To be honest, I really wanted to draw after prepping for work today, and I saw this base and it SCREAMED old!Izo and Shinji. I admit it, it's a beautiful effen' base. So, naturally, I had to doll it. I miss these two sooo much. -hugs them until they pop- <3 They're my favourite character couple ever.

Well, I thought this song by by AFI suited them. As by the recent few days, AFI has become the crack cocaine to my inner drug-dealing hooker.

This metaphor sucks.

Anyways, I kept the shading simple, I wanted it to be. I love how the background came out, though. -noms on it- The base originally had brown hair, so when I made it short (with the base's green eyes), it looked like Rebecca from Resident Evil. And then, Shinji looked like a tattoo-less Billy Coen. HA, I laughed.

(FYI, Billy and Rebecca have similar Izo and Shinji personalities)
