Appearance: Light blue, with two greyish wings on his shoulders.  Has a black visor on his head, with two red Halogen eyes on it.  He has a long blue horn on his forehead, which is about half a meter in height.  Also on his forehead, is a red liquid-filled eye which links to his main processor in order to gain intel and info on his enemies.
