And it's not working.

I just can't get it to work. Can't even get it to safe mode.

I've been wanting a new computer anyways, but it's not just that simple to get one. Hopefully, maybe, we'll get one on Black Friday, but that'll mean it's a dual birthday/Christmas present for me, meaning I won't be getting much else for the holidays.

Including that new iPod Touch I was most likely going to get for my birthday...

And I'm just...breaking down here. I need money, but everywhere I've applied to hasn't hired me, and my parents keep saying that I just need to try more.

THAT DOESN'T WORK IF THEY JUST AREN'T ACCEPTING YOU.

I also have student fees coming up, and I think I have just enough in the bank to pay for them, but I also still have to pay for car insurance, plus books next semester.

I don't have that money, and I'm honestly not entirely sure if my parents will pay for any of that.

And then, my sister, who I love, is in Chicago for her college and costing us way more then I am, even including car insurance for me, but she doesn't seem to be as expected to find a job, even though she made a 100 dollar cell phone bill!

I just feel like I'm expected to be able to handle everything, to get a job and pay for all that I need, when I just can't. I just can't find a job, everywhere I've applied to so far has said 'no.'

Maybe I'll get some money from relatives for my birthday, but I won't be able to spend it on just something fun that I might want (like a new iPod), I'll have to put that money to school stuff...

It just doesn't feel right to me that my sister gets all this stuff paid for (heck, she got a new computer for going to college.) Not as an early Christmas gift or birthday. Just, she was going to college, and she'd need it.

What did I get for going to college? Nothing. I got my computer for a birthday/Christmas present before hand.

And she's costing them a heck of a lot more then I am!

So I'm just breaking down here, close to screaming at someone if something else happens, and not really feeling all to thankful at the moment.

I'm going to go to sleep, and hope that maybe it'll all work out somehow. Maybe I'll confront my parents about it...

Why? I don't know, I feel like ranting.

So, anyways, I've been getting major thinking/writing inspiration for my original characters. From my last count, I have twenty-eight characters that are completely my own.

A couple still need names...XD

Though...For a while now, I've just stalled out on my fan fic writing...Sonic has begun to allude me. I really don't want to drop the Chaotic storyline(s), considering how much effort I've put into them, along with the 'Shadow and Omega: Take A Road Trip' but I just keep staring at the screen blankly when I try to work on them, even though I know more or less what I want to do.

Maybe I should play some Sonic...Haven't played a Sonic game in a bit.

SK&WS wise, I still have a bunch of stories I want to finish before I finally unveil OVERRUN, which I hope people will like and think is awesome.

The next story for SK&WS I'm working on revolves around TS as he tries to lead his fellow Apprentices out of Sama's pocket!

There's also more, but that's secret!

Also, on the topic of original characters again, I'm having a lot of fun using them in the SRB RP, like Reach For The Stars and a couple in Spirit and Steam, plus Ethan in The Island.

Plus, I don't know why, but my characters and CR's keep seeming to hook up. XD

Granted, the Jason and Erin thing was because she was playing him...XD

I don't know why. I just like pens.

SO...There's this store I pass every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on my way from the bus to my Chemistry class. It's a store for drawing stuff, mostly.

Today, I finally checked it out.

I walked out with a 11x14 Drawing pad with 100 sheets, two pens, a Sharpie, some graphite for my pencil, and a kneaded rubber eraser.

Thankfully my mom had given me money for watching the dogs this weekend, so I had plenty of money for it. XD

So, at some point in time when I get home, most likely, I'm going to be trying to draw with this new sketch pad and stuff. Hopefully make some neat things!

Also, this Wednesday is this Veteran's Day! If you know a veteran, thank them, and give them a hug! Unless that'd be weird. XD

Am I happy? No, not from a long shot. I'm depressed, angry, and worried.

She was my first girlfriend. She was my first kiss.

I suppose, in the end, we just have different ideas over what a boyfriend and a girlfriend are suppose to be.

For me...anything short of close family is less important. If she needs me, I'll be there. If something happened to change our plans, I'd make damn well sure she knew.

For my Ex? Apparently, that isn't true.

Am I angry at her? Honestly, yes. Will I do anything about it? No.

Hate should not beget hate. She may make me the villain in her side of things, but I plan on moving on.

I'm going to go ahead in my life. Try stuff out. Try and write more. I've been needing to update my fics as it is, along with the 'Age of Supers' thing on DA here, and a new SK&WS.

And finally, I'd like to thank all of you at the SRB, and the former member, my friend Avenger, for all your support. I truly appreciate it, and I'm glad you people were there when I needed it.

So for now...I'm going to move on.

And hopefully beat my dad at Wii Bowling.

One of them snapped on me, and now the second one seems to have fried. My dad's trying to fix it, actually, and I hope he does.

But, it's quite likely that means I won't be able to use my computer anymore.

Thankfully, it has full energy, so I have enough power to transfer everything if worse comes to worse. (I'm on the family computer at the moment, so you know.)

I can still use the computers at school, and probably this one at night sometimes. But I won't be on Skype or MSN for a bit.

I don't know what the chances are of getting a new computer. Probably very slim...Unless I get a job...Then I can pay my parents for one over installments.

So you guys know...

So...yah...things burnt out, it seems...So, no more of my own computer for now.

On the plus side, I really don't have any essays this semester, and all my documents are on my portable USB Drive...

My thoughts are a lot different then most of the other people who do read my journals here, and it's like just two different ways of thinking.

I do have some serious problems with religion. I can see why someone would be religious, but for myself? It just doesn't make sense to me. And I know the people here don't fall under the things I really dislike about it, which I find nice. Gives me hope.

But everyone's different, so it's natural that we all don't think alike. If we did, the world would be a horribly boring place.

I like science. I find that the fact the natural world works like it does fascinating. I want to know how it works. For me, accepting the reason, “a miracle” just doesn't work. And yes, there are things science can't currently explain. But we couldn't explain how a lot of things worked, but science doesn't go, “Okay, we can't explain it, this must be the work of something we can't explain.” It goes, “Okay, we can't explain it right now. Here's how it might work, and we can come back to it once we can experiment better.”

For example, on why gravity is weak. There are a few theories out there, but science can't explain it right now. Once the Large Hadron Collider is up and running, we'll get closer to that answer.

Am I right? Heck if I know. Why I might believe there is no God, doesn't mean I think we're just a random firing of neurons in a meat suit. I think we have something more then just the sum of our parts. I do believe in the soul.

I just don't think a god created them. We as a species are all connected to each other, and we have to help each other out.

So why many of us disagree over things, there is the still undeniable fact we're all in this together, no matter the outcome.

Going from my philosophy class to the bus, I noticed a crowd in the Free Speech area of my college. Who was there?

A small group of extreme Christians were there, arguing that, “if you don’t believe in exactly what we say, you’re a sinner and are going to go to Hell.”

Normally I’d stop to listen, and probably argue some, but I needed to catch the bus.

I missed the bus, seeing it drive off as I ran to it, to late.

So, I returned to the Free Speech Area to listen, moving to a slightly smaller group.

Now, most of the arguing was not taking place between Christians and non-Christians, but rather the extreme ones, and moderate ones.

That helped me think better of humanity, honestly.

I didn’t argue at all. I wanted to, but I just never got a chance. I saw a lot of logical flaws in their (the extreme ones) arguments.

I left when it started to just become a shouting match.

And of course, in my philosophy class, we had been talking about God and paradoxes, so my mind was on this stuff.

I am an atheist. Or, as Douglas Adams says, ‘a radical atheist.’ Simply to the fact I really don’t think there’s a god. I’ve thought about it, and most of the arguments I’ve seen for God are either logically flawed, or also require then to believe in a number of things, like Bigfoot, fairies, leprechauns, etc.

For example, one famous argument for the existence of God is that “Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.”

Saying that even though we have no definite proof of God, doesn’t mean God doesn’t exist.

But by that reasoning, you can use that to prove fairies exist. Or unicorns. Any number of things like that.

Absence of evidence is evidence of absence. If you can’t show something is/was there, then it wasn’t.

Heck, that’s the basis for our court systems almost. If you can’t prove that a suspect wasn’t where you claim they were, then they weren’t there. Absence of evidence is evidence of absence.

Does that mean believing in God is illogical? Well, yes. But that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad thing.

Belief can provide comfort and hope, things we as humans need for survival. I find comfort in hope in the fact there’s no God. It makes me think that we are the masters of our own fate, and that it is up to us, not some superior being pulling the strings and watching us go.

But I’m human, I can empathasize. I know people find comfort in believing there is a big plan, that there’s something more then just the sum of our parts.

I suppose, it comes down to who one believes writes their lives. Is it God? Or is it themselves? Who is in control?

These are the questions we ask. And who's right? Well, we won't know until we're dead. And even then, we still might not.

Samuel Hawkins

1. I wanted a English sounding name, and with the initials ‘S.H.’ (For Super Hero.
2. A movie about this family that became immortal after drinking this certain water. It got me thinking about super heroes of like the past, or something, and then about an invulnerable hero, and that being their only power. No super strength, flight, etc. Just, invulnerability, and carried a bit to the extreme.
3. First he was placed back in the 1850s during the Mexican-American War, until he was retooled to be modern day. His name stayed the same, and his backstory shifted around slightly, such as the fact I decided his mother would be dead.
4. He works at a book store.

Ethan Vire

1. I wanted an evilish sounding name with the initials ‘E.V.’ (For Evil Villain.)
2. I needed an antithesis to Samuel. He has super strength, being able to destroy most anything, in opposition to Samuel, who can block anything.
3. At first he was a pretty 2 dimensional character, just someone for Samuel to fight, but as I worked on him, he grew and developed, and now I’d be willing to argue he’s just as much as the main character in the book starring Samuel as Samuel is.
4. He majored in Economics, but is a science enthusiast, having a minor in Biology.

Don Gallic

1. Gallic was something I heard somewhere, and thought it was a good name for a villain. ‘Don’ means ‘King’ and since he’s the C.E.O. of a large company, and evil, thought it fit.
2. Revelations. The Beast with Seven Heads and Ten Horns.
3. Developing what powers he has, his backstory, and what exactly he does has been changed some, but not to much since his original conception.
4. He’s more or less asexual. Just doesn’t care for that stuff.

Edda Adwr

1. Edda is a series of adventures, and Adwr means coward. So his name is basically the adventures of a coward.
2. I wanted to make a ‘hero’ character who was a coward, plus, a normal person (ability wise).
3. His original last name was ‘Rince’ or ‘Rin’ depending. And he’s been tweaked to be less of a coward, and more of just a realist. He’s gotten an expanding cast with him.
4. He’s a fast runner, due to all the experience he has.

Paul Lie

1. It sounds like ‘arler’ which is French for ‘To Speak.’ And he’s mute.
2. Irony. XD He’s a mute character with the Power of Words. Also, as a friend for Edda.
3. He was originally adopted, but not anymore.
4. He’s incredibly gifted at languages, able to understand and decipher a number of them.

Samantha Adwr

1. She’s actually Samuel’s daughter (he doesn’t know this), so her first name was given by her mother in tribute to her father, and the last name because Edda’s family adopted her. She’s Edda’s younger sister by adoption.
2. To continue on the Invulernable vs. Super Strength fight. And drama. Oh the drama.
3. Not to much, actually.
4. She’s half Egyptian on her mother’s side, and then English/Russian on her father’s.

Maize Sylvan/Vire

1. She was originally a Saiyan character, hence named after a vegetable. Maize is corn, for those who don’t know. And Sylvan is her mother’s maiden name (her mother divorced Ethan before she was born, and both of them knew she was pregnant).
2. She was an older character of mine ported into the original stories, plus it helps for Ethan’s inevitable return…
3. From the Saiyan character to human, she’s obviously lost all the powers except for super strength of course. And now she’s being retooled to turn into a villain…Much like her father.
4. She’s not as strong as her father yet, but she will be.

Galv

1. Another older port! His name comes from the word ‘Galvanize’ which is producing electricity through chemical means! And since he creates and manipulates electricity…
2. As said earlier, another ported character. And I wanted to see a hero character with electrical powers. Don’t see those to often.
3. No, in nine hours, we leave to bring my sister to the airport. My sister who's only a year and half younger then me, who I don't even remember not having, is going.

She's leaving. Going to college, out of state.

I still haven't been able to really figure that out. She's going to be gone. Gone.

Sure, she'll be back for Christmas, and most likely next summer, but still. She's leaving the house. Moving out.

I'm a protective older brother. It'll be strange with her in a different place, and I can't be there to protect her. Not that she needs it, but, well, it's hard to explain.

I think I know what I'm going to say to her last, my last, hopefully good, thing, before she goes to the plane.

It's a defining moment for my family. She'll be the first one to really leave the nest.

For now, I can only wish her luck.

I have an idea I'd really like to try doing.

I was messing around with my microphone, and started recording random stuff. Then, I decided, let's actually try and record something.

So I did.

I ended up recording the first chapter of Shadow and Omega: Quest For A House.

I even did the voices.

As it is, I'm thinking I'd like to try and turn the story into a video thing. However, it would be with stills.

Yo! I should update my journal more often.

And like everyone else, I can't change my mood. Not feeling bitter now though.

Anyways, not to much to report.

One, I’m learning stick shift, and I have it down a lot better then when I started. I found the say all rule for driving stick as well, which is ‘When in doubt, engage the clutch!’

Two, things are going great with I’ve gotten her into Heroes some (Sylar is Eyebrow Man!), and I’m glad she’s a big Sonic fan like me.’

I still don’t have a job, sadly. No one’s really hiring. Bah. I’d like the money so I can buy some stuff, and take Meline out to the movies once or twice or something…

On the internet world, I finally updated Chaotic Relations and Shadow and Omega: Take A Road Trip.

On the original writing side, my dad seems to have galvanized himself into writing his own novel, an idea he’s had for a long time. I even saw his plans for it a long time ago. It’s not like my fantasy/sci-fiish stuff, a much more realistic thing, but he’s a darn good writer and storyteller, so I’m hoping he manages to finish it and gets it published.

With my stuff, I’ve been working on retooling things. Originally, I had some ideas that would end up combining aliens, demons, and what not, but, it’s getting to confusing, so I’m stripping the aliens thing, more or less, for my main stuff, and just keeping it to Earth, and have demons and angels.

Yes, angels too. But don’t expect them to be good guys though.

At least, not all of them. Some will be nice, as are some demons in my thing. Also some gods, but the only two that I have really for to much importance right now is The Trickster and Prometheus. As for some demons being good, well…If angels can fall, why can’t demons ascend?

Also working on what exactly the Elementals are.

On a random character basis, the crossover Galv/Melanie pairing that happened on the SRB actually made me step back and look at why I had Galv and Maize paired up in my thing. I honestly could not find any other reason besides ‘because.’

So, I’m thinking of having Maize become a villain. Not right off the bat, it’ll be a slow thing, I think. Her father is Ethan Vire…Who went crazy with power after finding out his super strength.

Though, I think I’m ranting now…Anyways, quiz time!

That’s all I ask for.

I have my license now, as I’ve said earlier. It’s nice having it. I need to find a job too.

My parents are good people, they are, but sometimes they frustrate the heck out of me.

I don’t ask them to often for money, or for something. At least, nothing expansive. Not seriously. They know this.

I appreciate getting a candy bar, a dollar fifty bag of gummy cherries or two here and there. On the big things, at least when all of us siblings are concerned, they’re usually good for giving us the money to, say, go to the movies, or as we did last Monday, to the fair.

But lately all I’ve been hearing is ‘get a job.’

And it’s driving me mad.

A lot of times my sisters will get presents, or something. Most notably shoes that they just don’t need. Usually they aren’t to expansive, only like fifteen dollars, or at least that’s what I’ve been told.

I ask for fourteen dollars to get a caskette to MP3 player thing, so I can plug my iPod shuffle into the car and listen to it when driving, and I’m told to get a job.

I don’t ask for much. I never asked for much.

My sister who’s closes to me in age has always been something of my equal, but it’s becoming clear lately that this is not true.

Rachel wants money to go to lunch for her friends? Fine, she can have it.

I want some money to go to dinner with my girlfriend before prom? Alright, but you have to pay us back.

When I do ask for money or something, it tends to be more then what my sisters ask for. However, I ask for stuff a lot less then them. On the long run, I’d be less then them individually.

My sister and I get the same amount of allowance, but I’m always expected to be the responsible one. I’m the one who’s expected to be the adult.

My parents even know I’m more responsible. I do my work around the house. I don’t complain. I do more then any of my other siblings. I do work that no one else does.

All I want is some recognition for this work. Some gummy cherries more often then once every three months or more, when my sister gets these chillied mango things a lot more often.

When I turned 18, it was like I was expected to suddenly be an adult. Like I was suppose to take care of everything I might need.

My student fees need to be paid before then end of June. I told my dad this two weeks ago, and asked when we could do it. He never got back to me.

My mom asked me when, and got snippy when I told her, saying we needed to do this, when I had already asked about it to my dad and wanted to get it taken care of.

I go to the local university. I’m not costing my parents that much money. My sister goes to Chicago this September, for her college. She’ll end up costing a lot more. She’ll be getting a cell phone to keep in touch, along with something else for graduation.

I stay nearby, and I get a graduation present, and don’t get fifteen dollars here and there for something when I ask.

My sister leaves, gets a graduation present, a cell phone, and she gets little things here and there.

I’m told to get a job.

It frustrates the hell out of me.

Okay...Some big news here!

First off...I have a girlfriend! ^.^ Yay!

This is her! She's on DA! She's an awesome artist, and to you SRBers, I am trying to get her into Super Kimi and Wonder Sama and the Rapid Board.

Secondly...I'm no longer going to be a teacher.

I did a lot of thinking, and I decided that, I honestly did not want to teach. I like kids, and I like teaching the kids, but I'm not to keen on everything else that goes along with teaching.

I honestly hope to be a writer, so I've changed my major to English.

Lastly, it's finals week for me! I had my English final today (online), and have just three more. I finish the last one on Wednesday.

And, this Thursday...I'm taking my driving test for my license! Wish me luck!

I fell asleep on the bus home, nothing unusual. I tend to nap, and I always wake up in time to catch my stop.

Not today.

No, I missed my bus, and when I awoke, I was a place in my town I was not all to familiar with. Silly me thought I could walk back.

Let me say, everything looks familiar where I live.

So, I find the main road, and find a gas station. It has a pay phone, so I call home. It's my sister, and she informs me that my dad is going up and down that very road looking for me.

As soon as she tells me this, I turn my head and see the van coming up. My dad spotted me, and pulled in to take me home.

HOWEVER...That's not the biggest part.

When I got home, my sister had big news from me.

Apparently, a girl I've had something of a crush on for a few years, but haven't seen in a bit, also likes me, and my sister gave me her phone number to call her.

I did, and well...

I think I may have something of a girlfriend...I'm not sure. We're going to meet Saturday at a park.

So far, I'd have to say this week is starting well.

Well, I have a lot of free time here with Spring Break...I should use it to catch up on everyone's birthday I missed!

Fan Fiction Stuff

I'm working on the second chapter for Chaotic Relations and I need to update Shadow and Omega: Take A Road Trip as well...And I may or may not come up with another chapter for Chaotic Memories but I make no promises on that.

In addition, I have finally started some work on a Teen Titans fan fic that has been brewing in my head for a while. It'll involve a new Titans team. So far I have lined Danny Phantom (from Danny Phantom), Static (from Static Shock), Jenny Wakeman/XJ-9 (from My Life As A Teenage Robot), Violet Parr (from The Incredibles) and Raphael (from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) for the team of five.

Though, I'm not entirely sure on Raphael, to be honest...I'm still deliberating.

But, if he does make the cut, he'll end up, despite being the mutant turtle, the only one without powers, technically. XD

I also have an idea for, like a 'tween titans' or something. The team for them I developed is Jade Chan (Jackie Chan Adventures), Ben Tennyson (Ben 10), Dani Phantom (Danny Phantom), Omi (Xiaolin Showdown), and Micah Sanders (Heroes).

Though, I'm also on the fence of Omi, and Micah would be more of a port, since the Heroes universe isn't compatible with the others as much. And I think Micah would end up being the leader...

FINALLY...Avenger and I are int he works for a crossover of epic proportions.

The title...? Metal Gear Who: Sons of the Archangel.

It will rock your socks.

Spring Break!

I'm roughly in the middle of my Spring Break, so woot! I need to read a book, and should do some research on my Persuasive Speech, but the reading is easy, and I'm looking forward to my speech.

And since we're recording them, you people might expect me to put it on YouTube for all of you to watch at some point in time. Muhahahaha. Not telling you what it's about though.

Super Kimi and Wonder Sama

OVERRUN is currently scheduled for Fall/Winter of 2009, the big SK&WS story I've been building up for a while in my head, figuring out everything. Avenger has been a big help for bouncing off ideas and deliberating on what exactly is going to happen.

There are currently four big fights planned, including one that's been a very long time in the making.

GS and I are also currently working on a story, and I have an idea for a different story as well I've been fleshing out.

Of course, GS has been extremely busy with work at the moment, understandably. I still need a job, darn it!

But still, there is much awesome planned, from the little that I do know...Which, concerning GS's stuff, is not all that much compared to everyone else...XD

I started playing Kingdom Hearts, Re: Chain of Memories for the PS2 finally. I must say, it's much nicer then the Gameboy version. I haven't played very much through it, but it's fun, for sure.

First off!

My sister is fricken’ brilliant, you know that? Once again she’s pwned at the Academic Decathlon, having the highest score in the county, and she’s a National Merit Scholarship finalist, which as I’ve been told, is really hard to do, and looks really good to colleges.

So yah, I darn proud of my sister. Man, and she’ll be heading off somewhere to college this summer/fall…Darn it, I’m not use to her not being around! I am saddened…

College is going well. My Taekwondo class is pretty intense, but that’s good. Help get me in better shape. I’m not fat. I am ‘big’ sorta, but that’s because I’m tall as well. And today we’re suppose to find out of body fat percentage…Yahhhh…I may or may not be sharing that…XD

Of course, reminds me of a Simpsons line…

Also, in my English class, I am reading Twilight.

He gave us a list of novels we could choose from to read. I chose Twilight. Why? Because I feel like a hypocrite bashing it without having actually read it.

So far…It’s not good…There’s no struggle! No conflict! NO PLOT.

I mean, I almost think the book would be better without the vampires, or at least, if there was some external force acting here…Ugh…Not a good book…Of course, I’m the only one in the group reading this who thinks so…Common things I hear from there?

“Oh, you just have to read the whole book! It’s building up!”

“It gets better later, trust me!”

“You just don’t understand!”

Like hell I don’t…I’ve probably read three times as many books as anyone in the class, with the most likely exception of the teacher…

But yah, if a book doesn’t develop a plot/get better until over halfway into the book, it’s NOT a good book…

Probably because my group and I kicked butt and took names in Biology today. Did really well in our presentation, and we nailed it on the diagnostic for our ‘atient.’

ANYWAYS…Writing stuff!

I’ve been working some on SK&WS stuff, though the Musical is going exceptionally slow.

I’m not sure if I want to do entirely original stuff. (Which would take longer, but be somewhat fun, and like a series of poems, almost. People will just have to imagine the beat and what not. XD )

And hey...An idea! If you make something, for any character, send it to me! I only have a very loose plot. (Mostly them trying to figure out why everyone is singing.), so it can be about anything, really. I'll make sure to give credit and try to use it in the story. Make my job easier...XD

Or, perhaps, Weird Al songs. Like, take an actual song and change the lyrics around so it fits, and that way people can relate to how the tempo and what not is suppose to go.

There’s also the other option of just using songs, but I don’t want to do that.

I suppose I could combine the two other options…Hmmm…

I’m also working on “Lexrach’s Return.” Three guesses who makes an appearance here…The first two don’t count.

But seriously, it’ll involve the Custard people, the Sith Flan-I we know as CHoW and Wen-Wen…I mean Rowen, Crystal Rose, Vidit, and special appearances by Dani, Jack, and three other characters…Muhahaha? And those three others don’t include Spork’s sis, so I guess that means four other characters…XD…None of them new ones though, but one’s only been mentioned in passing before.

I’ve been working on this one like crazy. I might even finish it by today.

The second is one I talked to GS about. It involves a brand new villain, and…Well, you’ll just have to wait and find out!

Of course, there’s also OVERRUN, but that’s not going to be for a while. I’m serious there. Maybe, like a year? I don’t know, depends on a number of things, but I’ve been planning it out for a while now. It will be epic, and show a fight that’s been a long time in the making.

I have most of everything planned out, and been drafting various parts here and there as it’s fleshed out. Avenger knows, I talked to him a lot about it and what devious plans I have.

I'll give out some spoilers if people ask for them, but I won't tell everything. Except for Avenger, who knows like everything I have planned...XD

As for the Custard-I Misadventures, unless Avenger, Kxs, or someone else writes a thing for it first, their next little adventure is going bowling…And they find themselves competing against the Flan-I. Good times, good times.

Speaking of Custard…I’ve figured out the difference between the Light and Dark Side of Custard. After all, Flan has them, why not Custard?

The Dark Side of Custard.

To date, their have been no Sith Lords of Custard, but considering most of the Custard-I were wiped out during the Purges, this put a hamper on any Custard development.

Normally, Custard is used for Knowledge and Understanding, in order to grasp a concept and use it help empathy other people, to help them. In short, Custard can help one see from another’s point of view.

This is the Light Side, using any knowledge gained to be empathetic and aid in any way the Custard-I can.

But the Dark Side is a twisting of this. It is used to Understand and for Knowledge, but instead to see through someone else’s eyes, but to find weaknesses and faults, to grab at the weak points to destroy an enemy.

While the Dark Side can give a Custard-I an edge in battle, it will inevitably lead to their downfall. A Custard Sith will lose anyone he or she considered a friend, family, beginning to unconsciously see faults in everyone, their weaknesses, and not their good parts.

Continuing down this road, they start to see the faults in themselves, and go crazy from this, unable to fix themselves. After all, no one’s perfect.

Muhahaha. Evil is planned.

All of them are human, but all but Edda could be considered ‘evolved’ humans. Though, Galv is a genetic experiment.

Spork is 18, almost 19, since he’s based off of me. Jimi and Hammah are both two, beings clones.

Spork’s human, though he has a Heartless locked in his heart. Both Jimi and Hammah are technically human.

Hammah has one on Amelie, and Jimi has one on the fellow gender bent clone Dani Phantom.

Spork’s really only ‘friend’ would be Avenger, but he’ll get along with the good guys when needed, and he’s fought side by side with Rowen before. Of course, he’s really close to the clones, being like a dad to them.

Anyways, my lap top is busted still, as apperantly it would cost 500 + bucks to fix it...We bought it for about 550 dollars, so, we're just going to get a new one.

When? Not sure. Optimistically I may get one tomorrow. But, that's pretty unlikely.

Also, I routed around our old computer stuff, as the main computer only has one USB port in the front. The other one, for some reason, always turns the computer off if something is plugged into it, so it has some tape over it.

I found an adapter thing to have more in, and tried it...

After plugging both my SanDisk chip thingy I had my documents in, and my tablet, it was apperant that didn't work.

I found another one, which works, but guess what?

Now neither my tablet or my chip thing will respond. So that first thing seems to have screwed them over.

I had been working on a SK&WS Story (Lexrach's Return) and hoped to have it done before my family and I left for my gradma's this Wednesday for Thanksgiving. Now, that's not gonna happen, unless it starts working.

Also means I pretty much can't Photoshop anything, as I can not draw very well with a mouse. Frustrates me...

So, ugh...Not fun...

Some states have yet to be called. Like North Carolina. Obama has a lead, but it's still anyone's game there...Though, Obama already have the electoral points needed, and McCain conceded the election already.

BUT!...That's not the point. The point is the southern states that Obama will take. He has Florida and Virginia...Will he also get Crystal Rose's home state?

Though for some inane reason they haven't called Arizona and Georgia yet...Despite they're clearly McCain.

Now I want to know the more local stuff...But, that's not for a while. A few hours.

Anyways…some pretty bad news.

The screen on my lap top is pretty much…dead…Not working, unless it somehow fixes itself.

However, there are many computer labs on campus, meaning I’m not gone for good. And my family is going camping, leaving this Friday…Meaning I can probably hook my lap top to the screen of the computer that’s everyone’s, so I’ll back up my documents then, and be around a lot at the time.

But otherwise…Not so much.

It also sucks that my iPod ended up going through the washer…My SP has been busted for a while now…Ugh…But iPod’s seem to have some sort of self repair system, so it might end up fixing itself…Hopefully…I can’t even find one of my old tape/radio players to listen to…

I am going to get a new SP for birthday or Christmas…In, like a month.

Birthdays…I’ll use this weekend to catch up on everyone’s birthday gift I missed on the SRB…Ugh…Why did I wait so long? >.<

But this also means that I’ll have to use the computer time I can get to doing school work at school. So, that’ll cut down on my time.

I’ll still work on some writing stuff here and then, but don’t expect any artwork, sans this weekend when I will have the time and resources to do so.

BUT…a lot of places are looking for people for the holiday rush, and my parents seem to be willing to give me a ride to a job…So if I can get a job, even if only part-time, hopefully I’ll be able to scrounge up enough money for a new computer.

I’ll do some research and look for a good, durable lap top. I think I want to stay Windows though. I’m use to it, and makes it easier when I transfer my stuff, since my lap top still works, it’s just the screen.

College! Woot!

I can sign up for classes for the Spring Semester today! I have done so!

This is what I have.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:

11:00 - 11:50 -- Reading Literature for Future Teachers.
One of my 'core classes' in the ITC. We all actually have the same teacher here this semester for English.

1:00 - 1:50 -- Medieval and Early Modern Civilization
It's a class that I need to take, and it's a history class, so this should be a lot of fun. I really do like history a lot.

4:00 - 4:50 --Beginning TaeKwonDo
This is actually off campus, but it's only a ten to fifteen minute walk, and, as you can see, I have plenty of time to get there. And it's only Mondays and Wednesdays as well. Not on Fridays. I was going to have a Creative Writing Class that took this time on Wednesday, but apparently that would be to much for what I'm allowed to take.

Also, I'm taking Aikido this semester, which is a lot of fun. Plus, it'll help keep me somewhat active, and I'll learn some stuff. Obviously not going to get to be a master, but always good to know some.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays:

10:00 - 10:50 -- Speech Communication Fundamentals
Basically, we give speeches, which is something I can already do, so it should be easy.

12:30 - 1:45 --Temporal Concepts
I have no idea what this is about exactly, but it's one of the other 'core' classes I need and take with everyone else.

And just on Thursdays, from 11:00 - 11:50 -- K-12 Literacy Experience.
Last of the 'core' classes. I think we go into schools and read to kids, but I'm not entirely sure.

Next semester looks like it'll be a lot of fun.

It deals with a Californian issue though. But, it's still a big one...So, you've been warned.

Today, I bit the hand that feeds me, in a way.

This is the third time now that the Republican Club here on the college has had a free Bar-be-que today. Even though I am a Democrat, it didn't really matter, since they didn't care. As long as you were registered to vote.

Of course, I almost lost my appetite. One of the signs they had up was 'Support Prop 8. Protect Families.'

I asked them if they could give me a non religious, non fallacy filled reason to vote for it.

They couldn't give me one.

For those of you not in the know, here in California, Prop. 8 was made into being after activist judges on the California Supreme Court ruled that homosexuals could get married.

Prop. 8 wants to reverse that. Why?

One. The majority of Californias support this, and not gay marriage. This is a fallacy (which is defined as an error in reasoning). Just because the majority say so, doesn't mean it's right.

A good example? Racist policies in the south during the 60s and such. Same thing. Saying that 'activist judges' shouldn't take away what the majority demand.

Thusly, I can only conclude that if you support Prop. 8 for that reason, you must also support the racist polices that South had in place.

I should also point out their numbers come from about eight or so years ago, if I recall correctly. It's not a more recent one, so, it could go either way here.

Two. Protects families.

How does it protect 'families'? Are their views so narrow minded that anyone who is different from them must be wrong and evil?

I have never heard of an openly gay couple ever ruining a family. It's just insane. Using buzz words and hot topics to make people angry.

Three. What will come next?

While this isn't stated as much (but it pops up from time to time), is that if we allow homosexuals to marry, then what else will be legal next? Family members? Animals? Polygamy?

Once more, this is a fallacy, a slippery slope one. Again, a fallacy is defined as an error in reasoning.

Simply put, these things aren't going to happen because homosexuals can marry each other now.

Four. We are a Christian Nation, and the Bible says homosexuals are bad.

Now this really angers me.

One, we are NOT a Christian Nation. America was created as a secular nation. Their is a separation of church and state, and the Founding Fathers have several quotes which state that, America is not a Christian nation. That, it is in fact, a secular one.

Religious reasoning is not why things should be changed...

And I would like to state here that I am not anti-religion. I am not religious myself. Personally, I view religion as anything else man made. It can be used for Good or for Evil. It all depends on who has their hands on it.



Either way...The cheeseburger was good, and at least I spoke up...

It really does make me sick to my stomach.

I do not mean to offend anyone. This is simply a conclusion I have come to on my own, and is not intended to be used as a weapon against anything.

Everyone has the right to seek answers however they choose, answers to however things work for them. This is simply my way of thinking...

So, without further ado:

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately, concerning Life, the Universe, and Everything.

Contemplating my place in the universe, and what my existence means. Thinking over what I have learned and seen over my mere eighteen years of life.

I am a big supporter of logic and science. I see the supernatural not as true explanations, but good story ideas, maybe a way of thinking, but for me, it is not how I go about looking for answers.

In trying to find out the Why, I think, can be found by learning of the How. How we think can show us Why we think. At least, this is what I think.

And, well, I've come to a conclusion, concerning science, our position as humans, and my own.

A common argument against evolution is that it robs us of our specialness, our uniqueness in this world. That evolution makes us nothing more then intelligent apes.

To me, this is not the case. It suggests to me a different kind, a possibly better kind, of specialness.

Evolution is not the perfection of a species. It is not some force that brings species to a certain point. It is random mutations, that begin to accumulate into something new. Sometimes better adapted for the environment, sometimes, not.

By the very fact we are alive, that even our own species has risen is something that should awe us. Had things even been slightly different. Then we as a species could have easily never existed.

The very fact we have come to exist, that we are here, that we can think, reason, argue, debate how, or even if we are special tells us that, we are in fact, special.

Everyone is different. The history, the build up to each and every individual is unique. There are so many variables to our very existence that has to make one marvel that we are alive.

No Divine Creator is needed to validate our existence. The very fact we exist is validation enough. Life is wonderful in its own right. Our sentience a marvel of evolution.

I think, therefore, I am.

No God required.

Got the latest Sonic comic, #192. Pretty cool. Metal Scourge...Also makes me kinda want to sign up for Scourge in Vidit's 'Of Beast and Men' RP.

Anyways...They had some other Sonic comics there...

They had 'The Death Egg Saga' mini series, all three of them, dollar fifty each.

Had to buy those as well!

I think I want to do a SK&WS version of Romeo and Juliet for the contest...Except, well, where everyone doesn't die at the end. Seriously, ever seen/read the play? It's like everyone dies. You have to feel bad for Bonvolio. He loses both of his friends.

Hammah will play Romeo, and Amelia Juliet, since it kinda fits. Hammah's dad is The Spork, and Amelia is The Spoon's apprentice. See...SEE?!

Avenger would probably make a good Mercutio. Maybe Sama as Tybault? Though Sama isn't wound up like Tybault...

Enough of that for now. I also have something else I'd like to do, but not sure if I can complete it in time...Hmmm...Depends...Maybe I can change things around or something.

Anyways, I have been working on the Musical, but it's slow going for now, among other things. I may just end up putting it off and presenting it later.

My dad is actually a Politic Science teacher at a college, which is pretty cool. I'm actually typing this right now in his office.

My dad was also in the military, and in Intelligence, so he had to know what was going on around the world. He's pretty darn smart too.

So, my dad always made my sister and I think about important things, issues that affect both us here and abroad. I suppose I wanted to talk about a few things.

1. Drugs/Alcohol.

I'm all for keeping drugs that are crazy bad for you (like meth, cocaine, etc) illegal. But I'm for legalizing the drugs that aren't so bad, like marijuana. Keep it regulated by the government, have it taxed. If people want to mess themselves up, go ahead.

Yes, we could try to make things illegal, but many times that just worsens the problem. Let's take Prohibition for example. It did use to be illegal in America, and what happened? Speak-Easies. People brewing beer in their bathtubs to sell.

People will still drink and do drugs, but if's it regulated, moderated, it's better. A person is less likely to accidentally overdose if the instructions and dose size are on the bottle, then when secretly handed to them in a plastic bag, or however the drug is dispersed. Or the drugs that are injected. Better to have clean needles that have been sterilized, then dirty ones which could have who knows what on them.

Gun Control.

This is actually one of the issues I side more with the Republicans. If you make guns illegal, then only criminals will have guns (except, of course, police I suppose).

It is horrible when a child accidentally shoots themselves or someone else when they stumble across a parent's gun. However, these are almost always handguns as the culprits. A kid is not going to accidentally shoot someone or themselves with an M-16.

Also, it does in fact help prevent crime. Australia has incredibly tough gun laws, and instead of crime going down, it actually went up after that law was passed.

Think about it. Is someone going to be more likely to rob a store or someone, when the person they're robbing might have a gun? Probably not.

Immigration.

This country was made from immigrants. Bring us your poor, your yearning, your huddled masses. Americans are a melting pot, to borrow the School House Rock reference.

The first generation of immigrants may never fully assimilate, but the second does a lot more, and by the third, they are complete and utter Americans.

While we may not intermingle through martial relations, we still, as a people, end up having the same basic ideals.

Terrorism/Combatting it.

How do we stop terrorists? Pie.

I'm serious.

The American way of life, for the most part, is good. Because of America, the world has things like McDonalds, Coca-Cola, and all that sort of stuff you find all over the world.

You can not have democracy at the point of a gun. As soon as the gun is gone, things fall apart.

But, the allure of being rich, of having apple pie with some ice cream is much more effective. You will be much less likely to attack bigger countries and blame them for your problems when life is good.

Gay Rights.

The following is an editorial I wrote for the local paper on my thoughts.

Over one and a half centuries ago, in this very nation, the majority of voters did not want blacks to have rights. After all, most of them were slaves, uneducated. Why let them have rights?

Over one century ago, a majority of voters thought that women voting was a laughable, silly thing. What did women know about politics, about freedom of speech and being able to do what other could?

Over fifty years ago, blacks once more fought for their rights in the South, even though a majority of voters wanted to keep the ‘separate but equal’ racist policy. It was activist judges who turned this around.

And now, gays wish to have the same rights as everyone else. They wish to be able to marry whoever they want. It is foolish to assume that once gays have the right to marry, that then polygamy and incest would also be legal, as many speak of.

As for whether traditional marriages serve children best, I say phooey on that. It is the love that matters. Can they raise a child to be nurturing, loving, and accepting of other people? If they can, then better then a mother/father who constantly fight and argue.

We all, as American citizens, have the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. Time and time again people have fought to gain their rights that others had. Homosexuals are not asking for ‘special rights.’ They’re asking for the rights other citizens enjoy and use.

Spork here, comin' at yah from college! It seems one of my classes was canceled, so I now have about two hours until my next class. Huzzah!

Anyways, stuff!

-My uncle Mike is at home to visit. He's a good guy, but...well, I wouldn't say he's racist, 'cause that would mean their's a group he likes. He hates all groups, has a gripe with all of them. He likes individuals just fine, doesn't matter if they're in a 'group' he bashes. Heck, he bad mouths groups he would be considered part of. He use to be a cop, so that's probably why...

-Writing. I've been getting a bit more inspired with my actual stories that I'm hoping to publish. Working on the timelines and all that. Though, I might take one of the stories and just have it's own thing, as it doesn't really add to much to the other timeline story I have planned.

You people may or may not see a prologue or something.

Also...I've been considering doing the 100 Theme challenge thing with my original characters and such from these stories I have planned. Would you people be interested in seeing that?

-College. Lots of classes. I think I have 21 Units...Which is a big load...Though I know a class I can drop if I absolutely have to. Well, two, but I really don't want to drop Aikido. And that's only one unit as it is.

Man, the college connection is fast. Seriously. I've been downloading a Danny Phantom Torrent since...well, the beginning of summer, I think, and my connection at home is good, but, well, been a while.

Now it looks like I'll have the thing finished by the end of the week with just the few hours I'll have my lap top on here at the college. Which means you people might be seeing more Danny Phantom CMVs from me.

Also, I was suppose to get a shot to be tested for TB (since I was unable to come in Friday for the follow up, ugh), but I misplaced my college I.D., meaning I have to find it, and then come in tomorrow to get the shot down.

Also meant I had to pay for the bus. Hopefully I'll be able to get a ride with my dad and not have to pay to get home. Not to expansive, but, well, when you only have thirty dollars a month for allowance, you start pinching dollars...

-SK&WS. Some big stuff planned, but I think I'll hold off on my really big story until Sama finishes his thing. Just makes things simpler for me, and gives me more time to plan things out.

Of course, I still have the 'Musical' to do, and a couple things to have ready for that as well. I hope people are surprised by what I have planned for the grand finale.

I may also come up with a couple other smaller stories on my own here and there...And, honestly, hopefully, to update Misadventures before I'm an old man.

So, it appears that with me and my three siblings, we each have on the four elements, which is pretty cool. I'm Fire, my older younger sister is Earth, my youngest sister is Water, and my little brother is Wind!

Little known fact about me: I'm actually fascinated by the paranormal stuff. When I was younger I read a lot about aliens, Bigfoot, and what not.

I'm still interested in those things (though not aliens so much), and while I don't go "It's a conspiracy, they're real!" I just find it interesting. Just...like...I don't know. Random thing.

Other SK&WS thing! I've actually been on the lookout for a good Spork vs. Spoon fight song. I've actually found a good one for Spork vs. Avenger (and one for Spork vs. Hammah...XD)

I've also finally got my VCR back. In the living room, we needed a VCR for the Dish Network cable thingy to work right. (I'm the one who had to set it up, way back when.) A while ago...Like, a year or more, our old VCR in there stopped working, so I figured "Hey, I'll bring out my VCR to replace it for now. I bet I'll get it back soon, or maybe even replaced with a VCR/DVD player. Those aren't to expensive."

Flash forward to about two weeks ago, I still didn't have my VCR back. But, there's a garage sale nearby! I meander over to it, and low and behold, a VCR that's the same brand/company as mine, only three dollars. And it actually works!

So I put that in with the living room, and bring my VCR back into my room.

I didn't even get my three dollars reimbursed. My sister thought I should.

Hmm...Three dollars for the new VCR...Fifty dollars rental fee use for my old one...And two hundred dollars in emotional trauma. XD

Beh...It would have been nice to get that three dollars though. Or a thank you...

Darn it, no! Don't get bitter!

Time to do something! Like doodle. Or YouTube. Or post in Trinity RP! MUHAHAHAHA!

Obviously it's my fault that my little brother and sister were messing around...Argh...

I'm tired of being blamed for stuff my younger siblings do. Obviously, since I'm the oldest, I should be shining and perfect and do everything right...

Well guess what, I'm not. I make mistakes, I'm human.

I hate it when I'm told I should do better in school, jokingly or not. I don't care if I'm not getting straight As, even though I could. I prefer getting Cs and Bs and being happy.

Why? I was told, by my parents, that it’s more important to be happy, and I, silly me for listening to what they said, believed them.

I hate being the fall guy. Something wrong? Obviously it's my fault. Someone's been leaving dishes in the living room? Well, it's not me. But, alas, I get blamed for it anyways. I take my dishes to the sink. It might be a bit after I've finished them, but they've always been by me while I was there. I don't leave them overnight.

Hey, here's an idea, I have three younger siblings. Maybe of them them left the dishes there. Isn't that a crazy idea?

Oh, I should take critism better, just go along with being blamed WHEN IT'S NOT MY FAULT!

I try my best to be a good brother and a good son. I don’t stay out late to things, I don’t do drugs, I spend time with my siblings, but it seems I’m not allowed to defend myself! No, I do what my parents do and what they say, but it doesn’t matter, I’m the eldest, I should know what I’m really suppose to do. NEITHER OF MY PARENTS WERE THE ELDEST! My dad was fourth out of five, and my mom was the youngest out of nine!

Something bad happens to my siblings, I’m there to help, to listen, and other what not. I put them before myself 99 times out of a 100, but that one time I decide I’d like a little recognition, I’d like to be able to actually ‘lay the big brother card’ and assert what little authority I thought I might have, I’m scoffed at, or it goes over my head towards my parents. My eldest younger sister, who's only a year and five months younger then me, seems to have the same amount of ‘ower’ that I have, but hardly any of the responsibility! She does all these things that make it so I can rarely do anything that I want to do! I want to maybe learn karate, sorry, your sister is doing something then! I’d like to be able to stay home and work on my writing, sorry, you have to go somewhere because of your sister! I want to maybe spend some time by myself, be alone for a bit, but sorry, you have to go to! Maybe you’ll enjoy it! I get nervous to ask if I can get a ride somewhere, because my sister always needs to get a ride...

It just…frustrates the heck out of me!

It’s like, when I want to be myself, I can’t. I’m expected to succeed…Maybe that’s not what I want.

I’d like to be a teacher, I do, but I’d rather be a novelist, or an actor. I have fun writing, I have fun performing, and I do like teaching…But, it’s like I’m expected to teach, or at least perform the job that’s suppose to be more likely of happening.

I want to be able to write, I want to be able to act, whether it is the stage, TV, movie, or voice acting.

I want to be able to be by myself now and then, to make my own decisions, to be able to do what I want to do. Not to be pushed into something else…

It always seems that I’m always expected to be there, that I’m the one who has to be the compromiser, that I have to give up something for nothing in return.

There are times I feel unappreciated, and that no matter what I try to do, I’ll be told it’s not good enough, that the very people who told me to chase my dreams say that it’s impossible for what I want to do.

Maybe this is my way of rebelling. I don't get in their face. Maybe I lowered my standards because I didn't want to constantly live up to what was always expected of me.

I might be the eldest of my siblings, but I'm only human.

Sorry for this rant guys, I just needed to vent. Hopefully a happier journal later.

Anyways, I hope to update QFAH in two hours or less. Shadow and Omega have to baby sit Charmy.

Yah, going to be insane.

Here's a small peek.

Shadow growled, tempted to do something to shut up this Charmy, but he be darned, this bee just seemed so happy, and even Shadow could not do anything to squash his enthusiasm. It was like kicking puppies.

Omega, however, was more then happy to show those puppies who was boss.

Huzzah.

Anyways, have a few things planned for the future. At least three SK&WS stories.

SK&WS:...The Musical? (Yah, you heard me.)
And a big one after that. Muhahaha. Avenger knows about it, since I've been discussing a few things about it with him, but otherwise it's secret. Hehehe.

Also, I've been working on a new RP for the Sonic Rapid Board. Well, not exactly new.

Trinity: Redux. A remake of my old Trinity RP. New rules, some new bad guys, and other things. I've pretty much got the handle on rules and some details, but I'm working on a map and a good story to start things off.

Good, Evil, and...Neutral? Yah, you heard me. Want to make this very awesome.

Heck, with any luck...I might have the sign-ups soonish. I'm in a creative mood, and the map can wait a bit.

You may also end up seeing a Golden Sun fan fic on my part. I've been getting back into the game like crazy, and an idea is stirring in my head. And GaretxMia! Woot.

I can't think of anything to say for right now...I got some Deviations to comment on and what not! Away!
