I realy realy wish I did though!! >^< I made this one, its my alice in wonderland inspired lolita type of dress. My apron got messed up..but this is one of my favourite shots I took. I realy love the lolita style and for years ive drolled over soooo many cuuute dresses! but I could never afford any nice ones. I love to dress like this on a regular day basis!! I feel really weird when im not dressed up in public, I dont like to blend in. Weather im getting a death glare or a smile from someone on the street, doesnt mater to me, because I know their looking at me over everyone else, that I am making an impact and showing them something new, I know their thinking about me. I offten have someone come up and tell me that I am a wonderful rolemodel. hahaha ^w^- Annyways! So when I stumbled upon two followers of the style located in Stockholm, I of course had to contact them and ask if they were interested in a little photo session. Fortunately, they said yes and a couple of weeks ago we met up near a very pretty castle in the suburbs of Stockholm and took some photos. It was one of the first days of snow this winter, and I was freezing my hands of throughout the session, not to mention worrying about my poor models freezing in their skirts and platform shoes. Oh well, apart from the fact that I managed to make a lot of the photos blurry or over-exposed, the session went fairly well. I'm not exactly 100% pleased with my photos, but I'm still in the process of learning how to shoot two or more models together so it would have been stupid of me to expect some sort of masterpiece. And I think I'm going to contact them again this coming spring, for a session with more sweet lolita-style clothing.

For this coord, I gave Gothic Lolita a go. I love how the photos turned out! Gothic is one of those luxurious fashions that falls heavily from the Victorian era that was popular from the mid 80's. There are now many sub genres of Gothic to present day.

Generally, the skulls and roses print is used in a lot of Gothic brands I see in the UK. They are not necessarily part of the Lolita fashion. The print also seems a lot harsher than most prints I see on most Lolita collections regardless of brand. A lot of Gothic coords tend to use mainly black clothing with only hints of colour. At the time of making this, I was inspired by Moi-Meme-Moite's brand pallet. The majority of their collection consists of black and a rich royal blue, and this was the result of the inspiration.

I found this fabric and had to make a lolita outfit out of it! This was my first (and only time so far) making a lolita outfit, I also made the hair accessories and flower on the sash to go with it, I am happy with how it turned out

I was afraid it might not snow again and that tomorrow it all would have melted away, so I decided to go ahead and do a photoshoot outside in the snow.
