- Tavros reached a growth spurt around the age of 7 sweeps, and eventually surpassed Gamzee in height. They are roughly the same height, but Tavros' horns give him an unfair advantage.

- He is a late bloomer, especially with the Nitram trait of giant "fairy" wings missing. Truthfully, Tavros doubts he'll ever sprout wings. Even if he did, he still would be grounded due to his stocky build and robotic legs.

- 12 sweeps old (26 years)

- His occupation is the Captain of the Empress' royal guard, and his armor is adorned in the sign of the Empress. He's very loyal to her.

- Due to the lack of a nook and bulge, Tavros always had to worry about the pail drones coming and culling him due to unable to contribute to society. However, his mechanic Equius Zahhak installed a robotic bulge to allow him to contribute genetic material.

- Although Vriska Serket and Kanaya Marytam were both responsible for his legs, he doesn't have the heart to hate them, and instead forgave them. Eventually Vriska became his moirail and Kanaya sometimes used him as a model for larger males (which is the reason why he doesn't like to go to her boutique with Gamzee anymore)

- Unlike his Alternian counterpart, Tavros has confidence. And lots of it.
