I am going to be taking in request on poses, horse breeds, and I am also going to give a try to ponies lol. So if you have a breed that you would like to see or a pose that you have yet to find give me a note, holler on my front page, or give a shout in my shoutbox and I will see what I can do.

You will notice that there will be some linearts that will not be for stock that is because I was asked to prepare some pieces for a contest and the winners of the contests will get to use the pieces.

So as always keep uploading art because people like me love faving it!

4.) You may not claim the stock and stock textures as your own. IF I find out I report and I take art theft seriously.

5.) My images may be used for SIM games but may not be used on the SIM GAME HOWRSE! Why Howrse? I do not like their stand and policy on usage of copyrighted material.

6.)You may not create brushes, create stock from my stock or just change colors. All my stock images must be in full manipulations.

If you find them useful please by all means give a holler to me or if there is a breed that you have yet to find please let me know and I will see what I can do. I will be submitting some interesting poses or at least I think they are interesting so if as before if you are looking for something in that way give a holler.

Now I have been asked already if I make lineart of someone's horse that they own and the answer is yes but it will cost money. Your horse my work it is only fair.

I am offering lineart for comps here on DA. So if you are a member that is holding a comp and need prizes I am willing to help.

As always with all my stock images my lineart images follow under my same rules of usage so please read the journal Stock and Stock Textures for the do's and don'ts.

I am a manipulation nut! Mostly my manipulations are of horses. Any work that has the word or words Manip or Manipulation are just that. They may not be used for stock. You will find information on where the stock images were found and so on in the descriptions or on the graphic.

I go for a more natural look to the equine verses a complete make over. I believe that you can see what the animal is thinking or doing if kept more natural looking.
I always put the credits for the stock on the graphics themselves. I do this not only for the owners of the photos that I have manipulated but also others can see where to go for stock images.

It came to my attention that a graphic that I made was claimed by another DA member as theirs. It was ripped from Ponybox.com and posted here before I even had to chance to list it here due to the Easter Holiday. This is called Copyright Infringement! Not only is this against the law it is also punishable by law. I take copy right theft very seriously.
So as a reminder:
If you own an image it is copyrighted to you whether you have a mark on it or not.
Stock images are that images that can be used for manipulations or creations. You must follow the rules of the person submitting their image for use! Some people have rules about where or how their images can be used. If you do not follow those rules you are in the letter of the law that falls under copyright infringement.
If you have credited an image you must follow the rules of the stock owners. If this means link and credit do so.
If you have created an image that someone else has taken and claimed as their own you have the right to report it to DA or the site where the image is posted. Here on DA on the image in question there is a link on the bottom right hand corner of the image page where is says report. You need to follow DA protocol on how to report the image. It is your work even if you only manipulated the image. You also need to inform the owners of the stock that helped create the image. Most stock owners are not happy when their images get stolen and the work of the manipulation artist gets taken. Even more so if an image requires credits and links and the poser has not done so.
Manipulation does not mean changing the color, texture or worse yet just adding text to an image. It means you have cut, recolor, placed on a different background so on.
I hope this helps someone understand a bit more.
