When I started coming up with concepts to do my senior film, No gag would stick with me,

and nothing that was short and flashy would stick with me either.


I knew I'd be working on this film for almost a year, so I wanted it to be something I could put my heart into. So I chose this.

Through this experience I learned many things, and tried my hand at a lot I've been wanting to work on. This film probably won't be in full color unless I'm able to find a group of people willing to work on it with me. But I'm fine with that. I was able to go through the process of developing ideas, scripting, draft, concept art, storyboards, animatics, laying out scenes, dealing with backgrounds, and directing music/scenes with other people. Plus I got to work at telling a story with no words.

I knew this was an ambitious project when I took it on, but I couldn't tell any other story except this one. I hope that you're able to connect with it in some way, because I know everyone has their own stories. HOORAY! My senior thesis is finally done! The reason I haven't uploaded barely anything in a whole year, yaaay! Yeah, I've been working since about April of last year on this baby, and now I present it to you before people at film festivals tell me to take it down...that is, if it gets in at all. But anyway, I wanted to make a film based on my experiences growing up and dealing with Tourette's Syndrome. I was diagnosed with it when I was three, and some other neurological problems since. But I like to think I never let it beat me or get me down, and that's why I wanted to make this film, to show others that are having a hard time--regardless of whether they have a disorder or not--that everything will be okay.
