual can be preformed grant the animal the ability to shape-shift into a tiny humanoid form, and the ability to speak.

He hid it from his parents, as his father had hated the grandfather and was quick to anger when even alluding to anything connected to the man. His father eventually found the journal, and after a big father son argument, the journal was burned. His quiet mother sided with Coconut and was starry eyed at the hint of an emolga being any kind of adventurer. She helped him "run away" the next night and he was on his own from then on. Well, until he met Eclaire. Eclaire was living in her half store half home and served Coconut when he had stopped to sit eat and rest from sunning away. He met her and her family and was able to work pay for the food he needed, A few days later he was going to leave and Eclaire, after failing to convince him to stay, headed off with him to Tao Village to become Rescuers.

Mindanao: First of all, I am sick and tired of people demonizing my people despite their ignorance of the history, culture and politics that with the current advancement of technology, are actually just a click away.

A quick history research would prove that we DO have claims over the territory of Sabah. In 1658, the Sultanate of Brunei gave it to us, the Sulu Sultanate back then, as compensation over our help with the Bruneian Civil war. The territory was merely leased to the British North Borneo Company and Sulu's sovereignty over the territory was never given up.

CJ: But I'm not here to talked about who actually deserves the territory.

Anyway..we should briefly track the roots of the Bangsamoro. It started when our Muslims brothers became victimized by land-grabbing and economic neglect by our government. They revolted and wanted an independent government of their own. After peace talks, an autonomous province was established, the ARMM. It was like, an experimental move by the government to see if the province would be able to govern itself and resolve the problems. Unfortunately, the "experiment" failed. Personally, I think it's because the leaders appointed to the province are still government pets and so the original pleas of the rebels were never heard. So now, PNoy pushed for the Bangsamoro to happen. There were negotiations again with the leaders of the rebels but still, the government refused to listen to what they have been calling for. So the rebellion continues.

And now we have the descendants of the Sultan of Sulu reclaiming Sabah and it resulted into a bloodshed that from the last I heard, caused the death of 12 men. This bloodshed would have been prevented if the government listened to the rebels and stood up with the claim for Sabah. If only our government resumed a diplomatic talks with the Malaysian government, then there would've been no need for the standoff.

Like what Mindanao said, we have legitimate claims over Sabah. Now, if our government is so hots against China for claiming Panatag shoal and Spratlys, why in the world are they not giving a flying f*ck over the Sabah claim???!!

The answer, if you think about it, is simple. You may hate me for always blaming them for everything but whatever. The answer is US Imperialism.

The US needs an excuse to deploy warships against China. So since our government is a US pet, they're pushing for the claims against China while so neglecting other issues that would essentially benefit our people once resolved.

CJ: I know I should either be doing the rest of the Brunei questions or my studies for the newspaper, but seriously....this is getting out of hand and I shall stab you with a barbecue stick if you don't give a f*ck about this issue.

Forcing the Filipino-Muslims to leave Sabah would only make things worse. Forcing them to surrender is even stupider. These people have pledged to die for their rights and nothing can stop them from doing so, especially by a government which doesn't really care about them until this issue emerges. Actions to avoid bloodshed could have prevented if (1) the president and his cabinets should have monitored the issue more closely instead of campaigning for his party and (2) assure the Sultan you will bring this issue to international bodies like ICJ, UN, or even, ASEAN (Brunei is the current chair, and since it's the one who had given Sabah to us in the first place, at the same time, being predominantly Muslim like Malaysia, maybe it can deliver a more neutral approach in the issue)

Regardless, the Palace already made its stand. Whether their orders to Kiram to surrender will bring peace or not, time will only tell. What I know is that this is the spark of the long-dormant frustration of our Muslim brothers and sisters to our government. If the Bangsamoro Framework remains only a framework and not a new form of rule, I fear we might lose not only Sulu but the whole of Bangsamoro to our Muslim neighbors."

He has 2 personality (personality split) due to the effect of the experiment (see Background section)
Normal:
Behavioural disorder - Due to his mixed up memories in matching with actual age, Yubel doesn't act like his age most of the time, well normally, others often mistaken him as a 15 years old teen. However when he is serious he does act like his age.
Samaritan - His overall personality. He smiles all the time, though occasionally would get surprised over some of the members’ comments (even jokes, see below). It’s hard to get him angry, but when he do...his smile is the most cheerful one, and you will never know how you got beaten into a pulp.
Gullible - Yubel somehow acts like a puppy: innocent and curious, and sometimes very obedient. He doesn’t really good in rejecting someone’s request, and will try his best in helping them. This makes him the easiest person to be used by other members for doing errands.
Serious - He often takes thing seriously, even for a joke. This often made him a fool out of certain jokes from the other members.
Dedicated/Responsible - When he working on his duties, he will put all his efforts into it, and will act responsible till the end. He will definitely angry if someone interrupts him during this period.
One-track minded - When he dedicated himself into something, he would completely focused on it, and is hard to divert him away from it.

Altered personality (Dark!Yubel):
Quiet - He doesn't like to talk much, even when people asking him questions, he prefer to answer them in short sentences.
Bloodthirsty - He likes slaughtering and can gone into killing spree as if he enjoying the kill.
Short tempered - Easily being agitated, and wouldn't stop once he starts to act in impulse.
Rude - He say whatever is in his mind and don't care if it sounds offending to others.

Background:
Yubel has been orphaned before he remembered anything, not even know who his parents, siblings or relatives are. However he was raised by a pair of old couples in the small town of Bizerba. It was his happy life as the old couples took care of him well and even taught him in learning farming and a little education which is enough for him to read. Unfortunately the couple died in old age which left him alone in the tender age of 9. However despite the sadness he was independent enough to help out other townspeople in farming in order to earn enough for a meal.

When Yubel was 12 years old, he was picked up by a butler in a rich family to become a servant in the house. The butler offered him several condition such as better living place and a chance of education, Yubel agreed and lived with him since then. He helped the household in doing house chores and such. He also gotten to know an Easterner servant who once a skilled swordsman. The servant was surprised to see Yubel’s excellence in learning the unique swordplay within short period of time, and became more enthusiastic in teaching him all he knew.

However, when Yubel was 15 years old, he had been knocked out cold when he was doing house chores. The next thing he remembered that he woke up 3 years later, in a room with a lot of weird looking instruments that he didn’t know, which he found out, was a laboratory. Terrified, he asked one of the lab assistant on what happened. The assistant told him that he was one of the test subjects in experimenting using human body without the use Synth in controlling Ven better, and in turn to create stronger weapons with lower costs. However, Yubel found out that the experiment created too many victims who turned into some sort of twisted monsters by the sheer power of Ven implanted to them.

Traumatized by the inhumanity and cruelty, Yubel subconsciously activated his alter personality - the bloodthirst and cruel side - and killed everyone in the labs only with a sword he snatched from a guard. He didn’t remembered what happened, only later he found himself stood in the pool of blood, with countless bodies lied on it, and himself covered with the crimson liquid.

Snapped out from his rampant, Yubel felt disguised by his doing and ran out from the building. During the time he met Ran, who was near the laboratory looking for members. Devastated, Yubel grabs her by the shoulders as he broke down and cried to Ran to bring him away from the place. After washing up and a meal on her ship, he explained his story to her. Ran welcomes Yubel to the crew with Open arms. Since then Yubel had been with the crew.

Facts:
Yubel takes everything seriously, that even when someone jokes about something, he would believe that it is true. This is why he often make a fool out of himself, but he never learns.
Yubel has no surname, and don’t really care about it.
Don't think that he is illiterate, he knows a lot of stuffs just doesn't show it.
People often mistaken him as a 15-years old teen due to his behaviour, even though he is 18 years old. However sometimes he did act like his age. This is because he spent his 3 years without any memories and he sometimes denies the existence of the empty 3 years.
Yubel adores Ran and treats her like his elder sister, though chronologically Yubel is older than her. Because Yubel sees Ran as big sister, he takes his duty as Treasurer very seriously since he was assigned by Ran herself.
Subconsciously Yubel sees himself as a monster, that he often isolates himself from the crowd, in fear that he will gone insane anytime to hurt anyone. He doesn’t get himself emotionally close to anyone because of the same reason (except Ran).
Doesn't like to fight at all. However in his dark personality, he wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone who agitated him.
The only way to distinguish the change in personality is that the normal Yubel wears a choker, while Dark!Yubel doesn't.
Generally Yubel hates doctors due to the trauma, and the fear of his secrets being revealed. Thus he rather to be sick than getting a doctor to treat him.
Yubel knows how to speak ~~ching chong language~~ Chinese and Japanese thanks to his master. Hence the reason why his artes are not in English.
Yubel is extremely bad in directions, hence he often got lost in the ship.
Even though Yubel's class is Swordsman, he does know Fighter skill, except he prefers to fight with sword rather than bare-handed.
Sometimes will find Tavis Carwyn or Gilbert Alraune for different purpose e.g. sparring.

Mark Antony was one of Julius Caesar’s best general during the later years of the Roman Empire, until he heard about a powerful enchanted weapon known as The Spear of Isis, which legend said possesses the power to dominate entire armies and grant its’ user unlimited power. Knowing the news that the spear is in the hands of the Egyptian Queen Cleopatra, he planned a secret coup in order to possess the spear by wooing the queen in handing it to him. When they first met in Egypt, Cleopatra was attracted to Antony’s charm and humanity, the plan goes into motion as Antony “fell in love” with Cleopatra.

- Lorne normally has a small green snake in his pocket named Jadel.
- He may threaten to bite someone and kill them with venom but in reality he is nonvenomous.
- He is not mature for a Naga. He doesn't have the ability to kill with his glare yet; but he can stun one's body for minutes. He must really stare into their eyes up close for this to happen.
- He can travel and move along shadows. Disappearing into them. His light scales and glowing green eyes show up on the shadows which gives away his position.
- With all of his 'badassery' attitude he does get embarrassed easily.

He muttered to himself as his bright green eyes gazed out to the busy city lives that walked past him with not even a sideways glance.

This is for an assignment for one of my classes at university (media cultures 2). We have to create new cover art for the game Journey, based off our experience playing the game and aesthetically, what we thought would go well as a composition.

This took about 6 hours on Photoshop CS6. It's due Thursday so i thought i'd get it done now.

I really need to get my imagination in check when I watch anime xD.
Katsuko is an ANBU Black Ops ninja I thought up way back when Naruto first premiered on Cartoon Network the summer before I started college. She is the capt of a particular unit in the ANBU known simply as 5.
She is the 'mistress of wind', 'Feline Sage', and 'Daughter of the Snake'. She is known as the daughter of the snake for the fact of Orochimaru using his own DNA to create more catalysts for his experiments. Her older brother died shorty after birth, and her mother died giving birth to her. The entirety of the pregnancy, Orochimaru injected the fetus with genetic material from both the Hyuuga and Uchiha clans. He was attempting to merge the Byakugan and Sharingan. She is marked as a failed experiment. She has the same eye shape as Orochimaru, and the hair color, but the similarities mostly end there.
Her eye's normal state would suggest she is a member of the Hyuuga clan. She is counted as a member of the lower branch. She can activate the Sharingan, but not to its full potential. She prefers the Byakugan, which she uses frequently. She has only twice attempted to activate both at once, which caused bleeding in her eyes nose and mouth.
When she was born, Minato brought her to the parents of Uchiha Obito. For 5 years she believed them to be her family. That was until Obito's death on a mission causing Lady Uchiha to snap. After that Minato and Kushina took her in. They would die a year later.
Although she treats Naruto as a brother, and took Minato's last name, she, through her mother, is a ' princess ' of the village. Great-granddaughter of the Second Hokage. This makes her second cousin twice (Maybe once, not sure) with Tsunade, and the same with Jiraiya through her mother's Maternal grandmother. Through the experiments, she is a 'cousin' of Hinata, Hinnabi, Neji, Sasuke, and Itachi.

She spends most of her time outside of the village, protecting the Leaf's interests, hunting enemies, and preventing attacks.

This is my OC Shui and she appears at my series' backstory along with Zephyr (wind user), Terra (earth user) and Phoenix (fire user). Shui is a water user and like each one of the protagonists, she represents one of the main four realms from my series (in her case, Realm of Water)

What was I thinking about when I've designed Shui? That doesn't matter for now ... Neoconvoy and *WhiteWings along with my family ) so guess what... LOL! Shui is not based on anyone in particular (neither are Zephyr, Terra nor Phoenix )

Still, my series would loosely share a trait with Suikoden in gameplay: Playable character rotation (there will be many definite and temporary playables inside a single game ) but it would be as dinamic as Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy and mainly Ar Tonelico III. Still, my series obviously WILL have its own things mainly (armours, weapons, characters, equipment...) . Many games share similar traits, well... (like Ar Tonelico II and Namco X Capcom in battle gameplay being by turns )

Weakness: Like every elementals, ranged spells are useless towards voids since they're able to absorb them. They'd better beat them depending of their physical strenght. And like most people from her realm, it took her very long to realize about this weakness 'till she casted her most powerful spell and didn't result as expected on the voids

Personality (+ short bio): Unlike most water warriors, she's more of the energetic type (irony, 'cause water is often related to peace and quiet ). Coming from a peaceful realm, she hasn't much experience in battle and was unaware about the void problem 'causing trouble to the team, 'till Zephyr and Terra advised her on battle (these two coming from two naturally rivalrized realms on my saga *Realm of Wind and Realm of Earth* )
She's also like a younger sister for Zephyr

Over the summer, while the school was undergoing renovations, he went back home to be with his family. He got in an awful fight with his cousin that lasted almost a day straight. Post battle, they were both icing their wounds and wandering grudgingly back to the farm, Noni tripped over a rouge firestone and evolved into an Arcanine. His cousin laughed and plucked him to his feet. Now the last growlithe in the family had evolved.

Funfacts:
-He wears layers to keep nice and hot. If the school admin take issue with this, he just pulls on a school sweater.
-He loves candy
-He fancies Candy
-He carries berries and wears his status bracelet so as to always be prepared. (Really, he wears that bracelet so he can hold hands with a certain someone without being paralyzed /coughcough)
-He doesn't much like it when people point out the gash on his face.
-He's very protective come crunch time. Usually he's a bit of a wuss, but when his friends or family is threatened, he can be a great battler.
-He follows rules to a T. He's a good boy.
-When he gets obsessed with something, he beats it to death then moves on to the next obsession.
-He loves being petted. His ears (human ears now, but still, that rule applies), tail, or head.
-He likes to draw.
-He has the nurturing touch.
-He has EXCELLENT hearing.

-FIRST UP NEW PEEP: Layla. I'm calling her a 'fan character' for 's Experiment series. Because I'm so interested with all the characters she has so far, I decided to make a fan character. I still have to develop her, but so far I have this: She's from Egypt, she ran away from home in her teens (she's probably in her early twenties) and became a great theif, stealing her way to other countries and disguising herself. She has multiple different aliases to help getting herself from being caught
One day when she made it over to America, she was snatched up by some DioMed sentries, thinking she was someone else. They decided to keep her there and test on her because she seemed to have no files or anything about her.
She survives the injection and recieves the power to control sand and make her eyes go a sandy yellow when using them. She can turn her entire body into sand, chop off parts of her body and use it to morph back and forth to help sneak around, make people fall asleep (Y'know, like a SANDMAN) and if anyone inhales her sand, it begins to kill them
Layla manages to escape with the help of a fellow experiment, Phantom. At first she didn't know what to think of these sand powers, but she's now using it to help steal and keep away from DioMed
On another note, she knows Baz. She is surprised how much a failure of a thief he is

He looks much better now. He is still Ulrich's son and all that. The only major difference is his appearance and he is much more quiet and aloof. And now he is one of Zane's friends (WOW HE ACTUALLY HAS FRIENDS THAT AREN'T GIRLS! *bricked*) He is also friends with Tyler. He is basically the straight man out of the three, because both Zane and Tyler are...pretty much tards. He normally doesn't look annoyed like this, I just liked his expression

-This is an android Rom had made years ago. It's bascially a prototype to all his androids that he eventually makes. Its currently sitting in a storage room with all its original information. Its shut down now and has given Rem nightmares because of its aperture-like eyes

In my universe, there is an urban legend with both the normal and supernatural world about a mysterious girl from the 1940s or something that had disappeared going home from school. Two legends came of that, if you walked the path the girl went, you would disappear just like the girl did (this was mainly for kids, they would dare each other to go down the path) and another is shared by kids and adults about if you see the girl in your dreams, its an omen (or others say death is coming). Everyone calls her 'The Girl in Red'. One night when Zane is dreaming, he sees the Girl in Red. And he sees who she really is

Age: 18 physically, but 15 mentally
Role: Treasurer
He is the main person in charge in handling the ships finance. He will not allow anyone uses money unnecessarily unless with GOOD reasons. Hence some members hate him because of this.
Weapon Ideas: Saber
Taitouwaza (Sheathed Sword Artes) - Mainly focus on precise attacks on weak points, dealing massive damage on opponent. The sword would only be drawn when striking against weak points, rumors said it could slice anything apart, even metals. When in sheathed sword style, user mainly focus on other forms of attacks such as punching, bashing or kicking.
Synth Item: Bangle (Not available)

Personality:
He has 2 personality (personality split) due to the effect of the experiment (see Background section)
Normal:
Samaritan - His overall personality. He smiles all the time, though occasionally would get surprised over some of the members comments (even jokes, see below). Its hard to get him angry, but when he do...his smile is the most cheerful one, and you will never know how you got beaten into a pulp.
Gullible - Yubel somehow acts like a puppy: innocent and curious, and sometimes very obedient. He doesnt really good in rejecting someones request, and will try his best in helping them. This makes him the easiest person to be used by other members for doing errands.
Serious - He often takes thing seriously, even for a joke. This often made him a fool out of certain jokes from the other members.
Dedicated/Responsible - When he working on his duties, he will put all his efforts into it, and will act responsible till the end. He will definitely angry if someone interrupts him during this period.
Man of Principle - Even though he is gullible and wont reject any request, however when it comes about going against his golden rules, he will definitely rejects.
Workaholic - An effect caused by his dedicated and responsible nature. He can work non-stop so that he can complete the job. He is often seen half-beat or behave like a half-dead person during his work, which scared the wit out of some members.
One-track minded - When he dedicated himself into something, he would completely focused on it, and is hard to divert him away from it.

Altered personality (Dark!Yubel):
Quiet - He doesn't like to talk much, even when people asking him questions, he prefer to answer them in short sentences.
Bloodthirsty - He likes slaughtering and can gone into killing spree as if he enjoying the kill.
Short tempered - Easily being agitated, and wouldn't stop once he starts to act in impulse.

Background:
Yubel has been orphaned since the time he remembered anything. Grown up in a slum, he lived through his childhood life without a proper lunch everyday, as he often stole food from the richer people, which ended up being beaten badly when caught.

When Yubel was 8 years old, he was picked up by a butler in a Royal family to become a servant in the house. Yubel agreed and lived with the butler since then. He helped the household in doing house chores and such. He also gotten to know an Easterner servant who once a skilled swordsman. The servant was surprised to see Yubels excellence in learning the unique swordplay within short period of time, and became more enthusiastic in teaching him all they knew.

However, when Yubel was 15 years old, he had been knocked out cold when he was doing house chores. The next thing he remembered that he woke up 3 years later, in a room with a lot of weird looking instruments that he didnt know, which he found out, was a laboratory. Terrified, he asked one of the lab assistant on what happened. The assistant told him that he was one of the test subjects in experimenting using human body without the use Synth in controlling Ven better, and in turn to create stronger weapons with lower costs. However, Yubel found out that the experiment created too many victims who turned into some sort of twisted monsters by the sheer power of Ven implanted to them.

Angered by the inhumanity and cruelty, Yubel activated his power and killed everyone in the labs - only with a sword he snatched from a guard. He didnt remembered what happened, only later he found himself stood in the pool of blood, with countless bodies lied on it, and himself covered with the crimson liquid.

Snapped out from his rampant, Yubel felt disguised by his doing and ran out from the building. During the time he met Ran, who was near the laboratory looking for members. Devastated, Yubel grabs her by the shoulders as he broke down and cried to Ran to bring him away from the place. After washing up and a meal on her ship, he explained his story to her. Ran welcomes Yubel to the crew with Open arms. Since then Yubel had been with the crew.

Facts:
Yubel takes everything seriously, that even when someone jokes about something, he would believe that it is true. This is why he often make a fool out of himself, but he never learns.
Yubel has no surname, and dont really care about it.
People often mistaken him as a 15-years old teen due to his look and behavior, even though he is 18 years old. This is because he spent his 3 years without any memories and he denies the existence of the empty 3 years.
Yubel adores Ran and treats her like his elder sister, though chronologically Yubel is older than her.
Because Yubel sees Ran as big sister, he takes his duty as Treasurer very seriously since he was assigned by Ran herself.
Subconsciously Yubel sees himself as a monster, that he often isolates himself from the crowd, in fear that he will gone insane anytime to hurt anyone. He doesnt get himself emotionally close to anyone because of the same reason (except Ran).
Doesn't like to fight at all. However in his dark personality, he wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone who agitated him.
The only way to distinguish the change in personality is that the normal Yubel wears a collar, while Dark!Yubel doesn't.
Generally Yubel hates doctors due to the trauma, and the fear of his secrets being revealed. Thus he rather to be sick than getting a doctor to treat him.
Yubel knows how to speak Chinese and Japanese thanks to his masters. Hence the reason why his artes are not in English.
Yubel is extremely bad in directions, hence he often got lost in the ship.

while many people don't use or may not even think of using flash for this kind of work, but I find the paint brush tool to be Extreamly user friendly when all you have to draw with is a mouse.

The finished milk maid Project that I have been working on for 3 days.

I don't have that much experience using gradients but I spent a long time working on this and it turned out (in my opinion) great!

this in my opinion would have to be my first none sketch/shading project.

ok ok so I caved and decided to post my PVP entry here. But I'm only posting the first page and linking the rest of the pages from here in my profile.

I'll also answer some questions right now before you even ask. If you ask and the answer is here in the descrip, I'm not taking the time to reply to you XD read the description. It'll save you much time c8

What is iAnti?: iAnti(Virus) is an online roleplaying board which is based on a second life computer game. The game is called Cyberpolis, and is an MMO, where players log in and basically live second lives... they get jobs, raise kids/pets, fight monsters, ect ect. There's also Two SECRET organizations on there. Virus, which formed to rid Cyberpolis of troublesome players such as Hackers, are deleting them to create a Utopia basically, and Firewall, backed by the administration team of Cyberpolis whose sole purpose is to wipe out Virus.

Oh! Can I join!?: No, likely you can't. Registrations are closed for the time being since we've got over 1000 users (characters anyways).

What with the names with the season-y feel?: Well, when you join the game Cyberpolis, you take a survey, answering some questions about yourself. Based on your personality and the likes, your avatar will be from a certain village. These Villages are Sum-meira, Awetum, WinWintar, and Spa'ring. Also, each of these villages have unique traits which can make or break battles. Summeiran's have high strength levels, Awetumians are the only users who can use magic (high intelligence), Winwintarians have high endurance and can make potions, and Spa'ringians have high agility. Also, depending on weapons and such, people from the same villages can have very different skills.

OK Now some explanations! In the pvp, people are given set arenas to fight their battle in. In this case, my three way competition was set in the Crater. un-even ground, no obstacles, ect. Good place for Spa'ringians, bad place for anyone against a Spa'ringian. Omega just happens to be one. While Cross and RaDai are Summeirans.

Avatars are merely pixilated characters. So when they are killed, they respawn at the last safe area they were in, and lose plenty of experience. All wound heal after respawning, but if a limb were to be broken in battle, the wound would show, stay, and affect the avatar's performance unless properly healed.

Black Cat Syndrome: Omega is extremely unlucky. Which is the reason this shows up almost as a move. Also, the black cat is not really there. It's just a representation of Omega's bad luck.

The weapons breaking: this is the result of both avatar's strength being MUCH greater than the endurance of the weapons, which is why they cracked when the two summeirans smashed their weapons together.

Yes... having RaDai out of the picture for a few pages was intentional. Not that I have anything against her (in fact, I had fun doodling her in all the different poses and stuff... even though drawing the Demon's knife was a BITCH for me.... hauuu) I wanted her to lose her temper at Cross for 'ignoring her'. Omega... why did he do the same? The way I came to understand it, Omega has morals, and is very kindhearted. Fighting a girl feels wrong to him (like I said... that's what I got anyways ;o;! kill me if I wrong Sigma~~) so he automatically dodges her attack and focuses on Cross. Where Cross was busy fighting Omega, he didn't have time for RaDai. Besides, he has low views on girls. (Bad Cross D8< Mommy will ground you)

The power slash and RaDai's defeat: Okay, so the power slash is created by swinging the scythe and creating a static energy wave, almost. This wave missed Cross and grazed RaDai's arm, then collided with the side of the crater, leaving a huge gouge in the wall. When Omega hit the keyhole in RaDai's side (which is the result of being stabbed by a firewall key, this binary code lock hole is slowly deleting her avatar), she was stunned, and pushed her back into that gouge. Cross remember the earth breaking down on Omega's head earlier, and realized it was his chance to end it... then waited for Omega to attack.

Hummmm I think that's it ;o;

Kitty Pryde Inks

This is my first time ever inking anything, and I only did it because I found these pencils about 2 years ago and desperately wanted to color them. The 300dpi file ended up honestly a little small than I like, but it's mainly just for my husband anyway, who is a huge Kitty Pryde fan.

I've developed arthritis in my fingers so badly that two of them have swollen to the size of sausages and gone discolored, so doing art has become a very painful experience. That, and I'm now a full time caregiver for my grandmother... I just haven't had a lot of time for art lately.

This took about 5 days to complete, scattered over a year. Hopefully the colors won't take as long.

Personality: A friendly werewolf whose notorious for his guilt trips and obsession with pandas. He is extremely loyal to his friends and often times loves to work on many things, from house chores to training boxing students. He is naturally curious and really enjoys getting to know others.
History: In an alternate universe, Earth is inhabited by humans and immortals alike. Rune magic has been discovered and yet the fabled entities of the night have yet to reveal themselves to the world. Vampires, the beautiful undead creatures of the night are no longer warring with the ancient lycan tribes and technological humans, but also a new race of hybrids that is slowly gaining power. Vampirewolves, a hybrid of the lycans and vampires, have slowly risen from the shadows to claim the right of existence and equality in the world.

Gale grew up in one of the ancient lycan tribes that had been known for raising powerful runic users. However, they were also prideful and wanted nothing but perfection from a runic user of their tribe. So after nearly killing himself in using one of the powerful offensive spells, Gale was deemed unworthy for further advancement in their ranks and was subsequently exiled from the tribe. For the next century and a half Gale traveled the world looking without a purpose or goal. Helpless and lonely he was nearly killed by a Vampire slayer if it werent for her mercy at the end. Strange as her actions were, she introduced him to the Nighthunters Guild and was quickly enrolled in secret. As time passed, Gale grew strong and happy with his renewed life. He learned many things under her tutelage, from technology and fighting to practical human living and society; the young lycan soaked it all up. Eventually, he was able to take better care of himself and survive much more efficiently on his own. It was only after two years in active Nighthunter duty did his true identity became known. His friend the person he had come to care for was accuse of brutally executed. Having no other ally life he fled the organization while harboring a growing lust for vengeful blood. He wasnt strong enough to bring retribution upon his friends killer, but he hope that someday he would be. As the 5th Blood Wars began the world was enshrouded in a thick fog of an uncertain future with Gale running right to it.

For nearly ten years Gale fought as a mercenary for hire. He took up many jobs that meant for protection in order to better handle assassins and built his bodys unusually high defense. As the humans discovered rune magic, Gale was finally able to resume his studies from long ago by trading runic knowledge for his service. The war turned in the Nighthunters favor for a few years, before shifting to the lycans then to the Vampires. Struggles were made during the war before Gale stumbled upon his deceased friends daughter. He soon secluded himself from the Night Society and the Blood war in an effort to safeguard her family, hoping that her ideals have been past down to her youngest daughter. His whereabouts were unkown from then on.

Centuries later, Gale resurfaces and joins the Azurepack in hopes of helping their vampirewolf leader in establishing a home in the constructed city of Spearnet. Having been built by Nighthunters in order to provide Runic studies and scientific advancement, it was a long 4 decades before Gales Pack finally got their home. Despite the small scale battles between the night Factions that lived in the city, Gale managed to survive and create his own home within the walls of the city. He was made an honorary member of the Azurepack and has since supportive the Vampirewolfs from then on.

In the present time, Gale is living in a thriving Spearnet City with friends and allies. As one of the Packs caretakers, Gale is currently helping a new Azurepack Member named Sukichi settled in. So far shes given him no trouble, but the problem happening around the world has him on edge. After the discovery of a new set of Runes found just miles from the city, word of disappearances happening to immortals has struck the Night Faction worldwide. Something was definitely not right and Gale had a feeling that hell be next.

Weapons/Abilities:
Phantom veil  an ability Gale developed to spook his friends into thinking that he died and turned into a ghost. Consequently this ability also allows him to pass throw solid objects, meeting the requirements of a real wondering spirit. The downside is that this is a one-time use per day, lasts 15 seconds and can kill him if it cancels while fazing through something.
Ethereal flight  A supportive spell used for gliding or travelling through the air. It can be used at any time, but has 10 second cooldown timer. One other downside to this is that while Gale will be able to take flight and allow him to travel in the air for a short time, his defense is drastically lowered and will be left vulnerable to attacks that he can normally shrug off easily.
Hand to hand combat  studied three prime combative arts: Boxing, Muy thai and Karate, in the span of 2 centuries. Hes honed these skills long enough to allow him to create a style of his own and, if he wanted to, create a dojo to train the martial arts he has learned.
Forced limit  A skill he developed in order to counter his inability to wield ranged Runic spells. This allows Gale to perform other spells that he wasnt able to use before. The downside to this is that he has to pay Death a visit sometimes. So Gale tries to use it as little as possible.
Werewolf form  Gale can transform to his lycan form to increase his natural defense and enhance his physical attributes. This form has a higher speed and defense while his power and strength improves by only a small percentage. Another ability he gets in this form is a nice regeneration ability that his kind is known for. The elders of his old tribe had once stated that despite unlocking this form it was still incomplete. Thats one of the mysteries he has yet to unlock and its really bothering him that he cant solve it.
Fighting Style: He likes to take his time in fights and usually tries to figure out his opponent before engaging. Gale uses his high stamina, defensive capabilities and experience to his advantage. If he knows the he cant win against an opponent in power then he plans to outlast them. Having been part of a group of survivalist for decades, Gale has learned to improvise and adapt in the heat of battle. Hes not as good as some, but he is still skilled enough to live another day.
Other: He has an obsession with pandas hence why he wears a black hat and sometimes clothes that match the animals color scheme. Gale cannot, for the love of god, hold his drink. If he gets drunk, hell take on 1 of the 8 characters: The boyfriend, Soldier, a delinquent, exhibitionist, Butler, Brother, teacher and stylist. His guilty conscience is pretty big and he has lost money, job opportunities and food from it before. In one case, he lost an arm and a leg in combat because he was stupid to fall for the old Im-hurt-badly-and-cant-fight-anymore technique.

I apologize for the crappy writing, I'm really more of an artist... . I apologize also for the ridiculously long backstory. I'll try to be more concise in the audition (but, lets be honest, will probably fail).

Feedback about as welcome as it can get, and I will make changes up to the deadline.

Age: 3 months, 6 days, 17 hours, 42 minutes

Occupation: Janitor

Backstory: In the year 3000 AD, humans have designed faster-than-light space travel and colonized multiple star systems. However, due to general relativity, physical visits between worlds are impossible (as the person being contacted would be dead by the time the visitor arrived). To make communication possible, scientists designed The Link, a complete virtual reality world accessible from any of the colonies.

Activity on The Link was originally monitored by human administrators, but due to the sheer quantity of information, the job eventually shifted to maintenance programs. The Sentient Automatic Maintenance program Mark 5, or Sam as it is generally known, was created for the purpose of deleting any corrupted data, stopping any illegal activity on The Link, and keeping the virtual world in good repair for its human users.

Sam is the fifth maintenance model to be created (as indicated by the -5 after his serial number). He was created to be sentient and able to learn and respond to new situations, as well as interface with other programs and machinery. His first two months were spent hunting down hackers, but recently he has been shifted over to more basic housekeeping tasks as new models are developed. Computers get old so fast...

Personality: Sam was created during a wave towards more user-friendly bots, so his personality has evolved over time, resulting in a surprisingly laid-back machine. He can be cynical when overworked, but for the most part remains mellow and cheerful, with a long-suffering attitude towards the humans he has to interact with. Remaining from his original programming is his intensely logical approach to problems, as well as an unnerving politeness to anything he has to destroy. He has a strange habit of talking to himself. He is usually friendly, but can be somewhat disdainful to more belligerent humans. He has an intense fear of being outdated and replaced.

Strengths: Designed to have inhumanly fast reflexes and reactions, making him a powerful fighter within his own comfort zone. Sam also has a computer’s ability to process information and perform calculations, as well as a photographic memory. As a maintenance program, he can interface with any computer close enough in advancement to himself. He’s also wicked handy with a mop.

Weaknesses: While he was created to adapt and evolve, Sam is essentially still a program, which limits his ability to react to environments other than The Link. His lack of experience (he has only been operating for three months) makes it difficult for him to assess new situations, and a skilled hacker could easily corrupt his program. He is also incapable of attacking without being hit first (a safety feature to prevent rogue bots). His social skill aren't exactly prime, either.

The Link is a virtual world, and so nothing can truly die (if Sam was shut down, he could be recovered by an administrator). However, in Nightmare’s realm, everything is deadly real... including Sam himself. This is the first time that Sam has faced his own physical limitations, and the possibility of a real, final death.

Weapons: To counter violent humans, Sam is provided with a manriki (a mace-like spiked ball on the end of a long chain). When he is not in combat (as is usually the case), the manriki transforms back into its customary form: a string mop.

Sam is also capable of deleting bad data and storing it within himself, but only within The Link.

Alabaster OCT Ref: Scorp and Glass

Edit 7/12/12: Finally got the colored Ref done x__x If I lose this first round, I can at least say that I had the coolest ref sheet.

I would like to say that there is a bit of extra detail to go over, all of which I've already given to my opponent at the start of the round so that uploading this...ten days from the deadline wouldn't be an issue. Here's the extra stuff:

-Hourglass's real name is not Hourglass, that's actually the name she uses instead of her real name. If you want to use her real name in your entry at all, just choose any name you think is fitting, it doesn't matter. I do have a canon real name for her, but I want to keep it a secret for now |D

-Scorp's gun shots shoot in the color green, and all his bombs explode in the color blue (being mint and all). The big purple stun gun makes shots in a blue color. Hourglass's gun shots and mines all give off a red color when they do shoot or explode.

-Hourglass's pack isn't actually attached to her back, it just kind of hovers around it and attaches in a kind of magnetic/molecular way that I can't remember off the top of my head.

-The Lawn Gnome doesn't really move, so it also doesn't open its mouth. You can totally make him change expression if you want though, since I've done that before pretty constantly.

-You can use that ridiculous battle fleet in the sky in your entry if you want too. I wont ever, because it's obviously ridiculous, but it should be free game for you as far as I know?

-Their blood is the color of rust. That wasn't a thing I had decided or thought about until she asked. |D

So basically I'm submitting this in case I don't get the colored/lined ref done in time. Which is pretty likely, because I still need to do math homework and a paid project in the span of this weekend. Organizing this and getting all the info together was blaugh. Oh man and I forgot the height and weight! I'm not good at calculating these exact things >__< I'll put the height and the weight in the description along with all the other info.

- biography- Scorpio and Hourglass Arachnus are siblings, members of a handful of children born of the most powerful crime family in the universe. They all have their own misadventures, but up until their school years were over Scorpio and Hourglass used to do everything as a team. Nowadays, as their methods and interests have waned from each others, it takes annual events like Family Collab Day to get them to interact properly.
-Strengths- Arachnuses are individually trained for dynamic combat from childhood, and each family member is basically a warlord in their own right. This gives Scorpio and Hourglass a heavy tactical advantage over most opponents. They know how to take advantage of their surroundings and manage their resources, and are particularly more relentless towards opponents when together than not. They can adjust to battleground mentality fairly quickly, and they already know how to work well together despite their differences. They also have flying backpacks, so theres that.
-Weaknesses- Each other. Scorpio and Hourglass are not perfect siblings, and they get into quarrels with each other a LOT. Arachnuses are naturally competitive against each other to begin with. Its not uncommon for them to even stop and argue in the middle of a fight, or even start fighting with each other instead and forget the opponent. They are also both unprotected physically.
-Powers- The two are expert roboticists; Scorpio is a weapons specialist and Hourglass is a functionality specialist. It wouldnt be beyond the two of them combined to construct some heavy machinery to use given the right material. This, of course, depends on how much material is in Alabaster in any given area.

-Personality- Hourglass is a headstrong ruthless workaholic and a cautious strategist. She is a highly intelligent woman of science, particularly robotics, and if she has any spare time she spends it in the labs, constantly experimenting and questioning. She often overshadows this aspect of herself with her prominent ambitiousness in furthering the Arachnus Empire and her legendary short fuse of a temper. She has little trust or compassion for anything and anyone that is not an accepted member of the Arachnus Family, or her own creation. Shes vicious and merciless to nearly everyone she meets, unless otherwise necessary to further her own aims, and provoking her to anger is a death sentence. Some aspects of her personality were brought about in her duties to her family, but her shocking inner fury seems to be something she was born with.
-A biography- Hourglass is the Prodigy Child of the Arachnus Family, predicted to follow her mother as eventual head of the Federation. In her short life she has successfully seized ten systems under her control, and has probably worked harder than any of her peers to make a name for herself as a conqueror. She sacrificed many years of youthful escapades that her brother and cousins partook in to get where she is, and she now sits comfortably on an empire of machinery while the others still struggle to keep one or two planets for themselves. A notable chunk of Arachnus war automatons are her personal design.

The easiest ways to trigger her fury are to 1) frequently antagonize; 2) take something important from her, intangible or otherwise; 3) Spout off her real name out loud, which you will never know. Aside from that, she is a careful and excellent combat strategist and is prone to laying traps and controlling the map.
-Weaknesses- The angrier she is, the less rational she becomes, and so she will be more prone to making wrong decisions.
-Powers- She can stick to walls and surfaces like any spider. She is also immune to poisons to varying degrees, to the level of the most venomous types will numb the nerves at the most, and tingle/itch a bit at the least.

-Personality- a strange mixture of an adorable creature full of curiosity and a personal computer. He is loyal only to Hourglass, and generally only speaks to Hourglass unless giving information. Hes very moral, and tries to keep Hourglass moral. She will hesitate to act on her more brutal tendencies towards others when hes around. Werbine has an uncontrollable habit of switching back to his native language while speaking, where he will replace random words with Palo (pah-low). Hourglass is the only one who can understand him when he does this.
-A biography- Werbine was Hourglasss pet growing up, a small furry thing about the size of a full grown chinchilla. It died prematurely in an accident, and Glass refused to let him go. So he became one of her first (successful) biodigital experiments, his former mind being digitized and transferred into the body he uses now. He receives upgrades on an annual basis and has lived well past the average life expectancy of his species.

-Gender- male
-Age- 23
-Personality- a reckless renegade who thoroughly enjoys his criminal work. Hes nonchalant by default, sarcastic at times, mildly arrogant, and a pretty positive thinker, although subtle about it. He likes to hang out with people who dont care what he does. He also loves to blow things up and invent new ways of blowing things up. Hes not a monster though; he has standards for everything he does. Its not uncommon for him to wind up saving the world or befriending a hero or stopping other villains, something that his family has always been uneasy about. He loves a good fight though, and its just as common for him to deem you an ally as it is for him to fire a surprise round to the face. It really just depends on the situation.
-A biography- Scorpio, like Hourglass, grew up being handled as an inheritor of the Arachnus throne. Although all Arachnus children were trained in the same way, special preparations were made for the two of them in terms of leadership. He was betrothed early in his life to the daughter of Lord Bogart , something that wound up short-lived after their father Devasten Arachnus promptly snatched Lord Bogarts powers during Arachnus War I. But at that point, Scorp and she were already a couple in their own right. The two of them and Hourglass met three others in their university days and formed a formidable villain crew of six for several years, until growing relational problems eventually broke them all apart. By that point Scorpio deviated a bit from the leadership focus, and so all priority was put onto Hourglass to become the next heir. He moved a ways away from the family, to the planet Nebulux, but still performs occasional missions for their benefit.

-Weaknesses- Hes durable and agile, but not all that powerful in and of himself. If you hit him with something the size of an elephant, hes not just going to shrug it off. Granted, he wont just die either.
-Powers- immune to poisons to varying degrees, to the level of the most venomous types will numb the nerves at the most, and tingle/itch a bit at the least. This of course is referring to Oleander interaction.

Sometimes he can actually be pretty supportive if he gets to know you, but that wont keep your from his snide comments.
-A biography- Its hard to say what exactly his origins are. He claims to have originally come from the planet Mushloon, but Osiba Mune found him in a swap meet. She gave him to Scorpio before she was forced to leave this reality as a promise that she would come back somehow. A talking lawn gnome is a really, really weird thing to use as a promise ring, but Scorpio is obviously still holding on to that promise.
-Height- 9 inches, not including his hat (+6).

He does other weird things, but none that are notably significant or even confirmed. If you can count the ability to throw a killer demotivating remark at any given time, he has that too.

Scorps Weapons
Annihilator 3000: Thats the handgun hes got. It fires plasma shots at the rate of a pistol and has an alternate mode that shoots a concentrated beam. If he swings his hand enough he can curve single shots.
Minty Fresh Nitro Bombs: powerful bombs that give off the smell of mint when they explode. A better smell than burning flesh. They can be set down and triggered by hand or thrown directly for instant explosions.
The 0-431-LNzero: Affectionately dubbed the Oh Hell No, it fires specialized pulse stun rounds at varying frequencies chosen by the user. The lowest fires small bursts and only takes a portion of the entire round, while the highest fires and explosive wave and takes an entire round. The gun is not as destructive as it is disruptive; it can stun, EMP, or neutralize, and is generally meant to stop things from doing things. He has to use this gun sparingly, since his pack takes a while to restock the guns rounds.
Hourglasss Weapons:
Blanc V7-A and Blanc V7-B: twin pistols that double as stunners. If she shoots a mine with them, it will activate the mine into barrier/snare mode.
Slk-40 Mines: motion-sensitive mines that stick to any surface and blast upward when detonated. If shot by a Blanc, they become connectable barriers or snares. Snares can only be formed if two or more mines are in range of each other, and barriers can only be formed with four or more in range.
Hourglasss eyes are full red in daylight but large pupils can be seen at night; they work like natural transition lenses.

Here is alittle backstory and details about Hyperlink:

A programmer prodigy working for the government (formerly an expert hacker, but now reformed), while testing a virtual interface prototype that allows it's user to upload thoughts mentally to the Internet, he accidentally links his whole consciousness with cyber-space.

Thus, he becomes the Cyber Superhero, the Digital Demi-god, the Pixel Paragon, the One and Only: "HYPERLINK!"

Hyperlink has the ability to pass in and out of the Web whenever he chooses, using any devices connected to the cyber-realm (such as computers, laptops, mobiles.etc.). This allows him to literally be a GLOBAL superhero, since he can travel across the world within a beat using the network as transportation. Once in cyber-space, he can navigate within it easily and reprogram it to his will. Despite having no super-strength or any other traditional combat powers or skills, using his mental link with the World Wide Web, he can access any data available on the system. This data can range from advanced mathematics, theoretical and practical sciences, ancient history, to even martial arts, dance, and cooking too. However, this ability only gives him theoretical knowledge and not practical experience. That is something he will have to gain on his own.

Hyperlink is an icon for the utilization of the internet for worthy endeavors such as education, research, spreading awareness, entertainment and advancement of the arts. He also stands against internet fraud and theft. The world is in the digital era now. It's time we had a digital hero.
