I'm so bad at updates. I really should focus more on this comic. *sigh*

Anywho. The reason? I wanted to get a couple of collabs out of the way, plus commissions, and I'm really working hard on a contest entry (which is also a comic).

I have really been mapping out a different story even before KON. This is one I've always kept close to my heart. It's about sky-pirates. This one WILL be computoned. And take place in an alternate reality with flying ships and other shiny metal objects.

I will post some of my designs (old designs) of the main character and mayhaps you can tell me what direction I could go in.

Should I stick with The Knight of Nightmares or put that in purgatory for a bit and have some fun drawning a sky-pirate based comic which I think people might be more intrigued by.

Sorry I don't think there will be a page of KON this week becasue I have so many prior obligations and I will not have a computer for the next two weeks. Mayhaps I could beg my roommate to borrow hers.

The Rules of this Tagging Game:

The 1st player of this "game" starts with the topic "6 weird habits/facts/dislikes about yourself" and people who get tagged must write in their journals about their 6 weird habits/facts/dislikes as well as state this rule clearly.

In the end, you need to choose the next 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says "you're tagged" in their deviant page comments and tell them to read yours.

-I'm not very good at video games. I own many but have only ever beaten one. =_=; yes, it's pathetic.

In the recent aftermath of the incident at Veriginia Tech, if you haven't already, I think it is time to reflect. This was serious. In all reality, all of us are hopefully future college bound students (if not already attending or graduated). Think about all those parents who never got that phone call from their children. Think about those young people who baracaded the doors of their classroom and saved the lives of fellow students. Think about those students who were injured jumping out of windows in panic. Think about those seniors who, about to graduate, were cut down.

There was heroism, but there was also tragedy. It's amazing how these tragedies bring people closer together. This is my way of reaching out. I actually knew some students who have applied to Virginia Tech and some who are probably already there. I may not have known any of the victims personally, but that won't stop me from giving my condolences.

So, in remeberance, remember to wear VT colors tomorrow. Wear the maroon and orange in support of those who are affected personally by this incident. You may not have been personally affected, but doing so will be your way of reaching out to the parents, students, friends, and all others.

Lastly, the media and news have somewhat blamed the president of the university and the campus police for their lack of preparedness. In all reality, in a tragedy such as this, there is no true way to avoid or stop something as psychotic and premedatative as this event. So in all reality, we have no one to blame but the killer.

That is all I really have to say.

Currently I am trying to start a little webcomic on deviant. From the title of the journal, one could probably guess that it is entitled The Knight of Nightmares.

OH-ho! If it fools you, it is not about Knights at all. The very watered down version of the description is that there is a holy organization (exorcists, witch hunters, etc.) who are after a rival organization (demons, witches, poltergiests, other not so great entities) because af their recent attacks on the holy organization members. Since I haven't even begun the comic, I'm afraid I cannot reveal anymore until the time comes when you have read it. So it would be nice if you did stop for a minute and read.

Even though, it is not my first posted webcomic, please forgive any rocky-ness in the story or occasional wierd-ness in the art. It's only natural for a novice manga-ka.
