I feel like the sole act of being a girl (at least a girl like me) when you play a video game is basically trolling the entire fanboy base. Cuddling fanarts and crap all over the place, is nothing sacred? But it's too late now, because I already drew it, suckahs.

I could totally write an entire ship manifesto right here, too, no lie. I won't, though, because I wouldn't wish to cause you pain. Suffice it to say that Garrus is my favourite LI and consequently, the one I think is the best. Should you wish to engage me further on the topic, I promise you will succeed.

Anyway, Garrus has to be the biggest uptight worrywart on the whole squad when you take him along anyplace. My Shep!Prime has a hard time letting him forget it.

It's probably obnoxious as nuts, but then again it's probably good for him, and he must be aware of it. There's not a whole lot of people who get to waltz up behind him unannounced.

_{Or tuck their hands into his carapace thing, but that is beside the point.}

This Shep is a sort of work in progress, because I'm That Player. I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with a virtually-identical Shepard in almost every class as I work toward my ultimate Shep!Perfect. The grey eyes belong to Jan, my Engineer. The scars and tendency toward wearing the Cerberus uniform belong to F.B., my Vanguard. They both dig Garrus and they don't fight about it, so it's all okay.

I'd love to draw more girly fanart of Garrus, but honestly, it's just such a pain. THAT ARMOR. Not to mention the fact that he is always making the same face. Young man, you are testing me.

Ohgosh, I have worked for 8 hours nonstop yesterday on this drawing, and then I added about 3 more. I got tired but I really wanted to finish it. This was meant to be a doodle, I never imagined it was going to turn out like this!

She originally was with Liara but she changed muchly ;_; Fayd Shepard still has a soft spot for the Asari but she has been liking the Turian since part one and heck, I can’t say no to Garrus! Garrus... is the man. One of the (many) things I loved about ME3 was the way they realized and capitalized in the story on how Garrus was your best friend by that point. There were so many great moments with him, made better by the fact that he and the first of my Shepards I played through with were total dude-bros together.

I slighty played around with the design and changed shoulder gauntlet. Also the whole armor and sniper rifle were given more worn out (and believable) look. I enjoyed painting his armor and gun ... every single scratch of them. Ok so! This took forever lol. So much detail to draw in yeesh! But I'm satisfied that it was worth it in the end. I really wanted to do Garrus's scars justice and I think I managed fairly well. This is a mixed media of painting, airbrushing, and a lot of digital colored pencil on the detail work. No photo-manipulation or tracing.

The premise for this piece is after Shepard's final ground-side battle on earth she/he gets up to get beamed up but leaves her/his helmet behind. Too late to follow her through the beam Garrus sees her/his helmet, now scarred and missing large chunks, and picks it up. In the time to come after the final battle he often picks up her/his helmet and contemplates the loss of this most amazing comrade and/or lover.

I've always wanted to do Garrus ever since a dear friend suggested it over a year ago, but I could never quite picture it right in my head. Finally, I found the right combination ...I hope. Thanks for your patience sugar and I hope you like him.

The storyline I’m thinking for Garrus is that turians are a regularly integrated part of society and as with Mass Effect where they make up the bulk of C-sec they often fulfill the role of town guards and in Garrus’ case he’s risen to become a captain of a wealthy trading town, hence his somewhat ostentatious get-up. He’d be a melee/ranged fighter.

For Thane I’d see him as belonging to a small almost forgotten order with the purpose of finding and eliminating wild dragons or wyrms. That’s why he’s wearing a light dragon scale outfit and the glowing stone set into his chestpiece is a gem that embues him with added marksmanship powers.

Next up was going to be Tali/Liara but I really want to do Mordin so I think I’m gonna give him a shot, not sure who will be paired with him yet, might just have it be Tali anyway since I’m sure she’d be a popular choice . I’ll pair Liara with Javik when I get around to it. ]]>

As usual, 12" tall standing, all fleece (except for the visor) and mainly machine sewn. The face and accents are hand-painted with fabric paint.

Please note: Garrus plushie is RETIRED. Sorry, no commissions for him.

I had to paint this xP I think that I've felt in love with his eyes x3 Look! When I stare at them, I have only one sentence which he could say at this moment: "So Shepard, undress yourself, you're gonna be next" (and here devilish smile if turians could smile xD or smexy murmur of his voice x33 [shit! I can imagine that! <die>])
I'm not fully satisfied with effects (as always) but I see some improvement which makes me happy.
