[g*revo] Pixel Font

A small pixel font for all your small pixel font needs. This was originally created for a link button for my pixel/game website but I thought some of you might find some use for it too.

This font includes 98 characters including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, punctuation marks and symbols. Displays best at 8pts.

INSTALLING FONTS

- Download the ZIP file from the link on the right (right-click / Save As...)
- Extract the contents of the ZIP file (right-click / Extract files...)
- Move the TTF file into your fonts folder (OS(C:) / Windows / Fonts)

You may use bases to create your own graphics. Bases are clearly labeled as such and include stamp borders, doll bases and avatar templates. Stamp borders may be filled with content but the frame itself must remain unchanged. Doll bases may have hair, clothes and accessories added but the base itself must remain unchanged.
In all cases you may recolour the base providing you do not edit its original structure (see Do Not Edit below).

Nano-Serif Pixel Font

I really wanted to do a font recently. I actually planned on another one, but then I got an inkling to finish a stamp in my WIP folder. So, this was a result.

One of my most popular font-sets (and my personal favorite), is the Nano family. It's a group of very small, high-readable fonts. They are perfect for most of my stamps. The one problem is that they are sans-serif. There has been so many times I wanted a bit more formal font, but could not find one at that tiny size. Even my Tiny-Times is a bit too big for a wordy stamp. So, today I created a modified version of my Nano-Byte, making it a serif. Granted, it's not quite a traditional serif, as some points were omitted, but that was to keep the sizing small and narrow for the widest usage in small spaces.

I like to keep my font letters/numbers tidy and within the set baselines, but this font is really small, so to keep the lowercase letters the same height, the dots on the i and j ascend one pixel above. However, since not everyone may like that, I also included a separate font where those letters are one pixel shorter to stay in the top baseline.

Important Stuff:

This is a full font set; includes all basic symbols/punctuation. The zip file includes 2 fonts, a readme file, and a copy of the graphic above so you can see the full set. When using a graphics program, this font works best at 6pts (8px).

This font is free use for personal and commercial projects. Commercial use does have some limitations. Please see the README or [link] (this page) for terms and more details.

Whovian Pixel Font

After making a Doctor Who fan stamp the other day, and pixelling out a font that was Who-ish, I decided to go ahead and make a full font. I had to tweak the original few letters I used, but I didn't mind. Pixel fonts are just too much fun. I based it off the same font I referenced for the stamp, only it was just an uppercase letter set, so I had to kinda make up the lowercase letters. And the numbers. And the punctuation. But I am really happy with how all of those turned out. I don't know how useful this font will be the general public, but it was a lot of fun to make.

A big thanks to `Mirz123 for giving me the idea to make the preview image look like a call box.

Some advice when using this:

It is used best at 3 pt (8 pixel), or a multiple of that (6 pt/16 pixels).

As a heads up, in some instances you might have to add a random letter to have your word come in crisp (I find the letter T added normally fixed any weird spacing). You can then go in and erase the letter manually. (If someone knows of another way to correct that, please share.)
