Well I used apophysis for the design around flower and Paint Shop Pro X2 for layering in the flower. You'd be able to do the same sorta thing with the programs you use though. Well with the inclusion of Apophysis



You need either
(A) A flashcart for your DS: Google "M3 DS Real", "R4 DS", etc.
or
(B) A Nintendo DS emulator. Google "no$gba"
Then you just download whatever homebrew app(s) you want, and load them on your SD card or open them in your emulator.
