I actually like this one, and I think it's one of the best yet!

And yes, it's supposed to be eating. XD And yes, it is raining doughnuts (because yes, they are doughnuts. x.x)

Oh, and there is no title (as in the word Gluttony up the top) because it didn't look so good with the falling doughnuts in the background.

Ah, it's a trip down memory lane. No, not in the sense that I was once a huge, blobby pink monster in a tub, but in the sense that the monster here is, essentially, that little purple emote under observation so long ago and that the waiters were last seen as part of a tower block. It's just that the purples one's mutated and the waiters have got new shading.

Icmasatboan:
TPO gets hungry and starts flailing his humorously small hands around. Waiter One zooms in and hands him a tray full of fried and greasy food. TPO devours the entire thing, including the tray and the packaging. Waiter Two zooms in from the other side and hands him a huge cake. In his rush to fit the whole thing in his mouth, TPO smooshes the top bit of the cake off. He thinks about eating the top, but before he can reach it, Waiter Three zooms in with a pear. TPO looks at it curiously and deems it too healthy. He then summons Waiter Three using his awesome mutated powers and asks if Waiter Three gave him the pear. Waiter Three says yes, and TPO promptly throws away the pear, smooshes the top of Waiter Three's head into the cake and eats him. Mmm, Waiter topped off with Cake. Yum.

Mutated TPO is inspired by Balthazar, from the Buffy Season 3 episode "Bad Girls".

OK not one of my best work's I'll admit, I kind of rushed it. Anyway this is my entry for the Seven Deadly Sins: Gluttony challenge. Just incase you can't tell, at the end the big blob eats the hand of the little emote. I do realise their is alot wrong with this emote like with it speeding up at parts at the animation not being really fluid so I'll probaby redo this at a later date but I'm busy with other projects right now, plus I've got relatives over so for most of tommorrow I'll be out and I really wanted to get this in for the contests deadline. So yes, majorly rushed but still somewhat good.

Also sice this is the first contest I've entered I don't really expect to win or anything but as they say it's the participation that counts.

As always comment if you wish.

Edit 14/08/07: The perfectionist inside me wouldn't allow me to not edit out certain problems in the picture so I've updated the picture and made the animation a slightly better.

Well, when I saw the gluttony contest [link] , I knew NOM NOM was perfect for the job. When he starts eating emotes, he can't eat just one!

I'm not 100% satisfied with it, but since nothing horrible happened while I was making it, I won't complain.

No emotes were harmed in the making of this emote. Except the yellow one, of course... The skeleton makes me happy.

Edited it slightly... like anyone will notice It makes me happier though. :B

Gluttony (Gula):
Derived from the Latin gluttire, meaning to gulp down or swallow, gluttony is the over-indulgence and over-consumption of anything to the point of waste. In the Christian religions, it is considered a sin because of the excessive desire for food, or its withholding from the needy.

Depending on the culture, it can be seen as either a vice or a sign of status. Where food is relatively scarce, being able to eat well might be something to take pride in (although this can also result in a moral backlash when confronted with the reality of those less fortunate). Where food is routinely plentiful, it may be considered a sign of self control to resist the temptation to over-indulge.

Medieval church leaders (e.g., Thomas Aquinas) took a more expansive view of gluttony, arguing that it could also include an obsessive anticipation of meals, and the constant eating of delicacies and excessively costly foods. Aquinas went so far as to prepare a list of six ways to commit gluttony, including:

* Praepropere - eating too soon.
* Laute - eating too expensively (washedly).
* Nimis - eating too much.
* Ardenter - eating too eagerly (burningly).
* Studiose - eating too daintily (keenly).
* Forente - eating wildly (boringly).

Taadaa! Entry #2 for the 7 Deadly Sins contest. Gluttony is the icon theme, and Livius has the blog up about it. She said unlimited entries... O_o So I'll probably enter a lottttt Unless I get lazy. lol

Okay, so here are 24 different Emoticon Cursors. They come in blueishgreen and purple. I currently have all the purple ones as my cursor scheme on my laptop and they work great and are lotsa fun. So feel free to download. You can have all blue or all purple, or mix and match the cutest ones.

They are in .ani format.

These took a veryyyyy long time to make. Probably around 5 to 6 hours x_x Not straight though, Ive been working on them for two or three days.

There are two animated ones, and if you dont download this Id really appreciate it if youd go look at the animated ones through the links below as they took the longest to make.

To get the Gluttonous Emoticursors on your computer, just download, unzip, then go to countrol panel, mouse, pointers. Then its pretty self explanatory from there. HISTORY

BIOGRAPHY: (Working off the timeline that the Ishbal war ended 7 years before the start of the main story.) She was born five years after her older sister Lilly, just after her parents had immigrated into Amestria, along with the rest of her village. When she was seven, a disease went through her village, infecting only girls around her age. She was the only one to survive, but somehow the souls of the individual girls had gotten caught in her body, creating her multiple personalities, Kitsune, Amaya, Mouse, and Cho. Amaya is permanently lusting, Kitsune ' plays' with her food, Mouse is scared of everything, and Cho is motherly and mature. Though with the arrival of these extra minds, Vie suddenly stopped being able to use the purification arts, which she had started learning from her father. This being so, she began to concentrate more on physical fighting skills, which she learned from her mother. Unfortunately, her mother died when she gave birth to Kin, when Vie was fourteen. Three years later, her father was killed in an Ishbalian raid because her village was one of the military's top suppliers of gun powder. Vie was taken captive for two years, before the army reached the city she was being held in, and she managed to escape.
She ended up joining the military, and served under Kimblee, until she was captured once again. This time, she was tortured for information, which resulted in her turning mostly blind. (See "Eyesight") Once again, she managed to escape, but was no longer able keep fighting. Instead, she was given a more paper oriented job, working directly under Kimblee, whom she grew very close to.
After the last battle her squad fought during, she had stupidly gone out into the field before it was checked for traps and such, and she managed to step on a mine. She was knocked unconscious by the explosion, and awoke in one of the alchemist labs, where they were testing with chimera. However, her body was in too bad of shape to have anything done to it, and instead, her mind was transferred into a homunculus body which was also a snake chimera, as another experiment. It proved successful, and she was planted as a spy among Roy's men.

Bacterial!Russia:

NOtes:

His usual habit of "become one with me" has taken over his sanity. Bacterial!Russia is always, always hungry, lurking for food around, eating whatever he can.
His stomach is always growling so much it developed a mouth of its own.
Russia will eat even inanimate objects if he can't find food. He craves for it. That's the only thing that matters.

He makes a hunting duo with China.
While China cries to lure monsters and preys to him, Ivan hangs himself on the ceiling, using his side paws in his back, waits until the victim is under him, then drop from the ceiling with his mouth open and attacks.

In case he lacks food, his hunger becomes so great he would be able to attack his monster friend, so if that happens, China will just flee and wait a few days until his hunger is calmed down.
His hunger is sometimes so strong he can eat one of his own limbs to calm it.

.... Guess what happened to his right arm?

He ate it. Since it was the last human remaining part of him, he ate it to quell his appetite and needed to be amputated from the rest of the arm afterwards. DUring the surgery, the doctors burned the end of the arm, so it won't grow back before a while.

His mouth doesn't look that weird when he closes it, he can even still speak almost normally (thus being more often with China, they can discuss if they have anything to talk about), but due to the mutations, he can now unhang his lower jaw boneand open a mouth so big and hideous it could swallow an entire human head in one gulp!

Russia remains the tallest of all Bacterial and the more muscled in terms of proportions, but it's more of a handicap for him, since he's not balanced.
Plus he always needs food to survive, so he's one of the most dangerous Bacterials around.

Random facts:

One day, eh escaped from his cage, made it to the test subjects storing room, and ate every flesh he could find, be it living or dead. From the foetuses in test tubes to the dead subjects in the fridges, and he chew cables.
Before he was pinned down, he had started devouring a test tube but could not finish it.

He is VENOMOUS. Which is actually quite rare for a Bacterial (they usually infect others with their virus or kill them).
His venom is not lethal, but even if you manage to run away from him, and are poisoned, the venom will make you dizzy enough to fall too, and all he will have to do is crawl to you and eat you alive.

He spends most of his time around China and sometimes France.
The Italy Brothers avoid him like hell, for they know he could very probably eat them both.
