The sixth sun sign in the Zodiac Flower Design Series, Virgo. Sorry about the delay, I will try to finish the series up before really starting the big Doctor Who commission.

For this sign I used the One-Flowered Wintergreen, a delicate plant that produces a singel small and suprisingly fragrant flower on a slender stalk above a few evergreen leaves. These flowers have never been abundant and now are becoming rare. I thought it fit the sign well.

I really need to reconsider my "no color tattoos" rule...I love mah little cupcake friend! I think I have an obsession with skulls and drippy things...I'm noticing a reoccurring pattern.

The idea was born on the back of a notebook in Astronomy class and brought to its full potential later...

Also, due to the fact that I'm in the process of moving (living between three places rocks! >< ), I have no supplies! Ergo, this was done with a fine point Sharpie and a 24 pack of colored pencils from the dollar store...rock on...

If you are at all interested in working on a Halo mod project in the CryEngine, doesn't matter what kind of quality of art you produce (just as long as it isn't done MS Paint), we could certainly use the manpower to get this project up and going.

Basically Venerance is a stealthy campaign experience in the boots of a Spartan-II on the planet, Sigma Octanus IV, shortly before the events of Reach. The conflict is talked about in Halo: The Fall of Reach, but Venerance expands on that story by detailing the 2km hike towards Cote d'Azur.

Well, I've been bitten by the Hetalia bug and decided to do characters for each of the fifty United States. Most of these are trying to be different from some other OCs made. Some of these characters were made by others and I WILL give credit where it's due. Alright, count-off from one to fifty!

Delaware: His human name is Devon Jones. He used to live in Virginia's apartment, but moved out to become his own state. He was the first one to become a state and has claims to be the oldest. He approaches every situation with a calm, mature attitude. He's highly-educated and is the states' resident medical expert. However, it should be pointed out that he's the second shortest (beating Rhode Island by a few inches).

Pennsylvania: His human name is William Jones. He speaks in a loud, over-the-top fashion and uses an Old English accent. He deeply cares about the other states, due to him being founded on 'brotherly love'. He absolutely dotes on his niece, Washington, D.C. to the point where he let her take care of his "special document". During the Revolution, he was horrified at the amount of bloodshed and tried talking peace with Britain. He has a pet groundhog named Phillip. Also, he will go berserk if anyone offers him chocolate...

New Jersey: His human name is Chris Jones. He's the states' acceptable target of jokes, but takes it in stride with sarcasm. He has a serious rivalry with New York, whom he's always trying to convince that it's "pronounced JERSEY, not JOISEY"...though he, New York, and Illinois used to run together in the Mafia. He's constantly harrassed by the Jersey Devil, though no one believes him.

Georgia: His human name is George Jones (one of the MANY obvious names). He speaks in a somewhat nasally voice (ala Don Adams), is an ace pilot, and loves peaches and Coca Cola. He regrets having seceded in the Civil War. He also doesn't like to be confused with a certain European country of the same name.

Connecticut: Her human name is Prudence Jones. She's a highly-educated teacher who tries to act like the intelligent one out of the original thirteen states, but often comes off as an oddball to the others. She likes Marine Life and education and seriously dislikes her ex-husband, New York. She also has an academic rivalry with Massachusetts.

Massachusetts: His human name is Lancelot Kirkland Jones. Credit to Hikari Ino for his character. Like Virginia, he was first discovered by Britain to be one of America's kids. However, before the Revolution, he felt that he was being treated unfairly and tossed his tea into the ocean. He's often well-behaved, except where Connecticut is involved because their main universities clash (Massachusetts' Harvard to Connecticut's Yale). He's often referred to as Mass. He had issues with Britain, but the two are trying to reconcile. He's also a well-known author, has issues with New Hampshire and New York (the latter being less severe), and is close to Delaware and Virginia because the three of them were the three original colonies (though Virginia used to bully him as a kid).

Maryland: Her human name is Mary Jones. She's a somewhat soft-spoken Catholic who came to America's house after facing religious persecution from Britain. She enjoys reading and caring for her daughter, Washington DC. She's also married to Virginia. Their relationship went something like THIS: Virginia and West used to run from her when they were kids, the two showed more affection when they were teenagers, particularly when Virginia gave Maryland his Catholic population for her birthday, the two started dating as young adults, and they got married shortly after the Revolution. Despite their status, Maryland is the one of the few people that Virginia is afraid of.

South Carolina: His human name is Robert Jones. He's a laid-back, relaxed state. He prefers sitting on the beach to doing manual labor (though his northern counterpart tries fixing that). The most work he did was during the 19th century...he says it traumatized him and he's tried avoiding work ever since. His relationship with North Carolina is...ambiguous. No one knows what it is.

New Hampshire: His human name is Irving Jones. He's a rather grouchy state who doesn't like two things: people referring to him as "New Hamster" and Massachusetts (their rivalry has been running for a while). He likes a good smoke, shotguns, and has a dream to be a painter (Vermont being the only state who knows about it). He has some ties to Switzerland (though he does refer to Liechtenstein as "auntie").

Virginia: His human name is James Jones. He claims to be the oldest of the children, which is a subject of conflict between him and Delaware (it's a long-lived sibling rivalry). He's a strict, by-the-book soldier who tries acting like the 'only sane one', but fails miserably due to his occasionally violent tendencies. He threw out his little brother, West Virginia, during the Civil War...though West wanted to leave, so they say it was a mutual agreement. Despite his attitude, he loves his wife, Maryland, and dotes on his daughter, Washington DC. He has a deep respect for Britain, saluting him whenever he sees the head of the UK until someone tells him to stop.

New York: His human name is Manny Brook Jones. He used to be one of Netherlands' children (along with his ex-wife, Connecticut). Britain came in and saved him from harsh-labor and he considered him and York (who he still refers to as 'Big Bro') heroes until the Revolutionary War. What New York refuses to acknowledge was that Netherlands was kind to his colonies and only brought in harsh-labor just before Britain took them. Despite this, New York sends Netherlands a birthday present every year. New York is a laid-back, fun-loving state with a love for business, superheroes, and goofing-off. He speaks in a cliche Brooklyn accent and enjoys making fun of "Noo Joisey". He's walked with a limp ever since 9/11.

North Carolina: Her human name is Michelle Jones. She's a sophisticated and high-class woman who has an ambiguous relationship with her counterpart, South Carolina. She's a bit of a neat-freak and is constantly trying to get SC to do some work. What is their relationship? No one really knows. She tried loosening up in the 60's, but wound up becoming a stoned-out hippie as a result. She REALLY wants to forget that decade.

Rhode Island: His human name is Seth Jones. He's the smallest of all the states (closely followed by Delaware). That gives him some insecurities, though he does have fun now and then and was the first state to declare independence. He was the first one to fight the Confederates in the Civil War...which resulted in him getting a spanking. He has a hit-and-miss relationship with his older brother, New York (who refers to him as "Rhodey").

Vermont: His human name is Monty Burly Jones. He was taken in to the states shortly after the Revolutionary War after failing to be his own country. He is a very serene state who loves scenic painting. Thus far, he is the only one who is aware of New Hampshire's love of painting.

Kentucky: His human name is Kenneth Jones. He's often considered a hick by the other states. He's a fan of horse-racing and basketball, but he also likes fried chicken and the color of blue-grass. He has a long-standing hatred of West Virginia and had Louisiana make him a voodoo doll of him. He has a friendly rivalry with his neighbor, Indiana, who he has a close friendship with.

Tennessee: His human name is Andrew Nash Jones. He was raised by Spain before being adopted by America. He's rather upbeat country-singer who's a self-proclaimed ladies' man...operative term being "self-proclaimed". The person he often tries flirting with is North Carolina, who quickly responds violently to his moves. He defected from the Union during the Civil War, but surrendered and proved to be one of the key players.

Ohio: His human name is Buck Jones. He is a Native American state who is proud of his roots. He is in charge of keeping the states orderly, but he does enjoy a hot-dog. He has shown to be, at least, tolerant of West Virginia's antics and was the person who helped him renew his gun license, though he refused to give him a restraining order for Jersey and Florida. His two least favorite states are New Jersey and Florida, who often try to cause mischief. He has a friendly relationship with Idaho, though he does get irritated when people get their names mixed up.

Louisiana: His human name is Remy Beuregard Jones. He used to live with France along with Missouri, Mississippi, and Arkansas, but was adopted by America in the Louisiana purchase. He's a laid-back Cajun who claims to be a non-practicing 'Catlik', but did give Kentucky a voodoo doll of West Virginia. He loves playing the violin, rowing down the bayou in his house, pulling Mississippi out when his apartment floods, and partying during the Mardi Gras.

Indiana: Her human name is Diana Jones. Credit to dandy-narusaku for this character. She is quiet, but genuinely wants to be noticed (to the point that she sabotaged all the road plans so that they all go past her apartment at one point). She's a closet race-car fan (quickly changing the subject to corn whenever she accidentally brings it up) and has a pet cardinal named Reginald. She has a close friendship with Michigan, though the two often forget each others' names and call each other "neighbor". She used to live with Illinois, but left to become a state shortly after the Louisiana Purchase. The two still have a close friendship, though post-Depression Illinois gives her the chills. She also has a friendly rivalry with Kentucky when it comes to basketball.

Mississippi: His human name is Jackson Jones. He's a fun-loving African-American fisherman. He used to be Missouri's slave and was forced to join the Confederates because of it. He gained his freedom and the two are close friends. He often gets flooded due to his apartment being so close to the longest river in the country.

Illinois: His human name is Alphonse Jones. Despite his rather good-natured attitude, he usually brings an uneasy feeling...mostly because of a gravelly voice and his Tommy Gun. This was mainly due to a guy who was basically his boss in the Depression. He's a pyrophobic after a large fire that hit his apartment. He has a serious rivalry with Wisconsin who he refers to as 'Cheese Head' and frequently picks fights with. He has a close (if occasionally uneasy) relationship with Indiana.

Alabama: His human name is Montgomery Jones. He is a devoted Protestant due to him being caught in the middle of the Bible Belt. He's easily confused, especially when it comes to his heritage ("Am I Spanish or French? I don't know..."). He loves cotton, metal, and astronomy. He's also a bit absent minded, but is very kind and often hurt by other peoples' jokes, good-natured or otherwise. He was one of the states to defect with Uncle South, but he really regrets the terrible things he did back then.

Maine: His human name is Stephen Jones. He used to live with Massachusetts during the Revolution, but became his own state. He's a salty sea-captain with a love for seafood (except his pet crab). He was Massachusetts' butler, but the two got along well and still do. He's one of the only states who can actually see Canada. He also has a love for ghost stories due to "that King fellow".

Missouri: His human name is Gaston Bonnefoy Jones. He used to be France's kid, but was adopted by America in the Louisiana Purchase. He is a very smug and self-centered state who used to use Mississippi as his slave. However, after the Civil War, he granted Miss his freedom and the two reconciled. He has a crush on Kansas, but expresses it in oddly stalkerish ways (including naming his largest city after her).

Arkansas: His human name is Mark Jones. He used to be one of France's kids, but was adopted in the Louisiana Purchase. Despite this, he has closer relations to Scotland and Ireland. He's a chain-smoker, often runs around bare-foot, is a truck-driver, and tries enforcing his image as a tough guy. Despite this, he has a heart of gold, especially where DC is concerned.

Michigan: Her human name is Ophelia Jones. Credit to Hikari Ino for making her. She's one of the more northern states, who is an auto-dealer and has a pet wolverine named Harrison. She has a close relationship with her neighbor, Indiana (though the two often forget each others' names, simply referring to each other as 'neighbor'). She has a crush on Wisconsin, but hides it through a football-based rivalry (though she has one of the worst teams in the country).

Florida: His human name is Everett Carriedo Jones. Florida is a peculiar state. He enjoys amusment parks and oranges, but also has an odd fascination with old people. He lived with Spain for a while, but was adopted by America after paying $14 million. He's never trusted with sugar as it makes him hyperactive. He's often seen causing mischief with New Jersey.

Texas: His human name is Chuck Jones (not to be confused with famous cartoonist). He's an over-the-top state who likes everything big. He enjoys firing in random directions with his revolvers (much to the chagrin on Oklahoma), doing rodeo on bulls, and eating LOTS of food. He has a pet armadillo named Dallas. He did have emotional issues when one of America's bosses was assassinated in his apartment. He has a one-sided rivalry with Alaska (who is significantly taller than him).

Iowa: Her human name is Kim Jones. Louisiana Purchase deal HERE, let's continue. She's a Southern beauty and enjoys eating a lot. Oddly enough, she never gets fat (Louisiana thinks that the fat is transferred to her breasts, which are almost as big as Ukraine's). She likes looking her best, but she does enjoy gardening. She's the only person who never has any leftovers from Hawaii's cooking.

Wisconsin: His human name is Madison Jones. Credit to Hikari Ino for his character. He has a serious rivalry with Michigan (who secretly has a crush on him) and Illinois (who refers to him as "Cheese Head" and picks a fight with him at every opportune moment). He's oddly feminine and is often teased for it by his fellow states. He loves cheese and has a pet cow named Lambeau as well as a badger named Bucky.

California: His human name is Arnold Jones. He was taken from his biological father, Mexico, after a war with America. He quickly adapted and became one of America's most popular children, but it soon turned out that the Gold Rush was a bit disastrous for the farmers who up and left everything. While he considers himself to be a super-star, he's often mocked by his fellow states and taken advantage of by his neighbors Nevada and Oregon. Despite this, he's actually a pretty good fighter-pilot. He's the third tallest of America's kids.

Minnesota: His human name is Paul Jones. He was named that by the (then unadopted) Dakota brothers. He's usually a nice guy, but can become sarcastic when it comes to people he doesn't like. He's a hockey fanatic who enjoys watching it with his Uncle Canada. His look is loosely inspired by TGWTG critic, Linkara (who lives in Minnesota).

Oregon: Her human name is Salem Jones. She used to live wild and free, but then she was forced to become a state. She's a tough cowgirl who is also a bit of a tree-hugger. She has a rivalry with Montana, who is often trying to inflict physical harm on his fellow states. She's the object of Utah's affection, though she spurns all his advances.

Kansas: Her human name is Dorothy Jones. Despite being a farmgirl, she's a sensible state who is surrounded by nutjobs. She grudgingly puts up with Nebraska's slow-minded nature as well as trying to stay away from Missouri and discourage his stalker crush. She enjoys wheat and has a dread fear of tornados.

West Virginia: His human name is Wesley Jones. Credit to Wildrook for his character. He's Virginia's estranged little brother. The two lived in the same house for a while, but he left during the Civil War...and presented a strategic point for the Union to win the war. He's looser than his brother, but is easily frightened (especially where the Mothman is involved). He's also a bit more sarcastic and is prone to fits that he calls "Appalachian Rage". He's been the target of hatred for Kentucky since the Civil War.

Nevada: His human name is Carson Jones. He used to live with Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado, but left to become his own state. He's a card-shark as well as a womanizer. The things he enjoys are cheating at cards, suckering California, and drinking Sierra Mist. However, in the late 90's, he was put in charge of the micronation, Molossia...who he says is cramping his style and often shoves over to California. Despite his love of gambling, he has shown to be responsible in times of crisis.

Nebraska: His human name is Dave Jones. Nebraska is a simple-minded, but good-hearted state. His slow nature is often a source of irritation for his neighbor, Kansas. He and Indiana share a love for corn.

Colorado: Her human name is Roxanne "Rocky" Jones. She used to live with Nevada, Wyoming (who's her Native American look-alike), and Utah, but left shortly after Nevada did. She's an outdoors enthusiast and enjoys going for long jogs.

North Dakota: His human name is Conrad Jones. He's the older brother of South Dakota, but a line was drawn between them. Since South Dakota proved to be more popular, North Dakota quickly became bitter towards him (as an older brother who's been out-done by a younger brother, I can tell ya that it's not a pleasing experience). The two now fight over the smallest thing. Despite this, he's one of the most devoted of the Christian states and also has a great fascination for art and architecture.

South Dakota: His human name is Dennis Jones. He's the younger brother of North Dakotw. The two used to get along fine, but when South Dakota made a famous landmark (Mount Rushmore), North Dakota became antagonistic towards him and South, naturally, followed suit. He's convinced he has Native American blood in him and refers to Wyoming, Ohio, and Oklahoma as 'cousins'. He tries (and succeeds) to be more civil than North Dakota.

Montana: His human name is Bill Jones. He's a bad-tempered semi-cowboy. He pulls out his revolver at anyone who slighlty rubs him the worng way. He's also a pretty devout Christian and has a pet rabbit named Helen. Utah has tried (unsuccessfully) to spark a friendship between them due to their shared love of paleontology.

Washington: His human name is Seymour Jones. He's one of the more obese states. He has a dread fear of the thunder storms that go around at his apartment and has a great love for apples. He hates the fact that "a soccer mom wrote a crap book that takes place in my apartment". He tries to get people to refer to himself as just Washington in order to discern between himself and DC...though he also dotes on her and gives her apples.

Idaho: His human name is Butch Jones. He's a friendly African-American who has a love for potatoes. Despite his friendly disposition, he can be very stubborn and insists on doing things the old-fashioned way. He's also one of the more easily-forgotten states. He gets along well with the family police officer, Ohio, though people do get their names mixed up.

Wyoming: Her human name is Sweetwater Jones. She's a Native American who was the last of the four states to leave the Utah territory. She is the Native American look-alike to her sister, Colorado. Though she left Utah, she has proven that she still cares for him by showing up once a year in his place. She is often seen riding a grizzly bear and is a fanatic about preserving wildlife.

Utah: His human name is Kingston Jones. He's a state with a rather tragic past. He used to live with Nevada, Colorado, and Wyoming in the Utah Territory, but was soon left all alone. Though he tries to keep a cheery attitude, he grieves for the fact that he's left all alone with nothing but a fossil quarry and a dried-up lake. He is a devoted Mormon, has a crush on Oregon (though she's obviously not interested), and is trying (unsuccessfully) to strike up a friendship with Montana. He also enjoys skiing as a past-time.

Oklahoma: His human name is Red Jones. He is a Native American-turned-cowboy. He has a rivalry with his neighbor, Texas...mostly because he keeps shooting bullets through his only hat. Despite his farmlands, he supplies most of his fellow states with energy and shares a love of airplanes with Georgia and California. He and Ohio count as the only sane ones in the USA, though more on Oklahoma's part.

New Mexico: His human name is Julio Jones. He's the only of Mexico's former children to keep his Hispanic roots. He's a bit of a space case with a rather unusual train of thought and is often seen running around, screaming "EXTRATERRESTRE!" at the top of his lungs. He still remains proud of his roots, which he shows because he still calls Mexico 'Padre Mexico'.

Arizona: His human name is Glen Jones. He's a rather withdrawn state who doesn't speak much. This is mainly due to the fact that America took him away from his biological father, Mexico, when he was just a kid. However, he soon adapted to the other states, but rarely speaks to anyone. Most of his apartment is desert and one of the few attractions he has is "a big hole in my backyard". Despite this, he's often seen hanging around with Alaska and Hawaii, due to them being the three youngest states. He has a pet copperhead named Penny.

Alaska: Her human name is Anastasia Braginski Jones. Credit for her character goes to Hikari Ino. She was Russia's daughter until America adopted her when her biological father was low on money. She's often insecure due to a long border dispute between America and Canada over her and she carries a bat due to her large crime rate. She's often seen with some gold and has two Huskies.

Commentary:

This is a design to showcase the biggest star (VY Canis Majoris) and compare it with increasingly smaller but also increasingly familiar bodies.

The color given to each body is its average color, and in case of the stars reflects how hot it is. Stars that emit blue or even ultraviolet light are the hottest, while stars that emit red light are significantly cooler. Below each name of the star you will find how many solar radii big they are (1 solar radius is the size of the Sun). In case of the planets, it shows how many Earth radii each body is.

VY Canis Majoris is 1,800 to 2,100 solar radii big, which means that 5,832,000,000 to 9,621,000,000 Suns will fit into VY Canis Majoris.

Our sun is the only star close enough to make proper photographs of, so all other photos were unusable in this presentation. Artists' impressions aren't always equally accurate. For example, the Sun looks red in all photo's, yet it's classified as a yellow dwarf, and it emits yellow to green-ish light. That's why I chose to make an abstract representation of each body, because in this presentation only size and color matters; not what the body actually looks like. as u see (offcourse ) my inspiration for this bunch were planets....
i went in order: mercury, venus, .......etc.
i went by the traditional 9 planets every one knows, i put pluto as well,.....i believe it's a planet no matter what modern astronomy experts think

This one is Twilight Sparkle, and she's all about magic spells and astronomy. So I gave out a starry background, along with using the pyreflies brushes as if she's casting a spell from her wand. It looks a bit like Psynergy from Golden Sun... haha, it wasn't my intention, I swear.

Anywho, I may do something more with this idea, who knows. We'll have to see in the future.

The only child of two astronauts/scientists from DATA (Digital Astronomy Technologies Association) who went missing 4 years ago in a Shuttle launch accident. He moved in with his Grandparents and was watched over by his uncle. Curious as to what happened to his parents he started researching DATA, and with the help of his Uncle, he was able to infiltrate DATA HQ but got sucked into the Digital World in the process. There he was attacked by evil Digimon but with the help of a mysterious girl named Misora, they were able to befriend and command the Digimon Wingdeemon.

Finally got around to photographing my finished back tattoo design. The material I was using made the ballpoint pen I used on the values of the clouds bleed everywhere...Blargh.

Anyways, so. The stars make up the Leo constellation (my astrological sign). I'm not an "astrology is 100% true" person, but I tend to relate to most interpretations of a Leo. On top of that, lions are my favorite animal. The stars are also in rainbow order because I identify as a lesbian. The spine ties in with Leo, the sign that rules the heart, upper back and spine. I'm fascinated with anatomy, so that's another reason for that. As for the clouds, Leo is ruled by the Sun. Also, I'm a pretty optimistic person, trying to hold my head up high - in the clouds I guess you could say.

TL;DR. Each component is symbolic to me.

number 25 of ?? designs for Lady GaGa (one of my older designs I actually didn´t design for her but for fun for myself, but i thought that she would like it too so..yeah )

a ballpen / colourpencil sketch i did in evening school yesterday <3 it started in physic class and then in german class

i was inspired by the word periphel <3 which means nearness of sun (yeah we have astronomy at the moment ) and this is what came out
since i only got a dark torquoise and a yellow colour pencil , just like the ballpen i drew this with (and opaque white ,for some reason i carry this around in my school case )
and then i remembered the tale of icarus who came to near to the sun with his wings out of wax and died

so this is what came out hope you like it

(allthought it´s drawn on checkered paper and badly scanned but my scanner is over 10 years old XD and the last pages in my sketch book are reserved for the new collection i´m doing ...since i lost my tablet pen again )

oh yeah and one arm is longer then the other one but failures are often in ballpensketches since they can´t get erased

I thought it would be a really cool lower back tattoo.
I kinda want to draw a design for a foot tattoo of a mushroom. I'll call it Foot Fungus. haha P:

Finally. The beginnings of website art. [and about 5% of it too, lol]

After months of climate, geology, evolution, biology, chemistry and astronomy research, I think I finally have a concrete enough concept to get this thing on the fucking road.

Plotting two line of vetebrate was something I didn't have foresight for... But in the end, I gave myself more to create, so I'm not complaining.

Next big research project is plotting the soil and deposit layers based on geological history and activity. = u =;. Do not get me started on mineral properties. Quartz comes in like, 6 different compound chains...The deserts will be exciting after all, pff.

Its weird. I haven't planned my art like this- unless it was for school. I did so much research about fish and then this came up!

It's was all down to my lovelies- swimming up to get food on one huge frock of fish. Their tails is what inspired her skirt. Everything except for the 'sparkliness' is related to the sea... the 'sparkliness' is for astronomy.

This is Hera by the way. (OZ Hera) ... And she cannot believe it herself! Except her shoes. It's perfect for dealing unwary dancers to her side unfortunately bound to get a small taste of punch- when Hera accidentally throws a tea bag full of caesium into it. :I

So guys? Where are her fish? Has she finally gotten rid of the parasites?

and last thing. She doesn't just have alkali metals... she has OJ as pepper spray.

A zodiac sign infographic.
I liked to create something with zodiac signs since a long time. I first thought about an individual presentation, but then I prefered the composing of all together.

Some desriptions: every zodiac sign is shown with it's icon in an own field. The field color is adapted on the element of it (fire, water, air and earth), under the icon you find the related date. In the color field you even see the constellation of each sign.
Below you find the meaning of each sign in different languages (I used web for translation, so if any is wrong, please tell me ^^). Note, that the language order ain't the same at each sign (sorry for that - I lost the track).

The ribbon is just for fun. I always wanted to include a stitched one in a graphic...

So... I hope U like it.

EDIT: What do you think of a version of this with the chinese signs?

Done in Illustrator CS5 & Photoshop CS4.

I'm coloring these a bit differently from now on. I like shading but it sometimes changes the clothes/designs up. Expecially Belt Heart; everytime I shaded the pants it obscured the lines in it. So this is less dynamic... But probably more accurate to what I want them to look like.

Electric Tape: I saw this electric tape bundled around a volleyball and I thought it looked sort of neat.
Scissors: Kind of obvious... I imagine this is really uncomfortable to wear.
Mercury: Mercury (the planet) has no atmosphere, and if memory serves me correctly, one side is extrememly hot while facing the sun and then cools considerably when it's not because of the lack of heat circulation. Any astronomy buffs can correct me on this. I'd really like to do an outfit for each planet and maybe some stars, haha.
Belt Heart: BELTS.
Press-R: This is pretty crazy for clothes. Originally it was going to be purple but I realized... I don't have much green in here, do I?

I like Mercury a lot.

Astrology and Astronomy:
Who you are all depends on the time and placement of the stars--this is what's called the Zodiac. Here, we will look into all the aspects and details dealing with the Zodiac, and with this, you will learn to express and create your in-depth personalities and use them to make unique stories. After taking this course, you will gain a better knowledge on how to react to the world around you.

The rate of work student will receive each week varies depending on the difficulty of the assignment and the workload. The general amount will be about 1 assignment every 2 weeks. Students will be expect to make an effort to create adequate work while completing it in a timely manner. There will be times when you must work with your peers, so students must be able to get along and display proper manners.

*This might be a difficult class, there will be a lot of critiquing and various assignments also dealing with things other than drawing!

I just used the natural shapes found in a star, to leave behind a subtle n and w (initials). I'm really into astronomy, and stars have been my favorite graphic symbol since I could verbalize having a favorite graphic symbol.

That being said, I'm really into great typography, and more *substantial* logos (this has really neither)... it's pretty, but I'm not sure it really represents my body of work. It just seems to easy for my tastes?

I dunno, might use it for something down the line, not sure.. feedback? I keep going back and forth on liking it and not.

This is a tattoo that I'm thinking of getting for myself. I wanted to know what you guys think.
I actually put a lot of thought into this... I wanted a simple design of something that looked nice. On a simple level, I really like the sun and stars and I'm really into astronomy. Stars are so amazing. I love them. As for a deeper meaning... the sun kind of symbolizes what I want to be and it reminds me of that. The sun shines bright and reminds me to be optimistic and happy. And at the night, the stars are there to keep me company. It's to remind me that no matter how bad things get, theres always something good. The swirl in the middle was actually in a design I found, but I decided to keep it there because it swirls into forever. And I like the concept of forever. The numbers also mean a great deal. There are seven sort of rays I guess you could call them coming from the sun. Seven is historically and religiously an important number. There are three stars because three is my favorite number and many things come in threes. It's a good even number.
And I think that's it. Let me know your thoughts.
I originally thought I might get it on my ankle, but after thinking about it, I kind of want it right directly in the middle of my back. Low enough not to be seen while wearing a regular shirt.

Did a full body of Taurus that I drew before; changed him up a bit, he has red eyes now since in the constellation of Taurus the 'eye' of the bull is Aldebaran which is a red star.~~hi I'm not an astronomy nerd or anything.~~
