we've been planning this Halloween piece for a while, haha!
It started out as joking between me and Bee about what our PT girls would dress up as for Halloween and kind of exploded into this.

Originally, Bee wanted Sam and Sara to dress up as Batman and Robin, but I kind of got stuck on the idea of Supergirl for Sam because well...sh-she's PERFECT.
Blonde hair, long legs, makes her insanely embarrassed.
PERFECT, NO?
So we ended up on settling for the superbat girl sidekicks for both of them ://D
^{Also Sara as batgirl gives me a lady boner.}

Bee knew she wanted Jess as a sexyclassy mobster, but I struggled with Jay for a while.
We wanted each couple to match in one way or other, but Jay is too simple-minded for being a mafia grunt LOL
We ended up making her a zombie street-punk lovechild.
Hey, it's Halloween, nothing needs to make sense!

The idea for Stella and Gale came to us really easily HAHAHA.
Bee was like "Sexy police officer" and I practically died laughing on the phone, totally sold.
Police and convict sexytimes, mmmmHMM.
Gale looks way too perfect as a prisoner, and Stella...well.
Um...let's keep this PG, okay?

We were scratching our heads for a while at Su-Mi and Mona. Dressing up for Halloween is too mainstream for our little hipster Su, and Mona is more so the type to hand out candy like a sweetheart.
We settled for overall Halloween spirit...with Su-Mi trying to steal some candy.
Hey, she liked it before it was cool.

Alas, I ended up not finishing Stella/Mona's Bio sketchdumps this month like I planned, got rather wrapped up in this little project! Ty did the amazing colors, textures, and text- I lined everything and we sketched our respective characters. SAI and Photoshop, about a day for each.

Not that I need to tell you what they're dressed as- but I will anyway!

Sam as the all-too-perfect supergirl, with Sara as her much expected Batgirl. Originally we went with a more lulzy Batman and Robin, but oh, Sam in that outfit. Couldn't say no.

Jess as to be expected, is a mobster/mafia boss, and Jay is her trusty thug-bodyguard ZOMBIE. That's what you get for letting Jay down the Halloween costume isle, Jess. All those fake wounds on sale...

Stella as the sexy officer and Gale as her poor helpless inmate! Couldn't decide between stripes or orange... so we did both. And while usually I think "sexy" Halloween costumes are tacky... well. Stella changed my mind. Please wear your sexy costumes responsibly.

Su-Mi and Mona aren't quite as into the whole partying-dressing-up-as-mainstream-characters thing, so we settled for Mona doing her usual routine- CUTE HALLOWEEN ACCESSORIES! And candy for children! (...No, not you, Su.) She did manage to get Sumi into the holiday colors, at least.

Hope everyone got lotsa' candy or partied hard or did what we did and hid in our house and pretended we weren't home! BD Why pass out candy awkwardly to teenagers and little kids when you can sit around in the dark of your warm room and watch zombie flicks? (I am obviously shaming Mona here. BAH HUMBUG- oh wait wrong holiday)

Now its Charlie's turn, wearing (or in this case, removing) the iconic Thriller jacket of Michael Jackson. She's also sporting his yellow lycanthrope eyes and white glove.

By the way, this pumpkin is GIANT. ABSOLUTELY HUGE. (I think it was around 600 pounds. I'll get an exact number soon!)

Now... what category would this go under? Too bad they don't have a category especially for pumpkin.

This is for a local festival! A bunch of people paint/carve pumpkins in front of businesses all over town. Everybody has so much fun. This took me the ENTIRE day to finish. It was so stressful. D: It started off just fine, but it started going downhill in the afternoon.

Here, the carving around the head is too shallow to allow the soft light to be seen. I was halfway done caving it down to the appropriate depth when it went bad. His eyes and inner mouth were to be cut out all the way, to have the strongest light. His teeth and scales were supposed to have a soft glow, as well.

It would have been sweet. But, at least I have this image. Maybe next year I'll try it again? ]]>

Is that narrative a cliché? LOL Heres my main Halloween deviation. I put a lot of work into this, so I hope you guys will enjoy it. I decided to feature a ghost since it won this pole [link] (well I preferred it over the ones that tied with ghost) I really like how the ghost and pumpkins turned out. I decided to colour the ghost in the style of Casper the movie, its just a likeable style that you dont tend to see used on many digitally drawn ghosts.

Halloween contest. Not sure if it can even be entered because a ghost is slightly inhumanoid (I asked about this but never got a reply). *crosses fingers that it'll be at least accepted* Dont know if it will win or not, but wish me luck.
