Done as part of my Batgirls Series, which is complete.

The coloring took an hour and a half in livestream(the stupid cape took me half an hour alone; capes are awful, and I just spent the last three days drawing characters with them. For reference on how much I hate them, on my blog there is a tag called ‘fucking capes man’. Yes, capes suck that much. I’d like to see you try them. In the wise words of the Incredibles; “No capes!” *descends into sullen anti-cape mutters*), the lineart half an hour, and the original drawing about forty five minutes, give or take a bit.

The Sheriff here was going to be my third -and final- entry to Project: Rooftop's GL redesign contest, but I didn't complete her in time due to things getting really chaotic in the real world around then and lasting a good week and a half. Ack.

Anyhow, She’s one of those background characters who got into play fairly recently. However, I’m not 100% sold on her current look, since it doesn’t feel right. (Then again, we have no idea what her culture really is like, outside of Nyberg being shown as a stereotypical western/rural place way back when) Maybe it's just me having played tons of sci-fi games as of late, but the sideboob-revealing shirt, thigh-high heels, and the big green buttcape just don't scream 'space cop' to me.

So, I made her look a little more ‘sheriff-y’, yet still retaining certain elements of her modern day design -such as her visor, headband, and shirt/belt combo- to still be somewhat recognizable. However impractical it might be, part of me does like the flowing green buttcape, but I couldn't quite transfer it into this design without it looking WAY out of place for her. Alas.
