it's FREE . Doesn't cost anything , its a good photo editing program I mean I like it
it's kinda confusing at first on how to use it , but if you look up tutorials on it , you'll eventually get the hang of it ^_^

In this tutorial I'm using Gimp 2.6 , at the website they have the latest version 2.8 , I couldn't download the 2.8 one for some stupid reason ( Crappy computer ) . BUT this tutorial can work for the 2.8 one too , it's the same thing. ]]>
