Thinking about it, this probably should have been a winter scene, not an Autumn one. Great to see the Pokéworld get a Robin Pokémon, It will be interesting to see how it evolves. I know we've only seen a magazine scan so far, but the Sugimori Official art work for Fletchling is terrible, completely lifeless and two-dimensional.

Drawn most of the new Pokeymans so far, so if Nintendo continues this trend I might have a shot at drawing the whole XY dex.

In the end I'm not sure if this is good or not, but I'm somewhat happy with it. I love the hair and I had a lot of fun with the grass, which would be like the first time ever since I hate shading grass. I used a tutorial this time, however, and a solution was found to the tediousness. In the end I'll lie if I say that some parts weren't rushed, but... ehhhhgghh it's good enough. I hope.

This is only the first out of a lot of Fire Emblem drawings I'm planning on putting in an art book, so expect more.

Ratchet and Clank: Pinnacle Armor

Another revamped version of one of the old Ratchet & Clank drawings I found in my closet yesterday.
At the point in time when I made this, I was gonna try to mail it in to the people that make Ratchet & Clank.
But somewhere along the way, I forgot, or it got lost, or I stopped caring.
Nevertheless, it was the greatest thing I made at the time, and I was super proud of it.
6 years later, I found it, redrew it, and served it to y'all on a silver platter.

The basic idea for this was that Ratchet had been carrying Clank around for about four or five games by then, and every now and then, Clank would transform into Giant Clank, which was the inspiration.
I thought, "What if Clank was advanced enough and upgraded enough to form armor around Ratchet?"
I figured that in a game, the ultimate, most powerful wrench and armor set would be where Clank actually wraps all the way around Ratchet from his back, making the ultimate fighting machine. This "Pinnacle Armor" It would have Ratchet's butt-kicking tactics, but the armor would provide a crazy-ass boost in damage, accuracy, and running speed, with Clank acting as an on-board AI system. The armor would also absorb up to 95% of damage, due to a force-field around the armor created by a super-charged Clank Zapper from Going Commando. The suit would also bring in attributes from Giant Clank, including a wrench swing that, being as strong as Giant Clank's punch, could take down buildings.

So Nutmeg geared up- raiding the school's fire fighting equipment (which she is overly familiar with) and Mr. Hudson's equipment locker.

I imagine that about three seconds after this picture was taken those oven mitts burst into flame! LOL! Maybe not! Maybe she actually she got the baby back to it's angry mamma!

This is the first time I tried to paint a background in Photoshop! I'm on PS7 so the brushes are limited, but for just noodling around it isn't a total travesty. Although I prefer the version without the background... My first thought was to take a photo of my yard and use it for a background, but I didn't do that...

Characters that I'll introduce once I get past the summer term's almighty exam wall: Johnny the Cyndaquil and Oliver the Sneasel (based respectively on my boyfriend and a friend of mine)
Of my upcoming team whose name I still have to choose!
Had to doodle something to relax a little and break the tension but I was quite happy so I slapped some colour onto them and decided to show them to you people.
By now I can tell you that Johnny likes the chemistry of elemental moves, Oliver is paranoid and kind of quirky.
