hey all, i am back from my long summer break away from DA. i am working on a new website version, a couple of them actually, and so that will be my first new thing. i cleaned up my hdd, and all of that art will be organized soon, hopefully i will finish some things up. other than that, i am going ot treat this year in school as if its just a year to do whatever i want to in a studio and completely ignore my profs so i can get a portfolio built and make some cool stuff that i want to do.

summer was good, work was good, and the only other thing that i have to say is never rent a house, only buy. that way, if a landlord somewhere goes insane, you will still have a place to live.

deviant art is a small shallow distant crappy piece of the marvelousness that it once was... very sad and loserly.

i guess i have finally reached the point where i dont expect anything from this site other than to accept my art that nobody sees ( tho i have accepted that nobody sees it for years, th new part of acceptance is that this place really has turned into crap... no admin attention, slow and laggy and glitchy again, too many people to be of any use... etc )

YAY! I SPENT MY large, rare amount of MONEY ON A PRINTS ACCOUNT! IM SO HAPPY! I HOPE SOMEONE BUYS STUFF!

next up on the list of problems is the fact that my financial aid money has not yet come and they are changing the layout of the online system so i can now no longer see what my expected award for the year is and what has been deposited and the internet is going so slowly that its not likely i would be able to even if i could.
third up is that i went into one of my classes today expecting that i would have a certain professor, but instead i learned that he is not teaching the class, another professor has taken his place. i wouldnt mind this so much if i didnt end up having to buy a new book take pop quizzes and have my first midterm less than a week into class because i didnt end up with the right teacher

deviations: 107. how many of those got favorites? (and i mean how many total favorites do i have, not how many pieces got favorites) 14. how many pageviews? 14584. how many deviation comments? 1934. how long on DA? one year three months. if i didnt have many people in real life who liked my art i would assume due to my pretty crappy stats that i am not a good artist. sigh. but i know better
