This was the result of a MAJOR art block I've been having T//v//T;
Usually when I art block, I try different styles/techniques and stuff
So I used this color palette and referenced a pose from tumblr (NOT linking the original...since she wasn't wearing panties in that one ffff-)
And YES, this is out of character for Aika to pose like this...
but who cares

Sorry I know I owe someone art & was working on some other stuff, but I need to get my drive back ;u;

Crazy cloud-mane hair is fun to paint. As are weird lanterns and bone and metal-obsidian mixed skulls, and fabulous hellcat claws. Nipples on the other hand are evil.

Just a sketch of a woman wearing nothing but a jersey and some kicks. I was going to leave her nude at first, but I decided to see what it'd look like with the jersey, and was pleased by the result. All made in Photoshop by me.

Not sure if these even qualifies for an NSFW filter, but I did it to be safe.

Still working on how to shade skin better... I think I could have done better.

Ehehehehe... I blame Mike DeBalfo ( *SquirrelShaver ). He's always making sexy variants for his covers, and I felt inspired to do so as well. I kept thinking as I was working with the original, "why are her legs skewed to the side like that?" It didn't bother me enough to fix it, but it was enough that my brain wanted a logical explanation. Then I remembered this one scene from HBO's Rome, and this was all I could see. I had to draw it just to get it out of my head. XD

I debated between giving Loki a wry, smug smile, and this "Fuck off, can't you see I'm busy?" expression. In the end, I made him pissed because Natasha has amused covered.

Speaking of covered (or not) you may be wondering (or not) why Natasha still has all her gear on despite her jumpsuit being gone. Answer? Because there are certain advantages to bedding a master of the dark arts... If he gets impatient, he'll just make your clothes disappear. ^.~

Anyway, I don't know if I'll get around to coloring this or not, so you're certainly welcome to. As always, please credit me and send me a link so I can fav it! On to more serious pursuits!

Aka. Design Practice 3
First two, that didn't make it into my main gallery: [link] [link]

I started this all...because I had a vision. A vision of serious impression-making clothes for Iliel. Something that would pull together the themes of fox and druidism, with just a dash of rogue. However I lost the vision after I failed to capture it on the first design practice sketch.

I still have trouble making Photoshop images look...finished, but overall I think this one's the best of these three. She has a sort of color theme with gray, brown and green. The facial features look a lot more ''her'', now that I made her eyes rounder and built the face out of angles instead of curves. She has wrist guards, as keeping her arms uninjured is essential to using magic. That's the only armor she has, due to certain...encumberance problems that occur due to the roleplay's were-animal rules.
The cloak is made of fur, with living plant life entwined into it. Fibers of moss, grass, crowned with shoulderpads of ivy and goutweed.
Probably the first cloak in the history of roleplay that has to be watered regularily for it to keep it's effect.
I would've made it larger and heavier, but it would've gotten in the way of the rest of the clothing...oh well.

The hair is starting to outgrow at it's roots. I like it that way. I'd say that IG it'd still take at least four or five days before people are going to be able to tell that she's actually ginger, but once it does it'll make her a lot more interesting to draw.

If I draw her again.
I've ran out of inspiration.

If that hill is as high as the background suggests I really do hope she doesn't topple over. Or else her half-sisters half-brother would have all the work cut out for him.
