This was a totally unforgettable moment.

We were stuck in traffic, listening to the usuals (Lady Gaga, Ke$ha, Jason Derulo), and we were outside our town's natural food store. So this awesome, classic van is trying to get out, and we let it out. I'm reading a manga from my bag of manga, and suddenly my sister shouts, 'llama!'

I look up. It's a llama bus.

Luckily, I DID have my iPhone, and I snapped a shot. Lucky for me that I've got such an observant sister.

Sometimes I like to find the highest widest place I can find to shoot a train, making the shot more a scenery shot than a train shot but alas, there is not one train but two in this shot.

New Jersey apparently has no room for their trash and Ohio is willing to buy it and the way all that crap is hauled is on trash trains. Norfolk Southern 64J heads east to be filled with more Jersey trash as it passes under the now closed Fort Steuben bridge and passes the Steubenville marina.

If one looks close you can see Rt22, the massive Panhandle bridge, Market Street bridge, the lovely crime infested city of Steubenville, the now close Mingo North blast furnaces, Mountan State carbon coke plant and of corse, the Ohio River.

Now, Ill give ANYONE a Llama who can find that SECOND train!

I believe I mentioned that the vector art backgrounds I've been making here really aren't my usual style. I've spent a lot more work on my photography than on my digital art skills. I got this shot with only two people around 10:00 pm. As "~ Bryan-Kun said," who sees the subway so empty like this does not seem so chaotic SP City".
In fact I left the train and I waited for the last hundreds of people embarking (how say this?). As the train began to leave, I had less than 1 minute with an empty station, before it fills again. This is why the train was not very blurry because it was "Starting his movement"... and I couldn't slow down the speed to not blur the woman.

Here is TTC 5705, a 1976-79 Hawker-Siddeley H5 subway car, waiting for its next run on the Yonge-University-Spadina Line at Finch Station.

The H5s are currently the TTC's oldest active subway cars. Despite their age - 30+ years at this point - they are still very reliable, and are kept running until the late hours of the night.

Unfortunately, the arrival of more Toronto Rocket (TR) trains will soon spell the end of the H5s' long tenure in Toronto. As a transit fan, it's always sad to see older equipment replaced by newer technology.

I love these older trains. They provide a smooth ride, and I always try to ride one to and from work each day. Believe me, awesome trains like these are very much worth the wait.

Here is part of the Port of Veracruz, México, one of the most important ports in whole México. Right here arrived the spanish conquers 500 ago for conquer Latin America. Actually, this is a comercial port and Malecón.

Aquí parte del puerto de Veracruz, México, uno de los más importantes puertos en México y América Latina. Aquí llegaron los primeros conquistadores de España hace 500 años para colonizar toda América Latina. Actualmente llegan embarcaciones comerciales de distintas partes del mundo, y la parte comercial se llama Malecón, y ahí hay tiendas y mercados.

El titulo seria "Vieja Borgoña", con Ñ, pero como es conocido para todos los latinos esto se nos hace imposible en muchos sitios de la red, asi que bueno... por ahora se llama "Vieja Borgona".

Al igual que el otro, lo he volado en simuladores, se que cuenta con 64 cohetes de explosion de impacto, 6 TOW (misiles con seguimiento de calor), ametralladora calibre 0.50. es ruso, fue muy usado en la guerra y ahora es un pote viejo pero aqui compraron muchos....

pero no recuerdo como se llama tampoco...

Here is STM 40-801, a 2012 Iveco Irisbus Citelis 18 hybrid artic demo. The STM is currently testing this bus on some of their artic routes, as they are interested in purchasing hybrid artics in the future.

The Citelis 18 reminds me a bit of the Van Hool AG300, another European-manufactured articulated bus. Its interior structure is somewhat similar to that of the AG300 as well.

So far, the reviews of this mechanical marvel have been pretty positive. The STM wants to create sustainable transit in Montreal, and purchasing more hybrid buses like this one will help them to accomplish that goal.

Bonus: I will award a Llama Badge to anyone who can tell me where the title of this submission came from .

Here is STM 15-140 again, waiting for passengers on route 113 Lapierre at the Angrignon Metro station. If this bus looks familiar to you, it should. I recently featured it in another submission, which can be seen here: [link]

In the last picture, 15-140 was one of several active Classics in the STM's fleet. However, in December 2011, the STM retired all of their remaining Classics, save for 15-140. It still sees active service to this very day, and when it finally does retire, it will be transferred to a historic transit society in Montreal that has preserved a number of vintage STM buses.

Finding 15-140 in service is bit of a challenge, especially since it's the sole Classic in a fleet that contains over 1,700 buses. However, if you're in the right place at the right time, you might just get lucky, as I did here .

I will award a Llama Badge to the first person who can tell me where I got the title for this submission. Good luck !

Los días 5, 6 y 7 de diciembre el Club BX españa viajó hasta Soria (para los que no anden muy allá de geografía, como yo , sólo digo que está lejos de aquí de Galicia). Esta foto, del día 7 (minutos antes de que nos diera la hos**a la apaviada esa) la saqué yo y la modifiqué con photoshop y con un plugin qu ese llama topaz adjust o algo así realmente la dejó chula chula

Ahora mismo está nevando, si tubiera el carnet de conducir y el coche aquí me inflaría a fotos con nieve

PD: en Soria, además de llevarme la defensa rota y eso que ya comenté, logré hacerme con un muñequito de Knuckles muy chulo, por fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin!!!! Me llevó años conseguir uno, cerca de...... no sé, 9 o 10

This picture I took (minutes before the crash with the megane ¬¬ ) was modified with Photoshop and a plugin named Topaz Adjust or something , I don't remember the name right now. It come out pretty good in my opinion

PD: That day I also managed to buy a very cute Knuckles toy , finally!!!! Took me years to find one......

Re-building my family's car

My dad made everything, completely stripping the original car down to nothing but the frame, but after a while we had a few accidents (my family isn't very lucky) and couple problems caused be crappy auto repair shops, we had to store it. After 5 years, me and my dad have just dragged our old family car out, needs a lot, LOT, of attention, but we're going to get it back up and running. Just finished giving it a quick wash.
Guess what this is/was, and I'll give you a...a...uh...i don't know....a llama? Sure, you'll get a llama badge. Yay, free llama badges!
