Krakin Cursor XP

Mostly Cinema 4d however Photoshop was used religiously for animation and to perfect as much as possible. Finished this cursor finally, it's for CursorXP/CursorFX. I hope you guys like this one. Let's see if I can daily dev it :]

If you like it, of course fav it. If you download it you really have to fav it. If you don't like it... still fav.

Step 1. Okay, so you were strolling by and saw this incredible cursor and thought to yourself... I have to have that!

Step 2. Figure out which version of Windows you currently are running. If you have a mac check this out.

Step 3. For Vista and Windows 7 this.

For XP download this.

Step 4. Install the program, whether or not it's XP or FX.

Step 5. Download this cursor. Unzip. After you unzip it should read 'Krakin.CurXPTheme' and 'KrakinSmall.CurXPTheme'.
('KrakinSmall' is a about 25% smaller than 'Krakin' )

Step 6. Lastly, double click on one of the files and if you did everything correctly before, your new cursor should be this.

Robotic Retriever

A couple months ago I released a cursor called "Robotic Defiance"
I explained in the description that every once and a while one of them would go rogue and start attacking..Note: See VIDEO [link]

Well despite our best efforts we have had a couple of reports of these instances so as promised I am deploying a contain crew if you have one of these rogue cursors simply download this one "Robotic Retriever" and it will catch and contain the rogue cursor!

Vista Pro CursorXP

UPDATED!! Fixed small hotspot issue with button cursor, replaced annoying pulsating link cursor with a simple green hand. Don't really know what the deal is with Windows XP automatic whatever that some have mentioned. I made the cursor in cursorxp, and set all the hotspots. It works fine for me.

Well, I don't have any idea how I stumbled into making a cursor, but here it is. It was fun, and it came out pretty good I think. It's very minimal, but goes good with most anything, especially Vista skins. Hope someone likes it. The preview doesn't really tell the story, I have some decent animations in there I think. Enjoy! Please give feedback, since this is my first cursor.

PoP The Sands of Time Cursors

This is a new Cursorset inspired by the "Prince of Persia - The Sands of Time" trilogy and artworks. I've already done one before named Persian Scimitar but because the main cursors have been changed I decided to make a new theme out of that and not just delete the old set and upload the new instead.

Features:
- "Dagger of Time" as cursor
- "Mystical Hourglass" as cursor & cursor element
- smoother animations than in the "Persina Scimitar" theme for the two animated cursors (reached through more single movement pictures)
- other cursors inspired by Prince of Persia artworks

Note: The Cursors are made for a desktop resolution of 1280x1024. I've not yet tested whether the cursors appear too big on lower resolutions or whether cursorXP resizes them.

Instructions:
If you don't already have it, download and install CursorFX.
The free version is enough
Download: [link]

Copy the cursor-files (Static Y Large.CursorFX and/or Static Y Small.CursorFX) into the folder where all the CursorFX standard themes are. Most likely, it's this folder:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes

Open CursorFX. The themes should be somewhere in the My Cursors list and are ready to use!

(I don't think there's any way this might happen, but just in case: I don't take any responsibility for any kind of damage this might do to your computer.)

ChaNinja Cursors v2

I made this CursorXP set for the "ChaNinja Style RC5" visual style which I'm still working on. This is for the "SubZero" color scheme (at least ten more colors will be made for RC5).

The zip contains 2 cursor sets which are identical except for the "busy" cursor which is a ninja star in one and a pointer in the other. I'm not sure which one I prefer, maybe you could help me decide.

I can't show you a proper screenshot because nearly all the cursors are animated. Hope you like them, please let me know what you think!

In X-Pirate theme, I added a skull, and this time, I made a cursor set that I've been planned for a long time. The bone system was used to create this while I'm not familiar with this. But I think it's a good try for me. Hope it can be a good try for you, too.

Mario Hand Cursor

I was browsing DA for cursors I could use and came across this little gem. Unfortunately, no one made it into a cursor set yet. Sooo....I decided to get CursorFX and make my the cursor set myself, seeing as I had nothing to do.

Naturally, I still have to get used to the functions of CursorFX so for now, the icons are not animated and are limited since I didn't feel like drawing additional images or editing too heavily. When I have the time I'll fix some things around.

Comes with the ones shown above and couple not shown.

Original set by ~G0Ducks with modifications and additions by me. Mario image used in preview and Mario in general (c) Nintendo. NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE OR SALE!!! Link back to G0Ducks and me if you want to use for a website etc.

And now some instructions for those who don't have CursorFX

How To Download and Use
1. Check which version of Windows you are using.

-Windows 7: Download the Vista one and it should work
- If you use a Mac or anything else, I'm afraid I can't help you at this moment sorry D8

2. Install the program.

3. Download the cursor via button above and unzip the file.

4. If you want, drag the Mario_Hand.CursorFX into the themes folder under Stardock in your program files.

5. Double click the file and your cursor should be the Mario Hand set 83

*** If the .CursorFX file doesn't work for CursorXP, then sorry D8 Like I said, I'm new to this so I dunno if FX files with work with the XP one....

Just a little something for those who want some nice cursors.

This set was in some ways inspired by Moshi's Grounation cursor set.

I made it a little bulky since my screen runs at a large resolution but it resizes down very well.
I may update it with other colour variations at a later date as I'm not sure how well it recolours in CXP.

Instructions:
If you don't already have it, download and install CursorFX.
The free version is enough
Download: [link]

Copy the cursor-files (Static Y Large.CursorFX and/or Static Y Small.CursorFX) into the folder where all the CursorFX standard themes are. Most likely, it's this folder:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes

Open CursorFX. The themes should be somewhere in the My Cursors list and are ready to use!

(I don't think there's any way this might happen, but just in case: I don't take any responsibility for any kind of damage this might do to your computer.)

I absolutely loved the spinner in Grounation and wanted it in BASE, so I put it there.

After getting inspiration from *dutchie17's famous emoticonists pack, and after discovering that although I was included in this pack, my cursor was the only one that didn't work, I decided to make a pack of my own (and unlike dutchie's pack, this pack includes more than just the standard cursor icon; it has a loading icon, busy icon, hand selector icon... all of them).

CursorXP will automatically send each cursor where it is needed to go (the normal looking one will become the normal cursor, the hysterical one will become the loading cursor, etc.)

In order to use this pack, you must have CursorXP installed on your computer, which you can get here. --> [link]

Click "download to desktop" to, well, download the pack to your desktop.

i wanted to do this for sometime now, finally did it.
i'm quite proud of this one, cuz i animated lot more things, and i think the animations are better
the cursor might look big but its thin so it doesn't take up alot of space(of course alot of u probly still thinks its big)

as i spent more time on this one, i really hope u like it!
