i was too lazy to write an explanation but i see one is needed: the boy in the image is a court jester who is forced to smile and say jokes when under the make-up he is very sad, so in the picture he's trying to move his face expression into a smile. the people in the background are court people laughing

When I was a child, make up was a toy. [I was a happy child]

When I was a teenager, make up was a way that ugly fake stupid girls used to seem better than others. [I was a grunge]

I started to usae make up because of cosplay ~ and I learned at the conventions bathroom, with other cosplayes, the names of diferent things and how to use it - from base and eyeliner to fixers and eyelashes.

Today, I face make up as a way to show my feellings and expressions. Colors, textures, acessories... I finally found out that make up is also art. Today, I love make up and I play with it again, but not like toy anymore.

RE:Mix - Eye Make-up

Wewt! Done!

Here's my submission for the fall round of :da-remix:! My assignment to remix *UnoXi's piece, Someone Likes Eye Make-Up.

Since the past two remix pieces I did were traditional pieces I remixed into CGs, I decided to remix this piece into a traditional marker piece. Considering the title of the original, I decided to do something new and use real eye-shadow on her eyes! It's super shiny in real life!

*sigh* However, this is the first piece I've done in a WHILE I'm not exactly thrilled with. I just.... I just don't feel it. That and the scanner completely MUTILATED the colours.... Hm. Oh well. I did some touch-ups in Photoshop and added some brushes, so I sure hope you like it, *UnoXi!

I wasn't really going to submit this here, but a lot of people asked that I do so on the last pin-up, so here you go guys Two of six.

Yes, the pinstripe was done all by hand. Sorry for the lame-o backgrounds on these, but they're pin-ups so I'm not putting much effort into anything but the figure.

Edit: Okay, yeah, I totally wasn't thinking when I did the tie. I wanted to do power tie colors and red and yellow are the boldest colors, so I used those...unwittingly making it very Gryffindor. But I'm sure this would've gotten the same response even if I didn't use those colors, 'cause lately anything reminds everybody of Harry Potter So whatever, he can be James Potter or Percy Weasley...or a business man or a teacher or your personal love slave for life. Whatever floats your boat! He's a pin-up, he's made for fantasies

There's more than 3000 of you now and it's so motivating for me to know that there are that many people who look forward to see what I draw. You make this hobby of mine even more worthwhile then it already is with every view, fav, and comment. I used to avoid sharing my work but now I can't wait to upload my newest picture online. She is more ivory coloured in the original but my scanner killed it, but i do have photoshop, so if any one knows how i can fix it that would be awesome.

Any here's something i've been working on for a while

So i saw 's gorgeous calender and was inspired to draw this =3 I asked about permission and they said to credit this: [link]

You can't see on the photo, but i drew this on A3 so it's pretty huge (sneaky tip guys! if you draw this big, then have a smaller picture it automatically looks neater and better quality! xD you can't see all the mistakes so much! ), i've never drawn anything so big before xD I'm happy about the eyes... but the hands are horrible! I should have left them off but they looked so pretty TT-TT I can see they are disproportional and retarded looking but i can't get them right TT-TT

Hope you like it anyway! Oh and sorry about the crumple in the paper, how did that get there >.
EDIT: So i was told this is a character called Kagamine Rin, who's a Vocaloid character like Hatsune Miku. I honestly didn't realize, that's quite funny really xD Thanks for the tip!
Oh and I can say the original artist, who i based this off is Akiakane i believe! Awesome art, please search them!

Colored it last night. yeah, yeah, I know I should've worked on the requests and stuff.. but I just knew that if I hadn't finished this then, it would never have been done. So please forgive me.
It's like I always murmur when my puppy's had an 'accident' on the floor: "aw well, if you gotta go you gotta go.."
And it's the same with art sometimes. or very often.:
if you feel you gotta draw, you gotta draw.
Midnight drawings are often the most successful ones.

So - yeah - Rock Lee!! in a more ...rocked version
Drawn by hand, colored in Painter7. The background is done "by hand" so to speak.. People might say "aw, backgrounds like that are easy to to in Photoshop..!" Well, I ain't got Photoshop, so I did all of this using the 'Digital Airbrush' tool (and 'sponge', and a font). THAT's what took me all night. The character took maybe an hour to finish.

So - I hope you folks like this..!
I know that there aren't many Naruto-fans among my watchers, that most of you would prefer Sonic art, I suppose...?
But I've finally -almost- learned how to draw humans, which makes me a lil' happy 'cos I've grown tired of drawing the same shizz over and over again but now I can finally draw something else! Also, I'm a Naruto fan _{(suhpraaaiz! lol naw I've been a fan since long before I even knew it was popular [that's what'cha get for livin' in an isolated village!] )} so I really love being able to draw my favorite characters - even though they don't look that good yet.

Christmas break is almost over ;_; so what do you do with those precious last moments of free time?

The answer is this! Print it out, start scizzoring out all the parts and tobi, and paste the items as you see fit

Okay but srsly, this was just for fun. I saw a cut & paste pic like this of Hatsune Miku and felt like making one for Tobi ;D Though it's possible to convert this into a real digital dress up game in about an hour or so, I don't think I will.

Most items actually exist, like for example the Baby, The Stars Shine Bright coat <3 (which I'd buy if it werent for the pricetag u__u).

Anyway, for srsly, if anyone actually wants to attempt doing this to kill the saturday afternoon, please ask me for a high-res version lol. It'll make it easier on you when cutting out the pieces xD.

MiSha - country pin-up 3

Third part in the MiSha country pin-up series.

So, what happened in the last pic was her top getting wet, so she had to remove it for our joy. ^_^

What a lovely day it is. There's a hint of a rainbow in the horizon, so MiSha makes a bow of herself as well on the nearest fence to complement the scene.

I would have plenty of things to critique about this one too, but since you people keep tellin' me I critique my own stuff too much, I'll just shut up this one time. I expect you to as well... but do keep your comments comin' in. Just not the critique... k?

Next time, as promised, removal of the next piece of clothing... or at least the preparation for it... who knows.

MiSha - Sexy pin-up 5

And yet another pic of MiSha, from the same 'photoshoot'.

I wanted to try a new perspective again. It's a tiny little bit off here and there... but I really have to stop complaining about these things. XD

Someone might wonder about the stone floor. "Wasn't it covered with those red stones"... well yeah, and no. The other side of the pool is covered with the same stone/concrete as in the very first pin-up pic. The pool is located just little to the right in that one. I didn't have the glass, the piperail and the long flowerpot there at first, but I noticed the pic lacking detail with just MiSha, stones, water and sky. I made the flowers a bit small, I guess. Then again, everything looks small with MiSha taking half of the space in the pic.

Phew, feels like there's no end to these pin-up pics. I got tons of ideas more. I think I'll make another wall-leaning pic next... or perhaps let MiSha dip her legs in the pool a bit... we'll see.

Think the water looks good? I dunno, I kinda like it. Wanted to try making it differently.

MiSha - Sexy pin-up 3

More of the same MiSha 'hotoshoot'.

Leaning against a pole/pipe, the very same one visible in the previous pin-up pic. I wasn't planning on making another 'boobs exposed' pic of her right away, but I just COULDN'T resist the thought of this pose...

Things changed from the scrap version a bit. The whole angle of the background did, actually. I realized that the 'camera' is actually lower than those stone rails/fences (whateva you wanna call 'em), so I had to redesign that part. The new angle prevents a view of the surrounding scenery, but I tried my best to add a bit of detail here and there to compensate for that. I rather like how the pink-red stone floor came out.

Will try to get this available as a print too, for all you MiSha fans to consider buying.

MiSha - country pin-up 2

Here comes the second part for MiSha's latest photoshoot.

The theme is still country and nature. Looks like that hosepipe in the first pic actually managed to make her top soaking wet. Too bad, guess she has to remove it and let it dry up in the sun.

I kinda like how I coloured this one. Especially all the green areas. It was also my first time making a wet top, so I guess you could call that part experimental. The only thing I would probably do different now is the lower body. I tried to make it into some neat 'lower body closer to camera' angle but it kinda failed, I guess. Someone might also wonder why she doesn't cast a shadow on the tree. Well, actually she does, but the shadow is shared with the tree's general shading... in other words, if you see above MiSha's head, you see the side of the tree which gets light, compare that to the tree's right side. Darker, no? Just as dark as behind MiSha.It's a bright day, so I decided to skip dark overlapping shadows . You may want to argue with me about that, though that doesn't change anything. It stays this way.

Anyhow, it's now done with. Hope ya like it. ^^

Next time we should get a topless shot. Stay tuned. ^_~

While Kakashi and his teammates was fighting a extremly high ranked ninja from another village they did all they could to kill him. But it seemed that nothing worked. Ichiro used his homemade bombs but it didn't affect. Arisu with her wooden style combining with Yamatos woodstyle didn't work either. It was hard and it was one of their toughest enemies. Haruka on the other side made a giant Rasengan. She made a hit on him, but it didn't seem to affect him. The bad guy just grined and laughed. Is that all you Konoha Ninjas got!? Hah! Please! It's so pathetic! Serena activated her sharingans with Obito and they both went in to a Taijutsu fight with the bad guy. They couldn't barely hit him. So they jumped back and jused Fire style: Lock on Fire ball jutsu Their fire ball jutsu followed him where ever he went but he used his water dragon jutsu and stoped the falming ball from following him.
Tch. This guy is impossible! Obito pouted We can't get a single hit!
Focus Obito. This isn't over yet! Serena said while doing a couple of hand seals for her chidori. She ran towards the bad guy with full speed trying to aim for his heart but missed when he jumped up , but that didn't stop Serena, she teleported behind him and hited him in the chest with her chidori. The bad guy coughed blood, but then turned around to face Serena and gave her a smirk and disappeard
Wh-What the!? A CLONE!? Serena stood on the ground confused looking around for his chakra. Damn where is h- Serena stoped her sentence while getting punched in the stomach by him without noticing his speed that was so fast
SERENA! Obito shouted and ran to her but got stoped half way by the bad guy
Tch..That little son of a.. Kakashi activated his Mangekyo sharingan focusing on the bad guy and trying to send him away to another dimension. KAMUI! Focusing with all he got was exhausting for Kakashi but he didn't give up. He would never give up. The bad guy was sucked in by it but soething strange happened. Smoke suddenly came from his boby and Kakashi shot his eyes wide open.
Haruka and Arisu looked around to see if he was somewhere else. They couldn't seem to find her. But they both stayed active.
WHAT!? A CLONE..Should have known.. he thought for himself.
Obito standed behind Kakashi, back with back. With Kunais on their hands

Obito and Kakashi focused as mucha as possible but then shadow clones came appearing.
Now Konoha ninjas..Can you guess who's the real me now? All the bad clones came to them and attacked them. Obito burned down some of his clones with his awesome fire style: pheonix flower jutsu Kakashi took them out with his Raikiri. But they got hurt by his clones pretty much. Stabing the bad guys clones with their kunais, using taijutsu, ninjutsu at them wasn't enough, they kept coming and coming. Until Yamato came and fought with them. Then there where only one person left from the clone guys. And it was the real bad guy.
Yamato, Kakashi and Obito was panting really fast/hard catching their breath back
Aww. Are the old dudes getting tired and losing their chakra He sounded like a baby treating them as if he was their mother.
OLD!? DUDE I'M ONLY 26 YOU MOTHER F***ER GRRRR!! Obito shouted while trying to run towards him until Kakashi grabbed his shirt
LET ME GO I'LL KILL HIM! Obito said pissed looking at him with so much anger inside of him
..Hm..No you idiot! We can't go in to a direct attack! Focus you idiot! Kakashi whacked him in the head.

The Bad guy stood there prepared for making his move towards the Leaf Ninjas. He threw a Kunai at them. Quickly, Yamato blocked them from coming near them, but that was only a distraction. The bad guy continued to throw stuffs at Obito and Yamato while the real moved really quietly to the Copy Ninja. The copy ninja noticed his real body but before he could do anything he got kicked to the cave wall.
AAHH! He coughed up blood
Obito and Yamato turned around to see that Kakashi was against the wall.
!?.. KAKASHI! They shouted.

The bad guy walked to the copy Ninja with a grin on his face , he took a hold of his throat and lifted him up.
So are you giving up little copy cat? Well you better give up. He gripped his throat more harder almost hard for him to breath
HAH A voice came behind him If you thought I'd give up that easily..you're wrong HE made a couple of hand seals and made a Raikiri. He ran towards the bad guy and shouted RAIKIRI He hit his heart. Blood came running down from his heart to Kakashis hand.
Hmm..How does it feel you piece of garbadge? Kakashi smikred at him
N-Never felt better. Idiot. The bad guys clone disappeared and a huge amout of smoke came from him.
'Shit..another one! Dammit!' Kakashi thought for himself. And looked around till Him and Obito noticed something strange. The bad guy ran toward Serena who was exhausted from using so much of her sharingan and chakra.

AT LEAST I'LL TAKE YOU DOWN LITTLE GIRL! The bad guy ran, grabed his Katana pointing at her and ready to kill Serena. Serena began to look up slowly while turning around in slow-motion.
S-SHIT! SERENA! Kakashi began to run as fast as he could to Serena. Obito shouted out her name SERENA !!
'C-Can I make it!?' Kakashi ran all he could t oher and in a matter of time he got stabed by the bad guys Katana.
Serena turned around. And what she saw..wasn't beautiful.

I loved to play dress up when I was little, my mother made me all kinds of dresses. I was a real girly girl, I loved pink, I loved dolls, and I loved pretending that I was a little princess. now I have to put my dolls away, and get ready to face the real world, no more games of makebelive.........nah!! then life would be boring... I'll keep the dolls and games and stay a child as long as I can, no one can make me grow up.

Out of the ten drawings intended for this series, this one has become my favorite. Why? Because this is the kind of line that appears in cult classic films and Hot Topic t-shirts. Or maybe I'm just over-exaggerating it because it's so fun to say in public. But none the less, if you're familiar with my character Hibiki, then this will make perfect sense to you.

Anywho, yes, make-up. No lipstick, eyeshadow, the works. Why? Perhaps because schools do not want their kids becoming whores at such an early age, but with such influences as Limited Too, Bratz dolls, and WB shows, the effort is frivolous. None the less, it's another dumb rule that would surely make my characters, namely the Goths, completely miserable.

look! a new upload! no waaaayyyy!!

haha, i've had this idea sitting in the back of my head (and piling up on my desk) for a long time. i finally got it all finished.

i'm actually pretty happy with how it turned out.
as usual, my biggest critic is myself, i can still see flaws everywhere.

things i dislike:
1. the back leg. eww. the shape is horrible and which way is her foot turning anyway?
2. the pillows have no form whatsoever.
3.the jar on right. its lop-sided and unrealistic.
4. the colour of the hearts. i wanted them more red. and the ones on the string don't have much form.

things i like:
1. the hair. i can definitely see imrovement in the detail and the strokes of the hair strands. (in the original anyway.)
2. the shades and colour of the bedspread. i really like how the shadow and creases turned out.
3. the shades and creases of the dress. i uberly like it.
4. the glass jar on the left. i'm glad i gave highlights a go.

anyway, this was inspired by the song "Breaking" by Anberlin. in particular, the lines
"Do you collect the souls you've lost
in the top of your dresser drawer
count the number of tears displaced
on lonely bedroom floors"

Bad Friends Trio, again. I finally finished this piece!..after weeks of procrastination. Haha.

I got lazy towards the end, so please don't mind any mistakes you see. 8D;

Tbh I only like how Prussia turned out. Gah.

EDIT: Made Prussia bigger, so now the scaling makes more sense. xD; And changed Antonio's eye colour to green; I can't believe I'd been colouring his eyes wrong all this while! Sorry! @_@ Now I need to go back and modify everything else, orz...

"Buppe" Shonen-ai Novel's pin-up

Haven't update anything for a while

This is the most recent CG I did and it turns out a bit disappointment. lol
Still have a long way to go to improve anatomy.

Both characters are from the famous Thai shonen-ai novel named "Buppe"
(Thai word, pronounce "Boob-Pay" means It is the will of the heaven that makes them become lovers.. XD If anyone can give me the right word / definition, please do.)

The short hair one is "Tew" and another one is "Joe"
It's the scene that Tew was trying to make an excuse that he couldn't participate the club activities in the evening and he was in the rush because his family was waiting, but Joe stopped him from running away.
XD I really like this scene cuz ....hmmm... what should I say... Joe is not the type of expressing himself towards Tew and Tew is too 'dumb' (In a cute way of course....!) to understand Joe so they always end up fighting and arguing all the times.

I think it's the first time Joe show his true feeling when he grabbed Tew's wrist.. that's why it's special.

Aww Think, I've said too much.
Anyway.. comments and critics are welcome!

MY 400TH DEVIATION!!

Here's a "one-of-a-kind" MS-Painted close-up drawing of Serena (Usagi) Tsukino's final transformation brooch from the Sailor Moon Stars series (5th Season). I must say, that this is one of her most gorgeous henshin compacts of the anime series - I absolutely love the design! ^_^

I'm very happy of how this came out, I hope you all will like it too!

The drawing was done by using MS Paint and drawn in my very own (digital art) style. The background was color copied from Microsoft Office Word 2007 & special effected (funnel) by using Adobe PhotoDeluxe 3.0., and pasted onto MS Paint.

But I got it done and used some effects that I got the hang of doing.

This is before she gets wrapped up in the ribbons during her transformation.

MiSha - country pin-up 5

Fifth part in the MiSha country pin-up series.

This time MiSha has set herself in the middle of a bunch of odd-looking sunflowers. Yeah, I know, they look a bit weird here and there. I've never seen a sunflower up close, only a few meters away, and it's been a while... so I had to rely on photos I found with Google. The background is a bit flat, but since it's based on the same location as shown in the third pin-up, I didn't want to radically alter the scenery. The whole sunflower setup makes things a bit experimental, but I hope the pic ain't a total failure.

As for MiSha's pose, I realized I haven't drawn a pic of her looking straight at the viewer. I've always drawn her facing somewhat to either side. This time... she's facin' to you.

Next time we'll have the concluding pic to this country pin-up set. As per standards, it'll be the removal of her last piece of clothing. Will her pose be revealing? Are the red thongs completely taken off? Front view, behind view? I still haven't decided. Time will tell. ^_^ It may take a while until the last pic is done, as I'm sure you're aware of the summer heats that have really been hindering my progress the last couple of weeks. @_o;;

Hey everyone~

So just recently, I noticed how I kind of mixed semi-realism into my drawings, and I finally realized that I didn't like that. Therefore I decided to just go back to what I normally draw, which is just plain BL game/manga style illustrations and simple coloring. That's why I drew this picture, and I miss drawing what I want and like. I love drawing BL so much... it makes me so happy..... XD

It's been a while since I drew something playful too. This was really fun to draw and I enjoyed every bit of it!!!
Except drawing the feet. I hate feet. Sorry if anatomy is wrong. I will practice more T_T

I've heard again and again that the kyuubi is not genetic (makes perfect sense to be honest) but I couldn't resist the concept that having the kyuubi might seriously screw up your genes ^_^

She doesn't have the Byakugan or the Kyuubi, but she has the faith of the best mom and dad in the world!

I plan on doing a proper background for this one, so I'll move this one to scraps once I have it sorted.

~johner2's reward for being the first to solve my puzzle: He requested a follow-up to this pic, showing Sarah fully wrapped up in Arachne's silky cocoon.

I'm currently experimenting with my style a bit - that includes how tall I actually make my characters look. I'm currently moving away from the more anime-like, kinda small looking proportions to a more realistic style. But looking at this pic, I might keep the more anime-ish style for my OCs, I think it works better - at least for Sarah. Arachne might turn out really tall when I draw her next time.
