I'd like to explain why I put up my poll.

On the 13th of May it will be exactly a year ago I had one..... an abortion.
I was torn, broken and depressed, but I know I have made the right choice.

I was already 20-21 weeks pregnant when I found out, so I only had one week to decide whether I should let it be born or save it.

The reason I say "save it" is because I WAS on birth-control through the whole pregnancy and always have been for as long as I've been sexually active.
I'm always so carefull about these things, because I always wanted to prevent things like this.

On the pc problems: They're still not fixed.
I'm broke, need a new pc.
It's either my GFX Card or my Mother Boards'  AGP socket.
And both of em aren't really easy to replace.
My GFX card is outdated and AGP is more expesive.
And if it's my motherboard I'll have to replace the whole inside of my pc, because that one is not for sale anywhere anymore.
(not even 2nd hand!! darnit)

With all the things that have been going on in the past weeks and my art being moved to the background, I've started taking on photography again.

I borrowed by stepdads' camera and shot some self-portraits.
I wanted to try it indoors and since I don't really have anything interesting to work with here I shot pics of myself.

For some time now there has been a discussion going on about a certain someone not fessing up to her "true technique".
I honestly don't really have an opinion about it, but do feel that honesty should always come first.

I don't think the problem should be "if" she manips, but more the notice of claiming it to be "all her", when it possibly isn't.

I think every digital painter has (ab)used references one, twice, maybe often to really spice up a painting.

My mother came home last monday!!!!!

I went to the hospital again today, and about an hour before I arrived there was some bad news.
The surgery was called off.
She's not gonna have an operation tomorrow.

They made a scan of her hart and appearently one of her hartchambers is disturbingly enlarged.

First of all I'd like to apologise for being so selective with answering messages or not answering at all.

Please let me explain:
A few weeks ago, as some of you know, my mom was diagnosed with a hernia.
She had all kinds of things on the side, like problem with her buttocks, legs, but mostly her feet.
And no one could tell exactly what it all was.

Since that went from bad to worse, this saturday my stepdad took her to the emergency room.
The doctor took one look at her and there he said it:
"Ma'am I'm sorry, but your arteries are clogged"
From her stomach aorta down to the beginning of her legs.

My mom has a hernia and my stepdad does really have to work (he has his own complany).
So that leaves me to help my mom, cook and do the housework.

I've had a setback with my flu and I can't paint with one eye..
