I got hit with huge fees by mistake which sent my account spiralling within the "over one hundred dollars overdrawn" area, and although I eventually got it sorted and refunded, it meant that I spent two weeks without money. It all started on an island in the middle of the ocean (and strangely, stayed there - normally my dreams' locations are all over the fucking place) with a new, hardcore variation of Wacky Races that I was participating in. Flash is just one of those programs that experiences periods of horrible stagnancy every few versions before finally getting slapped awake by a proper quantum leap. These are the versions I use. They were Flash 5, Flash MX, and Flash 8. All other versions were, in some way or another, completely retarded.

Last night I watched a film called "The Five Obstructions". It was a documentary-film wherein the Danish director, Jorgen Leth, was suffering quite badly from a case of depression and artist's block, and so called upon his good friend and fellow director Lars Von Trier to help him.

What Lars did was cruel, unusual and hilarious - he told Jorgen to remake his 1967 short film, The Perfect Human. It was a film shot in front of a white screen while a narrator posed several rhetorical questions while observing a man and a woman. But now Jorgen had to remake it with a list of severe obstructions to the creative process. Having said that, I'm not one of these people who goes around and puts everything into storage or deletes it or deactivates the account, so whatever, it's still there if you want to look at it (or if I need to find something).
