I had this idea the other day of making some Metroid artwork where only the glowing green parts of Samus' Varia Suit were visible.
I whipped this up real quick and decided to turn it into a wallpaper. The resolution is 1680x1050, which is that of my screen.
I'm thinking of doing a small series of these for each of her suits or maybe in different poses.
Pose is based of off the model by First4Figures.

Samus Aran Lego Mosaic, this one is free-standing (if it were real). The last freestanding one I made included pieces of varying heights. I started to make this one that way, but these pieces are not common to most people's Lego collection, so all bricks are standard height. Full-size image is 1280x1024.

Made this wallpaper for my bf who loves Metroid. It started off with just Samus and some sparklies, and he then suggested adding in Dark Samus and this was formed.

This picture serves two purposes.

Im thinking of working without lines from now on so I wanted to see how Angelesti looked in an unlined style.

and I just got an iPad so I could color at work (or rather rough in large patches of color, Adobe Ideas isnt great for detail coloring for me but its great of filling shapes!) and it needed a background so I whipped this up, its sized so Ange and Cesar are always on screen in either orientation (although horizontal works better, if vertical the 3rd App on the second row will cover Anges face)

I found most of these emblems on Google and edited them slightly for the look I was going for. I made the Zelda and Gears of War emblems as I couldn't find any I was happy with...

The emblems are from - Halo: Reach, Star Wars, Borderlands, Gears of War, Zelda, Metroid series and Mortal Kombat.
