Heheh, I havent pursued any artistic interests since I had last asked for permission to study and practice her work, by understanding the proportions of her characters.

I may have taken the extra step to ask permission first, but since then, I've lost my drive to draw anything. If I'm not practicing, or sitting in class, my work doesnt seem to be good when I actually try. What I mean to say is: When I sit to actually accomplish something, to draw or write something for real, it doesnt turn out as good as my practice runs. I hate it.

Other than that, my Drawing teacher had us practice shadows yesterday. This wouldnt be a problem, except that he has us using wood pencils, held in an awkward manner, to the point that I can't control the pressure applied AT ALL. It just feels so awkward, and because I'm used to mechanical, the angle of the wooden tip has most of my pencil strokes rubbing wood on paper. -_- It was just an awful experience all and all. I can see and interpret shadows perfectly, its just the way he wanted it drawn, I couldnt do it correctly. Oh well.

I'm scouting a club called "Akiba" at the school tomorrow. With any luck, I might be able to hold some ground with the fanatics. I'm doing it as a requirement for Freshman studies, but I would have wound up sitting in on a meeting eventually, out of personal interest. They're supposed to be something like Otaku, which Im still a bit hazy on the definition of. I'm sure I'll be fine, especially with all of the Anime I've been watching recently.

I had a dream the other night. Im uh... Its the first time I've ever dreamt of one of my characters before. I've dreamt of people, and even characters from games or other shows before, but never one of my own characters. I don't know what to take from the dream, or even make of it. I don't know if I should say more. ._. It was fairly frightening.

Well, that's about it. Here's to my first new Journal entry, utilizing the new system. Heck, maybe with this new system in place, some lazy asses like might actually submit something.

Lost Again.

I have had just a terrible month.
I wish I could live on my bed reading for the rest of my life....and only go to the library because that seems to be the only place where I can be excepted.
I thought that I've finally accomplished something.
I was finally okay with the way I looked, hell. I even liked the way I looked. I didn't even wear eye-liner. For the longest time I hated what I looked like. I've starved myself plenty of times, I tried anything to make me the perfect image everyone wants to see. Then randomly one day I just looked upon a mirror with no make up on and said "Hey, I look pretty without makeup too" and it just kinda clued to me that I am pretty.
I've worked so hard to get to that one moment. That moment of raw hope that could help me move on more and it was just snatched from me.
Do you see why I hate Cheyenne?
Gets into the car, calls me names, comments on my "smell" and just ruins my day.
She even started to label me. . .
I thought I was finally me.
I Know my eye-liner gets smudged so I look all sad, I know I'm unlucky with places I get scratched, I know I have a dark personality but does that make me emo?
I know I was that girl in grade 7 but I've changed so much. I know I was this chaotic drama queen in grade 7, you don't need to remind me of what I'm ashamed of. Should that evil shadow still follow me, or am I still that girl?

I'm questioning everything I've done and ever did!
Ugh! I wish I could take that girl from the past that still haunts my present and feed her to a lion and burn the lion to ashes!

I hated myself, was okay with myself, thought I was finally over all the labelling of middle school or at least labelled something good and now I'm back into the thought of Who the hell am I?

I'm back trapped to the chair again, with more chains and locks and I can't be free.

I wish I was a dove because doves are a symbol of peace and freedom and if people saw me as a dove they would finally see the true me.
