This is an old shot from last summer. There were quite a few storms, considering it was normally a dry place where I lived in Northern Utah, but near the end of the day of almost every other day last year, I'd walk 1-2 miles to take photos and not miss a moment! ...or at least try not to miss a moment! hehe

This was the amazing, vibrant sunset on Jan. 2. It was so amazing! I hadn't experienced an extreme sunset for along time.
This shot is completely natural and practically straight from the camera, except a minor brightness adjustment.

My boyfriend and I, naturally start taking photos of each other when one of us stays on the dry sand and the other walks out onto the wet sand.

This is ~Kryptic223 's character. Hope she likes ^^

"The Pharaoh of Fire's name is Nar. He is an Arabian stallion. His coat color is a very deep yet bright chestnut color, with bits of iridescent yellow, orange and red areas. His mane and tail are hues that match his coat but are a few shades darker. The area around his eyes are char black, and he has a white stripe that goes from his forehead to the tip of his muzzle. His legs are cracked and leak out lava and sparks of fire. His personality is very heroic, he's charismatic, and he was born from the sun."

I am SO pleased with this piece! It was so much fu to create. Like who could ever ask for anything more creative to play with? xD Bits and pieces probably could have been done better but i'm trying not to focus on those for the time being xD

Almost 200 layers on main image + 90 on the "view from the window", literally weeks of works.. Every night I sat behind my computer and worked on it.. Some crashes, some mid-results I were not happy but But I am very happy with the final result. I have tried before making steampunk images but apparently it have not worked.. Now I have something finished.

Have you ever felt that you are the wrong person in wrong place?

She was always the smart one and also the brave one. Maybe little crazy daring to things other would not and taking every opportunity that knocked in her door. She wanted to become engineer or airship pilot and she dreamed one day building her own ship and taking an eternal voyage to sunset.. she dreamed of glory and making history, chancing something, leaving mark of herself.. But she was just a girl and dreamer.. When they found her and asked if she wanted to serve her country and do big things, she said yes. She had the ambition. She had the will and dreams and so they recruited her to special ops. She was signed to operation "Clockwork".

Some wars are not fought on battlegrounds. Some wars are fought the way we never know they happened. Some battles are kept behind the curtains and sometimes they are never fought with swords or guns but instead of minds and information. Information is sometimes a greater power than any army can be. With right information you know where the weaknesses of enemies are. You can know where they will be and what they will do and you can be one step in front of them, anticipate every move they make and have time to come up with best strategy. That was the purpose of operation "Clockwork".

They knew that her strength was not in skills with weapons or physical strength but it was her mind.. She was smart and she was clever,seeing patterns and details everyone else could miss. So they sent her to infiltrate the enemy, to go behind the lines of battlefield and send her on her own to the mission. She was just a girl, dreamer. She had no qualification, no training.. Just her sincerity, her belief that she was doing the right thing... left alone behind enemy lines with mission to find the information they required.. She did her best.. At least she tried but she was wrong person on wrong place.. she was dreamer not some kind of soldier.. she was the one who believed into beauty and building things.. not in war and destroying.. But she loved the files.. she loved the reading.. but she was dreamer.. and she just leaned to the ladder, closed her eyes.. and dreamed..

And operation "Clockwork" was not going like clockwork...

The Pride of a Lion

About the image;
A desktop for someone on the forum
I LOVE the way this image came out. The first time using a lion, and i loved it... though the mane was a pain, he is younger so he doesn't have a huge mane. But I was messing around and accidentaly made his eye yellow when tying to make it bluer than it was and was like "OMG I LOVE THAT" lol. But i added different colors, set overlay, played with blurring distant things and thing making the sky blurry to sharper and i just love it, i love the colors. I had a different lion who just wasn't working out and i went to this one and at first wasn't crazy about it, then i started working with him and just loved it. I'm so happy especially since the last manipulation i did was a few months ago [which i need to post] and the first one i've posted in almost 9 months.
So she wanted something prideful and uplifting but with a touch of sadness so i thought him looking at the sky added that touch. But this is one image i just loved, and i hope she likes it! i hope i got everything you wanted nully!
And i hope you all like it to!

Coldmist lives off the rest if her life in PhoenixClan, not currently haven't any kits but in a loving relationship with Peachfur.
Littlekit and Jaykit may have been described wrong, but I just kinda gave them random designs... They were just two characters I remember RPing with when Coldmist was still Coldkit. XD

Lost Love

It was over 2000 years since the fateful day that had changes her life forever. She had been playing with friends when the joy of the summer day got the better of her and seeing her reflection in the water she said look "Am I not prettier that Aphrodite!". The goddess overhearing this was incensed and turned her into a see monster and to ensure there would be no escape from her pain she made her immortal!
Being the only one of her kind she wandered the oceans pining for love but all mortal men feared her or were repulsed! Then two years ago she came upon a shipwreck by a deserted island she know well. Searching for some trinkets she found a man so weak but alive. He was too weak to run and she helped him, brought him water and fresh fish. Over the months their friendship bloomed and she felt happy for the first time in 2000 years.
Every night she would return to her lair on the ocean floor and every morning bring him fresh fish and he would cook it and they would share the catch together.
But all good things must end! One day returning the in morning, she say a large sailing ship, turning round she saw her love in a row boat being taken away. She panicked and forgetting all she know of the mortal world she snatched him from the boat and took him down to her lair on the ocean floor, he struggled but she held him tight then he struggled no more! Now everywhere she goes she carries with her all she has left of her lost love!

Tu se dobro vidi grad sončnega zahoda, ki ga bije dokaj neprijetna usoda. Namreč, je tarča napada. Zmajev? V bistvu niti ne, saj so zmaji oroje Temnega Vladarja, ta pa neizmerno hoče ravno isto stvar kot Dalnor, vilin Viliénskih gozdov (levo), Redin, preprost človek, ki ga skoz in skoz pesti zla usoda (mislim da je to Redin) (na sredi) ter 'mage' - za tega si e morm zmislt ime - (na desni): To je kristal sončnega zahoda, polprozoren kamen oranno-rumene barve, ki naj bi imel čarobne moči. Kombiniran z ostalimi 8 kamni bi lahko ustvaril dokaj veliko katastrofo, to pa je tudi razlog, zakaj si ga oboji elijo.
In skrit je nekje na gradu. Očitno povelniki zmajskih čet uporabljajo več moči kot pameti.

Orodja: črn kemik ki skoz in skoz zajebava da fae glavobol če z nemu pie ali rie in bel list papirja.

English:

This is the Castle of the Sunset, which is being hit by rather evil fate: it is a target of an assault. Dragons? In fact, not really, for they're just a toy in the hands of Dark Leader, and that one wants exactly the same thing as Dalnor, the elf of the Vilién forests (left, with bow); Redin, a simple man of evil fate (I think it's Redin) (middle, with longsword) and a mage whose name and historic background I don't know yet (right, with a staff): that thing is the Sunset crystal, half-transparent stone of yellow-orange color which is said to have magical powers. Combined with other 8 stones of its kind it could create quite big disaster - and that's also a reason why everyone wants it so badly.
Aye, it's hidden on the castle. It seems that commanders of Dragon Army use dragons more than their wits.

Tools: black pen which is working like photosynthesis at night - it doesn't, and white piece of paper.

This is a sequel to my Star Wars series Another Side, that I wrote for school. I also drew some pictures for it, but I handed the story in with the pictures so I need to wait for after March Break (and when my dad tells me how my scanner works...).
Once I got to the middle of it at page five, I realised it couldn't be really long, so it's ten pages! Heh...

Always Be Together

You know, it's about time that there's a friendship song! There's barely any songs that are like that these days until this one. Sad, isn't it? Hence the title, this is named after the fourth song from Little Mix's debut album, DNA. Anyway, not only is this my first song fanfiction of 2013, it's also the first songfic that contains a Little Mix song and the first song fanfic that is set in the old-school PlayStation game, Croc: Legend of the Gobbos, which is released in 1997. This song fanfiction will reveal how Croc really feels about being left all alone and being forced to be separated from his adoptive family and friends, the Gobbos and King Rufus (his adoptive father). As the song fanfiction progressed, Croc, Beany the Bird, King Rufus and the Gobbos are thinking fondly of each other and wondering how they are doing right now, not to mention worrying for their safety.

If you're wondering about the unnamed island Croc and Beany were previously at, at the beginning of the song fanfiction... well, remember the password screen in the PlayStation version where it showed silhouettes of Croc and Beany near a tall tree and there were a few islands in the horizon as well as a breathtakingly beautiful sunset? That's where they were. I've heard that this screen has been used as the Game Over screen in a different version of the game.

This song fanfiction takes place after Baron Dante and his goons have already seized control of the Gobbo Archipelago, captured most of the Gobbos and imprisoned them in smash boxes and cages, transforming weak, normal creatures into monsters to do his evil bidding and ordered his minions to patrol all over the five islands.

I tried to get Croc in character and getting his personality to stay true to the game. That's why he shouts and makes a couple of noises every now and then whenever he executes his stomp and tailwhip attacks in this song fanfiction. I'm sure you can recognise any of his yells and phrases that were included in the song fanfiction. I would have described the textures of the walls of the scenery and the rest of the environment of the worlds and levels but it's difficult to describe them and remember them from memory. Sure, I've been playing this game lately when I'm not busy with my university assignments but I can't always remember everything, y'know.

I've noticed that the game never revealed how he really feels about being split up from his companions and his adoptive family against his will so I decided to include this in the story. In the instruction manual (I still have it after all these years), it mentions about him sniffing which could indicate that he is sobbing to himself. It also says that he could easily imagine what it is like be alone and when he felt out of place in the Gobbo Valley before the invasion occurred which made him felt more alone than ever before.

To be honest, I never put that much thought into their emotions when it comes to this game until I listened to Little Mix's "Always Be Together" over and over again on Youtube and on my MP3 player. When I listened to the lyrics carefully, that's when a storyline clicked into my mind and that's when I knew that this tearjerking, heartwarming and meaningful song actually sums up their neverending friendship.

As usual the parts and paragraphs fit with the lyrics like for example: the lyrics, "And just stand high and tall", "Make sure you give your all", "And if you ever fall", "Know that I’m right here", fits with Croc's childhood where King Rufus and the Gobbos teach him how to walk which he failed mismerably at.

Unfortunately, this is my last fanfiction and song fanfiction for now 'cause I'm still occupied with my university assignments. I think the only time when I'm not busy is when I return from Hong Kong in the summer.

Along the way, the crusading crocodile learns the true value and meaning of friendship and how much they mean to him as his friends and a family.
