contest. I LOVE RAMONA :E, so I drew myself as the 8th evil ex haha.

James was a down and out artist who, much so against his own wishes, had to spend a summer in Canada visiting some family before his last year in high school. He enjoyed the dry arid weather of the southwestern United States, so he was not happy about being in a place that had anything similar to humidity. He was sent there by his parents, who thought a change of scenery would help him break out of his own shell. He used to do nothing but draw little doodles of himself and of the objects of his affection, like cupcakes and little monsters you could catch in balls.

He was in Canada for 8 days before he decided this was not his bag, and ran away from his family's home. James didn't have enough money to make it back home, so he worked as an artist in Toronto drawing cutesy caricatures and painting murals on business building windows. Life was not what he was hoping it would be.

After a particularly profitable day drawing caricatures outside of a school in Toronto, he realized he needed a new sketchbook to draw his subjects. He was very particular about what he drew in, so he decided to check online for his ideal sketchbook. He made an order through Amazon.ca. The delivery came in a week or so, and from that day on his life was changed.

A beautiful girl with rollerblades and lime green hair delivered his package. Without saying a word, he signed for the package, and she was on her way. Unaware, the delivery girl skated away, with James shadowing her. He scoped out her favorite spots and hangouts, and made notes of each one. Ramona, as he later learned, seemed to see James at all of her local hangouts. James eventually introcuded himself to Ramona after a couple of weeks of intense research, not to be confused with stalking which is similar in every way. He started inviting her out to the normal hangouts, and while there he would try to dazzle her with drawings of her riding unicorns or sitting on top of cute looking cupcakes. This charmed Ramona, and they decided to make these meetings official dates, and thusly for a very short period of time they started seeing eachother exclusively.

Eventually, the drawings became a little more..adult in nature. Ramona, being turned off cartoons in such vulgar situations, broke up with James. This sent James into quite a tizzy of rage and 'baw'ing. James kept sending drawings to Ramona, illustrating him begging her to come back. She ignored every request.

James began to feel very strongly that his continuous drawing of Ramona would be the key that would win her back. He had just finished the doodle of all doodles, he would present it to Ramona directly, and plead his love case. He went to one of their date locations, only to see her sitting with a boy that he had seen before at a Bomb-omb concert. Scott Pilgrim, the name that James would grow to hate. He then took his pen out from behind his ear, held it towards the sky and asked simply that any deity or power listening to his plea grant him the ability to draw his way back into Ramona's heart and draw Scott
Pilgrim out of it. A dark demon heard his plea, and cursed his pen, it grew red with anger and pointy for extra fine line work. Somehow, the pen was always with James, even if he'd set it down, he'd turn around and find the pen resting behind his ear, beckoning him to draw.

Even more peculiar than the fact that the pen was magically attached to him, was the fact that anything James drew came to life. Rabbits, Pikachus, house fires, you name it. They would leap off of the paper, or his pen strokes in the air would magically turn to slash marks on the walls of his house or on the backsides of his neighbors. What came to life would only last so long as he found out when he drew a fully detailed mural of Ramona, only to fade away before the two could even muster a kiss for eachother.

James now intends to use his new found artifact to destroy Scott Pilgrim, and show Ramona that his artist heart is what Ramona desperately craves. ]]> Scott Pilgrim: Create the 8th Evil Ex
