Here it is folks, another WIP finally finished.
My goal here was to combine and show as many "Meme" and "Internet Jokes" that appear on reddit as possible while maintining a balanced, while overall explosive arrangement.

I haven't really drawn anything in a long time, mostly because I didn't know what to draw. But when someone asked for the Reddit alien riding an arrow like the cowboy from Dr. Strange Love, I just had to try my hand.

EDIT: Due to a recent influx of comments, here's an edit that hopefully some of you will read. I KNOW MOST OF THESE ARE NOT FROM REDDIT! I included them because they're incredibly popular there, I never claimed they're from there. Why should I and honestly, who cares?

Don't you think, that I, who had to research each and every Meme here so I could draw it, didn't know where each Meme might come from? (Mainly 4chan.) I, in fact, even mentioned that in the image twice. Once on longcat, the ribbon spells "I'm from 4chan!" and the shirt from Pedobear says:"Most here are from 4chan and everyone will remind you of it." Gee, I didn't realize how right I was going to be.

Why not, instead, let go of the hating, acknowledge the work I put into this (or not). Again, to summarize, these meme's are popular on reddit and I wanted to get a poster to the frontpage. That's what happened, I never claimed them to be from reddit. That's all, enjoy.

There are some changes I could make, but I think it's done enough now. This image makes my computer freeze in GIMP even when nothing else is open. Uses something like 2.5 GB of RAM.

This image is in 16:9 so it should work as a wallpaper. It's three times the size of 1080p, so you can scale it down as needed. Enjoy!

After all of this SOPA and ACTA BS lately, I was inspired to try and make something to personify the internet as one whole creature. Because, as chaotic as the internet can be, it's still just one big world.

I tried to include the biggest elements of the internet, most popular sites and what not, as well as just ideas and items that I feel relate to it. Art, music, overall debate and ideas. And cats, you can't forget the cats.
Some large sites I left out because their logos are all words, and I didn't want to just slap a bunch of text logos on here, but I found ways around some of these in spots by using items to define them.

All of this was done 100% in my hand. None of the logos or images were copy pasted, but rather eyeballed. The text all over the wings was hand written by me on my canvas, and is just some listless jabber I put about some views I have on the internet. It's really incoherent and not worth reading; most of it was done when I was half asleep.
So, if you feel like squinting and giving yourself a headache, feel free to go ahead and read it, but I only put it for the visual quality, not the ability to read it.

Two days in one. All of these poses were way more difficult than anything I've ever done before.. I keep saying that but really, I never thought I'd be able to draw these poses. They took about 15 to 25 minutes each.

For day 4, I accidentally somehow changed the resolution to something incredibly low. So, I thought, "let's take this opportunity to practice some cleaner lineart," so day 4 is a bit cleaner than normal, but future practices won't have that.

Day 5 mostly focused on a bit more back-oriented drawings. I wanted to practice a few in a low negative angle. They were pretty damn difficult, but I managed to pull it off (i think?)

Wow this has gotten really popular. This is easily my most popular piece to date.

This is a request for ~onestopshopper2. He asked for Vinyl Scratch in Trixie's cape.

Completion time: ~4-5 hours

I think this is one of my best yet.

Aside from the first pose, these poses were much harder than anything I've ever practiced before. Took a bit longer, at around 15 to 20 minutes each. I'm hoping to practice more difficult poses to improve my time in the future.

My husband e-mailed me to do a White Fronted Bee Eater for someone he knew on reddit. I had some time and figured, hey why not ^^ Its been awhile since I drew birds.

I treated this one how I usually approach my water color paintings. detailed inked sketch with a painted under wash. I tend to add technical elements to the background in to add a contrast to the organic side of nature.

Heyyy another Axl portrait. This time I wasn't going for the Takeuchi manga style, I wanted him more realistic.

Anyhoo, used a rare ref-pic taken by someone's grampa in 1991 when Axl landed his hot air balloon in this guy's back garden and started rolling a joint... its on Reddit. Pretty cool-ass grampa!
And how fucking cool is Axl!? Just floating around looking all sexy in his hot air balloon and lands in someone's garden just to have a spliff. Wicked!!
I'd kill for that to happen to me! That lucky-ass grampa. I bet he didn't even appreciate it, probably went "better not have landed in my begonias" or something...

But yeeeeees!

Needed this for a Linux Distro I'm building via SUSESTUDIOS.

Clouds came from boxdrink [link] , who really saved me a lot of time tracing clouds for this!

This image is based off of Microsoft's default background for Windows XP; "Bliss". [link]

EDIT: Changed a lot of stuff on this one. There's no dimples in the hills, the clouds fade like they do in MLP:FiM, the resolutions tons higher and there's a tiny little Canterlot in the lower-right, instead of the mountain range in Bliss.

EDIT^2: Got rid of those god-awful jaggies on the hill and clouds.

EDIT 3: WHERE THE HAY ARE YOU ALL FINDING THIS?!?!? My in-box like, doubled overnight! Thank you, everypony!

Here is the deal. Sometime ago I posted this drawing here. Made its way to reddit, yadda yadda, and then a certain group of people picked up on it and, long story short, there's now a game being developped.

Love is Magic is the pre-production name for the game, and is in no way final. Likewise, the designs seen in these sketches are also in no way final.

That said, I'll be posting a journal in a bit detailing this whole affair.
