I've started so many different games in the last 2 months, the other night I started Square-Enix's Last Remnant for the 360, I think I'm fairly annoyed by the main char already, his actions are basically recycled from Sora of Kingdom hearts and he's trying to be too "cool" which is f*cking mind boggling.

However, that being said the graphics are beautiful as always and this game being Square-Enix's first on the Unreal 3 engine I give it a thumbs up.

I've also gotten elbows deep into Prince Of Persia 4 for the 360 and I'm lovin' the Prince, his sarcasm is just BOSS. Unfortunately the whole not being able to die thing gets a little boring and the fact you spend most of a lvl getting places in unrealistic ways is refreshing but action lacking :/ But other than that the game is enjoyable, but I'm going to ping pong between that, Last Remnant and Fable 2 >.<

In other news: I started playing Fable 2 and Fallout 3, but I feel the urge to keep playing through Fable2 before actually starting fallout because I've got a few unfinished games still (like Nija gaiden II that pisses me off slightly...I'm on the last lvl with no healing potions. GG)

News: Built a new desktop, having a few stability issues with it just randomly shutting down (not over heating, prolly the PSU since it came with the case)

I'm really enjoying my 9600GT, card's sexy as hell, but man is it HUGE...~.~;; Still trying to get everything installed again and managed to recover all the data from my laptop's HDD...now I'm tempted to dig out my other HDD that died and see if I can extract things from there too.

Few weeks ago a close friend of mine ended our friendship over something so f*cking trivial, someone was talking about me and some guy that's messed up far too many times with my friend and not cared about it was passing the message and my friend passed it on to me...still with me? Anyways when I asked my friend who was talking trash about me (i had a feeling who it was but I didn't wanna be a b*tch and blurt out just ANY name..) my so called close friend outright refused and made me chase around for the answer for like 30+ mins.

Now:
a) I'm a very impatient person
b) I don't take lightly to people insulting me, directly/indirectly
c) he knows I act strongly because of this
d) he was "protecting" his c*nt bag of a friend that's not such a good friend

So when I finally get it out of him who it is, I'm already pissed right off...not about what was said about me, but what I wasted my 30 mins+ for..I mean not like I was going to get pissed at c*nthead friend cause I knew the stupid rumours wasn't from his mouth but I wanted to at least know..and as someone's close friend if someone is talking sh*t about your friend you would tell them who it was right away right? Even if they weren't the original source?

So he tells me I'm being a bitch,and I tell him why I am being one and how it was stupid I went through that stupid stress and drama for nothing and he goes and ends the friendship...I mean we've been through MUCH worse and I've done MUCH worse (even though it was all in favour to his wishes) and he's forgiven me for all the times I've fucked up because I would still take his side and never turn against him. Meanwhile "c*nt head friend" has done much worse than me, shown he's not very reliable and loyal to his friendships and I was the one that got curbed.... I mean wtf?

So here's the real problem...and I'm not sure if I'm being blind and refuse to face the truth about another friend of mine (who's also friends with my now ex-close friend and has told me time and time again that ex-close friend actually treated me like shit and he didn't like it...)

My other friend doesn't wanna step into this stupid drama that shouldn't have began in the first place but I'm feeling as if I'm getting pushed aside whenever anything involving me and my ex-close friend come up...my other friend will tell me he doesn't wanna be "dragged" into this thing and like drops subject. He's stated in the past before how he disliked how I was treated, I would bend over backwards for my ex-close friend and I would basically bite off heads and cut b*tches that would try to diss him, he sees me as a close friend but he's not willing to step in and defend me against my now ex-close friend...

So question is: Do I keep this "other friend" of mine or do I keep him at a distance? I don't blame him for wanting little part of the drama but if he's going to bail whenever I'm gettin slammed it's not cool...

So uh yeah I'm still a bit WTF at the fact that I dreamed about hooking up with Matt Bellamy [link] from MUSE..I haven't listened to my MUSE playlist in a few days...tbh I've been listening to Coldplay's new album O.o I guess it was my body's way of telling me I'm being a traitor lol XD

P.P.S: Mass Effect is fun...I liked Knights of the Old Republic and the same company I think made the right move by creating this game. It's amusing but hella confusing at first with the equipment and such.

okay so I lied...but Scheherazade is a good reason too, I think she'll be a new fave, even though I <3 Talim since SC2...I'm looking forward to all the new characters I missed in SC3 (which was PS2 only) and the new costume designs are pretty nifty tbh...and Ivy seems to wear less and less every game. But that's expected lol.

Theres also a lineup of characters designed by various manga artists (Scheherazade was created by Lodoss wars designer I believe.. >.> ) and the graphics are pretty awesome even for the 360 (plus we get Yoda, F U Darth.)

I'm being incredibly lazy lately, I have so many drawings I want/need to finish but I don't seem to have the drive to do it...I even rushed this [link] and I'm not that pleased with it but hell lets see what everyone else thinks anyways >.> (<3 Teruchan btw no matter how much people hate her I think her stuff is amusing and genius because it's so "out there" and eye catching).

I'm also lazy because I should be ordering the parts for my desktop so I can receive it and build it within the next week or so :/ AND I have another desktop waiting downstairs begging to be built for my friend but the 360 is down there and I seem to just give that all my love instead, so the system is just sitting there in all it's brand new glory and collecting dust XD

The elf picture I was working on before, I actually started it over again and am trying a new colouring technique [link] <--that was taken like a week ago and I'm too lazy to open PS and SS another progress pic lol... I'm debating on what this elf picture should be showing...my original intention was to have her like diving backwards off a waterfall, to dodge arrows or something..or magic...I hate mages. I really do. But the way I buff they only hit my PW for like 400 dmg and theres no way I'm bsoeing! Anyways.

The day after I came up with the concept I was thinking...hmm maybe she should be jumping off a castle wall or something? Then I was like "LOLZ" and rotated the canvas so she wasn't so upside down and saw that she could be jumping away from a castle wall or a tree or something, then I rotated the canvas back again and was like hmm backwards off a tree would be 1337..and now I'm just sitting here wondering wtf I should do, and my folder of drawings is like "Look at me! I have some easier things to scan/colour! ^^" F*cking folder.


I think I need coffee...and a shower it's like 11am now. =.= GG.

Oh and yeah...started Ninja Gaiden II yesterday, played until I got to New York and like now I'm not even sure about the game anymore lol. I played the first one for Xbox and I didn't get to finish it, but I got hooked on this one until I got zerged by a pack of what seems like Mutated dogs who have katanas in their mouthes and can wield those katanas better than Hayabusa himself :< Poor Hayabusa...I'm tempted to go reclaim his pwnage reputation and kick some mutated a$$ but the game's storyline has got me wondering wtf happened between Japan and New York...I feel like I'm playing Devil May Cry 4 instead with all those mutated sh*t and demons/fiends >.>

Seems NCSoft finally realized how f*cking demented they were to open a new Euro server and the whole server transfer thingy basically put the last nail in the coffins that were Gustin, Hindemith, Lionna, Erica, Kain (lol Kain ahahah XD), and Seighardt.

That's a lot of basically dead servers...amazing isn't it?

Although server transfers allowed people to BSOE off their dying server and onto the more populated ones (Teon, Franz, Bartz, how the hell did Devianne make the list!?!?!)

Anyhow even though I haven't touched retail in over a year and a few months (wow man...that long already??) it still pains me a little to read that Gustin will no longer be called "Gustin" (lol they gotta re-write the game's lore now to fit the new server names...whatever they may be [p.p.s: server B will prolly be called something retardo like Chilly Cheese Steak Fries Of Burning Kittens..or something)
Anyways it pains me to see this happening because of all the history on the servers in the last 4 years, for me it was seeing everyone starting out when retail opened, watching Eternal Alliance own everything,then fighting against them in 2005 when I joined Nightmare (oh my god memories), taking a break, coming back to a very banned account (GG) and starting over again and being thrown into the politics with old players yet again under Synergy's tag.

A lot of history from Gustin and from Hinde and from the other servers is going to basically get thrown out, Gustonians can no longer have that "one up" one other servers because of the first ever Antharas kill (yay us!) and scraping by in the server vs server battles in 2006 when we barely had any S grade yet fought against S graded alliances from Bartz and other older servers.

I can't even imagine how they're going to deal with duplicate names from each server, friendslist will be deleted so even if people bothered keeping me on their friendlist and I happen to log in..they'll never know! ><

For a lot of people it's the end of their L2 career, many enjoyed their small populated servers and don't want to have to basically search out their friends again, others are crying WTF because they've paid to transfer and just found out now that they might be back on the same server essentially (lol transfer from Gustin to Hindemith only to be back on Gustin again basically)
What about names...? I'm sure theres another player with my char name but who will get to keep their name? and How do they determine this...it'll suck if I ever wanna return and find out I'll have to change my name. (I might luck out though in that department but for all the wrong reasons..and not to mention heartbreaking, and tragic)
Also gonna feel weird explaining to people what server I was on when I meet them on priv servers "yeah I was on Gustin" "what server is that" "it doesn't exist anymore, it's called Flying grenades of Pink Fluff server, now"

For others its a step forward, no more small populated servers, and they won't need to pay to get off the server since they'll be getting what they were going to pay for anyways. Merged servers also bring more competition for a lot of things as castles and clan halls will be reset to NPC owned (just like the old days!!)

Theres a lot of outrage and uproar about the sudden merging, but I can understand both sides,but I feel more sad about this merging that I think I should...I still have friends playing on Gustin, but a lot of people I played with have quit and moved into other games or just quit altogether...so exactly why am I sad? ...even the most important to me have been gone, but I suppose I'm just sad because I'll be losing these memories when the server finally dies off.

Goodluck to those still playing and enjoy the new server...whatever it will be called because all the old names won't be used again as stated on the official forums.

On a lighter note, between waiting for Vampire Knight episodes to come out every week I've been amusing myself with other series. Been watching Heroic Age and I'll have to say 8 episodes in and I'm simply loving it. The art style throws me off sometimes because it reminds me too much of Gundam Seed and I HATED, HATED, HATED Gundam Seed unfortunately. But this anime's story is well done and keeps me on the edge of my seat. Nothing is exaggerated in this series and they have their "cute" characters but they're pretty toned down as well so they're not overly irritating like some other animes.

Go find and watch this series now, I demand you peons.

Another thing, I've gotten curious and bored and been active on Gaia Online (Wtf..last time I was on there it was called Go-Gaia and there was like 2 shops), that community has changed so much and as far as people think it's gone in the years in some aspects I think they've taken a step backwards. Don't even get me into how many out in the open Cybering I've seen and how many racists acts go unnoticed, simply disgusting. Theres also the "no botting rule" which is funny because in every topic you walk into on the "towns" theres always at last one macro bot sitting there spamming site URLs that sell...yes..SELL gaia online gold. I mean I come from MMOS where people sell the game's currency but COME ON, people actually ebay for Gaia online gold?? That's ridiculous, seriously.

Some other notes:

-Gaia art arena is a f*cking joke, same with their rules for it
-I've found a wonderful use of water balloons on that site and make it a hobby to search and destroy stupid RPers and Cybering couples with them. (iut's highly effective and theres nothign they can do about it other than leave)

Another side note, I've been getting replies on stuff I said weeks ago about a certain D********01's DA and their pathetic fan club gathering and it seems they all suffer from EXTREME(!!!111oneoneoeneneoneleven!!!11!) delayed reaction syndrome and are now flaming me for it. Pretty funny stuff tbh, so even though it might not be considered, I'm asking you f*cking furfhags to kindly piss off and if you want to flame me, make sure the argument is fresh for me to even consider your badly typed insults.

Anyways if you want some creative laughs head that way, I'm not even going to mention who they bashed, I'll just leave it to the public to dot hat themselves. Not going to spoon feed anyone.

Anyways made me fortify my thoughts about how far people take their love for certain things and how it appears (even though it is) completely ridiculous to other people who may not know them.

Just how far do you take your love of Anime/Cartoons/anything? "Over love" for anime usually churns out horribly done Cosplay (and mind you there are a lot of Cosplay out there that can be labeled as f*cking awesome, and on the other hand some that will make you wish God never gave you eyes)

I jumped around on a lot of sites that I used to be apart of in my younger years (like 12-18) and I realized that over the years I actually grew out of my obsession over anime, and in good timing too... Now Don't get ye wrong, I appreciate the genre and my style reflects it, but I don't jump at every anime that comes out and I don't suffix everyone's name that I know with "kun", "chan", "sama" /cringe. ~.~;; and I don't proclaim my love for characters that are nothing more than just...well drawn...anyways!
There are just some people that grow out of their Otaku stages early an some that just don't and unfortunately become so deluded they're lost in their own little world and people of functioning society of course frown down on them and throw sh*t at them for their own amusement/sh*ts and giggles. I truly feel sorry for those individuals and I'll admit I had some laughs at the article that was featured today, and it had an AOE effect and my boyfriend started browsing and reading and laughing as well.

Then of course it made me wonder, did I appear as "creepy" or "weird" as I saw this person today that was victimized while I was in middle school and high school? I seriously don't blame the "popular kids" for picking on me for liking anime a little too much, but hell it wasn't them and what they said or did to me that made me grow out of my phase, it was me. That's right, ME. And now I can laugh at the "popular kids" because they're all dropouts, pregnant, on their 3rd kid, can't find their baby daddy, are addicted to drugs, married and unhappy, married and in dept, or busy kissing my ass on FaceBook and pretending that we were always the best of friends.

And so, all I have to say to end this entry is that change to oneself is to be done by that one person and only one person, it's completely up to them to realize that they need to change something(s) about themselves. Moved from Toronto to Vancouver, it's a lot different than what I'm used to and it's very pretty out here...anyways I'll have more time to concentrate on my art since I'm out here. NO MORE DRAMA, woot!~ Now all I have to do is unpack... ~.~;;

Anyone else waiting for Aion to come out? Game looks amazing, let's hope NCSoft actually learned from their mistakes in past games and produces something wonderful. (Char creation process looks like it'll take 3 hours ALONE, char customization is just amazing...so many ways to make your char unique!)

So I ordered a new inverter since thats the first thing you basically look for to replace on a faulty LCD, and turns out it was both the backlight and the inverter (inverter's have a shorter lifespan than an LCD light, apparently.)
So I install the new inverter (which is so easy my kid sis can do it) and thats when I found it out was definately the light that was shot to hell. (oh well, the part cost just under 30 USD and my dollar is THRIVING so why not ne?) I got a new backlight for under 10$ USD (again lol exchange rate) and decided I would fix the stupid LCD with help while I'm out in Vancouver on holiday...now..replacing an LCD backlight...not so easy, frustrating as hell, the stupid screen has more screws than what's needed AND I had to solder the stupid light which was a pain on its own since soldering sucks!!!!~~!!!!~ While putting the stupid thing together again I accidentally busted the new light (mmm... mercury) since it's skinnier than a pencil and 100 times more fragile...so all in all I'm just going to get a new LCD for about 100 USD off Ebay for my laptop. So yeah lots of rotten luck and I've been hooking my system up to people's LCD's so I can use my own system >:/

That's a good reason as to why I've been missing other than that I've been vacationing, working, and being busy.

On a side note I had played Assassin's Creed on my 360 days before it's NA release and I recommend everyone and their mother to play this game as it's rediculously amazing and I regret going on vacation and not being able to play it.

Vancouver is amazing btw, so much to do and see. Took me three days (almost) from Toronto, ON to Vancouver, B.C and I got to see all the provinces in between on the way...pretty amazing experience. Have to say Northern Ontario sucks, it's all hick towns, and Manitoba was boring as hell, Calgary was pretty and I'd like to explore the city more since it reminded me of T.O and wow...the rockies...just WOOOOW I have pics i need to upload of my trip..if anyone is interested (like hell you guys are) add me on Facebook, name: Carling Wilson I have a few pics up already from my visit to Stanley Park.

About mid August I found out an old clanmate of mine on Gustin passed away in his sleep...he was only 27 and he left 2 children and his significant other behind in this horribly corrupted world. I was in clan with him shortly but I remember him being a nice guy, posted a lot on his clan forums and was involved with everyone.

Since Gustin is the smallest server and everyone basically is in everyone's business all the time, it really affects us all when someone from our tiny community passes away. Bartz suffered a blow with this as well, with the passing of Mong..unfortunately he passed on in a less peaceful manner which was actually headlined in the media in New Zealand.

Not exactly the best way to start the month but I had to say something since it was all bothering me. I believe we take things for granted, especially when it comes to people...and unfortunately things like this force us to realize that people DO impact our lives.

Been busy so I haven't gotten much done wallpaper related, still getting everything set up at my new place and trying not to go completely CRAZZZZYYY!~

Ah well, everyone's back from their vacations soon so I'll be perked up again soon...
Just moved into my new place, been a week now and I already want to take off to B.C where my b/f is now. Wo xiang ni Cal...miss you...T^T

I went to the Dim Sum festival at Harbourfront Centre last week, anyone in the Toronto area should check it out, it's every day from 7pm to 11pm and it's pretty cool, didn't stick around much cause we decided to head to the Korean BBQ on Younge street after a while. I hope to check out more of it later on as it's on until October of this year O_o;;

I'm returning to my laptop in a few days so I'll be back to making stuff and posting it up here again, and I'll have to get back into the groove and L2 and everything else >< oh man is there a rehab for this? haha~

I'd have to say July went by awfully slowly, but I enjoyed it so I can't complain, people from CR and people non IRL are complaining that they miss me and soon people IRL are gonna complain they miss me...can't win!

Umm...lets see...I'm no longer in Midgets clan on Gustin since ages ago :/ Sought out something more rewarding then PVE and being untagged so I did something a little provocative...I joined a PVP clan for a siege weekend just before Interlude hit retail release!

I joined Zeyakuza in the Absolution Alliance. They opposed three majour alliances and were a very young alliance (about two weeks old when I joined) I had some friends in the main clan so I decided it would be fun to siege and PVP again, I messaged Shinoa and he was more than happy to take me in.

Absolution managed to take Innadril Castle that Saturday without Synergy's help and it was a miracle because not only did we all have a critical error while running through the inner castle doors only to log back in and be in town, but Nightmare showed up to PVP us and try to save the castle for themselves. Was a very eventful siege, I wont even mention the zerg of 5 allies at Oren, we made some fake rushes to amuse people then went to Innadril.

Sunday we went to Aden, Synergy ended up reclaiming the throne and our alliance failed to ninja Dion Castle from Legion Of Ares (or legion of fairies as others call it lol) But for an alliance that had 27 active people on for sieges we did fairly well holding fort and stealing castles.

Between sieges there was nonstop PVP, while clan tagged I had the same expectations as anyone who was a "real" member of the alliance, I was active in their Ventrillo server, was active i EXP parties and of course, I was active in whatever clan wars they had. Needless to say i jumped 20 pvp points that weekend alone.

The fun had to end, that weekend felt like an eternity...made LOADS of new friends, changed people's minds towards me, had tons and tons of fun and even though I'm supposedly KOS to Nightmare (OH NOESSS!!!) for pvping them, I don't regret a single second of it.

Absolution alliance disbanded officially a couple of days ago as Shinoa wanted to settle down and PVE (omg carebear!) Members of this ally are all over the place doing whatever, and as sad as it is to see these cool people do their own thing, I suppose it was for the best...it couldn't be helped :/ But I wish them all good luck and theres always the good memories, the jokes in vent, the constant laughter

I can officially come out and say I'm 7x on my Phantom Ranger and it won't be long until I can say I'm a Ghost Sentinel! (about freaking time too, such a slacker...god damn)

Lvling has gotten much easier/more enjoyable and profitable since I have a 6x Prophet to box behind my ass (hey i'm lvling her too, least I can do since someone was VERY VERY generious to allow me to pay/use her <3 that guy very much for that! Thanx!)
Been helping the clan farm reputation points for more upgrades and such and it's been quite an interesting adventure lol I think I've managed to make the most flaming looking Light Elven male on Gustin. [link]

I decided to give myself a much needed upgrade. I bought myself Dark Crystal Light (yeah yeah, Majestic gives stun resist but I like the set bonus on Dark Crystal better...)

ANTHARAS RAID!

My first time going to slay the mighty land dragon, Antharas...one of the toughest Boss Monsters in Lineage 2 (My server was the first to take it down). Needless to say it was a tough and very interesting experience..took us about 3 hours to do...but it was very fun and I only died 5 times
Anyways heres some Screenies of the raid that took place earlier today ^^

Yeah, I'm still ticking much to the dislike of many but honestly who gives? Not me~ I submitted two different works, one of which became an instant fave to someone minutes after submitting it. (thanx+++ friend) and I'm overall happy with the way they turned out.
