Background- I decided to do a road leading to Los Angeles. In the movie on the picture for our example there was a vacant road. I tried to put some cars in but the model ended up covering it anyway. Also I chose Los Angeles because whatever it is seems to hit big cities first. I chose a darker theme because it's not particularly a happy movie.
Model-I chose to make the model blue eyed because blue is a color of sadness in most instances. I chose to have her half covering her mouth because she is embarrassed and scared to show what's happening to her. Due to the fact of hysteria, if I had that issue I wouldn't want people to know because they would most likely make you leave and in that instance, the thing you need the most is human comfort and contact. She is crying because she is upset obviously, anyone would be upset at the lost of being able to speak. I chose not to give her a mouth because it's the representation of loss of speech. How can you speak without a mouth?
Foreground- For the foreground you will notice grass in front of the model. I chose to do this one because it shows the break down of human society and two because of when I think of his movies I think of the outdoors and fields.

The stage I chose is "Loss of speech".
I imagined the reaction of a person who is used to speak, to talk to the others, and then suddenly loses this faculty..
It should be probably very agonizing, initially it could seem a bad dream, but then you realize that you really can't speak, that you can't even groan, nobody listens to you..
This is what's really happening..
and you begin to scream, scream silence, an ear-splitting silence that suffocates you..
So you invoke for help, and the last your hope is someone who can hear you..
