An edit to the description follows:

Well this one was lucky enough to get a DD! Lovely! Thank you so much Archan!

A few notes about the image. It was made early on last year (08) and the original wider version that wrapped around a novel can be found in my gallery. This isn't a new piece. Something else to bear in mind before commenting is that I'm a commercial illustrator, which means I produce images to order. The particulars of this image were handed to me by the book's publisher, and I made them into a painting. I personally can't really help you if you have issues about the originality of its themes!

Prisoner and Paper Plane

... I suck when it comes to keeping a desktop wallpaper. But, can you blame me? I just LOVE Len and Rin.

When I firts heard the song "Prisoner", I was a bit perplexed until I read the lyrics in English. I felt bad for Len near the end because he is killed by poison in a gassing chamber (and never knowing who that girl was on the other side of the fence).

Then, I heard the answer song to Prisoner, entitled "Paper Plane". And when I heard this song the veyr first time, I was shedding tears by the end, and seeing the video made me sob even more, especially the lyrics. The only good part was at the very end, Len and Rin reunite in heaven.

actually he requested _{How about my little emoticon pope walking along, minding his own business, when he suddenly bumps into a HUGE pile of papers, signifying a lot of work that needs to be done. The pile starts to wobble back and forth, and I try to stop it from falling, but find myself unable to, and it all ends up falling over me, covering me completely in a huge heap of paper/work. I stick my head up over the workload and look very concerned. I try to work with a couple of the papers, but in the end, I get out a match or something and just burn the pile. Then I walk away and it loops.}

Ok first off, a large part of this wallpaper is from =Shadow-Brushes's Graffiti brushes found here [link] But i also put a fair bit of effort into the background and placing of the graffiti, so some small amount of credit please.

I just fell in love with my own work lol, and would have just submitted a screen shot of my desk top but my print screen button does not work. Anyways, now you can all get your hands on my new wide screen wall paper i really hope you all like it as much as i do. Those Graffiti Brushes are awesome, if you have Photoshop, download them!!!
