...I have a death wish. Not only was i feeling ill when i colored this.. i forgot all the SMALL parts so i had to keep going back to fill them in.. >.< Then i decided that i wanted to do a BG.. Only.. I'm really awful at BGs.. So i had to work extra hard.. For this. u.u* I am pretty proud of it.. But its not the bestest thing ever or anything. lol
For those who don't know.. This is the main character from an anime called 'Karin' XD In America, theres a manga released called 'Chibi Vampire' ...Its the same thing. lol. Anyway, shes a vampire.. Except shes the freak XD Shes a 'blood maker' instead of just sucking blood like a normal vampire.. <3 its fun!
I'm deciciating this picture to Because he brings me over the eppies every week!

..I need to do some future boy conan artwork.. ^^** No one probably even has seen that anime.. ;-; its so good, too..

When I saw it I just had to give it a try. It's 6 hours past midnight over here.

The hardest part was finding the right blending for each layer,12 Layers, especially Karin's hair. Tell me what you think.

Moved this to scraps, then moved it back to my gallery. Awkward pose is awkward.

In my defense I just wanted to practice more with colored pencils, but they're not being very nice to me. See? I didn't even bother to clean it up. Although I should've. Maybe I'll update this with a cleaner version later.

Why haven't I created a Karin OC yet?! I watched the anime like 3 or 4 years ago! >.< Well, I drew her back in October and now that I have Photoshop and a scanner again I'm slowly getting my pics back up.

Her voice isn't as high pitched as most of the girls in the anime, but it's soft and sweet sounding like most of them. Think of her voice as being similar to Aya Endo's from Neo Angelique Abyss and Angelique herself or Rin from Saiyuki Gunlock.

if you have ever seen the chibi vampire anime then you will have seen the funny puppet opening part before it (if not here a pic [link]) I always loved the puppet part and was going to draw the puppets but stuffed plushes was easier and suited karin more
I actually started drawing karin to pass time and she came out really chibish so I decided to change her a bit and make her look like a doll and I was going to put usui next to her but her family seemed to fit in better if you want me to make one with her and usui please tell me ^ ^
Oh and if anyone can guess the order I drew them in I will give you a llama and a drawing of your choice(if you want one that is xD and I can't give you a llama if I already have of course) and a clue is I finished the drawing with the dad I got really lazy and he doesn't fit in with the rest of them :/

Long before I started vectoring, I made a crappy 1024x768 wallpaper based on this image. I liked the shot but it was way too low res for a wallpaper these days. This was my second full vectoring project. The idea was to add a lot of noise and discoloration to make it seem sort of like an aged B-movie film reel.

Check my gallery for this wallpaper in other resolutions.

I love my grandpa so much! He rocks!

He gave me Copic inking pens for my B-Day that didn't get here until today!!

So, being the (dumb) artist that i am, i decided that not only would i attempt to use my pens for the first time for Karin from the Manga: "Karin" also known as "Chibi Vampire", but i was going to try inking her hair like the artist!!! (solid black with highlights A.K.A. VERY HARD)

I realized i made a serious mistake with her hair btw, (i know that its not flat on top, but she actually has those two bangs) I was drawing from memory while using my inking pens for the first time okay!?

ANYWAY happy to do some traditional art again.
