My tablet works great, I didnt have to replace my USB port at all, even though its just hanging there by a few teeth.

Well... I went through my closet after unpacking all of my things and I found my large stack of papers, I'm suprised just by how many things I have scan, outline and color on both Photoshop and Illustrator. I know one things for certain, I'm going to go through that long process when it comes to fanart. I feel confident when I outline stuff like that and yet I feel discouraged when I try something new and I'm running scared once more.

Shapiro is still in progress and there will be a wonderful journal entry that will have all my artwork in links like original, revised and maybe a few other added things.

I do have another deviantart account and I think I'll just throw all of my artwork that I've done for my past favorite characters there and just leave it as it were -- and I hope that no one will watch me on that account. It will be pointless, it'll be dead. I'm also thinking about opening another account for my new character or something like that. The 0pticon does not sound professional, so to speak and my dad thinks I should come up with a new name. Once I start school, I'll make a school account.

I want to be organized and not having everything thrown in spot. My technique is developing and I dont want it to interfere with past art styles that I've liked in that past. Sure they were easy, and any professional artist will see me as rookie but I'm not. I'm climbing up that ladder and using my style to get there.

Oi... that's alot huh? When I started college at KCC I did make a school account but I never got around to using it so it will be my garbage account. I dont want to fill this account with old stuff when I can leave it elsewhere to show improvement wise. And I think the school account I'll be making now will prove more useful then some emo-account name. Come to think of it, I'm -not- going to reveal two other accounts so it marks down to four accounts total.

I'd like to evolve my technique more and more when I find the time and read more tutorials on how to do certain things.

One thing that really bothers me is that I can't CG skin if my life depended on it! So... I'm still screwing around and hopefully I'll figure out. =kaede-chan was able to make skin look so life like and three-dimensional that I'm afraid to make a jump like that. First my eyes impoved, then my hair and soon my coloring impoved a bundance... but skin. =/ I dunno... I'll still look into, I have all sorts of tutorial saved on the computer so I can work on it late at night since my internet shuts off at a late hour.
The reason why I'm brung up skin is that I'm working on a Shapiro piece and that she infact has a skin like surface to her but its fur and I dont want to use my fur technique on her since she's smooth like velvet.
AURGH -rips out hair-

Anyway, in the past few days I've been posting up my recent project in the webcam feature since a friend of mine is doing that as well (I think that's clever - a teaser)

Well... my computer no longer recognizes my tablet on account that the USB port I had for it had a power surge? And the teeth in the inside of my USB port have been bent and a piece broke out. I take excellent care of my things (I really do, especially when it comes to my computer toys), but with this? I didn't expect it and I can't blame the movers for it since I packed my tablet and my computer myself. My scanner isn't recognized by the computer at the moment. Major bummer. So talk about a huge delay with my uploading.

I'm still doodling around... After realizing how long Updates 8 is, I'm sure I can get it all done by May of 2006 and take a break...

I wont be uploading all through October, since I'm pretty busy this month.
I've all ready missed new Avatar: The Last Airbender episodes. AURRGH!!! So now I'm relying on my clubs for information and the Avatar-fanartists on deviantart (cause they draw fanart from the episodes). You know I dont mind spoilers, alot of shows and movies that I've seen were spoiled for me by friends and people on the internet but the thing about that is -- I'm still interested in watching them. Now that I know just on good it is. Eheheh.. I still dont support Katara and Aang, forever Katara and Zuko ^o^

In November, I will be uploading new artwork, from the huge stack of papers I found a few months ago during my winter semester at KCC. There's over one hundred pictures to color. YAY!! And I'll be busy coloring my friends Naruto fanart, cause he's really nice and keeps me company on mypsace and on AIM. You know I like fanart, I use to draw alot of it while in high school and now I'm just too shy to scan, color and upload on here because the style is very different.

I'm switching schools next year, and I'll be probably studying into the culinary arts (I love cooking more than doing CG stuff)

A nasty trojan entered my computer a few days ago, and I guess I deserved it for leaving my firewall down that day. The next morning, my computer was wiped clean (ALL except my G and H drives )


SO... what does this mean?


I'm going to be very behind! I dont know if I was or wasn't.. Updates [7] will be updated if there is any progress in a different journal entry.

The artwork that I was working on has vanished, including my update for my artwork of "Shapiro all Jazzed up" and yes I had a better version; not only that I had two almost completed artworks of Zombi and an inprogress of Ali the Magician. ;__;


This has been the second time it happened both times I had a nearly completed fanfiction to submit as well.

So I replied three times to this guy Farrier (he should be fired), he neglected my last email and so I decided to do the form thing. He responded to me once more (I was really hoping to get someone intelligent or knows how Furcadia works not how to fix the "minor" problems...)
So he responded to my form request and he totally neglected my error.txt stuff. The form said it was the most important part and he didn't read it.
Now I'm screwed... I honestly want Felorin to help not some newbie who uses the online techinical and support thing as a guideline.

The responses from there are soo slow... I waited an entire week for the first reply, half a week for the second... My characters will be expiring soon... I need portrait spaces.

If I'm not online in two weeks, could someone contact Felorin and tell him that buggehunters are not helping me at all with Furcadia and I want an expert.

I cant join forums because I didnt sign up on the game....

PLUS, my log folder on start menu is corrupted and my portrait sending utitlity from the Furcadia Tools folder vanished. That's really bad.

I wont be travelling to Vancouver anymore because of my stuck up arrogant bitch of friend wont visit me at all.
I'm really steamed up on it.
She wants to visit her family in HK, after she graduates college, which will be in a few years. So she wont visit me because of that. FUCK. My dad told me that she's not a good friend. I even offered to PAY FOR her fucking ticket... and get her because she's afraid to fly [9/11]. FOR three fucking years I was trying to pursway her to come see me.. BUT NO.
Fuck she can go to hell.. I'll make new friends when I move back to Canada.

I talked it over with alot my contacts and it appears that her answer was complete bullshit... so yeah.. she's not my friend anymore.

I'm down to one friend now in Vancouver.. and I got a definant "MAYBE" for a visit this summer. *crosses her fingers*

I found about 46+ drawings of Shapiro, after I rummaged around with my old note books from past classes (I didnt use them for notes ha ha)


There is a new clothing design for 0pticon but it wont be uploaded till I get all the old stuff taken care of

0pticon is a mongoose, I see mongooses every day at school... so um.. thats why she is what she is and I have this MUSTIE PRIDE too ^^ Always had since I joined Furcadia

The more I screw around with Photoshop, the more I get to know it, experimenting whenever I found the chance.... I took notice in "Shapiro - Dark Priestess?" that her hair doesnt look all that good compared to the new one I made of her - and yes she has a new style each time (laughs).

Thats a pretty big gap between June and August.

The people I was staying with loved me! ^_^
My friend moved sometime in July so I couldnt stay with her just yet, well. . not until she's settled in.

When I was staying with my aunt and uncle, they took me to Nanimo to visit their friends and my uncle's brother. I had a pretty good time. . . Riding the ferry is one of the joys in life, its like being on a very cheap cruise ship. (I've been on one by the way, went to Alaska for a week! a year ago). After that I headed back to stay with my friend for a week and a half until my aunt and uncle came got me for another trip to Oregon. Oregon is prettty nice. Not sure if I would move there. . . I prefer Hawaii or being back in Vancouver again.
The Oregon Fair, was tonnes of fun. Lots of naked people. Tattoos. Costumes (I think they were) and things that I've been planning to buy BUT didn't
What I did buy were a pair of demon horns that glow in the dark, 12 American dollars! Cheap, yo.
After my trip to Oregon, I stayed with my family a bit longer and then I stayed with my friend for the remainder. I helped her family un pack, and I carried all the heavy boxes for them (me=strong)
My friend had to work while I stayed there, so I spent my mornings on her computer (sux) checking my mail and posting in my precious Yahoo! Groups. When the computer wasn't working, I was playing Kingdom Hearts. Suprisingly enough, I was just at the point to fight Ansem, and my trip was over. ^^

During my travels I did meet up with friends, I realised who I value the most so I pratically deleted every "friend" I had from High School and made a new account for my "real" friends. . . the ones from Hawaii and the selected few from my High School.

What else? Oh yeah. . . I am busy away working on my newest artwork, because of Shapiro's newest character design and the website I'm making for her for Furcadia, its a continous debate on whether or not I should I make her like the Mad Hatter from Angel Sanctuary (making her genderless) and why do I keep drawing my male characters muscular and NOT feminant? ;.; WHY?

Anyway. It is good to be back. I'll be checking my stalkers galleries and comment out the ying yang, favoritizing some.

I am on vacation, probably for a month, in beautiful British Columbia (thats in Canada by the way, and I am Canadian). The reason why I am there is because my passport is going to expire... and therefore I had to renew it. I am staying with family in the mean time till I can find where my friend has moved to and why my uncles computer is acting all funny on me. Furcadia will not connect to the internet, neither will MSN or YIM (iono why)

As for art updates, I will be posting some artworks of the new and improved Shapiro character. She will no longer be anthroporomorphic she will have more of a human quality to her, and I will seeking out "how draw anime" books that focus' on drawing males and females and how to draw the bodies more accurately. I can draw girls, but all my guy art no matter how "straight" or "macho" they look they kinda look gay (where my other alt will take over, my split persona ^^) So yeah, happy hunting to me.

I apologize for not posting anything new or different. I'd post photographs of where I live or friends blah blah blah but my dad "burrowed" my digital camera (phooey!~) and also I'm not a big fan of photography ^_^

I escape one hot state to enter a hot province, oh well, at least its not toooo hot here ha ha ha.

For Shapiro's new look, I have been going through this comic book I got for free (three issues 8, 21, 33 I think), its called "The First" its kinda cool on how this girl called Ingra has a really cool character design so I might use that and later on develop my own.. of course.
I drew my version on my flight to Vancouver, and its really good after I added the two sets of wings and changed the pose a bit.

As for ideas, after I draw a few other character designs for her, I will draw her with the people she's close friends with in Role Play and Out Of Character in Furcadia. Drawing her with her posse in "The Slave Pens" entrance, her lover Kinji and her bestest friend Zombi (I know I owe her together-ness OR a loyatly piccie) and start working on my requests (not commisions) and some portraits. And I might make a dream and portraits to go with it (only an idea)

I'm kinda like that when I'm role playing, unfortonately real life sneaks up on you and suddenly my characters acts the way I feel.

Shapiro is suicidal all of sudden, pissed off at the world wanting to end it all.

While my other (he who remains unknown) is pissed off that his lover isnt around after complaining.

Its not my fault that I got wrapped on another game. my computer having connection problems to the internet or that my character files were deleted.


Anyway. Im depressed too. My brothers girlfriend is visiting us, and she hasnt done a thing with me (shes my age and I went to high school with her). This is great. She always bored. So now what? My mom told me to entertain her.. but how?!

I offered to go to the mall with her. Take her to the beach. Take her someplace that my brother hasnt taken her.

Feckle.

On other news, I did pass Engish and Math. English "A", Math a "C+" and Digital Art Class a "B"

Yay me. Yay Shapiro.

I cant wait for Good Friday, what a great way to celebrate a birthday.. I guess I am one of those lucky ones to have an extended break... Good Friday weekened and like Easter comes up... presents and eggs what a great combo.

I received two early presents, I got cable for my computer from my dad.. I dont remember if I mentioned it. But I have cable - wireless and its uber good. Another present I got but didnt receive was this beautiful catholic cross that my mum got for me I cant remember wear Europe I think... buts super nice.. theres an iscription in it too to help cheer me up.

Ok to the Christmas part.

You know the movie "Home Alone"? One of the Christmas songs from that movie is always stuck in my head and wont ever leave. Download "Carol of the Bells" it doesn't matter as to who made or re-made the song just download it... I'm always humming it.

My home is never festive around this time and its always my job to bring out the decorations, decorate the house, put together the fake tree (we cant buy real ones in Hawaii as they're hazard here.. you know fires and stuff since they're so dry) and decorate the thing.. and of course I get trouble for putting the decorations in the wrong spots -.-

There are a few others who role play "angel's" but aren't really angels, bloody excuse for the triwings and classics -.-. How about people who know nothing about Christianity, the stories of the angels and of the daemons... I mean I came across a guy who was role playing Satan or Lucifer to be more exact, the lord of hell right? Well this guy knew nothing and here my character (Xavier M.H) was so bloody puzzled. Xavier is really smart on stuff like that but confused on several different levels... but still

Which reminds me, Xavier, my character has become the Mad Hatter from both Angel Sanctuary and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.. combo-cross/over thing. Which is cool.

I might draw her and scan her images eventually I kinda like her and her mousie-ness. There's a screenshot of her on my gallery, I wish I had a portrait and portrait space and maybe some butters or classics to go with it for show or to make her Madame Butterfly as some sites have nicknamed Belial from Angel Sanctuary.

Sylia is quiet interesting, she seems to act more-more and like her mother and her tempermant is like her fathers, she's still an evil bitch but kinda in a sweet way. I like how she runs away when things go weird or her making excuses about not going through with it. heh-heh.. like sex or relationships, I really wanted to ask my best buddy from back home on whether we should hook her up with Aiilika's older brother Dominiiquex or the other ones... maybe Xavier will get his chance

Anyway, I met a few people, Aiikari (Aiilika and Cage's daughter), even Aiilika! Which was interesting... too bad Cale's like old.. he's almost 60

Sylia also met a lord who knew of her family but he disappeared, twit didnt even add me on any of the messanger addies I gave him.

Over time Sylia met a man named Meren, sweet guy he is, fell in love her the moment they met..

Which reminds I gotta make a dream for all this... since Ive gotten better and with the patches I have now I can do no wrong!
