So, Thanksgiving was pretty spiffy. Came back to school today, and it was pretty crappy. Ah well, that's life for ya I guess. But at least I'll be out of there soon (that is, if I can keep my grades up)

I've been so busy... I've had to make an entire costume for the renaissance fair in one week and still am not done (we go on Wednesday D: ) ((btw, costume consists of Shirt, Bodice, Skirt, and a cape... Bodice is gonna have to wait, Shirt's Done, Cape is halfway there. UGH...)

Heck, I've been working so hard on this, my own costume pretty much sucks. Bleh. (Originally, I was supposed to be making my own but then I offered to make someone's and... So I havent been able to work on mine at all)... Ugh oh well. Enough whining.

How have you guys been? (lol and I ask this as if anybody actually reads these. I don't expect anyone to respond, so im not sure why I ask things all the time. Blehhh...)

Okay, welllll... obviously I'm super tired, stressed, and for some reason, a little on the crazy side.

Secondly... Were I to do that, what's a reasonable price for which sorts of drawings?

I'll explain, of course.

See, I don't upload much to my DA anymore. At least, not so many drawings and Oekakis as I used to. :\

I will definitely be submitting more new stuff though, now- Partially because that evil artist's block that hung around for months is finally gone. Thank Goodness.... And also because I'm about to have some bunch of free time for drawing again.

_{(Which reminds me, I sort of lost my super cool drawing speed over that period of months when I had artists block, so please dont maul me if it takes me a long time to draw anything cool...)}

Though, my scanner is acting up all weird. Like, it wont scan or print or anything. Hoping to fix that today, though! (Ha, even though I haven't drawn anything on paper other than some doodles) xD If not, you guys are just gonna have to deal with not being able to see some cool stuff I doodle sometimes. ...Maybe I have some friends with scanners that I can bother, though? (wink wink, nudge nudge)

By the way, me and ~MorallyAmbiguous have a deal going where for every fully drawn picture I submit, he has to upload a piece of writing. Do feel free to bother him about this as much as you'd like when he slacks off. :] And by "as much as you like", I mean _{"LOTS AND LOTS PLZ!!"}

Despite all that crap, and that my summer is almost over and I think it to have been totally wasted, this week is going to be super awesome.
Let me tell you why.

Me and a certain someone are working on a project! : D I don't know if I'll ever show you guys or not, (it depends on if this works out or not) but like, we've barely started anyways. xD

My artist's block of 2 months seems to have finally left me, and I thought I'd never get out of it... xD

We got a new PS2 system, since the other one died on us. It's really cute and it's book sized. :3 So we named it the "Terminator T-600"
: D A cute name for a spiffy system~ <3

School starts again in about a week, and my schedule is mostly just awesome classes. Not to mention, I'll be graduating this year~ <3 I can't wait to get out of high school. xD The place is horrible.

And last but not least, the a/c will be replaced later on this week. It's been hot lately, around the high 90's and sometimes it gets into the triple digits.. xD The window units and fans help a ton, but it will be way better when the thing is replaced (The whole thing just broke down).

~duopanda Will be chillin' with me the day it gets fixed, I'm so excited~ Now she gets to see my tiny, cramped room. xD At least I get to return her giant stack of manga I borrowed over a year ago... xD

The glass may be half full, but thats only cause I drank the first half. That's right, punks....

I drink happiness.

And so, that's what's up with me right now. Lots of awesome stuff going on.
So much awesome that I'm going to go take a nap now. xD

So, what's been going on? Well, lets see.

I've drawn more stuff, obviously.
Unfortunately, more than half of it was on my computer, which recently had a virus. I had to clear the whole thing off. (sarcasm) Factory settings are great, huh?
and now my tablet's being all screwy 'cause Vista has got some problems with tablets. For starters, the darn computer thinks a tablet is a mouse... it needs to learn the difference. -___-;; I can't remember how I fixed it last time.
I passed a kidney stone recently. Possibly the most painful day of my life, unless one day I get my nails ripped off slowly, one by one, while alcohol is poured over my hands. Then that may be more painful.
Oh, or having a bamboo plant grow through me. ugh. That would be gross.
And then I'm fixing up/customizing some old porcelain dolls. I know some of those doll loving people are out there wanting to stab me for this, but I just don't like the creepy fru-fru doll stuff. So, gothic lolita and punk... maybe some random anime kind of style.. that's what they'll permanently be wearing from now on.
not like anyone here would buy them.. Haha. I may end up stuck with them..
or i may sell them on E-bay. Haha.
again, people might not want em...

Yeah, I don't seem to log on to DA much too often anymore.

I guess i'm just tired of it. I expected much more from an art community. Is it too much to ask for a little bit of criticism? I'll even have "crits wanted" on the comment box for my sumbissions, and i get this "youre amazing, omg youre an art god" crap.

Really, guys. It isn't going to hurt me if you think im horrible at drawing. If im bad at somethign you point it out so i can make truly amazing art and learn from my mistakes.

Enough with this babying artists stuff. it's annoying.

And if you think im really amazing, good for you, but please, try to find something to criticize me on.

It's been quite a while since i was on DA. I've been out of town lately, or busy, or just not near a computer. Or I've been too tired /lazy to log on.
