But I am experimenting more with photoshop and my wonderful new copic markers which are the most fan-friggin-tastic thing ever manufactured. They are like my most favorite things next to my faber castells.

Yeah.

I know I don't have any of my 2D stuff and my own excuse is my own lazyness. I don't have a scanner so I have to photograph everything including all my poster size crap which sucks cause I loose a lot of detail in that process. But I think once this semester is done and overwith I'll get my ass back in gear and post some of my better stuff.

In the mean time, I've been working on a CG portrait off and on for the past couple days while I've been sick. So once I wrap that up, probably some time tommorrow, I'll post it.

I had planned to write this beautiful three paragraph journal about my what's been going on in my life but let me summarize things like this:

1) Knee completely healed but for some odd reason it can predict the weather. i.e. thunderstorm= distinct knee pain 2days in advance

2) Found out that for years I've really been suffering from panic attacks and am not weak

3) Have rediscovered how much I hate misquitos

4) Have YET to get my ass in gear and update here.

5) Am a red head again.( Well I dyed it red after the goofy gal I had at the hair salon turned it the color of orange juice. )

I considered scipping it at first but because I have a horrible phobia of all things doctors, needles and dentists so it took a lot just to make it to the hospital that day and get an iv without loosin it.
*shudders* it didn't hurt, the surgery that is but i got a laugh when before they knocked me out the nurse bent over to tell me her name and that everything was going to be ok when she noticed quote "i [had] a really nice complexion" to which i replied a very sluggish 'thank you". Even though it was realitively quick and painless, i couldn't leave for a couple of hourse because i was ill from the anestisia (sp?) they kept asking my mom if i was normally that pail or was i really that ill lolz.

i won't be able to go back to my normal job of working in the paint dept but to keep some cash coming in i started helping out in the phone room. I couldn't stand hopping around the house much longer.

Hopefully Ill be to upload some more pictures a little later in the month, or maybe sooner it all depends.

not much else going on besides loosing my focus on my studies, procrastinating horribly and rushing any and all homework that I might have. I m writing this now when i should be working on an essay. i guess i'm just trying to into the mood of writing. I feel so creatively dry and barren lately. it's like im running around in a hamster wheel. between work and school and the small break i get from on thursdays my brain just feels so... unfocused.

anywho, i messed up my knee a couple of weeks ago. two weeks before my birthday my knee decides to go out and i had to miss more school and i got to hop around work like a freakin jack rabbit for the good part of a weekend. it certainly isn't the first time its happened but this is one of the worst times so i had to get xrays and then a MRI to check to the soft tissue.

I haven't had much of a chance to enjoy any reading or any type of fruitful artwork besides that of which i'm doing in school. i'm running into walls lately and im counting done the days until this semester is over.

i want to take my ipod and use it to remove my brain through my nose like the egyptians did to their mummies.

Well work is always busy but how is that ever different anyways XD

In other news school'll be starting up again and I can't wait. Literally.
Ok, I'm not exactly thrilled about taking yoga as PE class but oh well I'll live.

Right now I'm watching one of my favorite films, A Day at the Races with the Marx brothers. Despite the era, they're still absolutly brilliant to watch.

I've just finished a few more books including, Tithe by Holly Black, The Window, and The Seeker. Ok, I haven't exactly finished let alone start it yet but for the sake of this journal let's just say I finished it XP Well Tithe was deliciously modern and fantastical with while still seething with such reality that it made me love it all the more.

What I adore about books like Tithe, The Window and other books that I've read recently such as Maximum Ride is that it lets you escape and brings their world so close to theirs it feels like you could walk right out your door and bam you're there without realizing.

Well I'm off to start reading Seeker, so that way I'm not completely lying XD
