Arren+Aria refs

These started off as just doodles but then i made them into a ref #v#

Adult Arren and Aria, Piv and Zan's baby dumbs. We usually draw them as puppies but they'd technically already be all grown up (esp arren) so ! yeah

Arren looks a lot like his dad but inherited mommazan's fluff and curly tail (Though he can't curl it against his back like zan can. He has more of a husky curl). He used to own dad's old green glowstick but that was destroyed around the same time he got his scar. I'll explain how he got it some other time

Aria looks more like a mix between piv and zan and her coat is silky and sleek. She loves music and singing!!

Both of them are bigger than Zan, but smaller than Piv. A giant wolf and a teeny dog made some normal-sized babs glsjkdf

So I did the info pages for the back of my comic but forgot to upload them!

Some personal art that was really hard to actually finish. I'm sorry if it doesn't look too great. I started getting really sad while finishing it off.

Only 3 months after the passing of my other dog Nikki, we had to put my little girl to sleep due to sickness. Since she was more like /my/ dog, it was much harder to handle than when we had to put Nikki to sleep.

I really thought she was going to get better, you know? She had a seizure and was actually recovering really well but a week later things started going down hill again and she had another. She also lived her life with Addisons (A disease) so that contributed to it. She got sick in September last year and recovered but this time we knew that she wasn't going make it. The vets were quite shocked that she actually lived to 12 though. I'm really grateful that she lived for so long, she had an amazing life. I'm going to miss her so much though. No dog will replace the bond I had with Mattie, I mean... I grew up with her from when I was about 5-6 years old. I probably make no sense, I'm sorry. I have so many amazing memories of her so that's what counts.

Rest in Peace, baby girl. I love you and miss you so much already.

Such an original title.

I began drawing this whilst watching a Let's Play of 'Don't Starve' with the intention of trying to make a scared looking character, then the internet stopped working for some reason so I finished it xD
It's supposed to look as if he's pushing himself backwards away from something, but I wasn't sure how to achieve that completely so it looks like he's just sitting there weirdly instead.

Decided to make it Singemask whilst colouring since I haven't drawn him in a loooonnggg time, and I like his design : D changed it a tad though.

Finally the last picture for my entry. God, the trees killed me. But it was a good practice of perspective. Fail, but I like it

Story
''Dear Journal''
Such an old fashioned way of beginning what I am about to tell you, but theres no other way to start.
I am still with Haziel. Yesterday we had the last competition, the show jumping course. The weather and the landscape were lovely and everything worked as planned. Except for a little incident...Haziel caught her leg between two rocks, and while nothing should have happened, she got a little scratch. Nothing too serious, we just covered it with some bandage.
Tomorrow I'm going back home. Which means a small step closer to finding out whats going on with Zane and Karen. They will come clean. They mustnt keep a secret from me. Otherwise it will get ugly. I will do anything to find out the truth. Anything.
Now to talk about the contest again. Oh, how beautiful those trees were. How beautiful the scent of the blossoming trees...and flowers! flowers everywhere! The obstacles, all designed to fit the background. The spring season. How I missed spring!
Back in Romania, spring is split up in two: half winter, then half summer. Yes, that kind of difference. Only a couple of days you can actually see spring signs: the cool, yet warm atmosphere. The fresh green look of the old trees. Then hotness hotness hotness. Till autumn only hotness. Literally. But theres the good side of the hotness: the hotness...of the half naked guys washing their horses around the stable. Om nom nom nom. However, I do not stare. Never. I take a quick look...then let them stare. Call me a bitch, I call myself confident.
Time to go. Need to feed Haziel before letting her have her well deserved sleep.

She'll stand for hours while you play with and braid her mane and tail.

History - "Something in her history made her hate water and mud so much. We think it is because she fell in the water when she was little. She has the drive in her to be a wonderful dressage horse." (~SmileyBear6) We at Sweet Pea Farms welcomed this young mare graciously, allowing her to bond with another mare of ours as they had both shown up together. The giant hanoverian stands like a perfect gentleman.

“Go!” AJ yelled, slightly irritated with her new assistant who refused to pay attention. “You’re going to miss the class!”

AJ was wrestling with Nugget, who refused to stand still to have his mane braided. He rubbed against her irritably, making her fingers cramp and slip. She gave his neck a smart swap that stung her hand more than it did his neck she was sure and all he responded with was to push her off her step stool with his head. “Ugh! Stop being a prick Nugget!”

He ignored her.

In the next stall down, Teddy was doing nothing of the sort. He had allowed the newbie assistant, Amelia Doe, braid his mane and tail without incident and now took his bit and bridle quietly. Thank goodness too – because Teddy’s 17.2hh frame would be no hassle to evade the barely 5’1” blond. She tightened the caveson and threaded the brass stud chain lead through his bit. Checking him over one last time, she led him out of his stall.

“Ok, I’m heading out – do you think you’re going to make it?” Amelia hollered at AJ who was having choice words with the other stallion.

“I don’t know.” AJ snapped, “Just go.”

Amelia sighed. AJ rarely was cranky, but when she was. She was a royal bitch.

Looking up at the docile stud, Amelia grinned. He wasn’t her type to ride, his slow, lumbering gait wasn’t enough of an adrenaline rush for the speed demon, but she did like the gentle giant. And certainly didn’t want to trade places with AJ right now.

Walking out of the stables, Amelia looked out to the Hickstead ring and saw the other competitors getting ready to enter. She jumped into a quick walk murmured, “Let’s go show’em big boy.”

Not my favorite painting I've done, but I'm satisfied with it none-the-less.
I read wrong the daily description and thought the halter class was in the morning when their was cloud coverage and light fog. So, when I realized it was actually at high-noon and sunny but already had Teddy completely painted. I just had to do some messing around to turn my original cloud-shaded coat into a sun saturated one. Lol, not the best... But what can you do?

This girl is going to be less sweet than Aglaia, but more tomboy-ish. I whipped up a quick personality for an adoptable, but I posted too late and didn't get it, so I'm going to use it for Jay<3 Here's a sneak peek - I'll redo it with more info with the ref:

Vijayah is quick to react - almost too quick. She'll jump to conclusions and into battle without any strategy or plan set. If she thinks she's heard something, good luck pursuading her otherwise.

This lioness doesn't mind getting down and dirty with the boys. In fact, she prefers running around mindlessly than sitting around talking all day with the girls. But this does not mean she thinks she's a boy. She will only have crushes on males.

"HEY DUDE. COME CHECK OUT THIS ROCK - I THINK IT'S MOVING."
There's no such thing as an "inside voice" with Jay. Fullstop.

Vijayah likes to talk herself up, make herself seem all that much better than everyone else. She thinks she's the fastest, strongest cat ever to walk the Empires. Though she is a fast runner, she's definitely not that strong to say the least.

All round - Jay is the life of the party. There's no slowing down with this girl, and she is definitely not made for the life of a pet either. She's not the type to want to cuddle a little cub either. Comfort isn't her thing - but if you want someone to play hard with, she's your girl.
