Okay, lemme approach this cautiously or some of my friends will think I'm a man-slut looking for attention and people I don't know may flame me. In college I would like to do theatre, modeling, and photography as side occupations. I do not think I'm beautiful or gorgeous...in fact you really don't have to be to be a model these days with the make up and Photoshop technology that we have. You just have to understand expression and light sources in addition to how your body looks and works. These are pieces of artwork and are suppose to be for that purpose...I am not looking for attention, trying to be sexy, looking for a date, or anything. I have a wonderful girlfriend of almost 3 years to prove that that is not what I am after. However, these pictures and this light ARE suppose to make me look good...that's the purpose of modeling and photography. In these pictures I am trying to display my own skill with a camera and with modeling and NOT my physical beauty, which I don't have much of anywayz because I am shockingly skinny for an 18 year old guy. Again, please don't flame me...and if you do I'll just hide your comment so your efforts will be in vain. If you are a friend of mine, you will probably understand my purpose cuz most of you are artistic as well and you all know me very well. ALL that being said...here is one of the 4 model shots that I did.
PS. the blurry and grainy shots are meant to be that way, that's how a lot of magazines make flaws disappear.
In addition:
These photographs are taken into photoshop, cropped, softened, and then the contrast is risen...THERE IS NO photoshopping of myself alone...if u think so, then prove it with back up...don't just say...oh thats just photoshop....that's a form of flaming ^^
And finally...to say it one more time...I'm not looking for dirty sexual attention, if you want to comment on my body or whatever you are welcome to and thank you (even though the comment probably will be untrue) but that was NOT what I was after here...if I were after that these pictures would be on facebook instead of an Art Community website.

I was going through archives and found folder from a students party. Waht was the spesial name fro party after you pass exams?
Actually I was invited as a photographer by Sergeis friends but as always we all got drunk and half of the party I was photograhing him. Usually I dont drink when I hold the camera, but they booked me for 3 hours , and the boat was in the sea for 6 hours!smart.
Most photos are not the right standart, but some seems to be fun. Im going to publish some photos from parties and old missed sets.

Samantha was getting naked in these beautiful red flowers next to the Asian Massage Parlor when this old man just appeared behind us with a HUGE bucket of KFC chicken. And then he went in the massage parlor. Chicken and happy endings.

Have I ever mentioned that I love this girl's face? Well I do.

So I accidentally changed my white balance settings, changed them back and carried on shooting. Now looking through the pics I find I really like this one with the wrong white balance settings LOL

This is Sam, a fashion design student at the Art Institute of Chicago.
I was at a shoot for Moda and while the model was prepping up in the next outfit, I decided to shoot Sam for my portraits project for school, someone had decided to paint him up something wonderful before hand, though I don't remember quite why.

Re-submited with a new scan from a negative, screw scanning prints.

For those who read my poll and would rather skip my usual jackass description (extra dumb since I just wrote it tonight and had no time to really edit or revise it like I normally do [everyone: you revise and edit your stuff? coulda fooled me!!] ) and go straight to the "advice topic" I addressed, scroll down to the part with the bolded stuff.

And now, another visit from everyone's favorite failed J-Idol extraordinaire! (That's right, Frank Stallone)

TOTALLY REAL NEWS STORY

So a few weeks ago, good ol' Keiko sent out her weekly "press pack" to the various record labels so they could be kept abreast of all her MANY CAREER ACOMPLISHMENTS and feel remorseful for constantly (and quite rudely, I might add!) rejecting her demo tapes.

Curious about what these "press packs" included (quite frankly, we're not sure why she refers to them as "press packs" when they are not going to any media outlets...) we phoned up Columbia House Records to ask them about the contents.

Dan Fielding, the mailboy there, told us the following:

"I have no idea why she sent this to us. First of all, we're not even a record label, we're a record club. You know, the ones where you send in a penny for 10 'FREE' CDs only to find out later the shipping and handling was NOT free? I'm guessing she found out about us in a magazine or something because she just taped one of our subscription postcards to the package. I guess she figured ANY piece of mail with the postcard attached would qualify for the ' Postage Paid By Recipient' rate. Let me tell you, I had to use all my lunch money to pay that stupid COD!!

Anyway, all the package had in it was a crudely put together home made CD, complete with a 72 dpi inkjet printout for her cover [shown above]--I think she was running low on yellow ink. Anyway, upon checking out the CDR, I found a really poor quality video file labeled '**TOTALLY LEGITIMATE DEMO PERFORMANCE**'. I can't be sure, but I think she was just playing Rock Band at someone's house."

We asked Miss Matsume if she actually felt like a downloaded youtube video [link] of one playing Rock Band constituted as a **TOTALLY LEGITIMATE DEMO PERFORMANCE**.

"Look, I had SCORES of people there, most of them there of their own will! I'd venture to say AT LEAST TWO people were actually kinda sorta paying attention, if not three!!!"

When questioned yet again about her trademark exceptional stupidity, she replied:

"LISTEN, IF I'M SO STUPID, THEN HOW COULD I HAVE COME UP WITH THIS GREAT FAKE NAME (I MEAN, C'MON, KAY MATSUMI!! MY NAME IS KEIKO MATSUME!!! THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL AIRTIGHT ALIBI, MY FRIEND.) *AND* WRITE MY OWN NEWSLETTER UPDATE HUH??"

We brought up the idea of "multiple personality disorders" and questioned if she even knew what the word "alibi" meant, she yet again stormed off saying something about being late to her job delivering phone books.

If you're wondering about these pics, I will EVENTUALLY elaborate more, but long story short, I took them for this internet modeling contest I entered last year. (yes yes, I am lame, I know. it was fun though! aside from the catty bitch peanut gallery but that's to be expected so it's fine.)

And yes, not that anyone was even questioning, but that's me in the video [link] I am a Rock Band enthusiast. also, that video and audio quality are pretty crappy, so here's a slightly sorta maybe I dunno better **TOTALLY LEGITIMATE DEMO PERFORMANCE** solly the volume is kinda inconsistent

Anyway, back to reality (haaa, not really), here is my conundrum:

Ok, so here's the deal, THIS WEEKEND (as in tomorrow and Sunday) this Japanese talent/modeling agency is coming to Hawaii and having open auditions for J-IDOLS!!!!! ahahahah My coworker friend told me about the flier she saw, and I immediately thought "YESSS AT LAST I CAN BE AN HONEST TO GOD FAILED J-IDOL FOR REALZ AND LEGITIMATELY" hahah but here's the problem...

Upon reading more information about the audition, I found out that there's an age limit of age 13-22.

(edit: just in case you didn't know and/or didn't wanna take the extra clicks to check my devious information, I am 26 )

SO, I dunno what to do. On one hand, it's not a LIFE OR DEATH thing whether or not I participate... HOWEVER, it IS notable enough that I'd really reeeeeally like to at last TRY if possible!! So I dunno. That's why I made that poll [link] asking if you've ever lied about something like this. hahah Cuz I thiiiiiink I can probably pass for 22? ? But I'm just worried that they will somehow find me out and security will escort me out or I'll be sued for fraud or something. hahah (yes, that's just my usual over paranoia, but still, I dunno, being the nonconfrontational wimp I am, I'm worried what would happen if they did find out )

I was HOPING that maybe the age restrictions are not SUPER strict and that they'll make exceptions... but ~creamedpotatoes emailed them to ask (OH NO OUR COVER IS BLOWN, hahaha) and they never responded to her yet (and who knows if they will at all; I'm sure they're really busy)

So anyway, I dunnoooooooooo. My plan is to just show up on Saturday anyway. But whether or not I tell the truth and ask if it's ok that I am an OLD LADY (hahah or wait, no, OLD MAN LIKE MAH GIRL ISIS ON ANTM) or see if they're gonna check IDs, and if not, I WAS BORN ON APRIL 17, 1986.

But yaaa, I mean like, I got NO hope of actually WINNING the contest or anything, so I keep telling myself that provided they're not checking IDs I SHOULD just lie because then I can try out for fun, get eliminated, and have a fun anecdote to share afterwards! But then there's a glimmer of optimistic stupidity in me that thinks "BUT WHAT IF I MAYBE MAYBE BY SOME FLUKE MAKE IT TO LIKE, THE SECOND ROUND OR SOMETHING AND THEN THEY FIND ME OUT AND YELL AT ME THEN SUE ME FOR FRAUD? " hahaha because yes, anything about that statement is actually realistic.

So yes, if you got any advice on the matter, feel free to ramble.

I know this is an incredibly dumb and trivial thing to be worked up over, hahaha but you know psycho ol' gravy, I follow the sage advice of Mitch Hedberg and got my priorities crooked. (that, and with all the stupid stressy crap goin on with me, I think this would be fun to go to )

And now to sleep so I can deliver phone books tomorrow.
