Just a simple tribute to a beautiful woman who has passed too soon. Too many it seems these days are falling victim to cocktails of drugs, alcohol and more. Even though her cause of death is not yet known...I'm pretty sure that these things had some influence on her destruction.
I am not what you'd call a fan of Whitney but I did love her voice and admire her physical and inner beauty.
I used an image from the beginning of her song 'I'm every woman' as a reference. I chose this because I love the lighting and thought that this would show her as she was at a time when she was probably most happy...she was pregnant with daughter Bobbi at the time.

Whitney Houston, the woman with the most beautiful voice in the world, has passed away at the age of 48 on the night before the 54th Grammy Awards was going to be happening. The cause of death is still a mystery, but the circumstances of her death is a combination of prescription drugs and drowning in the bathtub. The result of the autopsy will be revealed in a week from now.

She will always known for her most famous songs such as "Saving All My Love for You", "Greatest Love of All" and "I Will Always Love You" and her rise of pop prominence in the 1980's to mid 1990's.

We will miss you, Mrs. Houston. We will always cherish your beautiful music in our hearts!

Originally I posted this at just before Whitney's Houston's funeral.

This is the only piece. the only piece that I have done on the spot. I got up this morning and said I had to do this, and I have to do this by today.

Before she capitulated to Superstardom Oprah gave Whitney the name that she would forever associated with as "The Voice"

It is inspired by the The movie the Preacher's wife and Whitney Houston's funeral service that I am watching right now.

As the funeral proceeds they are graced with a beautiful sunny day on New Wark, New Jersey. While in Toronto we are experiencing a beautiful light snowfall. Very peaceful day indeed, very fitting very comforting.

The funeral is being held with class and I am glad that the family took control.

Once again this my personal tribute to lady Whitney, now you can rest in peace.

The Adele Kingdom, an off the map region who's own princess is a Dragonborn, a human born from a human womb tainted by a dragon's seed. It wouldn't be a very big deal if it were any other dragon but as it turns out Whitney's dragon father is none other than the vile colossal envoy of evil Dethklok, his intent was to create a demon spawn in his image that would rule this kingdom turning it into a war machine to tear through the human world from within. But because her mother was pure hearted and prayed for the salvation of her unborn child Whitney instead was born untainted by that dark dragon's will. Still being the child of Dethklok her existence is none the less doomed to tragedy....

Upon her sixteenth birthday her very kingdom is attacked by two oposing armies, one army lead by a religious cult named the Order of Kamelot who's soul purpose is the eratication of all dragons, the other an unholy alliance of orc and werewolves and vampires known as the Dethalbum who serve the will of their dead master Dethklok. Refusing to let either of these invading armies lay a finger on her precious Whitney she has no choice but to entrust the escape and well being of the princess to a Blue Dragon that the Adele Kingdom captured, a dragon by the simple name of Dio...
