This is my entry into DA's whirled contest. At first, I thought whirled was really childish and all, but a few minutes in I got hooked onto decorating

I wanted to make a linear apartment style Whirled. Most other whirleds involve items that become gates, which creates some fantastical dimension which I understand can be very cool in its own way. I wanted to see if I could make a Whirled that would spatially make sense. That is, doors, and doors going toward the viewer (closer in depth). Making everything work like this actually took a lot of time.

I couldn't find what I wanted on the shop, so I decided to hand-craft most of the furniture seen here: LeXie Design. Unlike most people, I'm aiming toward a no walls depth reliant concept, and unfortunately most of the shop furniture turns toward some direction. I need to have everything directly facing me or away from me.

Also, I felt that floating stools were a must.



So this is the Aznangel Apartment. I've always liked straightforward housing with smooth white walls, simple furniture designs, a lot of glass, giant floor to ceiling windows, and anything that tries to minimize space wasting.
