It was a fun summer though... alot of training, biking and going to the gym...
I was supposed to practise my drawing more this summer I had promised myself... and I guess some was done... but I just needed the time to relax...

And then this august I went to Cyprus and meet with my angel Elena... I love you so much hun... and that week was the best in my life... Sigh I could have stayed there forever...

And then it was back to harsh reality... Moving all my stuff 700 km to another town... start uni, studying to get a masters degree in computers... Can I point out that it is hard and time consuming? >.< So I dont get much done, although I did manage to draw a picture... my best one yet... Although I really wish i had the time to do this more often =/

Oh well...

Little by little I hope to get back into the community... it was DA that made me wanna make wallpapers and learn to draw... and it was through DA that I met Elena, my one true love.... I love you so!

Ah, springs here. My heart has bounced far away and I miss it... Although I know it haves a better time where it is now 1,5 month left of school then the big oblivion that is summer holidays begin. I have nothing left to do in school it feels like all is completed. Uni begins this fall and I will move father north, closer to all the snow and polarbears there is.

So I have alot of spare time on my hands, submited a wallpaper (holy crap...) and I'm satisfied, although they all feel empty without any anime in them... sigh...

I haven't given up on my drawing practise, I'll have one submitted sometime this week, crappy as it is Damn anyone else have such much more skills than little me...

I haven't been active on DA much lately, two reasons; I have just have spring break (that's really nice, schools a though mistress...) and the second is that I am not quite interested in doing wallpapers for the moment. I still continue to practice my drawings but since I made a break during my holidays it just feels like my accuired skills have decreased... which is really though... I made some good ( in my opinion ) drawing before my springbreak but I just don't seem to be able to do the same... argh!

So the DA 'witchhunt' on us cut 'n pasters has fanilly reached me... I knew that some of my devitations would sooner or later be removed so I wasn't to disturbed except for one thing...
On one of my removed devitations permssion had been obtained by the original artist but it seems like DA just don't take the time to actually check if a work is indeed 'legal'. It was a mistake but it did indeed piss me off more than that my other devitations had been removed. Plese do take your time to check next time, smacktards...

A other things that been buggered me is that this 'copyright' rule/law seems to apply on only images not on characters... fanart seems to have been completley spared... Isn't there copyright on anime/manga characters aswell? Perhaps there would be a even bigger fuzz if devitations that you actually drawn yourself would be removed 'cause it contains characters from a anime and/or manga. If fanart is a exception from the rule then I am indeed pissed becuase I see the whole wallpaper thing as fanart myself... hmpf... enough of me ranting...

Due to the colored version of dragon I understand that I really want to improve in coloring. That dragon was the first art I have EVER colored and I thought it was fun even when I couldn't get it to look that good. It took me 4 days to color it, to compare with my wallpapers that take 2-5 hrs to make. My recent wallpaper sumbmission with Beyonce K. took me about 1,5 hrs. My point is that I want to know if anyone is interested about letting me color a sketch that you have done, not to make it look good (I have a bit left to that...) but to let me get experience in it.

I can understand why DA do this, legal reasons and all. One half of me support them, the other half is outraged... that is if I had any emotions left, which I don't...

I have edited all my old wallpapers under new sections becuase I don't want to lose them or their comments, and I really don't watn to submitt them to in my opinion, crappy sites as [link] It's a fact that DA is the best resource for web art out there but these new rules, no, laws makes life more difficult for people like me who has no talent whatsoever to submitt their work. Ofcource from now on I will try to get permission, I have tried it before and I have had no big problems yet but it's quite a effort really...

Three things will come out of this

1. People will leave DA, although I won't give up that easy...

2. The abstract section will gain a HUGE amount of new submissions

3. Hopefully this will encourage more collabs between deviants, which in my opinion DA is all about!

So DA staff, I thank you and curse you, although I know that this hopefully is all for the better.

It's a Star Wars RPG and it's awesome. Finished it yesterday after 32h of play. My character was a jedi that feel waaay into the dark side, and his name? Lobsang Ludd, now called Darth Lobsang over the galaxy. Not that scary perhaps but he's more evil than a... a... well something really evil. If you haven't played it, then do it!

2 weeks to Christmas, time to start to think about some x-mas wallpapers then. If anyone's interested I will think about doing some more tutorials, sharing a few tricks that I have come up with.
